## Mighty Networks Reviews
 ### 1. Beautiful, Flexible Layouts with an Intuitive, Organized Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn B. | Maestra, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the multitude of choices for the layout of the platform. There are so many options to make it beautiful and once a person gets the overall hang of the program it is not difficult. It is easy to add collections and lessons and to create events. There is a learning curve of course, but it is all laid out in a very organized and intuitive way.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I have been having a lot of problems with the subtitles because I have a lot of Spanish speaking members. For native videos the subtitles are only in English. That does not help the Spanish speaking members understand when I am teaching in English.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, I am not sure what you mean by this question, but MN has helped me create a beautiful course.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Carolyn,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review, it is truly rewarding to hear that the platform feels intuitive and organized once you find your footing.

Your feedback around subtitles for Spanish-speaking members is incredibly valuable. We completely understand how important it is for your members to follow along in their native language, and we will make sure this reaches our product team as they continue improving the platform's language and accessibility features.

Thank you for building with Mighty Networks and for helping your community learn and grow. We look forward to continuing to support you.

 ### 2. Highly Versatile Platform with Great Segmentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica V. | Founder/Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like how Mighty Networks lets me create my own audios and post them. What I like most is the ability to separate spaces for different programs, which was a problem for me before as everything used to be combined and overwhelming. Now, I can create different offers tailored to my clients' levels, from beginner to more advanced. I also appreciate the possibility of creating my own app in Mighty Networks, which is something I've been thinking about. Since I can go live directly on Mighty Networks without needing Zoom, and download and edit videos, it simplifies my process greatly. I'm enjoying the transformation and learning every step of the way, despite the initial challenge. So far, it's been a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So far, I am loving it so much, have nothing to dislike about it

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks lets me separate spaces for my different programs, which solves my problem of having everything combined and overwhelming. I can create various offers for clients at different levels, from beginner's to advanced. I like posting audios and having all workshop content scheduled to unlock day by day.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Veronica, thank you for the kind words! Love that you started off as a member and are now hosting your own community.

 ### 3. Powerful All-in-One Platform with Room to Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adelle A. | Host & co-trustee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like best about Mighty is its versatility and ability to bring many important functions into one platform. We’re able to host courses, organize collections, run events, manage community discussions, and handle member management in one place. The integrations with Zoom and Stripe help simplify live sessions and payments, which saves time and reduces the need for multiple outside tools.

I also appreciate the clean member experience, mobile accessibility, and professional look and feel it offers our community. While some backend features can take time to learn, overall it helps reduce tech overwhelm by giving us a central hub to grow, serve, and manage everything more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

What I dislike most is that the platform can feel inconsistent on the admin side. Tools and settings are sometimes moved, renamed, or changed without enough clarity, which creates unnecessary friction when trying to manage the community or update pages. Features that were once easy to find can suddenly take extra time to locate.

I’ve also experienced issues with email deliverability when using Proton Mail, particularly with signup confirmations and password reset emails not arriving. That creates a frustrating experience for both admins and members. In those situations, support has not always been as helpful or solution-focused as I would hope.

Overall, the platform is powerful, but greater consistency, clearer change communication, and stronger technical support would make a big difference.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps solve the challenge of bringing community, courses, events, and payments into one platform. For us, the biggest benefit is having a central hub instead of piecing together several different systems. While there are still areas that could improve, it has made it easier to organize content, serve members, and manage operations in one place.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Adelle,

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review.

It’s great to hear that Mighty Networks is helping you bring courses, events, payments, and community together in one place. That all-in-one experience, along with integrations like Zoom and Stripe, is exactly what we aim to provide to simplify your workflow and reduce the need for multiple tools.

We also appreciate your candid feedback around the admin experience, feature changes, and email deliverability. Consistency and clarity are key when managing a community, and insights like yours are incredibly valuable as we continue improving how updates are communicated and how the platform evolves.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for the work you’re doing with your community.

 ### 4. Solid Platform with Powerful Automation Capabilities and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jérémy D. | Consultant Salesforce, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The platform is well designed overall. The Spaces and Classes structure makes it straightforward to organize content in a way that actually makes sense, and I didn’t need much time to get oriented and navigate around confidently.

What I was especially happy with was the integration with Zapier to automate some processes. The documentation was thorough, and when I ran into a snag and reached out to support, they responded quickly with tips that were specific to my Zapier setup rather than a generic “check our docs” kind of reply. It was clear they knew what they were doing, even beyond their own product.

