Agency Zoom is extremely user-friendly and has a clean interface. The chat team is prompt, courteous, and always ready to help whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

There have been very few things I haven’t liked about Agency Zoom, and nothing really stands out as a major issue.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my workflow by giving me daily task reminders, keeping me on top of multiple potential customers, and making it easier for me to maintain my sales pipeline.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

The automation that triggers after a sale to request a Google Review.  I think that's the most helpful feature.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

There are only a few automations that come with it, anything after that are not included so you have to create them, or hire a third party to do it.  Would be nice if they came out with updated automations from time to time.  And/OR have training.  I would attend classes to learn more about creating better automations and higher levels.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of our HR items like time-off, birthdays, clocking in/out.  Also helping us with follow ups after sale like sending a welcome packet and requesting a review.

Everything is all in one place, which makes it much easier to manage. It really helps simplify our day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

Notes on the new Business: You can’t highlight multiple pieces of text from different parts of a note and change their formatting at the same time (for example, color, bold, or italics).

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one platform where all client information is there and you dont need to jot down anything on your ledger.

Honestly it is hard to single out anything, if there was one, I'd say the sync capabilities between Agency Zoom and QQ. It would be nice to see a more robust layout between the two where QQ provides more info back into Agency Zoom

I love how easy AgencyZoom is to use and customize to fit my needs. It handles my specific processes for onboarding, service, and sales seamlessly. I also appreciate how it helps track goals, agency production, and revenue, which are really important to me. The analytics feature is great for understanding what works in different ZIP codes for marketing.

I would like a little bit more customizability when it comes to the list of views.

I like that AgencyZoom allows us to reach out to a larger number of people, which results in more quotes and eventually more sales. It allows each agent to be accountable for making a significant number of calls each day. I also appreciate the setup process, which was pleasant and issue-free. Additionally, I like the fact that AgencyZoom offers chat support and customer service that is really well managed.

Would like to see more integration with Mav, Apex, and more third-party uses from it.

I use AgencyZoom to maximize daily call volume, which helps reach more people, generate more quotes, and eventually increase sales. It keeps agents accountable for making calls.

The only downside (which really isn’t one) is that there are a lot of features, and we want to implement them all immediately. We just need to slow down a bit to speed up, so to speak.

I like that AgencyZoom is easy to use and integrates smoothly into other systems like phones and lead management. It also offers automation capabilities, handling tasks that my agents might struggle to manage on their own. Another thing I appreciate is how AgencyZoom links phone systems and text messages directly into the system, which makes things more streamlined for us. The initial setup was very easy, with a clear step-by-step walkthrough and multiple phone calls to guide us, helping us reach where we needed to be.

I really wish that there was more set up in the beginning. And it would take a little less time to get going.

I love the ease of updating our automations in AgencyZoom and how it seamlessly connects with other systems. It allows us to instantly update our client communication, ensuring clarity. Plus, it integrates with many systems we use and even connects with Zapier for those it doesn't.

It would be fantastic if we could automatically move cards based on client responses, as well as allow us to add buttons to the automations. There are also some additional information added for Zapier to have access to.

I wish the texting was less buggy. I wish it would notify me more as well. I would prefer to get an email when a text message hasn't been read after an hour.

I like that with AgencyZoom we can do a lot of automation depending on the stage of the customer, which helps us stay organized. The automation features are valuable because they automate a lot of tasks that are time-consuming. Having a CRM that's actually organized is great as it helps us keep all our clients and leads in one place, and manage everything we're working on daily.

I would like if we could do some other extra stuff like webhooks for outgoing triggers based on instances.

I like how organized and easy it is to use. It makes managing clients, tasks, and follow-ups way faster and smoother. The automation features also help save a lot of time.

Sometimes it feels a bit clunky and slow. The UI can get overwhelming with too many tabs and steps. Some automations and integrations are limited unless you’re on higher plans. Notifications and task tracking could also be smoother.

I don't like that sometimes there will be confusion between AgencyZoom and AMS360 -- things not syncing correctly, duplicates, etc.

