I think there's some glitches and bugs here and there. The general Wix support team or tech support isn't as helpful as our account manager. They could use a more client-facing approach, rather than just saying no to different things. Dynamic CMSs are a bit of a tough point for us because they're live, and we don't have a staging site. If we were pushing something large, we would have to create our own test site, test it, and then rebuild it again on the live site. Once rebuilding it on the live site, we have to be careful because the CMSs on the back end that are auto set to live don't allow us to have a safe way of publishing new content. We had a few major stumbling blocks like geolocation issues and significant issues with the HubSpot integration that lasted for a few months. The customer service is incredible. I hate chat support and prefer phone, but I got Andrew on chat support. He was not only kind and efficient, he even walked outside of his work building (doesn't get good service inside) to check the integrity of my forms on Wix. What an incredible worker!! I would like more streamline features and options - in forms and interactive elements. Wix seems very limited and manual with CMS inputs that don't work and can cost hours of technical support time with teams. I also would like more options with being able to have menus appear at different parts of my pages as the user scrolls without it being the main header so I can keep the hero top design unique and clean. I don't like their payment plan and add-on payment plans. They could be better. The minimum you get with your website, like the email marketing, seems low compared to other places like GoDaddy. The number of free emails you get just with your website is really low compared to other competitors. I also found the initial setup not that easy; there was a learning curve, especially when I added a business email. I don't like that you can't migrate a regular Wix build to Wix Studio, which is frustrating. Also, if you have a premium plan on Wix that's built on a regular plan, you can't use many of the features unless you upgrade to the studio version, which feels kinda unfair. I am frustrated with the customer support experience, specifically the chat bot feature. The bot provided repetitive answers that were not helpful, which prolonged resolution time unnecessarily. The encounter resulted in wasted time and energy as the automated responses were inaccurate and unhelpful.
