"Secure Document Sharing with Total Control"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify to securely share and track important documents. I like the control it gives me over who can view my files, whether they can download them, and for how long they have access. The ability to see when someone has opened or interacted with a file gives me peace of mind and helps me follow up at the right time. Digify makes sharing confidential information feel much safer and more professional. The control settings are extensive, allowing me to decide who can view, download, or print documents and even set expiration dates. I appreciate being able to revoke access if needed, which adds another layer of security. It’s helpful to know exactly when a document has been viewed, and sometimes how long someone spent on it, allowing me to time my follow-ups better. The setup was straightforward, and once I got familiar with all the security settings, it became very intuitive. Overall, the combination of ease of use, control, and tracking features makes Digify invaluable for handling sensitive information securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Sometimes the interface can feel a little overwhelming, especially for first-time users. There are a lot of control options, which is great, but it can take a bit of time to get comfortable navigating everything. A slightly more simplified or guided setup experience would help. I also think the tracking insights could be made even more detailed or easier to digest. While the data is useful, having more visual summaries or clearer breakdowns would make it quicker to interpret at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ensures Secure Document Sharing with Intelligent Insights"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify to securely share sensitive documents, and I really appreciate the access controls, document tracking, and data room features which help me maintain security while collaborating efficiently. It solves the risk of sensitive documents being shared without permission and gives me peace of mind by allowing me to restrict downloads, prevent forwarding, and revoke access at any time. I like that Digify turns document sharing into a strategic tool with engagement insights that help me understand interest levels and time my follow-ups more intelligently. The best part is the confidence it gives me—I feel in control of my documents even after sending them. Additionally, the initial setup of Digify was very easy. What do you dislike about Digify?

I’d like to see more customization options for branding and presentation within data rooms to better match our company’s look and feel. It would be great if the reporting and analytics features were even more detailed or exportable for deeper analysis. The platform works well overall, but the interface and customization options could be slightly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peace of Mind with Secure File Sharing"
What do you like best about Digify?

I like Digify most because it gives me control without making things complicated. The ability to set detailed permissions, like disabling downloads, adding dynamic watermarks, or setting expiration dates, really stands out. It makes sharing sensitive files feel safe instead of risky. I also appreciate the tracking insights. Seeing who viewed a document and how they engaged with it is incredibly useful, especially during investor or client conversations. Digify fits naturally into our day-to-day communication without requiring a completely separate workflow, as we can send secure links directly from our inbox with email platforms like Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Sometimes the permission settings can feel a bit overwhelming at first — there’s a lot of control (which is great), but it can take a little time to configure everything exactly how you want it. The interface, while functional, could also feel more modern and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Document Sharing with Minor Performance Hiccups"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify during fundraising and investor communications to upload financial reports, pitch decks, and legal documents into a secure data room. It helps me centralized secure document sharing while maintaining full visibility and control. Digify feels reliable and secure, and I trust it with highly confidential materials. It consistently performs well without technical issues. One of the most valuable aspects is the ability to act immediately if needed. Digify builds trust through a combination of immediate control, real-time visibility, and dependable performance. The setup was easy not just for one person but for the entire team; everyone could quickly create accounts, learn to upload documents, and manage access without confusion. I also use Digify when sharing sensitive HR documents. While our HR system stores employee data, confidential reports that need controlled distribution are shared through Digify. My team moved to Digify because we wanted a more professional way to present confidential documents to clients and partners. I rate it 8 out of 10 because it is very effective for secure document sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

At times, navigating between sections in large data rooms can feel slightly slow. Performance optimization for complex projects would enhance the overall experience. Optimizing upload speeds, background processing, and preview rendering for very large files, such as financial spreadsheets, would enhance reliability during time-sensitive projects. "Secure and Easy Document Management with Digify"
What do you like best about Digify?

