Ecommerce is where Tilda really falls short: product management and selling features feel limited and not deeply integrated compared to dedicated platforms. For clients who sell products seriously, I usually end up moving them to Shopify because it’s more scalable and the ecommerce ecosystem (checkout, apps, integrations) is much stronger. I like creating websites in a simple and customized way with the Zero Block builder, which allows me to freely create fantastic animations. I appreciate the ability to customize each page and the use of the CRM for data collection. I also find the management of forms and the integrated shop useful. The Members Area could be improved (by separating it from the Learning/Courses section) to allow the construction of a database to enable Members to participate in various tasks or to register or book a service, as well as to associate an order history from the shop or bookings with the member account. I use Tilda for three of my websites and I am very satisfied. I make updates and content changes on a daily basis, and the whole process is fast, simple, and intuitive – changes are published almost instantly.

Since my website is in a less common language, I would like to have automatic multilingual support into other widely used languages, but this is currently much more difficult.

I knew about Tilda Publishing in late 2021 when I noticed some really good websites online for tech startups and realized they were built using Tilda. A teammate's recommendation later on, however, is what actually moved me from the fence to using Tilda. In almost a week's time, I got a landing page up in the shortest time I could remember.

Down the line when the Russia-Ukraine war started, I remembered that Tilda's support had some Russian name, so I got concerned that maybe the platform would go down. Next day all of a sudden I got this email from the Tilda team that, despite the Russia-Ukraine war they were actually getting more focused and more stronger. I must say I was really impressed by that. As a business owner myself, I related very well and that made me stick with Tilda.

To be honest, Tilda is very design-centric. While that's great for some it also means its market is too niche especially now that I am scaling up my platform and need more complexity and so coding my whole web apps is the way to go for me and my business.

Another thing I dislike about Tilda is that it is actually expensive. I'm trying to sympathize with the fact that the team is hosting your websites for you but still, they should be lower for them to attract more users.