Pricing also feels reasonable, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing really bothered me. There are a lot of features, so it can take a few minutes to get oriented at first, but that’s pretty minor and honestly says more about the platform’s depth than anything else.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation capabilities are a real time-saver. Connecting it to Salesforce via Zapier keeps member data in sync without any manual effort. Within the platform itself, managing Spaces and members feels straightforward and well organized.

The range of automations you can build through Zapier is another highlight. Workflows like automatically emailing a course completion certificate with a PDF attachment are exactly the kind of tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual work or require a more complex setup. Here, it handles it cleanly and reliably.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Love hearing this, especially your experience with Zapier and how our support team showed up with real, tailored help.

We love to see your network grow with us!

 ### 5. Simple to Use with a Mind-Blowingly Accurate AI Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy N. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The simplicity in how to use the platform for creating everything, and the ai bot to answer my questions 24/7 with mind blowing accuracy. Better than human help. It's wild and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don't appreciate the limitations of the Launch level that I am in. My network is not paying for itself yet but the features would make it better in the next tier...however, it's far too costly of a service when it's not paying for itself.
It means I have to do more work for now.
I also would like to know how I get more help in learning how to build the community but I never seem to be available for the online MN lives.

It's SLOW going. How do I get my network out there? I don't know, and it worries me as it needs to make money or I will have to fold it.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't have a community. Now I have a mini community, I know 4 people love it, but it makes no money and it is low engagement. I need to learn how to make it successfull and I do not see where to do that. The MN page is overwhelming to know where to access support.

With more people in my free network, I could sell more. But I find I have tried amny things, offered many things and no one show up for it because it takes a trememndous amount of effort to get people to engage and interested. so they join and crickets.....but there are 4-5 people who shoe up daily.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Brandy! We’re glad you’re finding value in the simplicity of the platform and the AI support, and we really appreciate your honest thoughts on pricing, engagement, and learning resources.

To help your community grow, we also encourage you to join our Mighty Community at community.mightynetworks.com to chat with our team during Weekly Workshops re: member engagement on the platform.

Grateful to have you on the platform!

 ### 6. THE mightiest solution to our problem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn H. | Creative Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks does what we need by combining the functionalities we require. It's great that Mighty Networks is committed to building the capacity of its hosts to improve what they are doing, especially from a financial standpoint. I also appreciate that the guidance they offer is research-based and research-driven, which makes it trustworthy. I enjoy that Mighty Networks puts everything in one place, making it easy to use without having to string things together among different platforms. Additionally, I value the consistent product development and sharing by Mighty Networks, as it provides constant opportunities for improving community engagement and financial returns. The ease of setup is another aspect I found very satisfying.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I mean, honestly, there is so much capacity building, and there is so much sort of constant improvement, it can be a little hard to keep up with all of the improvements while also running our business. Good problem to have!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solved every problem for my business, enabling me to open the doors by combining community, classes, and content in ONE place.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Lynn, thank you for the kind words. We're excited to keep offering ways to help our host grow both through education & features.

 ### 7. Thoughtful Design, Fast App, and Outstanding Mighty Networks Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Co-executive director of Gather Ministries, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

There are so many things I love. First, I love the thoughtful design and focus on helping my users interact with one another, which supports my efforts to provide the important, engaging content they need. I also love the customer support: it is very easy for me to get help when I need it. Secondly, my one-on-one quarterly meetings with my Mighty Networks advisor offer personal, practical wisdom on how to help engage my members. Third, I love how the Mighty Networks app performs. It is fast, intuitive, and offers AI support for users and hosts. Fourth, I love the ease of live video and external links for live meetings (Google Meet and Zoom), and the "live now" button that shows members that there is a live meeting taking place that they can jump into.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would like to be able to integrate pre-recorded audio and video links inside of posts without requiring users to click to another site to hear/watch the audio/video. I would also like to be able to have more than one page/feed/etc. in a single space. Even more importantly, I need Mighty Networks to allow me to add a Facebook Pixel to my account so I can track our ads. Right now, the pixel does not stick and is not at all helpful.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks cares about authentic human interaction — helping people who are lonely get connected and make friends. They also care about providing personalized support to hosts, which, in turn, helps me help app users have an even better experience.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback, Jennifer! We’re thrilled to hear how much you’re enjoying the design, support, and live features.

