**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

AgencyZoom is extremely useful for automating outreach and follow-up with both prospects and current customers. The performance is top notch and does not lag.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

AgencyZoom feels somewhat limited when it comes to its built-in data analysis, and it requires a higher-tier plan to access features that, in my opinion, should already be included. Support and onboarding leave a bit to be desired, since it isn’t easy to get quick answers to questions when they come up. The AI capabilities of the software also still feel limited compared to competitors, although I’m sure it will catch up over time.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of leads and customers falling through the cracks and getting lost in the noise of a CRM. By integrating with other software I am able to send my customers text messages, automated emails, and recycle them for annual reviews. The UI layout and design makes it easy to navigate as well compared to other CRMs

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

We’ve had an outstanding experience using AgencyZoom across our district. It has truly transformed the way we track and manage agent production.

The platform provides incredible visibility into performance, allowing us to easily monitor activity, identify trends, and coach our agents more effectively. The dashboards are intuitive, and the reporting tools make it simple to stay on top of key metrics without wasting time digging through data.

One of the biggest advantages is how it drives accountability and consistency across our teams. Our agents know exactly where they stand, what’s expected, and how to improve. It has helped create a culture of transparency, motivation, and growth.

Additionally, the automation features save a significant amount of time, allowing our team to focus more on selling and less on administrative work. From pipeline management to follow-ups, everything is streamlined and efficient.

Overall, AgencyZoom has become an essential part of our daily operations. If you’re looking to increase productivity, improve tracking, and elevate agent performance, this is a must-have tool.

One area for improvement is recruiting functionality. We would love to see AgencyZoom expand its capabilities to better support recruiting efforts, as this is a critical part of growing and maintaining a strong district. **What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I love how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it connects with every app we rely on. It makes it straightforward to track every interaction we have with a customer and keep all of their files stored together in one place. We can also create tasks for ourselves or assign them to other co-workers, which makes it much easier to stay organized and keep everything moving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

Maybe how the Leads are set up? It doesn't seem as easy to keep track of new prospects as it is with current customers.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I mentioned earlier - keeping track of every interaction either with or about a customer is one of the most important things we need to do, & I love that this offers that option.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I've used a CRM in the past when I worked in property management.  I know how well it can help streamline processes, in any industry.  This is a new platform in our small insurance agency, but has really helped keep our tasks on track and help see where we're all at in quoting clients.  Helps to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish we could upload or import a CSV to create unique email lists for blasting clients that meet certain criteria.  As it is now, we have to create a unique tag for clients to create those specialisted email lists.  That takes a lot of time.  I also wish when we upload our book of business that tags would generate based on the types of policies each client has.  Right now we're having to manually add tags to each client.  If there's a better way, we're not aware of it.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're hoping to have even better success with AZ once we have a 100% integration with our AMS.  The developers are our AMS are actively working with AZ and are in the final testing phase before rolling it out live.  I think that will address a lot of the automation issues we'd like to have resolved.

Integration & Automation. Easy to integrate with multiple systems/services. Easy to automate workflows, marketing & servicing, saving us significant amounts of time and effort.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

Differentiating where automations are sent can be difficult -- ie, does this email need to go to a specific contact under a customer account? Or should it be sent to the primary contact under a customer account? Changing the intended recipient can be difficult. Also difficult to understand all the automations which are being sent to an individual -- there could be Customer-level automations (onboarding and similar), Service-level automations, and Lead-level automations all being sent to the same individual, and it is possible to overwhelm people without intending to do so.

