EZ Texting makes it easy for our company to communicate urgent information within our company, like weather closures and other safety related issues. We also use this to let our employees know about important company changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We lost some of our credits after a change or update to EZ Texting's website. Unused credits don’t roll over, and the annual cost is quite expensive. Since we don’t use this service for marketing and instead only use it sparingly for internal communication with our employees and associates, it ends up being a costly service for us. Previously, there was a low up-front cost and we could estimate how many credits we would need for the year. Now, it requires a much larger up-front payment and follows a “use it or lose it” model.
