What I like about Follow up boss is their texting abilities; it is so easy to take care of the client with the so many features they have, from the awesome Drip campaigns to the Video text capabilities; you can set up bulk email to hit all your clients and leads at the same time, as well as you can connect your Bomb Bomb account and send videos via email. It helps me keep track of my leads and clients. The ease of implementation was as easy as talking to the onboaridng and they help me to do everything. Studied the videos and cutomer support guided me to fininsh the set up. I use follow up boss at least 2 - 3 times every day! I like how organized our agents can be and how we can utilize it for our staff as well. event promo, past client outreach etc. Support is great as well, they even do month calls with our admin to make sure we are all good.