Customer relations management, Lead Management, Marketing, & tying a lot of different services together.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like that we can keep all of our business and outside business in agency zoom. We can also delegate all service requests in agency zoom between all customer service reps. We can also keep track of our goals for the office

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The chatting/ support needs some assistance. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get an answer and it feels like its dragging to get an answer. Not sure if the chat reps are real people bc the avatar/profile pics look like AI

I like that it helps us stay organized and keep all our business in one place like a master policy. I also  like that we can keep leads and keep track of the lead pipeline for sales reps

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I find AgencyZoom very powerful with a lot of features, not just as a CRM but also as an outreach tool. It helps us keep our outreach efforts organized when we have different teams like the appointment setting team and the sales team. We're able to quickly take a lead and move it between teams or steps within our sales pipeline. Additionally, the dashboard view helps us understand what's pending from a bigger picture. Setting up AgencyZoom was pretty easy and straightforward, especially with the RingCentral integration for sending texts and making calls. There are many prebuilt automations, which are very helpful for outreach and process management. I have recommended AgencyZoom to a couple of colleagues.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

One of the main issues I have with AgencyZoom is the task management portion. Each lead or customer has a place to create tasks to keep track of what's pending, but it's a bit clunky compared to Asana, which I used in the past for task and project management. AgencyZoom has limited task management features. I still use Asana and link back to AgencyZoom, but there's no way to sync tasks inside AgencyZoom with our Asana tasks.

I use AgencyZoom for managing client communications and tracking sales performance. It helps organize outreach efforts across teams and tracks leads' stages, guiding next steps and offering a big-picture view with its dashboard.

I like the tasks you can set to remind yourself or other agents when policies need follow up or attention.  I do like that you can see the snapshot of where you are for the month in new business written premium.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I do not like that if a renewal is not integrated into the system for some reason, when you go to add it as a renewal, it adds it as new business written premium instead of renewal.  We need to code it as a rewrite for it not to count in new business written premium.  I would also like to see a renewal column for each month so we know how much premium is renewing, set to renew, along those lines.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AZ is helping us to work more efficiently with all clients in one place and to allow us to upload and keep documents in one spot. It also allows us to see where we are for the month and manage communications out to our clients at the push of a button or message.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I'm liking the integration with using QQ alongside it and being able to pull in the information easily from our books and see the reports in real time as well as be able to reference a workflow as to who needs renewals, extra outreach, etc.
There's been a few frustrating aspects of the workflow but overall it seems to be running smoothly, and love having the ability to message clients directly in the portal.  I'm not on the management side to know the pricing or the ROI, but it seems to be doing everything we need it to do plus more. Training and onboarding were helpful. I do wish that there were modules we could learn from and reference at anytime to further our training versus attending zoom calls.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

not all integration has been accurate, I have had to go back through our systems and double check information so clients don't get confused. ie. policy numbers, and effective dates are main things that I've seen not align, so when I'm sending out renewal reminders it's frustrating to the clients when it's not matching.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speeding up the processes for renewals for me personally & making sure we are in contact with more people. Before we didn't have a clear system for outreach so this has been great with more contact.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I use AgencyZoom for my Sales Pipeline, and it really makes the sales process seamless and fail-proof. One of my favorite aspects is how it can be tailored to personal preferences, which is super handy. I also love that it integrates well with other agency programs. This integration is fantastic because it keeps productivity high by eliminating the need to duplicate prospect or client information. Creating different marketing campaigns is a breeze and helps us focus on our lead sources from various avenues. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The only improvement is some data do not transfer over. Date of birth has to be manually entered. For documents, you have to prompt them with a sync button for them to transfer over.

AgencyZoom makes the sales process seamless and fail proof. It integrates with our agency management system, keeping productivity high by avoiding duplicate entries and helps us hone in on lead sources through tailored marketing campaigns.

I love that we have specific automations for every pipeline in AgencyZoom, which really streamlines the processes and makes our lives easier. The DocuSigning feature is a great addition, allowing us to handle documents effectively. I also love how well it integrates with other systems we use like RingCentral for calling and texting. It's fantastic that AgencyZoom houses all the files we need to ensure a well-managed customer experience. Overall, I'm a big fan of how these features work in the background to improve our workflow.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The DocuSign feature is a bit inconsistent; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It appears like it goes out to the client, but often they're telling me they can't find it anywhere, not even in spam. That's something that probably could be tweaked.

