## Wealthbox CRM Reviews
  ### 1. Good CRM for Financial Advisors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Owen H. | Equity Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I like that Wealthbox CRM provides a single place to put all client and prospect communication and tracks client interactions. Much better than prior CRMs we tried on the service side of the business. Setup was pretty easy and we were able to tie it into some other systems through native connectors to easily move data between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The UI doesn't feel particularly modern, and it's very click-heavy with no shortcuts for quick navigation. I'd love to have more shortcuts available so that I don't have to click around the page as much. It seem roughly fairly priced for what you get today.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox CRM gives us a single place to put all client communication and track interactions easily, focusing on financial services. It understands the service side of a client relationship, helping us manage client relationships effectively.

  ### 2. AI Notetaker Is a Game-Changer That Saves Us Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quinlan I. | Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love that the AI notetaker lets me stay focused on the client instead of writing notes the whole time. It’s truly a game changer, and it has been saving us hours and hours.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The only thing I don’t like is that each task can only be assigned to a single planner or wealth manager.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox is helping solve our problem of simply not having enough hours in the day. It lets us complete tasks in minutes that used to take hours, which has made a real difference in our workflow. Overall, using the software has been an amazing experience.

  ### 3. Simple, Easy-to-Use Software for Tasks and Birthday Email Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zarina M. | CFO/Senior Insurance Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love the simplicity of this software. It’s easy to operate: I can create tasks, assign tasks to employees, and get email notifications about clients’ birthdays. Overall, it’s a great piece of software.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I wish that when you integrate it, it wouldn’t create duplicate contacts. I also wish it included a DOB column and other simple fields by default, because right now I have to create so many of them myself.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I keep my clients’ info organized and secure there, and it’s easy for me to access.

  ### 4. Wealthbox Keeps Business Flowing with Powerful Workflows and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erich O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is a great CRM for keeping my business running smoothly, thanks to its workflow capabilities and integrations that help keep everything moving.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Many features are inaccessible unless you upgrade your plan, and the price jump is significant. I wish they offered more flexible, lower-cost feature upgrades so smaller businesses could access what they need at more reasonable price point.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox is our one-stop shop for tracking activities related to our clients. It makes it easy to see where things stand in the process and what’s been done so far.

  ### 5. Intuitive, Powerful, and Effortlessly Organized CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delia D. | Finance Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

What I like best about Wealthbox CRM is how intuitive and easy it is to use while still being powerful. It keeps all client notes, tasks, and follow-ups organized in one place, making it simple to stay on top of relationships and compliance without feeling overwhelmed. It helps me work efficiently and stay proactive.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

What I dislike about Wealthbox CRM is that some advanced automations and reporting features are limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up custom workflows, and deeper integrations sometimes require workarounds. Still, those are minor trade-offs for how clean and user-friendly the platform is.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox CRM solves the problem of disorganized client information and missed follow-ups by keeping all notes, tasks, and communication history in one place. That benefits me by improving efficiency, accountability, and compliance, while allowing me to stay proactive with clients instead of reacting to issues after the fact.

  ### 6. Wealthbox exceeds expectations as a CRM software program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil B. | Wealth Manager, Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox continues to innovate its software program, adapting to the needs of the financial services industry it serves. In addition, multiple software programs integrate seamlessly with Wealthbox, making the value of this CRM exponentially greater than it would be without these partnerships.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

It sometimes seems that Wealthbox tries to be all things to all people. What I mean by that is that by adding Innovations and software upgrades, sometimes the main focus of Wealthbox's value gets diluted in chasing shiny things that might not make sense for Wealthbox to have incorporated or detract from its initial direction.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox provides an intuitive CRM software program without requiring a lot of user input. The tasks, workflows, notes, and everything that helps drive the user to input effective data, is helped along in the process by Wealthbox and the suggestions it provides in support information.

