It keeps all client notes, tasks, and follow-ups organized in one place, making it simple to stay on top of relationships and compliance without feeling overwhelmed. What I dislike about Wealthbox CRM is that some advanced automations and reporting features are limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up custom workflows, and deeper integrations sometimes require workarounds.