AgencyZoom solves many problems with its key automations, letting me focus on each client individually. I love the specific automations for every pipeline, DocuSign integration, and it manages customer experience well while integrating with other systems like RingCentral.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I really like that AgencyZoom is simple and easy to use. A lot of people understand how to use it and are willing to help us set stuff up. It's accessible across multiple different platforms which makes it broadly used. The chat feature is pretty awesome too, making it easy to find help if I have a question. Moe did a great job building it out. It's very user-friendly. The initial setup was super simple because the support was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish you all had a CanopyLink option instead of us having to use the agent Link. Canopy link is so broadly used. You all should have an option to be able to add it in there. Currently, we have a workaround where we put our Canopy link for Canopy Connect in our agent meeting link and we share that for our automation sequences.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AgencyZoom for automating tasks and managing leads. It's easy to handle all service tasks for the entire agency.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I find AgencyZoom incredibly useful for insurance leads and pipeline management. It allows us to manage our agency's leads effectively and helps us keep track of our weekly and monthly goals more specifically. The automation and reminders to clients have been very helpful. When we sign up a new client, it automatically provides them with emails about our agency, which legitimizes our contact with them. We switched from Monday.com because we found AgencyZoom to be much more effective and it meets our needs better. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

It would be nice if all of our live lead sources could be automatically uploaded into AgencyZoom. Right now, the process of doing so is a bit cumbersome. The process to get them connected is not as quick as us just manually entering them by client.

AgencyZoom helps manage our insurance leads and tracks our goals weekly and monthly. The automation and client reminders are very helpful, as they automatically provide new clients with emails about our agency, legitimizing our contact.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like how every person has their own goals in AgencyZoom, and they can check where they're at month to date. It holds them a little bit accountable to their own goal.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I love the compensation app, but it does have a lot of spottiness as far as I often hear that's not working as designed. Just the overall ease of use would be as far as features that can be improved. Ways that I could edit just double click in and edit as opposed to needing to go to different screens. As far as the spotiness, just when a report change, it takes a little bit for in AgencyZoom to catch up to Allstate's change reports. There are a couple things that still don't make sense, such as lead sources, I have a hard time running iVantage reports.

We mostly use AgencyZoom as a scoreboard and sales reporting tool to track contact rate, quote rate, and close rate for each producer.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I really like AgencyZoom because it's very user-friendly. It helps me streamline activities and processes, making it easier to track activity. I especially enjoy how it lets me keep track of data, customer notes, and sales pipelines. The customer notes feature is great for tracking customer interactions, and the pipelines and lead management tools are some of the best ways for me to track sales and ROI, as well as the production standards I set for my employees. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish there were more ways I could customize things. I also wish it would integrate with more online tools. I would like to be able to set triggers on a case-by-case basis, and I would like it to be able to integrate with Outlook.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AgencyZoom to streamline activities and processes, track customer interactions, manage lead pipelines, and monitor sales ROI and production standards. It's user-friendly, making it easy to track data, customer notes, and sales pipelines.

I like that AgencyZoom is customizable in so many ways. We can make it do exactly what we need when we need it and add any other steps to our automation. The pipeline customization is really helpful too, allowing us to build out stages that match our real sales flow, including quote started, remarket, binding, onboarding, etc. It integrates well with tools like Zapier, Cognito Forms, Twilio, and our AMS.

It's time consuming to set up, but gets quicker and easier as you build the system to match your needs.

I track and manage leads from start to close, automate follow-ups, and keep workflows consistent with AgencyZoom. It offers customizable pipelines that match our sales flow, which is super valuable for our business goals.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I love that with Nerdphone, calls and texts are logged on each account. AgencyZoom keeps me in constant contact with prospects and customers through automation, and helps me stay on top of tasks and easily schedule meetings. The customer onboarding and support are outstanding, and I can update automation and system tags to meet my business needs. The onboarding was easy and quick, saving me time. I also appreciate that the tags allow us to understand the value of a prospect at a glance, which is crucial for an ever-changing business like mine. Being able to quickly and easily change automation helps evolve my prospect connections. AgencyZoom makes managing prospects and customers streamlined and professional.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The only improvement I would suggest is for Farmers Apex to integrate with AgencyZoom. This will allow seamless customer service and logged interactions in Apex. We spend a lot of time logging customer interactions in two places - having integration would eliminate double work and save us time.

