What do you like best about Flodesk?

Flodesk has been the most user-friendly experience for us. Our emails look beautiful, and the whole system has been incredibly easy to learn and use. We also use their checkouts, and they convert more than 3x our other checkouts (SamCart, Thrivecart). The checkout pages are visually simple while still looking gorgeous. On top of that, the checkouts take 1/10th of the time to set up compared to the other platforms we’re on. The analytics are incredibly useful, too. Overall, everything is easy to navigate, and it’s simple to pull the data we need. 10 out of 10 recommend Flodesk for emails, and especially if you’re selling digital products with checkouts. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

Right now, it doesn’t natively integrate with our ads tracking system (Hyros) which means that we don't use Flodesk for ads traffic to checkouts (only organic traffic to checkouts & all emails). That said, we’re hopeful Hyros will eventually add Flodesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flodesk?

I've used Flodesk for almost 6 years now. It was not the first email marketing tool I tried, but it's been the best for me and I don't anticipate changing again. Flodesk is easy to implement and use, and so I actually use it. Hence it's been easy to actually grow my list. There was no steep learning curve to master, I was able to start sending effective emails right away.

It has become increasingly full featured over the time that I've been a user. First with the introduction of the e-commerce functionality which allows me to sell directly from email without setting up an additional platform (super easy to set up and start selling!). And now many of the automations I use regularly are integrated with Flodesk without the need of using a third party app. This again makes it easier to use and also makes the user experience more seamless for both myself and my community who read my emails.

I send different newsletters to different segments of my list (did I mention there's audience segmentation?) at different times so I send emails several times per month. This keeps my audience engaged with what I have to offer, without bombarding them with emails they don't want or need.

Most importantly for me - however - as a professional makeup artist is Flodesk is visually based and I can send *beautiful * emails that allow me to express my creativity as an artist, and that fully represent my brand as a creative entrepreneur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

As a digital marketing agency, we've used Flodesk since 2019, and it has been instrumental in our growth. The platform's standout features are its unparalleled ease of use and stunning templates.

We can create visually captivating email campaigns in a fraction of the time it takes on other platforms with ease of implementation. This is crucial for us as we manage campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients and need to maintain a high standard of visual branding.

This has increased our open rates between 40% - 60% and click rates between 35% - 50%.

The intuitive drag-and-drop editor allows our teams and clients to design beautiful emails without needing any coding knowledge. The templates are not only aesthetically pleasing but also mobile-responsive, ensuring a seamless experience for subscribers on any device for SEO purposes.

I love how Flodesk is easy to use, easy to integrate apps, especially when you need to segment, automate, and schedule emails and workflows.

I LOVE Flodesk! So many business tools I interact with are, well, fugly. Flodesk makes using their product easy, intuitive, and a wonderful experience because they make it BEAUTIFUL! And they listen to real people who ask for features and add stuff we want, not some garbage that we're not asking for (I'm coming for you, everyone adding dumb AI features!!) I'm so much more motivated to design emails and workflows when they are enjoyable to use and support my brand by being delectable eye candy. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I've been using Flodesk since 2019 and loved it since day one! It's super easy to use, very intuitive. The learning curve is so shallow - you'll be able to dive in and start creating newsletters and forms within the day.

While there's so many templates, I love that I can easily design my own, and save them for regular use. For newsletters and sign-up forms.

The analytics pages offer heaps of insight that helps me gain better insights into my newsletters.

The customer support is basically the best I've ever seen from any brand - listening to the community (customers) and offering very real practical help. As well as ongoing training about email marketing.

I can't say there's anything really.

I'm sure there's some features missing that the giant brands offer, but after more than 5 years of using Flodesk, for my two businesses and multiple clients, I've never found it lacking in anything that I actually use or need.

What do you like best about Flodesk?

Flodesk makes managing an email list for my business incredibly easy. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. I love that I can quickly manage my emails, subscriber lead generation, and automations in one place. So many email service providers feel unnecessarily complicated, but not Flodesk. The Flodesk platform is intuitive and feels like a natural extension of my business. I use Flodesk weekly, if not more often, to communicate with subscribers and market my business.

In this day and age, email is a must for any business. This feels supportive and empowering at a price point that my small business can afford. And. . . that doesn't mean I have to use the lowest plan or sacrifice quality. Plus, the Flodesk team is always adding new features to make the platform even more amazing than it already is.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

As a solo entrepreneur, it is very important that I work efficiently. There are a couple of features that Flodesk does not yet offer that would help me save time and improve my email marketing. One would be the ability to automatically schedule a resend to unopeners at the time I write and schedule the email. This would allow me to get the most out of my time without having to come back into the platform at a later date to schedule that resend.

What do you like best about Flodesk?

Flodesk is so user-friendly. They have a variety of gorgeous templates without being overwhelming, and I love how easy it is to customize the templates and reuse branded sections. The analytics make it super quick to see engagement statistics on emails and form & workflow performance. I highly recommend Flodesk to anyone getting started with email marketing because the initial setup is streamlined and the whole platform is robust without being overwhelming. Their recent addition of seamless integration with Canva was a feature I didn't even know I wanted, and I love it! I send email newsletters weekly and I create new forms for online events monthly. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love the creativity that it allows me and that I can send emails which are customised to my brand, my identity and my business - they standout beyond the black text on white background. I like that I can upload my personal fonts in line with my brand (but would like to be able to use this font wherever text boxes are available), which is not currently the case. The templates are really helpful and building out the workflows, payment pages and automations are very intuitive and logical to build and edit from scratch. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

I would like to be able to customise the layout of templates a lot more - especially with images and their placement or resize - there is still quite a bit of rigidity in terms of what is available. Also I often find that the alignment shown on the phone view 'preview' is very different to what I can actually see on my mobile phone when I open the email on there. Their customer support team and interface! I reached out to Flodesk support once after I made a big mistake in unsubscribing my contacts, and Flodesk (Nick specifically) was able to reassure me and revert my mistake completely. The team is incredibly kind and VERY quick to respond/resolve things. I'm also just a big fan of the Flodesk interface too. Everything is very simplified and easy to use.
