## Keap Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Sales Automation with Ease of Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard G. | Director of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I really like the automation builder in Keap. It allows me to set up automations that help manage our sales pipeline efficiently. I also enjoy being able to build out widgets and dashboards on the home screen, which give me a quick view of my day and the current pipeline's status and opportunities. Additionally, I found the setup process to be pretty easy and user-friendly. The team helped us get set up, offered some training sessions, and worked with us to prepare everything for our team.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Being able to manage company level records instead of individual contact records that apply to all contacts in a company. And a better view of email communication and outreach by sales reps to customers in an area that can be reported on instead of just syncing the emails from our Microsoft 365 environment. It would be really nice to be able to assign more that just one person to an opp in Keap, this way if a CS or Support Rep is an addtional contact owner this can be done at the point they would need to be involved.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps us manage our sales pipeline by automating lead handling and marketing outreach, creating automated tasks for our sales reps to engage actively with prospects.

  ### 2. Seamless Business Automation and CRM Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHEMEKA J. | Consultant, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I appreciate how Keap allows me to convert manual tasks into automated processes for my business operations. It's great to know that communications with other businesses or vendors, especially marketing efforts, are taken care of without needing my constant presence. I also like that Keap makes it seamless and easy to follow up with leads and provide them with necessary communication about next steps. The CRM aspect of Keap is valuable as it includes options for bookings, which create an easier process for customers to move from pre-booking through to getting follow-ups effortlessly. This booking feature makes things seamless by automatically adding appointments to calendar invites and including reminders, which is very helpful when handling multiple inquiries. Overall, Keap makes it very easy to get started and has been a positive experience so far.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Nothing at this time.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keap to automate business operations, manage communications without my presence, and streamline follow-ups with leads. The CRM and booking options make it easier for customers to move through the process seamlessly.

  ### 3. Powerful Automation with Ease, but Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karan k. | Technical Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I find the automation of workflow and email marketing tools in Keap very powerful, which is the best setup for my needs. These tools really help me handle higher volumes without increasing manpower. The email tool is useful for bulk communication, allowing me to send updates, maintenance alerts, and onboarding sequences to multiple clients at once. This ensures consistent messaging and reduces repetitive work, saving me a lot of time and reducing human error. It lets me focus more on complex or hybrid issues instead of getting bogged down in routine tasks.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Pricing is on the higher side and advanced concern can be a bit limited.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap reduces manual work through automation, ensuring consistent communication with leads and customers. It handles higher volumes without extra manpower, provides bulk communication tools for updates and alerts, and saves time by reducing errors, allowing focus on complex tasks.

  ### 4. Game Changer for Small Business Automation with Pricing Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chud Suzana B. | Freelance (Data Entry), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I love using Keap as our all-in-one CRM, marketing automation, and simple invoicing tool for our small service-based business. The drag-and-drop Automation Builder is hands-down my favorite feature. It lets us create complex workflows visually and intuitively without any coding. The 'When/Then' modules make it easy to automate tasks like sending personalized email sequences and scheduling follow-up calls, which has been a game-changer for consistent lead nurturing without manual work. I also appreciate how Keap integrates natively with Zapier, making it easier to connect with other tools like Typeform, Calendly, and Google Sheets.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Pricing and scaling costs — It starts feeling expensive quickly as your contact list grows (we're already seeing higher tiers creep in). The per-contact scaling plus mandatory onboarding/implementation fees for new setups add up fast for a small team. Many competitors offer more generous limits at lower entry points. The initial setup was moderately challenging — not the easiest onboarding we've experienced, but manageable with some dedication. We’re a small team (3 people), none of us are technical experts, so there was definitely a learning curve.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap automates email sequences, ensuring leads and customers receive timely follow-ups without manual effort, reducing missed opportunities.

  ### 5. Easy to Use with Great Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I find the system easy to use and the automations are great.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The automation builder does crash sometimes whilst using it. Which is time consuming. I have questioned this but not heard anything back on it. Integrations are fine but could be better. Considering the system crashes while using the automation builder the price could be better.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kepa is great in helping us reach Leads fats and making a quicker impact in order to convert into sales. The support team can be helpful with most issues that arise in building automations which is extremely helpful.

  ### 6. Keap Streamlines CRM, Email Marketing, and Automation in One Powerful Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

What I like most about Keap is that it brings CRM, email marketing, and automation together in a single platform. From an account management perspective, it’s easy to stay on top of contacts, quickly see where each client sits in the pipeline, and automate follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks.

The automation builder is particularly useful. Once campaigns are set up, it saves a ton of time and helps keep communication consistent with both prospects and clients. I also like how customizable the platform is, since it lets us tailor workflows to different client journeys while still keeping everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

One thing I dislike about Keap is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially when you’re trying to set up more advanced automations. There’s definitely a learning curve, and it takes time to really understand how all the features connect and work together.