  ### 7. Easy and near seamless transition to Wealthbox from Redtail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Transition to Wealthbox from Redtail was quick and mostly seamless. Interface in Wealthbox makes it easy to get up to speed. Mobile app works well. Tasks and workflows are easy to use and help track productivity. Bulk CRM updates and custom fields make it easy to reconfigure the CRM. Customer support for the most part is prompt and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Certain fields in Redtail did not export 1 to 1 to Wealthbox fields.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of compliance search by client; bulk updates when we want to reconfigure fields in CRM; tasks and workflows help us track opportunities and projects across people.

  ### 8. Bad communication-difficult to use

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara N. | Customer care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Coming from Redtail I see NO upsides in Wealthbox

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There is no phone number to contact them. You have to make an appointment on their calendar by navigating through the system, the appointment times are always the next day or later. I dislike most all of it, way to complicated. I don't have the hours to dedicate to building my system within Wealthbox. Redtail was so user friendly & provides the same data.
Coming from Redtail I see NO upsides in Wealthbox, the creators obviously haven't worked in my environment where I service clients & provide information to the reps. I could create mailing labels so easy! Now I have to build the template myself by exporting the report ( very complex to create report) then safe to a cvs & then try to populate a label template. Seriously! It was faster to hand write the envelopes. Way too many clicks to navigate from client to client.
I cringe whenever the rep asks for a specific group of clients for a report. I use different resources to create the reports due to the difficulty and inaccuracies.
The list goes on & on

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it's actually syncing, The reps like the shared calendar

  ### 9. A modern & purpose-built CRM that delivers on both its capabilities AND the overall UX.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

It's a CRM built from the ground up specifically for financial professionals, unlike other providers who sell off-the-shelf solutions that are catered to nobody in particular. It integrates with lots of other solutions that we already use on a daily basis, like Albridge & eMoney. Navigating through WB is fairly seamless and easy and the learning curve is a lot less intense than other CRMs. Lastly, they are the NEW CRM on the block, and are hyper focused on rapid innovation & growth compared to other, older CRMs who may not prioritize that anymore.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Easily my biggest gripe about WB is how users send & receive notifications to communicate with others on the platform. You can't "mention" or "@" another user, and must instead go to the "Notify" button after each task/comment you make, click their name, then click save to finally ensure that user gets notified of whatever it is you're working on. And ALL notifications a user is assigned to will be sent to you via email alert... Not the best for those with already overly cluttered inboxes.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of overpaying for other "generic" CRMs, like Salesforce, which have way too many features you'll never use & not nearly enough of the features you wish you had! You get way more out of it for the money you pay vs other CRMs and everyone's efficiencies go up as well because it's way easier to use.

  ### 10. Use the system for three months. Nothing stated in the sales process was true.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher p. | CFP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The marketing was great. It made me sign up.
Pinned notes is the best feature the system has.
the will tell you about their update box that is on the home page. but the placement of this is not good. well you are working you are spending your time on task or workflows. not at the page that tells you what your time has done.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The system was not user-friendly. Double the number of clicks needed for the most simple task.
The customer service is not helpful. Every time you have a question. They refer you to a different department.
The final blow was that it took three departments to tell us how they think we should share information about clients with our team—something so simple but no help.
in the end, we left Wealthbox, and my sales assistants thanked me for leaving that system.
We kept them for three months, and it was a hit to our business flow. They also sold us on paying annually and are keeping thousands of dollars, even though we are done with this system.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, Wealthbox only created problems for the flow of business.

  ### 11. Very good at what they do, but inflexible when something goes wrong

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert L F. | Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I like WealthBox's ease of use and intuitive nature. We can efficiently manage most of our business through Wealthbox.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Their email integration fails enough it is noticeable in our business.

They want to charge existing customers for new features for which they provide new customers trial periods.

They need to dramatically improve the ability to manage staff by adding follow-up features and auto-notifications.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like all CRMs Wealthbox houses our client contact data, and client notes. It is custom built for financial services and, as such, can contain data in a way intuitive and useful to financial advisors.

