What do you like best about Wati?

I found Wati particularly valuable in its capacity for maintaining large data, which greatly aids in my marketing efforts for Income Tax filing. I had to search the website extensively, as there was no straightforward option to cancel my account from the user dashboard. We have successfully integrated the GPT API but we would love to see Wati develop more iA integrations and functionality that will allow us to train a model and allow it to automatically handle the most frequent queries we receive, thus making an improvement to the automated responses and flows that we use today, providing a better experience to users.