AgencyZoom keeps us in contact with prospects and customers through automation, streamlines task management, and simplifies meeting scheduling. Its onboarding saves me time, and system tags help quickly assess prospects' value, allowing my business to adapt as it evolves.

I find AgencyZoom amazing because it saves tons of man hours by automating and keeping track of our daily activity. The automation within the pipelines contacts leads from start to finish depending on where they are in the process, and once they are sold, they receive all of our onboarding info without any manual effort from us. I also appreciate how it connects with multiple tools like our phone system Ring Central, Zapier, and our Google business pages. The initial setup was very easy, and the staff is amazing at helping.

I think the user interface of AgencyZoom is very clear and easy to use. The automations save us a tremendous amount of time, allowing me to focus on phone calls without worrying about whether I've sent certain text messages or emails. The task integration is also extremely helpful, as well as the integration with our lead vendor, which makes it efficient since leads come directly into AgencyZoom, and I can work them straight from there.

Recently, we tried to pull a report for how long it took from the time a lead came in until we got to them, so speed to lead, and then also reports for how long our sales cycle is from the point that a lead comes in to when it's sold. Being able to identify which types of leads are closing at a higher rate versus a lower rate is not super easy in AgencyZoom right now.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AgencyZoom tracks leads from entry through the sales process, automates emails and texts, tracks voicemails, and aids onboarding, saving me time. However, reporting on lead response time and sales cycle duration is currently challenging.

I like that AgencyZoom syncs and links everything together, whether it's text, email, or policies, if done right. The API integrations with Farmers and Alta are fantastic. It streamlines everything so we don't have to enter data into multiple systems. I appreciate being able to pull data like a driver's license, date of birth, name, and address, making it easier to replicate into different carrier corp systems. The setup was pretty seamless, with just a bit of data remodification needed to get the majority of what I needed in there.

Some communication issues when I send in a ticket. I often don't have the bandwidth that day to respond, and this makes it challenging when tickets are left open. I also encounter problems with integrations, malfunctions, and data entry.

I like that AgencyZoom is easy to learn and simple to understand. I also enjoy working with the pipelines and lifecycle automations because they offer the flexibility to create automations, which makes managing our customer service and lead process simpler.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I don't think the HR component works very well at all. I think it's clunky and it's old. There's not a lot of ways to edit it and create maybe templates or anything HR wise. Secondly, I don't like that there isn't a recurring email feature. So I could set up recurring reminders, for example, like recurring tasks that aren't related to a service ticket or a stage of a pipeline. I also think you could improve the reporting features to help managers get better insights automatically. Automatically runs certain reports and send them to me weekly.

I really appreciate AgencyZoom's ease of use and the fact that it requires very little training time. The built-in automation is a big plus, allowing us to send text messages and emails automatically to touch leads we haven't connected with yet, saving us time to focus on making phone calls. I also find the pipeline management to be very nice and clean, which helps manage leads effectively. The initial setup was incredibly easy and intuitive, almost like walking through everything step by step, making the process very smooth.

I'm not crazy about the additional fee for the click to dial feature that integrates with RingCentral. I wish there was more of an auto dialer or power dialer built in, like Ricochet. The dialing situation is a bit slow, which is why I'm hesitant to give it a higher score.

I like that AgencyZoom acts as a centralized platform where we can consolidate many technology features, making it easier for our team. It helps us avoid having to learn and master multiple different tools, allowing everyone to focus within one system. I also find it very helpful to make phone calls with just a click of a button and to send and receive text messages that automatically sync across our CRM without needing extra notes. The ability and flexibility to customize the system to shape the customer experience is a huge factor for us. I'm also pleased about the prospects of AgencyZoom getting better with its open API platform, which lets us integrate several tools, and we're constantly improving it over time. Integrations with other tools like AMS 360 and PL rating add to the benefits, which I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I would like the integration between AMS 360 to be perfected and tweaked. For example, we really need to have our customized activities list sync properly, which right now they don't. I would like the sales pipeline to be enhanced so that we have different distribution methods. Right now, it seems there's just the ability to have a round robin assignment, but I wish there was a 'shark tank' distribution method. The initial setup of AgencyZoom wasn't very easy, and even though it's been over a year, the initiation is still going on. There's still a lot of frustrations and hurdles that we're trying to overcome, as well as continuing to customize and fine-tune the system, which isn't quite working well so far.