  ### 12. Increased efficiency and 100% user adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel D. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Single point of truth for all data. You cannot operate successfully without good data. Wealthbox makes it effortless for advisors and team members to keep, track and report on data with minimal training or overcomplication of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I do not have anything that I dislike about Wealthbox. I am looking forward to future enhancements and customization to the main dashboard!

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	Increased efficiency with workflows - one of the key benefits of us using WB hand in hand with our core value at our company — collaboration. Customized workflows create streamlined experiences with team
•	Reporting and tracking prospective client and new M&A opportunities within Wealthbox

  ### 13. Best CRM that I have ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

First, it is so user friendly. Our team picked it up and started using it from day one. They have fewer clicks to get what you need that our old CRM. And, our CRM engagement is up over 300% compared to using our old software.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about Wealthbox. Great software!

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team's engagement in Wealthbox is now amazing. We used Redtail before and we couldn't get our team to use it as much. Now, our team loves it.

  ### 14. Virtual Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al G. | Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

After working with clients I can jot notes and create Tasks for my admin to complete. Once she completes Task I'm sent an email which completes the circle of communication without added steps.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The email link breaks down often and must be re-linked.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides easy communication with all members on the team to know what our clients are doing when they call either one of us.

  ### 15. Easy to use, creates a record so all of us can see where projects and documentation are listed.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | President/Finacial advisor., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I like to see sequential notes, tasks and files.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I would like to have have seperate sleeve for some misc. documents for each client. That was the only thing I liked about Red Tail.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None so far.

  ### 16. Perfect product to keep track of clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geoff G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love how I can keep track of every detail of my clients in on place. I am also able to send out bulk emails to all of my clients or narrow it down to particular groups.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Having to type the nickname/first name tag on bulk email's. I wish I could just set it up to send it out and it would automatically address it to the person I am sending it to. The other thing is how it doesn't talk to LPL's ClientWorks but I am hearing that is supposedly going to change by the end of the year. It was supposed to have happened last year so I am hopeful it will happen soon.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to keep information and notes about all of my clients in one place. It is very easy to use and has a great look so I can find what I am looking for.

  ### 17. So much better than Redtail or Salesforce.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

WealthBox is built for modern financial advisor CRM users. WB integrates well with other components of my tech stack and is so easy to manage. I particularly like the FMG integration that prevents the need to enter contacts for automated marketing features. MyRepChat also works great with WB as doe Nitrogen/Riskalyze. The email tracking feature is awesome! If you have ever wished you knew when a client opened an email, you can! The cost is palatable and worth every penny. I would recommend WB to any advisor who is ready to be more efficient and complete tasks more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I sometimes forget to click "save" and lose my updates. That isn't a problem with note entry, so I haven't suffered loss of something that required substantial time to enter. WealthBox is working on offering improved accessibility options like larger text size, bold text, or changing fonts to one that is easier to read for those with poor eyesight like me.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifies taking good notes with the social networking style note entry, great integrations and workflows. Linking custodial accounts, aggregators like Albridge/Orion/Morningstar, and Outlook calendar . I can't even imagine going back to Redtail now. Having to make 5-6 clicks to do something is a thing of the past!

  ### 18. Affordable yet powerful CRM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scot W. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It's easy to keep track of notes and client data, and generally easy to export it to other software when needed.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The workflows are very limited and almost "clunky."

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox helps us keep track of our client data, accounts, meetings and communications. We're able to run reports to determine the total number of households, net worth, income, and more.

  ### 19. After 13 years in my field, Wealthbox is easily the best CRM and Workflow system I've ever used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Intuitive and easy to use. It has 95% of everything I could hope for in a CRM and Workflow management system.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Can't think of anything. If I could add a feature it would be better access to the user community to see how other businesses like mine are using Wealthbox.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily CRM and workflow management. But we also use it to track client opportunities and manage business projects.

  ### 20. Great Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Michael H. | Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is extremely user friendly and simple to set-up, learn, and maintain. It does everything we need in a CRM and integrates well with the rest of our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

We would like to be able to add custom fields to the main client or household page. This is not a major issue, but that customization would be nice to have for our team.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep client and meeting notes in a very user-friendly format. If something is too complex, I tend to not want to use it. Wealthbox hits the sweet spot os being capable but not too much.

