
I find Keap to be an excellent program that has served us well for at least fifteen years. It helps us manage our customers effectively, keep track of things like workshop attendance, and manage prospective customers. I really appreciate the process automation in Keap, as it saves us a tremendous amount of time and allows us to do things for our clients that we couldn't do manually. Automations are sometimes buggy and don't trigger when they are supposed to for no apparent reason. This has gotten better recently. Also, the fractured environment of the development ecosystem when they rebranded to Keap has created some confusion when rolling out new features about who gets what. It's a challenge to get up and running, just like any CRM, but ultimately, after you conquer the learning curve, the basics are not too difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
