I use Spotler Mail+ as an email marketing platform to organize, create, send, automate, and manage email campaigns that engage audiences. I like that it solves marketing automation problems, as well as segmentation and personalization challenges. I appreciate the tools it provides to create landing pages, forms, and surveys that help capture leads and collect data from audiences. The initial setup was relatively straightforward. We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. There are a few small things that make using Spotler a challenge. We'd like to see an integration between our ERP and Spotler. So far we have to do the things we want manually. Additionally, Spotler looks at email marketing on a personal scale, using consumer data to carry on your email marketing programs to consumers. I love the drag and drop interface makes it easy to add images, links and other elements to our email. Using built-in themes and editors allows businesses to personalize emails. I like that it's easy to manage email lists of any length. The email creation tool is very intuitive and makes creating an attractive email simple and fast. Mobile connectivity allows users to have quick access and is also helpful for them. Learning to use all the functions requires patience. The autosave feature sometimes takes a few seconds longer than I'd like, but that's not a big deal in terms of usability. The organization of the template is a bit messy and not intuitive. The email code editor sometimes doesn't load the html code correctly. I’ve been using this platform for over 5 years and I find the system is great for design, dynamic content and the system integrates with Apteco products very well. Pure also allows me to send SMS, all on the same platform. Pure 360 also includes Litmus which is a great creative tool for checking how emails serve across different email domains.