I like that the design is very user-friendly, and new producers and service people can start clicking around quickly and understand how things work. The onboarding process is smoother and shorter due to this, which helps everyone get up to speed more quickly. It cuts down the time and money spent on training, as people can quickly get into the system and be productive using AgencyZoom's easy-to-use functions.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I think some things that are lacking are just the task management feature. You can't really click to dial right from the task list. You have to go into each additional contact card, which slows down making those calls. It would be nice to see some sort of dialer function that would allow those to go much more quickly with voicemail drops, some of these features that other CRMs have. And then, of course, I would love to see more AI in there as far as AI note-taking, linking AI to reply to our Google reviews as we get them, things of that nature that would make the flows easier and more automated, and just from a functionality standpoint, require less manual work. Another challenge was getting the sync between our AMS and AgencyZoom to sync properly with Nowcerts.

I love the integration with RingCentral, as it automatically saves recorded phone calls, text messages, and integrates well with our email system, which means it saves emails too. This feature helps ensure we don't forget to add important notes from conversations with leads or current insured clients. I love that I can adjust some automations very easily based on the success of our campaigns or approaches. It's also convenient to have everything in one place with AgencyZoom, where I can manage texting and move leads along the process, and I find the texting templates really helpful.

I find it frustrating that you cannot customize pipelines in AgencyZoom. We just have a new life application within the carrier I work with, and since the existing pipelines are already set up and cannot be edited, they don't work with our new process. I would also love for there to be an option in the automation to automatically send an email or text when certain tasks are completed, like if we call a lead and they don't answer, it would be great if marking the call as complete could automatically trigger a text message. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty overwhelming, especially for someone not using those pre-built automations. There's a lot AgencyZoom can do, which can be overwhelming when trying to build out your automation.

The software is very well organized and allows for a good process in reaching out to leads. The feature I like most is the consistent communication, which synchronizes with other apps to schedule text messaging and email, making it possible to communicate with potential customers en masse. This is a real lifesaver, especially for reaching out to old, dated leads that weren't closed before but might be in the future. I also find its ease of setup impressive, probably easier than setting up any sort of social media account.

I'm not too big of a fan of the tasks feature in AgencyZoom. I can appreciate what it's meant to do, and it seems like it could be very useful, but honestly, it's not too accurate. It's not the best at determining the actual task needed for the day. The dashboard is very specific, letting us reflect on the types of leads being sold and identify markets we're not accessing enough. The leads portion allows us to monitor clients who need follow-ups to secure their insurance at the right time. The initial setup was very easy, with Joseph being instrumental in assisting with any setup or navigation questions. Overall, AgencyZoom has been vital in helping our agency hit our goals and grow, and as a Sales Manager, it's truly helped us add more agents to our agency.

The differentiation between personal lines and commercial lines leads seems redundant. If we list them as commercial leads, then they are placed in a different space which makes navigating and monitoring those more cumbersome. We have just been adding commercial leads in our personal lines section and listing the policies quoted/sold as specific commercial policies so we can keep those numbers in the same agency bucket.

I use AgencyZoom for every single touchpoint: sales, service, quotes, and even document uploads. It provides a central nervous system with everything in one spot, which makes a huge difference from the scramble system I used to have. I love the pipeline and all its features, especially the color tags—those are mind-blowing! The more color coding AgencyZoom has, the better. Being able to personalize tags and pipeline boxes is fantastic, with specific spots for service, leads, and even today's tasks. It's easy, simple, and so needed! The ability to customize colors helps me quickly see what each client needs, like a purple tag for new purchases and a bright green tag for DMI inspections scheduled. The setup was really easy, even for someone like me who's not great with tech. I also use it with Lightspeed VOIP phones, which is the best part. Overall, I find AgencyZoom to be an incredible system I didn't even know could exist.

