"Secure Document Sharing with Ease, but Needs Faster Load Times"
What do you like best about Digify?

I like how easy it is to control access, see engagement, and feel confident that my documents stay protected. These features help me stay in control because I know exactly who views my files, can revoke access anytime, and feel safe sharing important documents without stress. I use Digify to securely share documents, track views, protect files, and control access when working with clients daily. It solves worries about file security, gives visibility into views, prevents misuse, and saves time managing access. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to get started quickly without much guidance. The team picked it up fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Sometimes the interface could be simpler and loading times can be slow when handling large files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Security for Everyone"
What do you like best about Digify?

Digify makes sending confidential documents feel less stressful. I really like the security controls like restricting download and print, adding watermarks and setting expiry and all. Its one of those tools where you dont have to be a security expert to keep control of your documents, and that's what makes it valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

the interface is clean and easy to learn, certain actions like reorganizing files inside a data room could feel smoother. Little higher-priced plans. For smaller teams, that can feel a bit limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Document Management with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Digify?

I appreciate the combination of strong security controls and real-world usability that Digify offers. It doesn't just protect my documents; it lets me manage and understand how they're being used. I enjoy that I can make instant access changes without needing to resend files and have clean, actionable activity logs. Digify works well alongside other tools I use, like email and CRM & Sales Tools. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, with no need for complex technical configurations, and the intuitive interface allowed most team members to start using it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

While Digify is strong overall, there are a few areas where it could work better. The pricing structure can feel rigid, especially for smaller teams or startups. The user interface is functional but feels dated in some areas, and certain actions, like changing permissions, managing viewers, and switching between documents, require more clicks than necessary. Although security is strong, customization is somewhat limited, particularly for teams with specific compliance needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Doc Sharing, Needs More Analytics"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify for secure document sharing and tracking, especially with clients. The tracking features are amazing! Knowing exactly who opened docs and when is super helpful for follow-ups. The security features are a big plus, and I appreciate how it helps us stay on top of client interactions. Integrating Digify with our CRM and email tools makes the workflow smoother. We switched from DocSend because Digify's features and pricing won us over. The initial setup was super easy, the onboarding was smooth, and support was responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Analytics could be more detailed. Need more granular data on document engagement. More detailed insights on document views, like time spent on each page or if they've downloaded the doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and User-Friendly Data Room Solution"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify to send a single file with tight permissions or set up a full data room for due diligence and external sharing. It solves the risk of unauthorized sharing and allows us to protect our intellectual property with dynamic watermarks and 'view-only' permissions. What stands out most is how user-friendly the interface is, making setting up a secure Virtual Data Room intuitive for both me and my clients. Digify provides enterprise-grade security without the steep learning curve. I really enjoy the Chrome extension as it works seamlessly with Gmail, allowing me to track attachments directly from my inbox, making the secure sending process feel like a natural part of my daily workflow. We switched to Digify because we were looking for a more user-friendly interface and better onboarding support, and our engagement rates with external clients have improved since making the move. The initial setup was surprisingly seamless, and we were able to get our first data room live within minutes. The interface is very intuitive, so our team didn't need a heavy manual or long training sessions to start using the document security features effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

The platform is very powerful, but I’d love to see more customization for watermarks. Currently, they can sometimes obscure text if not positioned perfectly. Offering more granular control over the opacity and font size would make the protected documents look even more professional to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Insightful Document Sharing with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Digify?

I like how Digify provides strong document protection. The ability to control who can view, download, print, or forward documents adds a significant layer of security. I appreciate features like dynamic watermarks and the addition of security measures like screen shields to deter unauthorized actions. The detailed tracking and analytics are especially valuable, as they let me see who opened a file, when, and how long they engaged with it. This insight is beneficial for understanding document interest and auditing access, which is crucial for things like investor decks. Control over access is another feature I really value; being able to set expiration dates, revoke access anytime, and adjust permissions per person offers peace of mind when sharing sensitive files. The setup process is straightforward, with familiar and quick steps like signing up with email or SSO, and drag-and-drop uploading makes it smooth for organizing files. For me, these features turn sharing into controlled access, maintaining the security of the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

1. Pricing can feel high. For individuals, students, or small teams, Digify can feel expensive compared to basic tools like Google Drive or Dropbox. Some advanced security features are locked behind higher plans. People love the security, but not always the price. 2. Mobile experience is limited. On phones or tablets, viewing works fine, but managing permissions and data rooms isn’t as smooth as on desktop. The interface feels more 'desktop-first.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ultimate Control & Security for Document Sharing"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify for securing our document sharing and preventing data leakage. Digify solves many problems for me, like staying in control after sharing a file, reducing misuse of files and leaks, and providing clean, organized, and secure sharing. What I most like about Digify is that I can control any document I sent to anyone at any time. The initial setup was absolutely very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

"Excellent Security, Could Improve Usability"
What do you like best about Digify?

I find Digify easy to use, with strong access control, instant revocation, and clear document tracking—perfect for handling sensitive pricing and contracts. The access control protects pricing, instant revocation prevents misuse of old quotations, and tracking helps identify serious buyers—making document sharing secure and efficient. The setup was easy and intuitive, only requiring minor learning for advanced permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Pricing could be more flexible for mid-sized businesses, and the dashboard and mobile experience could be slightly more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Digify to securely share documents, and I really like its ability to control who accesses my documents and track when they are viewed.
