"Streamlined Sales Automation with Ease of Use"
What do you like best about Keap?

I really like the automation builder in Keap. It allows me to set up automations that help manage our sales pipeline efficiently. I also enjoy being able to build out widgets and dashboards on the home screen, which give me a quick view of my day and the current pipeline's status and opportunities. Additionally, I found the setup process to be pretty easy and user-friendly. The team helped us get set up, offered some training sessions, and worked with us to prepare everything for our team. What do you dislike about Keap?

Being able to manage company level records instead of individual contact records that apply to all contacts in a company. And a better view of email communication and outreach by sales reps to customers in an area that can be reported on instead of just syncing the emails from our Microsoft 365 environment. It would be really nice to be able to assign more that just one person to an opp in Keap, this way if a CS or Support Rep is an addtional contact owner this can be done at the point they would need to be involved. "Seamless Business Automation and CRM Efficiency"
What do you like best about Keap?

I appreciate how Keap allows me to convert manual tasks into automated processes for my business operations. It's great to know that communications with other businesses or vendors, especially marketing efforts, are taken care of without needing my constant presence. I also like that Keap makes it seamless and easy to follow up with leads and provide them with necessary communication about next steps. The CRM aspect of Keap is valuable as it includes options for bookings, which create an easier process for customers to move from pre-booking through to getting follow-ups effortlessly. This booking feature makes things seamless by automatically adding appointments to calendar invites and including reminders, which is very helpful when handling multiple inquiries. Overall, Keap makes it very easy to get started and has been a positive experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation with Ease, but Pricey"
What do you like best about Keap?

I find the automation of workflow and email marketing tools in Keap very powerful, which is the best setup for my needs. These tools really help me handle higher volumes without increasing manpower. The email tool is useful for bulk communication, allowing me to send updates, maintenance alerts, and onboarding sequences to multiple clients at once. This ensures consistent messaging and reduces repetitive work, saving me a lot of time and reducing human error. It lets me focus more on complex or hybrid issues instead of getting bogged down in routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Pricing is on the higher side and advanced concern can be a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for Small Business Automation with Pricing Challenges"
What do you like best about Keap?

I love using Keap as our all-in-one CRM, marketing automation, and simple invoicing tool for our small service-based business. The drag-and-drop Automation Builder is hands-down my favorite feature. It lets us create complex workflows visually and intuitively without any coding. The 'When/Then' modules make it easy to automate tasks like sending personalized email sequences and scheduling follow-up calls, which has been a game-changer for consistent lead nurturing without manual work. I also appreciate how Keap integrates natively with Zapier, making it easier to connect with other tools like Typeform, Calendly, and Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Pricing and scaling costs — It starts feeling expensive quickly as your contact list grows (we're already seeing higher tiers creep in). The per-contact scaling plus mandatory onboarding/implementation fees for new setups add up fast for a small team. Many competitors offer more generous limits at lower entry points. The initial setup was moderately challenging — not the easiest onboarding we've experienced, but manageable with some dedication. We’re a small team (3 people), none of us are technical experts, so there was definitely a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Great Automations"
What do you like best about Keap?

I find the system easy to use and the automations are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The automation builder does crash sometimes whilst using it. Which is time consuming. I have questioned this but not heard anything back on it. Integrations are fine but could be better. Considering the system crashes while using the automation builder the price could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keap Streamlines CRM, Email Marketing, and Automation in One Powerful Platform"
What do you like best about Keap?

What I like most about Keap is that it brings CRM, email marketing, and automation together in a single platform. From an account management perspective, it’s easy to stay on top of contacts, quickly see where each client sits in the pipeline, and automate follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks.

The automation builder is particularly useful. Once campaigns are set up, it saves a ton of time and helps keep communication consistent with both prospects and clients. I also like how customizable the platform is, since it lets us tailor workflows to different client journeys while still keeping everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

One thing I dislike about Keap is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially when you’re trying to set up more advanced automations. There’s definitely a learning curve, and it takes time to really understand how all the features connect and work together.

I’ve also noticed that some customizations require more manual setup than I expected, and the reporting can feel limited depending on how detailed you want to be. It’s a powerful tool once everything is configured properly, but getting through the initial setup and then fine-tuning it can be pretty time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid CRM with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Keap?

I've used Keap for over fifteen years, and it has allowed us to keep track of our business to help us grow our business and automate our marketing. The CRM portion keeps our contacts organized, and the tagging system is excellent. Although progress in adding new features has been quite slow over the last several years, Keap has been an excellent tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The automation builder could be more simple and reliable. There are not uncommon issues with automations not firing when they should, and many times failures happen silently, so you never know something has been missed. The email builder can be frustrating too. Additionally, the initial setup, done fifteen years ago, was quite challenging, especially migrating from a desktop-based CRM. "Top-Notch Tagging and Ease of Use, But Pricier Than Other CRMs"
What do you like best about Keap?

I loved the way that Keap allowed users to tag and categorize people and companies. It was top-notch. I also greatly enjoyed the ease of use. It was very easy to learn and everything felt self-explanatory. Plus, customer service was great and easy to access so when I did run into a question I couldn't solve on my own, there was always help waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The cost was very high in comparison to other CRM platforms, but other than the cost there was nothing I didn't like about Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive CRM with Intuitive Features"
What do you like best about Keap?

I really like that Keap has a very simple, direct platform. It's intuitive, so even someone with no experience can learn how to use it and embrace every skill and feature it has. It also helps us map the client journey perfectly, giving insights into where people are coming from and if they are engaged. This helps maintain a healthy list and be seen favorably by email providers. I think that's a great feature Keap offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I don't think that there are things that don't work well. Maybe, yes, it depends if you don't have a kind of a huge list. It could be overcomplicated in a sense that you need to have a really big or at least a considerable amount of contacts to be able to really leverage all the advantages it has. So maybe if you're a really small company or you're an entrepreneur, maybe this is not a CRM for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralizes Marketing, Effort in Setup"
What do you like best about Keap?

I use Keap for marketing, mainly to manage leads and automate follow-ups. I love how it has centralized everything, helping solve the issue of handling leads from different sources. Lead management is awesome, and I appreciate how the CRM is combined with it and runs in the background, which saves me a lot of time. Once I got used to it, the setup became very easy. We integrate it with MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Calendly based on the workflow requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

A bit of effort is required to set up initially and pricing is a little bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