I’ve also noticed that some customizations require more manual setup than I expected, and the reporting can feel limited depending on how detailed you want to be. It’s a powerful tool once everything is configured properly, but getting through the initial setup and then fine-tuning it can be pretty time-consuming.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps solve the problem of disorganized client communication and inconsistent follow-up. Before I started using it, leads could easily slip through the cracks, and tasks were more likely to get missed when I was managing multiple accounts at once.

With Keap, everything is in one place, contact records, email history, notes, tasks, and pipeline stages, so I can always see clearly where each prospect or client stands. Its automation tools also reduce the need for manual follow-ups by automatically triggering emails, reminders, and tasks.

For me, this means I save time, stay more consistent in how I respond, and ultimately move deals forward more efficiently while providing a better overall client experience.

  ### 7. Solid CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I've used Keap for over fifteen years, and it has allowed us to keep track of our business to help us grow our business and automate our marketing. The CRM portion keeps our contacts organized, and the tagging system is excellent. Although progress in adding new features has been quite slow over the last several years, Keap has been an excellent tool.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The automation builder could be more simple and reliable. There are not uncommon issues with automations not firing when they should, and many times failures happen silently, so you never know something has been missed. The email builder can be frustrating too. Additionally, the initial setup, done fifteen years ago, was quite challenging, especially migrating from a desktop-based CRM.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps us track contacts and interactions, facilitates email marketing, and supports business growth through marketing automation.

  ### 8. Top-Notch Tagging and Ease of Use, But Pricier Than Other CRMs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria G. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I loved the way that Keap allowed users to tag and categorize people and companies. It was top-notch. I also greatly enjoyed the ease of use. It was very easy to learn and everything felt self-explanatory. Plus, customer service was great and easy to access so when I did run into a question I couldn't solve on my own, there was always help waiting.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The cost was very high in comparison to other CRM platforms, but other than the cost there was nothing I didn't like about Keap.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not currently using Keap within my company; we switched to a lower-cost alternative, but Keap allowed us to keep track of all of our clients, vendors, and contractors seamlessly.

  ### 9. Comprehensive CRM with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria F. | Ventas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I really like that Keap has a very simple, direct platform. It's intuitive, so even someone with no experience can learn how to use it and embrace every skill and feature it has. It also helps us map the client journey perfectly, giving insights into where people are coming from and if they are engaged. This helps maintain a healthy list and be seen favorably by email providers. I think that's a great feature Keap offers.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

I don't think that there are things that don't work well. Maybe, yes, it depends if you don't have a kind of a huge list. It could be overcomplicated in a sense that you need to have a really big or at least a considerable amount of contacts to be able to really leverage all the advantages it has. So maybe if you're a really small company or you're an entrepreneur, maybe this is not a CRM for you.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps manage refund claims by showing email activity, ensuring customers received access. It's simple and intuitive, even for novices, and offers insights into client journeys, email engagement, and maintaining a healthy contact list.

  ### 10. Centralizes Marketing, Effort in Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vyshnavi R. | Content Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I use Keap for marketing, mainly to manage leads and automate follow-ups. I love how it has centralized everything, helping solve the issue of handling leads from different sources. Lead management is awesome, and I appreciate how the CRM is combined with it and runs in the background, which saves me a lot of time. Once I got used to it, the setup became very easy. We integrate it with MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Calendly based on the workflow requirements.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

A bit of effort is required to set up initially and pricing is a little bit high.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keap to manage leads and automate follow-ups, saving time and preventing missed opportunities. It centralizes leads from different sources, simplifying our workflow.

  ### 11. It is a strategic tool for the growth of my business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

It helps me to multiply my time with automations and with all the functions it has to connect with each other. This means I don't have to resort to other tools for my daily work. The support is excellent, the tool is excellent, I really like the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The support is excellent 24/7, the automation workflows are easy to implement, the user experience is spectacular. It would be great if it could be in Spanish to share it with the Latin community and also connect with WhatsApp to make it more powerful.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps me have multiple automations at once for each avatar of my company, the ease of replicating the automations helps me have better control over the profiles I want to obtain. The ease of creating landing pages and segmenting target groups is key to knowing how to speak to each segment. Additionally, it has AI functions that facilitate the construction of messages and automations.

  ### 12. Streamlined Sales with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiren P. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I like Keap's lifecycle automation as it effectively manages everything from collecting leads to nurturing, closing, and converting them into champion users. I find Keap simple to use and feature-rich compared to Zoho, which felt outdated and required too much lengthy work. The initial setup of Keap was smooth, and I appreciate their support team, who was quick to help and solve my queries.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

nothing

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keap for managing contacts, cold outreach, lead management, and newsletters, consolidating marketing and sales in one place with automation for lead management and nurturing to closing.