  ### 21. Great user interface. Loads of integrations. Valuable price point.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R. | Chief Investment Officer, Investment Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Great user interface. Loads of integrations. Valuable price point.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The email "templates" dovetail with the "themes" functionality. I wish they went the simple approach for these mechanics.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all things for my 40+ clients, 300+ leads, and 2000+ contacts is no small job. Just starting to dip into workflows and automation. Solid integrations with other digital tools.

  ### 22. Flexible and very user friendly CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Ease of use and ability to customize to personal preferences and overall practice.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I don't like how the Household Group and the individual Client Record have the exact same fields but they are not linked. Thus, it is very easy to put different data in the same field in two separate places. Everything should be maintained at the Household Group except for individual specific information that would then kept at the Client Record. However, this is not how the system is set up.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track all client data, communication, and process Tasks and Workflows.

  ### 23. Great CRM for my RIA firm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Easy onboarding experience and flexbility of integration via API

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

They are growing their list of integrations and newer platforms are first to integrate them but older legacy platforms may not have full integrations with them yet.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM for my RIA, integration support to varous other platforms via API feed

  ### 24. World of Difference from Previous CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Ease of use and extent of abilities, both on laptop and mobile.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There is nothing I dislike about the product.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective documentation for compliance purposes and strong methods to keep in contact with clients and prospects.

  ### 25. Give Wealthbox a try

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jody B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The ability to customize to the needs of our firm.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There are a few bells and whistles that aren't availabled but nothing that would convince me to go to another CRM system.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track our pipeline and sales.

  ### 26. Easy to use CRM, perfect for Financial Advisors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina H. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

the interface is so easy to navigate. Easy to create custom fields & reports

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wish there were more integrations native to Wealthbox

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use CRM. We've previously had larger scale CRMs that were just way too much for our small office. Having a smaller system just fits us better.

  ### 27. Solid, customizable CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** R P. | Affiliate Faculty, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox CRM is highly customizable. It has well-documented APIs to integrate into other systems. I can search reliably and create tasks externally. Low cost for all the features I need.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

- The household view does not show the actions related to the individual members. E.g. if I create a workflow to open an account for one spouse that doesn't involve the whole household and I want their information related, I can't see the actions in the overview for the whole household.
- I can't natively create email rules to create tasks for incoming emails.
- I needed to use a third-party aggregator (MS. Power automate) to create tasks for parameters at my custodian (i.e. I wanted to add a task when Schwab sent an alert, but I couldn't do that natively).
- Email is glitchy and sometimes the formatting looks bad, especially if I copy and paste any text. (Experienced on Chrome and Safari)

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It houses my to-do list in a way that regulators are comfortable with. I like how some actions are automatically added (e.g. a phone call is added to the log).

  ### 28. Wealthbox is a phenomenally simple CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Founder and Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is fairly intuitive to use. There are a couple of nuances to get accustomed to but it's not like many of the other CRMs that are so robust it overly complicates simple transactions like updating information. Wealthbox allows you to be as detailed or simple as you'd like. You can collect everything from driver's licenses to "most recent annual meeting" or you can keep it simple with name, phone, and contact type.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There is no contact auto syncing function so I have to manually export my contacts into a "google contacts import worksheet" to have it sync to my phone for caller ID. This is very frustrating as there is no way to have caller ID on my phone without syncing to google (or any other 3rd party contact syncing service) but WBox doesnt auto sync with any of these so i have to do it manually. I am aware that WBox can push data to google via zapier but its not a two-way street (for example if i need to delete a phone number, that wont sync).

Also, i will there was a "not urgent" space for tasks to go to get to when complete without NEEDing to pick a due date for the task. For example, "design company logo" thats not crazy urgent, but its 3 weeks "overdue" and its not really overdue its just not urgent. That kind of stuff then muddies the water between important stuff that's actually overdue and stuff thats not urgent. If you dont set a due date, it falls to the bottom of the tasks and get's lost.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking tasks, workflows, opportunities/pipeline, case notes. i can easily refer back to "what needs to happen today" to ensure that things continue to march along forward. The repeating tasks is also helpful.

