It’s easy to use, compared to launch control. Ive went through 3 different companies and Smarter contact helps achieve my sales goals and client expectations. For example the Templates a lot easier than what I’ve used out on the make life easier and the ability to register new phone numbers and access different area codes and markets.

Nothing, I have no complaints. If I had complaints , I would have canceled.

The ability to deliver a high volume of messages in a short amount of time with a high deliverability rate  and the reporting per campaign has been really nice.

The platform is simple to use, sends messages reliably, and the mobile number verification plus litigator filtering keeps our lists clean so we don’t waste resources or risk issues. Overall it’s fast, dependable, and makes SMS campaigns way easier to manage.

So far it’s been great - my only small request would be more advanced reporting options (like deeper engagement breakdowns and A/B testing metrics) to better measure campaign performance.

We started using Smarter Contact because we wanted more flexibility in how we can text our leads. So far, we really like the platform and how the texting and phone feature are all in one place. Makes it a more streamlined approach to responding to leads. Like the notes section and the ability to create custom labels. This becomes helpful when looking at reports and tracking metrics to see what is working and what needs improvement. 
Creating templates for the campaigns has also been pretty easy with the AI template builder. This has saved so much time by not having to come up with different spinners for each message and avoiding a long list of words. Look forward to learning more about how to use Smarter Contact and all the features it offers.

Customer service response time could be improved.

He was incredibly fast, first resolving a tricky JSON/Form payload issue. When a deeper problem with data fields (State, Zip, and County mapping) surfaced, he went above and beyond by custom-creating a 'Property County' field and updating the code to get our workflow running perfectly. Highly recommend his expertise!

What I like best about SmarterContact is how easy it is to text people at scale. The interface makes it simple to import lists, launch campaigns, and manage replies. It’s very intuitive and doesn’t take long to learn. For marketing, the return on ad spend has been very good — I’ve closed deals that easily paid for the subscription many times over. It’s a cost-effective way to reach prospects, especially compared to cold calling or direct mail.

There are some occasional bugs and glitches in the app that still need to be sorted out. They’re not deal-breakers, but it would be nice to see them smoothed over for an even better user experience.

We’ve been using Smarter Contact as our go-to text marketing platform, and it’s been fantastic so far. The interface is easy to use, and it has helped us generate more conversations and deals, which have directly contributed to the growth of our real estate business.

A huge shoutout to our customer success rep, Ariane—she’s been amazing to work with. She listens to our feedback and sends it to their product team, who takes action on it. We’ve seen some of our suggestions implemented, which has made our workflow even more efficient. That level of support and responsiveness is hard to find.

The support team overall is also quick to respond and very helpful whenever we need assistance.

As a full-time real estate investor focused on off-market deals, I’ve used every kind of outbound strategy, from cold calling with dialers to direct mail and even door knocking. I recently made the switch from a phone dialer to SMS after getting fed up with low pickup rates and long wait times. That’s when I found Smarter Contact.

From the moment I started using it, I realized it was built specifically for what I needed: fast, effective text campaigns at scale, without sounding like a spam bot.

What stood out immediately was the deliverability. I’ve used CRMs with text tools built-in before, and half the messages wouldn’t even go through. Smarter Contact sets everything up with proper 10DLC registration so I can reach hundreds of contacts per day legitimately. I uploaded my skip-traced leads and started getting replies within minutes of launching a campaign.

The platform lets me split test messages, monitor response rates by campaign, and keep conversations extremely organized. I even broke my leads down into smaller lists by filter (absentee, tax delinquent, etc.) to see what’s working best. You still need a good strategy and strong follow-up game—but if you bring that to the table, this platform will multiply your results.

A bit pricey but understandable because of the large value they are providing. When you close a few deals, the cost becomes small compared to revenue.

As a real estate investor, the biggest problem I faced was getting in front of motivated sellers quickly and consistently. Cold calling took too much time with low contact rates, and most SMS tools got flagged or were a nightmare to manage. SmarterContact helps me cut through all that.

It’s solving my problem of lead generation at scale while still feeling personal. I can easily test different campaigns, track response rates, and talk to more people every day. It also helps me organize my campaigns by lead source or filter type, so I know what lists are performing and where to focus my marketing budget.

It’s also helping me solve the problem of wasted time. Instead of calling 100 people to get 2 conversations, I can send 700+ messages by myself a day and let the real leads come to me.

We’ve been using Smart Contact for our SMS campaigns, and honestly, it’s exceeded expectations. One of the biggest issues we had with previous platforms was deliverability — texts just weren’t going through consistently. Since switching to Smart Contact, we’re seeing over 80% of our messages delivered, which is a huge improvement. That one change alone has made a big difference in our response rates and overall conversions.

The platform itself is smooth and easy to use. Uploading contacts, building out campaigns, and tracking performance is straightforward, even for team members who aren’t super tech-savvy. First - Customer support has went above and beyond when handling troubleshooting issues. The A2P 10DLC process was easy and approved in a short amount of time. Everything else from the text campaign creation down to the ease of creating a follow-up campaign has been a game changer for us. Been using it for the past couple months and I haven't  found a platform that can compete. It's been extremely easy integrating it into our wholesale business.

**What do you dislike about Smarter Contact?**

I would like for there to be a way to restore campaigns after the've been deleted. I also dislike having to press "send" for EVERY text message but it's not a deal breaker. One more thing is API capabilities to automate sending out messages if legally allowed.

Being able to text potential sellers rather than cold call really makes it easy to pre-screen people before getting on a call. Which saves a ton of time when cold calling and getting a wrong number or someone who isn't interested. I really love be able to handle lots of volume without any hangups.

When it comes to real estate, most of us view ourselves in the wrong industry - because to find great deals you have to market, and be consistent with it. With Smarter Contact you are able to beat calls not just in the efficiency of time but you have an added window of response time. I have gotten contracts signed from month old completed text campaigns - Calls don't have that same affect unless you are rerouting all call backs direct to your phone or have a team member on standby 24/7. This way you respond when its best for you, get the email and sign the contract all digitally.

pricing is high - the most expensive tool in my stack. if you want a dialer you are looking at $200 a month but deal with more time cost. So the trade off is up to the user.

Every customer support representative I have worked with has been professional, helpful, and very kind. They also have many different resource articles and FAQ's that should answer any initial questions or problems you run into. They even provide a virtual onboarding meeting with a customer representative to give you a full rundown of how the software works and to answer any of your initial questions, which can be hard to come by with other software out there. I would overall highly recommend this software.

Smarter contact is a great way to send SMS marketing. They have so many different tools and options when sending text messages. You can schedule the messages, create different templates, use pre-generates replies to messages and that's just the beginning. I especially like the response rate. The a2p verification was extremely. I was texting within 2 days! I really like that you can tag leads so you can track your KPIs and also the quality of your data.
