I love that Digify gives me control even after I send a file. I can revoke access, track views, and use granular permissions to lock down documents, disable downloading or printing, and add custom watermarks. The page-by-page analytics show me how people engage with files and what they focus on. If I had to nitpick, I’d like the reporting and analytics to be more robust, including the option to export or download analytics overview reports as a PDF instead of taking screenshots. Some external users also run into friction opening third-party links or navigating security prompts. More granular notifications, like real-time alerts or customizable daily digests, would make it easier to track document activity without constantly checking the dashboard. What I like best about Digify is its secure document sharing with full control. I can set permissions, expiry, revoke access anytime, prevent downloads/screenshots with dynamic watermarking, and track exactly who viewed the document and for how long. I really love the Persistent Protection After Download (PPAD) feature. Once it’s turned on, I can still revoke access and block screenshots even after the file has been downloaded.
