Honestly, nothing. The service has never worked as promised, and after months of trying to resolve the issue, I’ve only been met with dismissive responses. Instead of addressing the technical problems, the team deflects responsibility, even bringing up irrelevant topics like “communication style” and “policy.” It feels like they’re gaslighting me rather than helping. I signed up for this service based on the promises made, but unfortunately, it has failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. After three months of back-and-forth communication, the synchronization between the two services still does not work.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the support team blames me for “poor communication,” despite the fact that the services have never worked as advertised. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund.

What I like best about Integrately is how simple and intuitive it is to set up automations compared to other platforms. The user interface is very clear, which makes it easy to build and manage workflows without needing deep technical knowledge. While the automation wasn't exactly user friendly for my Monday.com connection to Constant Contact, the help chat was immediately available and fixed my issue.
