What do you like best?

Survicate is a nice tool that adds additional value for our business to get more relevant user insights to provide an exceptional user/customer experience.

It provides clever solutions to map our users based on their interests and opinion about our product.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

The targeting aspect of Survicate lets us pass custom attributes within our SaaS product to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time. This level of granularity makes sure that our results are virtually never in question when obtaining survey results. Furthermore, the combination of the number of survey types to choose from and customizable attributes makes Survicate one of the best survey tools I've ever used. For any SaaS company, client feedback about product, reputation, and service are integral to that company's growth and Survicate helps us quantify those metrics in simple ways. Trying to quantify client perceptions about new features, our service, and overall product. We're a company that's in over 50 markets around the world, so being able to use custom attributes to deliver surveys in the native language of our clients is extremely key. What do you like best?

Great tool when you are starting to work with surveys. We are a start up company and insights that we are collecting via Survicate from our customers have been extremely helpful to grow our business. What do you like best?

The Survicate solution is relatively easy to digest and learn quickly. Suvicate offers a nice set of basic templates to use for your survey. Particularly, for the Basic Level subscription which is free! Additionally, I was pleasently surprised at the online support resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Survicate's simple and powerful tools and the ability to deliver these surveys quickly to our users through their Intercom integration gave us the ability to turn around professional qualitative and quantitative measurement through surveys that looked native to Intercom. Engagement is 10x that of surveys delivered through other channels, and in a matter of hours we would gather thousands of responses to help our product and UX teams make critical decisions. What do you like best?

The support team is very responsive and kind. The integration with Intercom is very helpful as we can send our surveys directly through there. There are lots of question types to use, although I would love to see in the future an option to have a required comment field for certain responses (e.g. if they select Other, make that comment required instead of optional as it currently is). What do you dislike?

A few bugs here and there. We have trouble with the email notifications not going out due to the thank you page 'failing'. I have also noticed that my survey data does not flow into Google Sheets as well as I would hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is really easy to use and the end user experience is really nice. I like how users are moved automatically to the next question in the survey and the design is very clear. Using the website surveys is also really easy and a seamless experience for customers. Integration with Intercom means we can place surveys easily in messages and get responses quickly and easily. What do you like best?

It's really quick and easy to get a new survey set up and customized. The summaries are also excellent. It's wonderful that summaries can be sent to different people in our organizations at different times: i.e. that our customer service team gets alerted immediately, while other departments receive a weekly summary. What do you like best?

I appreciate that Survicate's survey creation process is straightforward, making it pretty easy for a new user to get started, and that you're easily able to quickly produce surveys without taking too much time to manage or design them. It's easy to see results and the Excel download file is invaluable for saving your data. It's also awesome that you can collaborate with multiple users and there's a wealth of integrations & add-ons that are compatible with Survicate, which broadens your options and use cases.

What do you dislike?

The UI within each survey management page could be improved, as the menus/icons aren't quite intuitive and it took me a bit to figure out how to navigate. I also wish it were easier to view text answer results - you also can't really see who submitted the results in the UI; it's only available in the Excel spreadsheet.