I like using Digify because it safely shares important documents and lets me control access, monitor views, and protect sensitive information easily. I really like the control and visibility it provides, as it lets me see exactly what’s happening with my documents and manage access instantly. This gives me peace of mind because I can ensure files aren't being forwarded or viewed by the wrong people. I also find it more reliable and easier to use efficiently compared to what I used before. Plus, it was very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Digify can be slow with large files, and the mobile app could be smoother. Improving speed and mobile usability would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Secure Document Sharing, Needs Smoother Mobile Experience"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify to share confidential files without worrying about them being misused. It helps me stay in control of who sees my documents and lets me track engagement, which makes my work feel more secure and organized. Digify solves my biggest issue—losing control after hitting 'send.' It keeps my documents protected, lets me see who’s actually paying attention, and saves me from guessing or chasing people for updates. What I like most about Digify is the control it puts in my hands. I can share sensitive files with confidence, track how they’re being viewed, and adjust access whenever needed. It makes secure document sharing feel effortless and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

The advanced settings can be a little confusing at first, and the mobile version could be smoother. The advanced settings would be easier to use with simple explanations and ready-made permission templates. On mobile, switching between documents and tracking viewer activity can be slow, and some menus are tricky to navigate on a small screen. Faster loading, smoother scrolling, and a simpler layout for sharing or revoking access would make the app much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Document Sharing with Advanced Controls"
What do you like best about Digify?

I choose Digify because I needed a secure way to share confidential business documents externally without losing control over who could access it. Instead of guessing whether someone reviewed a proposal, I can see documents activity. The expiration controls are extremely practical; setting automatic expiration dates ensures outdated documents don’t remain accessible indefinitely. The platform feels secure without being intrusive, and recipients don’t need to jump through too many steps to access files. My team switched from using platforms like DocSend because compliance and auditability became more important. Digify provides detailed activity logs, expiration controls, and a full audit trail for all document interactions. The setup guide felt guided and straightforward. Digify walks through the key steps such as uploading documents, applying watermarks, and configuring access controls. I would rate it 8 out of 10 because the platform provides excellent security. What do you dislike about Digify?

It would be helpful to have more built-in collaboration tools such as lightweight commenting features directly within the data room. Improved tagging, filtering, and advanced search functionality would make it easier to manage large data rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secures Sensitive Documents Like a Pro"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify to send contracts and legally sensitive documents securely. I like the ability to restrict downloads and apply watermarks, which ensures better control over important files. The structured data room setup stands out to me because it allows me to organize documents clearly and present them in a professional manner during business reviews or negotiation. The structured data room helps me keep all sensitive documents organized in one secure location instead of managing scattered files. Because recipients can navigate the data room themselves, I spend less time responding to requests for missing files or clarification. The initial setup was very simple, and installing the platform and uploading the first set of documents was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

I find that more flexible notification options would be helpful. Custom alerts when certain documents are accessed or when engagement thresholds are met could improve responsiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peace of Mind with Robust Control Features"
What do you like best about Digify?

I use Digify as a strategic control hub for sensitive documents, and it allows me to control who accesses files, what they can do, and for how long. I appreciate being able to monitor real-time engagement and viewing patterns. What I like most about Digify is the peace of mind it gives me; once I share a document, I don’t feel anxious about where it might end up or who might forward it because I know I still have control over it. I also appreciate the granular access controls, dynamic watermarks, and the ability to revoke access instantly. Switching from Firmex to Digify was a good decision because it’s more durable and effective. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

Another limitation is pricing for smaller teams. Some of the advanced features feel geared toward larger organizations, so a more flexible or modular pricing model could make it easier for small businesses or startups to fully benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure File Sharing with Unmatched Control"
What do you like best about Digify?

I love how Digify makes sharing sensitive files effortless and completely under my control. Digify turns my documents into smart files that are secure, trackable, and stress-free, which prevents accidental exposure while giving me a clear view of every interaction with my files. I like that it combines security and insight, allowing me to know exactly what’s happening with my files at all times. Digify makes me feel in control even when my files are in someone else’s hands, giving me peace of mind with every file I share. I previously used Ansarada, but Digify has streamlined my work and made everything much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digify?

I wish uploading large files was faster and switching between documents felt smoother. The mobile app works, but a sleeker design would make on-the-go use much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