 ### 8. The community tool I never knew I needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anri O. | Founder | Business & Life Coach | Empowerment Facilitator, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

This hub is an incredible space, not only to gather your community, stay connected, and have everything on a single platform, but also to keep growing together. There are multiple ways to stay interactive, as well as options to monetize and reward.

The Mighty team is so engaging and incredibly helpful. They genuinely want YOU to succeed. This platform gives you potential to start small but grow exponentially. You simply need the courage to invite. Mighty does the rest.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are a LOT of features and it's hard to know where to start or get everything up and running. I do wish there were more engaging features accessible on a lower tire so you know if you want to upgrade or not. That way I know what to put investment towards. If I got to experience all the features I may be more inclined to invest early!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a safe place for my community to be vulnerable to start their true growth. Social media is full of trolls which creates fear. Mighty helps me truly connect, and helps them truly heal.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Anri! We're grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 9. I love it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin P. | Owner/Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

My favorite thing about Mighty Networks is the intuitive planning and design. As a host, I can customize nearly every part of my community to brand it for my business and have it make sense for my members. I can easily organize courses, guides, discussion boards, and more so that it flows and encourages participation.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don’t think I can think of anything I don’t like! I have been very happy so far!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty has solved the organization and information storage problem that I had for my clients. I was trying to make it work with Google Drive but it was disorganized and, frankly, unprofessional. With Mighty, I can organize all of the guides and information that I want my clients to have access to so that it is easily accessible for them, easily edited by me if needed, and I can use brand colors and logos to make it incredibly professional.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Kristin, thank you for the kind words! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 10. Mighty Networks is Private and Built for Community Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really appreciate that MN is private and not using algorithms. As the host, I can make sure my community sees all my posts. I also like the features with polls, hot and cold questions, etc. to keep the engagement going and building community among members. I am impressed with how Mighty keeps innovating and how it makes my work as a host easier. Just to mention a few things that have been added is Spaces, Member tab with photos in bubbles to encourage connection, especially with members near you is valuable. I also love the new AI features and the Mighty People GPT along with gamification.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Navigation is sometimes hard for new members.

**Recommendations to others considering Mighty Networks:**

Mighty Networks is a great platform to host your community on, far away from facebook, tracking, and algorithms. Gina and her team really understand what makes a community tick and generously share her knowledge in training for hosts. My members appreciate the layout and ease of navigation. I highly recommend Mighty Networks and all it makes possible when it comes to building powerful communities.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a community that really matters and gives more than it takes in energy, since we're all spending so much time on devices these days. I also appreciate that Mighty is a private community where sensitive topics may be discussed without fearing it being tracked or monitored. I can also share events and teach on the Mighty platform.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback and kind words, Annika! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 11. Robust Community Building, but Needs UI Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanine K. | Boss, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks offers the most robust opportunity for community compared to all the tools I explored. It helps me put things in place easily for others to access. It allows me to organize information so effectively that if someone is looking to solve a specific problem, they can find what they need. I also appreciate that it uses the same commands as my Notion software, which I find really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think that the initial dashboard that a new user encounters can be a little bit cluttered. I think that it's also hard to share information with someone who's not yet a member and needs a very low threshold. I think also that there is a certain amount of flexibility that I really miss in setting up the individual pages, like using columns more easily. I had a pretty steep learning curve to understand Mighty Networks because I have been a user since much earlier days, but it's gotten easier now.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me connect with other oboists and organize information in a way that's easy for them to access and solve problems. It serves as a portal for students to keep up with each other and meet learning goals.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Jeanine! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 12. This is the time to design your Course and Community on Mighty Networks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Young C. | Founder/Educator - YAY Forever Young, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have been a Path to Pro/Growth Plan Member for a year and a half now. I don’t think my network community will ever leave this platform. What I not just like, but love, is the Customer Advocacy and Mighty Team Support I receive. Whether I need personal tech questions answered or broader strategy topics to go over, Team Mighty is there for me.

There is a true sense of community even for us Hosts building our site, app experience, and courses. We get to meet one another, reach out with messaging, and even meet up on our own virtual conference calls. Because members are encouraged to interact with one another, we can collaborate and support one another. We get to meet so many fascinating leaders and learn about such diverse community topics. I’ve even joined a few communities on my own for areas I was needing to work on.

I cannot recommend Mighty Networks enough. Although I’m still new to tech platforms, I’ve been engaged and learn enough to earn host certification. The rollout of features in the last year alone have made my offer as ideal as I can design it.