Communication in our sales team has been so much clearer -- the managers are able to keep an eye on all New Business that's currently in the pipeline.

I really appreciate AgencyZoom's ability to break down sales on multiple levels. It allows me to see numbers for the agency, individual producers, and CSRs, and it helps us identify who might need sales or cross-sale guidance. Also, the initial setup of AgencyZoom was extremely easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

It integrates with our Agency management system, but I have to click an extra button to make that happen. I'd like to see it happen automatically, without having to change my AMS.

AgencyZoom helps me manage leads, track sales and close ratios, do email blasts, and report on new business. It simplifies sales tracking and analysis at agency, producer, and CSR levels, helping us identify who needs sales guidance.

It keeps track of all of our clients and their policies, including renewals. If you have it set up correctly, it will also send emails and texts with all the policy information.

Nothing-it is great! I have not had any issues with Agency Zoom.

Updating clients about their insurance policy renewals-I do not have to personally reach out to each one.

I like how organized agency zoom is. it is easy to keep track of my tasks and my leads. i don't get overwhelmed by all the information.

the only thing i don't like is the lag. i put information in and it will take agency zoom up to like 20 minutes sometimes to process it.

like i said before, agency zoom is solving the issue of organization. with other platforms we have found it is hard to balance the amount of leads coming in and keeping track of which producer gets what lead- agency zoom solves this problem.

Some automations are too much but we have the option to turn on and off specific automations and I love that!

I like the pipeline view in AgencyZoom for tracking new account inquiries to binding. It allows us to put a mental picture as to where various accounts are at within the process and update or act accordingly.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The new business policy/premium syncing between AMS360 and AgencyZoom can be problematic. When we force sync from AgencyZoom to AMS360, the premiums routinely reset to $0. This requires manual, duplicate entry of data.

I use AgencyZoom for tracking prospects and existing accounts. It solves issues in servicing, quoting, and communication tracking, and the pipeline view helps visualize account stages effectively.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like that AgencyZoom is modern, clean, and easy to read. The referral portal, dragging between stages, and integrations are valuable as they help us retain business and keep clients happy. The initial setup was pretty simple, and the team is great.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I don't know yet as I am still fairly new. I will be importing from AMS360 soon, so I will know more about its cross functionality soon. Less buttons. Sometimes more is less, and some pages like the automation page just feel overwhelming.

AgencyZoom helps with client tracking and CRM, preventing follow-ups from slipping through the cracks, retaining clients, and keeping them happy.

We use PL Rater and AMS360. The best part of AgencyZoom is that it connects to both of those services, along with my corporate email. The integrations are amazing, and it makes it much easier to keep everything in one place.

I think it would be amazing if it had a better built-in bulk email sending feature.

We’ve saved a lot of time just from the integrations alone.

we've struggled to connect our email platform to AgencyZoom since there is no native integration option for Proton

The platform is highly organized.  I like that it keeps different things separate and that cuts down on confusion.  Easy to follow steps make it a no brainer!

I do not like losing all my policies if someone happens to mess them up under Sold.  That is about the only thing i can think of.

Communication, Filing, remembering, these are all things that are not my strong suits, but AZ has me covered

I like the ability to access some basic information and contact details without needing the full AMS credentialled login. It also provides truncated policy numbers that I can use.

I find it very limited and wish it was improved. You have to have a full AMS access to get a copy of Declarations pages. AgencyZoom prompts you for the login, which does not help me as I choose not to pay for a separate login for AMS due to cost.

I like having access to some info without needing full AMS login, like contact info and truncated policy numbers.

Before AgencyZoom we did not have a platform that would show all the incoming leads.  I had to manually type in emails and text messages.  AgencyZoom helps keep me organized as to what leads I have assigned to myself.

I use AgencyZoom as our CRM because it integrates well with our existing tools like email, phone system, and AMS. I really like its integrations, as we want everything connected to avoid duplicate entries. The initial setup of AgencyZoom was pretty easy for us.

I wish they had templates already made, and then we could edit instead of building it out ourselves. You shouldn't have to pay for training.
