What do you like best?

I love that I can use it anywhere I have an internet connection. I love not being tied down to an office. It is easy to naviagate and find customers. I like that you can email within the system without having to use an outside vendor. The retention center gives us control of the renewals and whether we need to review, rewrite or just renew. What do you dislike?

I do not like how you can not have a package policy with sub lines for each line of business. It makes the policy listing look messy and convoluted. Certificates are hard to update once created. If a new policy gets added into the middle of the term or a new coverage it is hard to get that information on the certificate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great agency management system with a lot of easy interface options. Before EZLynx I used Applied Tam for over 20 years and this was an easy transition. The support center and knowledge base has a lot of information and helpful tools to ease the transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love the retention center. This helps us avoid missing renewals and also avoiding any that may have increased in premium. I also like keeping track of the commission through EZlynx to see where we are at from month to month. I also like the eSignature option within the system. It keeps everything streamlined especially with the new no fault law in Michigan and all the documents that need to signed for the new coverages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

No one is good there, terrible cust service experience. No one returns calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Terrible company all they do is promote cheap pricing with ZERO Customer service. Hawksoft has stellar customer service compare to these clowns at EZLYNX. You know the old saying? You get what you pay for they maybe cheap but dont expect a positive customer service experience there is none. Just voicemail message to speak to. Of course when they call you they leave a message then you call them and leave them a message too, you know how this goes? after a 100 voicemail messages you still are waiting to speak to someone... No one returns calls takes them 8-12 weeks to convert clients from HAWKSOFT TO EZlynx. I am told to use EZLYNX by PENGUIN Insurance a PC Aggregator and all this great service with zero humans to speak to at EZLYNX. What do you like best?

I'm struggling with that right now. I'm sure for our service department, EZL works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Our reports are often incorrect and/or broken. Creating reports is very confusing and time consuming. Customer support is very slow to offer assistance in creating complex reports. They just give you videos to watch that address reports in a general way, but don't offer real help when trying to construct a complex report. As someone who works on the marketing side of an agency, functioning and accurate reports are paramount.

What do you like best?

The communication, ability to task, and interact with both client and team members. They have great tutorials on the features they offer, and their customer service is great! Excellent for several different positions to all interact and do their jobs. There’s rarely a feature that I need and they don’t have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading and tasking team members and agents. I have less emails to send out because I have already communicated with EZLynx. Ensuring delivery of documents and tasking with calendar due dates is so valuable. The accuracy of finding clients based on information allows you to always have the info you need at the tip of your fingers. So many tools in one area, shared by the whole team. What do you like best?

Most of the software is web based and easily accessible remotely. I work away from home a lot, and it works well except for that I am okay with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It has glitches when running auto quotes. When the information bridges over, it does not transfer all the info, and therefore the quotes are slightly off of the actual price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the functionality and versatility of the software. I enjoy having the ease of looking up clients and receiving results, most of the time without problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I dislike about EZLynx is that sometimes the main screen has errors and won't allow us to continue our job. Retention Center isn't always functional and sometimes won't close out clientele. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EZLynx is helping solve insurance concerns, as we look up clientele as far as their address, insurance information, contact information, and any necessary paperwork in the case of an emergency with a claim. What do you like best?

Being a writing agent, EZLynx allows you to quote with multiple carriers at once. It takes away from you having to manually quoting with different carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Retention Center makes maintaining a client book of business manageable and insightful. Each customer is clearly defined and categorized based on price increase, difference, carrier, line of business, and risk level. Clarifying an owner to each customer for the sales team makes management easy and errors seldom.

The client policy summary page makes understanding the customer's story simple. Summarizing key coverages make for a seamless phone conversation.

The activities section allows for agent management of tasks. This is a great platform for transcontinental offices that are not necessarily in the same time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

A disadvantage is the inability to sort by carrier or extract all carriers but one. When we are onboarding new hires, it is difficult to give them access to special features. Instead of the admin having the ability to do so, they must call in to Ezlynx and request this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EZLynx is a fantastic alternative to other management systems and quoting areas due to its ability to look at the customer experience from start to renewal. There's no finish. The customer's story is forever ingrained so that even if they do decide to leave your company, their story will be available the moment that they come back. What do you like best?

I appreciate that they offer regular trainings, because as someone who uses this for accounting and billing but not everyday, there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of. Af first you may be overwhelmed with all this management system has to offer but after you get more involved with the software you will see that EZLynx has so much to offer over some of the other management systems.