  ### 29. Wealthbox Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint H. | Founder, Certified Financial Planner®, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love the simplicity of it, the look and how it integrates with so much of the other technology that I utilize. Being able to sync contacts, both back and forth, between technology platforms is a huge time saver. Love how the workflows work as well.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There's way too much lag time after clicking a button i.e. just waiting for the action to happen after the button click. I don't have this issue with any other technology except Wealthbox. If you can get rid of that lag after clicking a button, that would really be helpful and really speed it up when I'm using the softward.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is creating organization and efficiency in working with clients and prospects. Being a one person shop, the efficient I can better be, the more time I can spect with clients and prospects.

  ### 30. Wealthbox is my go-to CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam H. | President, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I've used Wealthbox since opening my RIA firm over ten years ago. I've used their workflows extensively and love the email integrations. The state auditor loved the email connection during my compliance audit. They have extensive integrations which are helpful for my firm. Their customer service team has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I would like to see more efforts to implement two-way integrations with existing providers. Having greater email abilities, such as pre-scheduling emails to coordinate with my workflows, would be a major upgrade for me.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox is the hub of my firm. We use it to track all of our prospect and client engagements, share notes and information, and communicate with clients. We continue to send the WB team feedback on this product and I've seen positive results and upgrades based on real client input.

  ### 31. A vital component to our firm's growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox has been a vital part of our firm's growth. It has helped our team stay organized and serve our clients. It's our central hub and we love how it integrates with our other tools!

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

No major downsides, or else we would've looked for a different solution. There are some minor items that I have shared with the team, but they have always been open to feedback and improving the product.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox helps the team stay on top of things and create processes to make sure tasks are completed and we provide our clients with excellent service. Allowing the team to be able work together and see each other's progress has been super helpful.

  ### 32. Wealthbox works great!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox has a simple dashboard that makes everything accessible. The layout isn't confusing, and you can easily take notes, tag team members or clients, see tasks and workflows, then navigate to whatever else you need to see. The email integration works great with Google Workspace. It's a great system that is the central point of organization in my firm and doesn't add too much complexity or a learning curve. For a new business, it's a great and critical tool to have. There are enough integrations with other tools for what I need at my current firm size.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Workflows and tasks work more like lists - they're not visually appealing or customizable. They work really well functionally, but it would be great to see a notecard-style visual appearance or be able to create a custom visual workflow layout.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the central hub for organization, task management, and workflows in my business. It keeps everyone on task with things that need to be done for clients and internally. It's not possible to scale without a CRM like Wealthbox - otherwise things live in one or another person's head, things don't get standardized, and things get missed that shouldn't

  ### 33. Wealthbox beats all other CRMs for Independent Financial Advisors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Our firm used a popular CRM solution prior (I'm sure you can figure out which one) and it was clunky, slow, and not intuitive - not to mention, expensive. Finding Wealthbox solved so many issues we were having by having features we were missing. They listen to our feedback and roll out new features and their integrations help streamline processes.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Nothing to say at this point. Their solution is serving our needs. I guess I would only say if they could speed up their deployment of exciting new features to continue to make it a great application.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email integration was a huge improvement over our prior CRM and being integrated with our other technology stack solutions has streamlined many processes such as looking into accounts, single sign-on, and reducing duplicated input. It also has a suite of customization features that allow us to track data we couldn't track before.

  ### 34. Simple and intuitive CRM that helps us run our business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

We like the "social media style" feel of the platform and incredible ease of use. It doesn't take days and weeks to get someone up and running...it takes minutes and hours.

The onboarding and migration process is second to none! When their are questions or problems, the support team is super fast in responding and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some other offerings have, but it is dead simple and meets our needs. Plus, the bells and whistles don't matter much if you don't use them, so there are pros and cons to every system.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted the CRM to act as a hub for the business. Most CRM platforms in our industry either have all the bells and whistles, but they need a PhD to learn how to use them OR they are so simple that they don't have some of the things most vital to our industry. Wealthbox is a great combination of ease of use and functionality!