I wish they would separate the automation for emails and text messaging in the system settings for off hours.  They have them grouped together, so I have to turn them either both off or both on during non-business hours. I would like to send emails during non-business hours and text messages during business hours only due to TCA Compliance rules.

It's helping to solve calendar and scheduling issues/ follow ups.  It requires constant tweaking here and there. Work in progress to fine tune it, but worth the efforts.

I would love it if there was a little more focus on keeping track of policies/policy information. The system doesn't require much and so there's not a lot entered. It does sometimes make servicing policies really cumbersome.

Additionally, our contact rates doubled when we switched from Ricochet.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

It is so user friendly and tracks just about anything you are looking for. The service team is stellar with real time answers and help. Things don't fall through the cracks anymore!

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish I could order the pipelines and the items stay in the order I put them with new items dropping in at the bottom of the list. I wish the contact info gave a place for relationship to the primary. I would personally like a cross sell leads list to be in the customer service side so that existing customers could have their own leads vs new prospects

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It manages leads, tracks quotes, sales, and service types, and keeps my notes organized with files easy to access. It really does everything!

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like how AgencyZoom has automations for reminders to requote or email people. I also like the flow of how it tracks stuff that's in the process of quoting and being sold. AgencyZoom is valuable to me because it makes the quoting process easier to track.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish AgencyZoom would correspond with HawkSoft better because right now we have to type all the information in twice. It would be nice if it would all integrate into HawkSoft on its own. The initial setup was okay, but kind of confusing at first. We're still getting to know it because we're new to it.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AgencyZoom tracks insurance quotes and automates reminders for requoting or emailing clients, making the quoting process easier. It simplifies follow-ups for quotes not accepted, using smart cycles.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like that Agency Zoom helps with leads by sending out custom automations. Makes is easier if i can not get to calling a lead; they still receive a text and email following up, making sure I do not miss any sales.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The only downside i would say is how specific the search has to be. If i am looking up a customer and I have one thing off it will not find it. It would be easier if i can look up the policy number versus customer details, as sometimes they are input incorrectly

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us track and monitor service activity and sale activity for the agency. As a lead maanger, it is very helpful to keep our team accountable.

Interface/platform is easy to use and understand. It was easy to setup our pipelines, train, and begin using it with customers. Saved us so much time!

I wish it wasn't tiered levels - and simply a flat rate price for all features.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time on communication, follow up's, and tracking to do's as well as keeping leads straight on where they are at in the process. The whole team is able to use it and know what they need to accomplish. It's given us more effectiveness in our follow up's and the ability to complete them in a more timely manner.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I enjoy AgencyZoom's simplicity and directness. It's easy to navigate, set up, and recall things precisely, which makes it very user-friendly. The navigation is straightforward and the UI is attractive because it's not cluttered. Everything is well-labeled and highlighted, so you know where you're going and nothing is too hidden.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The advanced setting options are typically very hidden. The only thing that's felt kinda weird was how service and sales have different customer folders for their replies and templates, and sometimes that's not exactly outlined when creating said templates.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AgencyZoom solves file management and automation issues, making service tasks quick with a few clicks. It streamlines work equivalent to 10 people, letting one person automate, handle, and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

I like that AgencyZoom keeps track of all our leads and customers. It's really helpful because it sets tasks to remind us to call people, send people mail, or email their documents. Additionally, having it set up with RingCentral is nice, as it offers good integration for our purposes. For me, as a producer, setting up was super easy, and everything synced up well.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I would love to be able to better download or input our customers or kind of sync them on a nightly or weekly basis without a third-party software like Ivan's.

**What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AgencyZoom to set tasks for reminders, send documents via email, and track production. It manages all our leads and customers effectively.

