A teammate's recommendation later on, however, is what actually moved me from the fence to using Tilda. In almost a week's time, I got a landing page up in the shortest time I could remember. Down the line when the Russia-Ukraine war started, I remembered that Tilda's support had some Russian name, so I got concerned that maybe the platform would go down. Next day all of a sudden I got this email from the Tilda team that, despite the Russia-Ukraine war they were actually getting more focused and more stronger. I must say I was really impressed by that. As a business owner myself, I related very well and that made me stick with Tilda. Lastly, Tilda has a really capable, strong customer support team. While that's great for some it also means its market is too niche especially now that I am scaling up my platform and need more complexity and so coding my whole web apps is the way to go for me and my business. They have a lot of features but they keep breaking. Image management is the worst. You upload high-quality images they get converted in low quality even when the adaptive image processing is off. In some cases, mock-up frames were added to uploaded images. Zero block is a useless piece of shit. I tried to create custom blocks but making them responsive is just too hard. Another example of half- baked feature. Navigation menus options are quite limited. Just don't expect a mega menu or multiple levels of drop down. Support is unresponsive. I am on a business plan and more than 2 days have not heard from the team. On the pricing page, there is zero mention that adding even one collaborator to manage website cost extra and that extra is double the plan fees. Blogs (called as feeds) functionality is broken and half baked again. Tried and gave up. Think twice if you need a blog to go with your website. Truly nightmare service, stay away from this fucking service. I am stuck as they are not refunding my fees.