  ### 35. Exactly what we needed!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Houston K. | Retirement Guide, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

It is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and overall very functional! My favorite feature is the tasks. Managing hundreds of prospects would be impossible without Wealthbox.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There are very few downsides to this software, but I will go over one. The opportunities and workflows I feel could blend better. I am not sure how that would work, but it can be clunky at times.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox solves the "where is the file" and " where are we at with" questions. Keeps everyone organized and on the same page during the entire sales process! Much easier to stay on top of prospects using this software!

  ### 36. Saved my bacon during regulatory review time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The platform is very intuitive and is very easy to use. The way it allows you to track your sales funnel and the ability to track emails sent and received and enter notes about client interactions makes this a critical tool for financial advisors.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There wasn't anything I disliked about it! It would be NICE in the future if they allowed you to automatically export sent/received emails into individual PDF files so you can have them during your regulatory reviews. For now, you have to manually download them.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During regulatory reviews, they will ask for your client notes and emails, and this lets you save and export when needed to give them exactly what you need. Yes, you can save your emails in Gmail, but this separates them neatly for easy export. This saved my bacon during a recent regulatory exam!

  ### 37. Wealthbox is Outstanding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The transition from RedTail was seamless and as advertised. It didn't take much time to get used to navigating and using the system. Integrations are many and easy to connect/start using. The ability to connect to a lot of different providers saves until hours in efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The cost is a little high, but acceptable. Workflows are a little clunky and the ability to automate tasks is something missing that would make Wealthbox invaluable to a practice. While their customer service is very timely, I'm not a fan of not being able to talk to a human.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration without a doubt! I've looked at other CRMs that friends use and Wealthbox leads the pack in integrating just about everything available. The focus on integrations is one of the main drivers of my use (and love) of Wealthbox.

  ### 38. Best of everything in one plce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel H. | Tax and Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Being able to have calendar workflows and opportunity tracking all in on place. It keeps me organized and able to keep things from falling between the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There are not a lot of downsides. One that I have experienced is that it is not very customizable with Zaiper. You can only start email campains with tags. You can not create zaipers on specific workflows.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to run my tax preparation business and my financial planning business off of wealthbox. It keeps challenging me to better my workflows and to keep my clients happy.

  ### 39. Wealthbox Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherry S. | Executive Assistant to Leon Simoneau, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love to be able to customize the layout, and how it offers SO many different options for the financial advisor to track, follow up with and watch the processes happen.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

not being able to talk to someone live when I have a question and waiting for an email back to solve the issue I am having.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have any problems, I have used many CRM systems from SalesForce, Infusions Soft and Agency Bloc and Wealthbox is more relatable to a financial sales situation than any of the others.

  ### 40. Great all around CRM tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael B. | Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The ability to easily record and then later recall details on my interactions with clients. I can access any piece of info I am looking for in just a couple of clicks

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I wish there was more functionality with the workflows. Right now, the workflows are only reminders of what needs to be done, but i would like it to automatically take actions

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my business organized is a problem that Wealthbox solves for me. It helps me remember details of client interactions, and reminds me of what I need to do next

  ### 41. Turn-key solution for small firms desiring increased automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The ability to create custom workflows has dramatically increased our firm's efficiency and quality control on repeatable processes. We previously were on SalesForce and it would have cost a lot more time and money to create anything even close to what we have in the way of workflows on WealthBox.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The email inbox feature is a great idea but lacks the robustness of other email portals to function as a true replacement and one-stop location for client communication.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are always looking for ways to help our small team serve as many clients as possible without increasing the risk of errors. Previously this was managed with paper or electronic checklist when handling multi-step processes but the workflows have moved our efforts in this are to the next level.