  ### 13. Intuitive Batch Emailing, Though the Layout Feels a Bit Too Marketing-Style

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin S. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

Interface is fairly intuitive and most simple way to batch email for our bankers

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

How the set up of the email comes across more like a marketing email than outlook email. It creates a semi different layout and boxiness to the text but hasn’t been a major issue

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to send mass email out on behalf of the bankers. Saves time for all parties and able to push out more volume

  ### 14. Intuitive All-in-One Tool with Outstanding Support, but Needs Better Quote Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randall U. | Marketing Advisor / Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Keap?**

It's intuitive to use. It's an all-in-one package. The support team is by far the most excellent in the industry, compared to Salesforce, Hubspot, All-in-One Marketing (Go-High), Pardot. The KEAP support team sets the apart as a product their people understand. If they don't understand something, they don't leave you hanging and get someone who does address the issue.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The only issue I've had with KEAP is the quote and invoice form flexibility.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem KEAP is solving is not having silo's of information. It's easy to onboard someone, start use immediately, get support quickly if needed. It's the most powerful CRM in a complete package, for the cost. Since we are a non-profit organization, overall cost and feature benefit of KEAP is a great fit.

**Official Response from Alex At Keap:**

> Thank you for such an incredible review. We’re thrilled to hear that you find Keap intuitive and that our support team has made such a positive impression. We take great pride in making sure our customers feel supported every step of the way. Your feedback about quote and invoice flexibility is appreciated and helps us continue improving. It’s wonderful to know Keap has been a great fit for your organization and helps keep everything connected in one place.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig Paul T. | Marketing Designer, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

Its ease of use, drag and drop email editor, the agging system, the dashboard where i can get counts of automated campaigns

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

It often refreshes on itself, the search function is also not the best

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works as out marketing to for emails to move people through automated touchpoints throughout the year.

  ### 16. Useful Automation, But Could Be Pricey for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikhela C. | Dance Choreographer • Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I like that Keap is on the cutting edge of automation and uses email and text marketing. The automation features really help me keep up with the fast pace of managing dance studios. It's very useful for creating automated sequences for new leads and existing families, which helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

I no longer use Keap because they had a change in their company and prices were changing as well, and the team switched to a different product.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap helps me create processes to capture information from interested people, allowing seamless automated follow-ups with both leads and current customers. It keeps communication and organization in check.

  ### 17. Easy to Use and Affordable, but Support Can Be Hard to Reach

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane L. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Keap?**

It's relatively easy to use, and the pricing is reasonable, i.e., cheap haha

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Support is a bit of an issue although when you get hold of someone they are generally helpful

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and CRM management

  ### 18. Good CRM Starter, But Customization and Onboarding Are Challenging

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Keap?**

Keap was a great starting point for marketing and automation, with its pipelines and stages working really well. It serves as a solid introduction to CRM.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Keap does not offer enough flexibility for complete customization. I found that getting the most out of Keap required a lot of effort during the onboarding process. To really make the tools work the way you want, you need a dedicated team to handle everything.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM and contact management have been the most valuable features for our agency. These tools have proven to be the most effective for our needs.

  ### 19. Industry-Leading Workflows and Excellent Email Deliverability

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Keap?**

I really appreciate Keap's workflows; in my opinion, they are the best available in the industry. I also enjoy using their new SMS marketing features. Additionally, their email deliverability is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

Keap is quite expensive, which is my main issue with the software. Additionally, it can be complicated for new users. While it is a robust platform, this sometimes makes it difficult to use.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I rely on my emails being delivered and on automation running smoothly while I sleep. Keap consistently delivers on both fronts. My audience receives my emails, which helps generate sales.

  ### 20. Great for Automating Processes, but Invoicing Lacks Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan D. | CIO (Chief Idea/Implentation Officer), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Keap?**

The automated broadcasts, along with the option to categorize contacts, have been extremely useful for our group. Additionally, the automated systems that use tags have played a significant role in organizing and streamlining our processes.

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

The invoicing feature feels quite rigid and doesn't really accommodate hourly billing. Because of this limitation, I've decided to use a different system for my own needs.

**What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keap has helped us organize our processes and maintains a record of all our communications, invoicing, and payments. This gives us a reliable reference for the future.

**Official Response from Alex At Keap:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that Keap’s automations and tagging tools have helped streamline your processes and keep your communications organized. Your note about invoicing and hourly billing is really helpful, we appreciate you sharing how we can continue to improve. We’ll be sure to pass this along to our product team for review. Thanks again for being part of the Keap community!

**What do you dislike about Keap?**

This tool is capable of so many things that it can be difficult to make the most of all its features.
