I love that Wix Studio is a no code tool with a WYSIWYG editor, so what we see is what we get. I love Wix Studio because I can easily create my websites without knowing how to code. It has great options, designs, and integrations, and everything I might need. There's also a great selection of templates and themes to choose from based on my needs. I can easily switch colors, fonts, add widgets, and make my website beautiful. Sometimes it can get buggy and things won't save, which could be bad for your website. Also, I've noticed a few times that moving things may disrupt the boxes and appear weird when you preview. It's simplicity is unmatched. It is single handedly one of the most user-friendly and simple tools I have ever come across. There is no complex jargon, or needlessly long tasks that have to be completed to get the most basic functionality.

They give you all the building blocks for your website and just give you creative freedom to make it. Their customer service is always on hand to support you when creating your website and answer any questions. They also have a very helpful inbuilt AI tool that can really help you if customer service is not available or if you just want to ask a simple question with a simple answer.

The cost of the package is so reasonable compared to other website building providers. The performance is 10 out of 10. It really does perform perfectly at all points. We've seldom had an issue with the product.

I can honestly say there is little to nothing I don't like Wix! I think it's an incredible platform and is so accessible for anyone regardless of their experience of technology and web building.

If I had to think of one thing, I would say it's a little bit annoying that the Wix Studio App doesn't not have the same level of functionality as it does online on a laptop, which means doing some tasks while you're not at a computer/laptop can become a bit tedious and annoying. I really appreciate how easy it is to use Wix Studio. It helps us stay informed about service technologies as it evolves along with the pace of technology. I have received exceptionally good customer experience from both the Customer Success Manager and the online support team. The live chat team is exceptionally friendly, helpful, supportive, and reliable. They resolve queries quickly and escalate them when I need to, also, their support BOT is great and allows you to break out to a person when you are unsure of what you need. I always feel supported. I need to get user data from the Wix Membership App. I cannot track signed-in members through logs, content access, viewing, and downloading of content. The reporting is good, but standard and for an enterprise organization, I have been struggling to get support to solve my requirements. I need proper member logs that show when a person logged in, what they were viewing or engaging with, and build a trend analysis so I can recommend relevant content that the member may find interesting. I think there's some glitches and bugs here and there. The general Wix support team or tech support isn't as helpful as our account manager. They could use a more client-facing approach, rather than just saying no to different things. Dynamic CMSs are a bit of a tough point for us because they're live, and we don't have a staging site. If we were pushing something large, we would have to create our own test site, test it, and then rebuild it again on the live site. Once rebuilding it on the live site, we have to be careful because the CMSs on the back end that are auto set to live don't allow us to have a safe way of publishing new content. We had a few major stumbling blocks like geolocation issues and significant issues with the HubSpot integration that lasted for a few months.