I like using AgencyZoom for managing insurance renewal processes and new business sales tracking. It makes it easy for me to see where a renewal is at in the process and gives me visibility into who is performing what tasks. I appreciate the ability to automate communication with my clients throughout various stages of the customer lifecycle, which saves my staff and me time in our day. The initial data load was a very simple and seamless process for us, which I found very helpful.

The integration with my current agency management system could definitely be improved. I would like the data flow to work better when coming from my AMS.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I like the visual layout of the different pipelines and buckets to place customers in. It makes it very easy to manage new leads and customers. I also appreciate the automation, which is easy to set up and compatible with other programs, including our calendar and email.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

The one thing that I would like with AgencyZoom is more of a shark tank method of the leads. You always have to assign a lead to a specific producer. There are some workarounds that we've been able to figure out with that, but there are other ways besides round robin to assign leads.

AgencyZoom keeps us organized, automates email and texting, and manages follow-ups. It helps service current customers with notes on cancellations and claims, manages renewal pipelines, and replaces the need for certain staff members, enhancing efficiency.

What I like most about AgencyZoom is that it keeps all of our policies in one place, which makes everything easier to find and manage. The automated email features save us a lot of time, and it also integrates really well with Salesforce, so our workflow stays smooth and consistent.

I wish I could see sales broken down by producer. It would also be easier if I could change basic information more easily.

The most helpful thing by a longshot is Pinning information to the top of my leads. Where I leave notes etc. The second most helpful thing is the lead organization and tasks software.

The only issue I have is not being able to access my notes and update them after I sell a policy. It makes me make a new note.

**What do you like best about AgencyZoom?**

I use AgencyZoom for prospect management and client management, and I find it fantastic, especially for prospect management. I love the x date feature, it's really, very intuitive. I also like the email and texting features. The x date feature is fabulous because it allows me to keep prospects on a cycle of contact every six to twelve months, which is great with the mindset that even if I don't win them today, I will at some point.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I wish it would integrate with Google Voice.

I use AgencyZoom for prospect management. It keeps prospects on a contact cycle every six to twelve months, which helps in eventually winning them over.

It really helps that Agency Zoom stays up to date. They’re consistently fixing both small and big issues, and those ongoing improvements make the platform even more user-friendly. They offer different performance tiers and price points so you have options for you business. Helps you stay organized

It isn’t compatible yet with my preferred calling/dialer platform. You could become compatible with Ricochet- I could utilize even more of the  benefits that you guys offer

I do not have a problem. The quick and honest communication, with REAL humans- is awesome.

I really like the look and interface of AgencyZoom, which helps in keeping everything organized. I appreciate the ability to keep track of renewals and leads along with status updates. These features help us ensure that nothing slips through the cracks by effectively managing our projects and information.

I find the onboarding and introduction to the product and features challenging. We've had the product for many years, and our agency didn't have someone dedicated to learning or finding the resources to understand how to actually use it. We also needed assistance from support to ensure the initial setup was correct.

I appreciate that AgencyZoom keeps all of the current projects top of mind and automates communication so things don't die on the vine. It's easy to understand, and I like how it puts tasks in a timeline that goes from left to right. Unlike other CRMs that are more client-oriented, AgencyZoom focuses more on process management, which organizes everything in chronological order. Also, it's nice that it interfaces with our Agency Management System.

It was difficult to set up. We needed to bring in a specialist. There should be more templates for common agency tasks. We shouldn't really have had to build it out.

I like AgencyZoom for its ease of function. It integrates with so many different platforms and systems, which keeps my data in one place and helps me keep track of my sales process. The initial setup is fairly easy, and I even recommended it to my entire district.

**What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?**

I don't like that it takes some of the most coveted features and makes them available only in the highest paid tier. I think the mid-grade tier should have the function of linking my phone system with dialing out from AgencyZoom and not having to copy-paste into my dialer.

I use AgencyZoom for daily automation, customer communication, storing notes and call recordings, and tracking my sales process. It optimizes organization, ensures customer care, and balances back office books.