  ### 42. Not as great for Financial Services as I thought

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

It has pre-built fields and forms for financial advisors, which saves time in customizing a CRM that's not tailored to advisors.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The user interface design needs a lot of work and doesn't seem to get many updates. It's inefficient to get things done, sorting, filtering information. They focus too much on integrations and not enough in improve the core product and user experience.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides me a CRM to enter client information. Wealthbox lets advisors start up with a CRM easily, which is important if you're starting your own firm.

  ### 43. User Friendly CRM for Financial Advisors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina E. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love that I can enter information on the app.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

If an event has been added to the Wealthbox calendar via google calendar, it does not attach the appointment/event to the client (even if contact info is the same). You must manually enter the client's name into the "related to" field and edit the event.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps with client note documentation for compliance reasons. The Workflows are also helpful. There are so many reports available and additional fields can be customized if needed.

  ### 44. Easy to use, constantly improving CRM for financial advisors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica R. | Owner/financial planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is easy to use and to connect to other systems using Zapier. It is also easy to customize according to your business model.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The workflows aren't terribly robust. If you want lots of automated stuff happening in the background, you're going to need to find another CRM or do workarounds using a product like Zapier.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage our meeting flow for clients, store notes, run reports, and assign tasks using Wealthbox. We also manage our onboarding process via a pipeline and workflow.

  ### 45. I have used Salesforce, Junxure and Junxure Cloud and am happy with Wealthbox for my practice.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle S. | Certified Financial Planner and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love the open architecture that enables Wealthbox to integrate with so many other solutions like PreciseFP, MoneyGuidePro, AdvicePay and Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I don't know a way to create a report across different elements of Wealthbox. I can't run a report that looks at tasks and contact information, for example.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solo practitioner with no assistant. I need to be very efficient with the administrative end of things and Wealthbox helps me do that. I rarely find myself doing data entry.

  ### 46. The hub of my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnie P. | Owner, Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Ability to track everything that happens with every client including normal new business & service items as well as emails, phone calls, texts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Date format is difficult to use. Sometimes task updates are not saved. No way to sort & reorder outstanding tasks in bulk.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep follow-ups with clients from getting lost in the cracks. Seamless communication between team members so that anyone can make progress on a task or update a client who calls in for status.

  ### 47. The format/ flexibility of Wealthbox have been very helpful with organizing and keeping up with CRM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I like being able to integrate my calendar and email. Having the ability to create and color-coded labels for different types of tasks is very helpful. There are plenty of fields to build detailed client profiles, but you can also create custom fields if you want.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

It is a little on the expensive side, but worth it for me to use individually. I would like it if there were more robust integrations to move data to and from other sites for planning, account value, etc.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me organize client data and create detailed profiles. Wealthbox task format also makes it easy for me to create and see important follow-ups for clients.

  ### 48. The experience has been really good and very helpful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The to-do list and reminders. Reply feature to tag notes about the To-do item.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

While I like the e-mail system a lot and how I can go directly to a contact's page and see all email correspondence. I have had some syncing issues. My email shows up in the inbox late at times causing me to either wait to reply.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminding me to respond to emails and keep track of to-do. I think all CRMs do this, but you have to find a CRM that notifies you in a way that works for you where the reminder you know is reminding and not nagging. Wealthbox does this for me.

  ### 49. All I need to run my practice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Most user friendly and intuitive crm that I have used. Makes sense and does the job better than any other I am aware of, and I have used many over the last 25 years.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I can't think of much room for improvement. Sometimes the integrations require data to be input first, but that just took a minute to learn. Continue to improve the look and feel. Being able view contacts easily.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

View client book of business and capture notes for compliance purposes. I am able to maintain information that can be easily referenced. Ensures proper documentation. If it isn't in writing, it didn't happen.

  ### 50. Best CRM I've used as a financial advisor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | CEO - Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is specifically designed for the financial advisor.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There is a little bit of a disconnect between Households and Contacts. I never know if I'm supposed to schedule a meeting with a contact or a household (for example).

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great centralized database for all communications and tracking activities with each client. Very user-friendly which makes it easy to get our advisors to use it.