Gina has built a team who helps hosts create based on generosity, values, and creative freedom. The human support we receive is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So much is possible when you are in ideation-mode. It can feel overwhelming, but if you design with clarity and ask the right questions, you can build what you need.

For example, if you want to teach one niche topic before you create an entire community, you can do that now. If you want to workshop a challenge to gain clients, then build a community of paid members, you can do that. If you already have an active community but you want a platform built on actual community values, I think you should merge on over to Mighty.

Decision fatigue is real but once you learn what’s possible and use discernment to build what’s right for your specific needs, Mighty is for you.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automations. Creating your network systems to run without the Host babysitting every aspect. This will be a game-changer for me, and I’m already setting my systems now as I grow. This will help us Hosts not burn out. Creating a sustainable business is what appeals to me. That means Automations must be integrated.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you so much for your kind review, Young! We're so grateful to have you on the platform. And welcome to Path to Pro — excited to see where your community goes!

 ### 13. Built for Movements, Not Just Memberships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I love most about Mighty Networks is how seamlessly it combines content, community, and connection in one platform.

We’re not just delivering content—we’re creating a movement. Mighty allows us to host powerful conversations, run live Zoom calls, build out structured small group cohorts, and give our members a true sense of belonging. Features like topic-based groups, private messaging, and course integration help us guide people from inspiration to activation in a relational and scalable way.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Wow—this is tough, because I really do love Mighty so much. It’s been a game-changer for our community. That said, there are a few things I’d love to see improved.

I wish there was more flexibility in customizing parts of the user interface to really make it feel like our own. Sometimes the app can be a bit glitchy or slow, especially for mobile users, and there’s definitely a learning curve—both for members and for hosts. It takes a little time to get oriented, especially if someone’s never been in a platform like this before.

But honestly, even with those quirks, I’d choose Mighty again in a heartbeat. The community-building tools are unmatched.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks gives us one platform to build community, deliver content, and activate people into their calling. Before MN, we had to juggle multiple tools—now everything lives in one place. It’s helped us turn passive followers into engaged participants in a focused movement, and that’s been a game-changer.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

We'll share your feedback with the team. You can continue to stay up to date on how we're updating the platform on our public roadmap here: https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development

 ### 14. Great platform, but with a gap in mobile optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** calling s. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have built my online knitting community with Mighty Networks. It offers a platform where I can safely nurture and host my community. I find it clear. I like the recognition badges, the ability to record voice messages, and that you can integrate Zoom for online meetings. The voice message function provides the opportunity to be more approachable with the members and helps to send long messages without having to type much.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The video quality of live recordings is catastrophic for today's standards. There are many editing restrictions for an admin on the mobile app. Many functions can only be found on the computer. Videos that you upload must be in landscape format, otherwise they are converted and the quality is then miserable. Users who are not so tech-savvy have trouble finding all the functions in the app.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks offers me a secure platform to host my community. It is clear and supports voice messages, which deepens and facilitates communication. The integration of Zoom is convenient for meetings.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Appreciate your kind words! We’re really glad Mighty Networks is helping you build and safely nurture your knitting community, and that features like badges, voice messages, and Zoom integration are making connection easier and more personal. We also appreciate your honest notes on video quality, this is really helpful as we continue improving the experience.

 ### 15. Live Onboarding and Cohost AI Make Mighty Intuitive and Fast to Execute

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wende G. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The most helpful part of Mighty has been the live onboarding sessions. They gave me a clear picture of what’s possible and helped me think beyond just content into how to actually build a real community experience.

After that, the biggest value came from simply getting in and using the platform. It’s intuitive once you start working in it, and things begin to click quickly.

Cohost (AI) has been a standout. Being able to ask questions and get immediate, useful answers while building has made a big difference. It removes friction and keeps momentum going.

Overall, Mighty makes it easier to move from idea to execution without getting stuck.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is that the Launch plan restricts certain features within spaces, which can feel a bit constraining depending on how you want to structure your community.

I also wish there were more built-in tools for things like surveys and data capture, similar to Typeform, without needing to rely on integrations. The same goes for more advanced course features, like flashcards or more interactive learning tools would add a lot of value natively within the platform.

That said, the Launch level has still met most of our needs so far. It’s been more than sufficient to get up and running, build engagement, and deliver a strong experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is solving the gap between one-time impact and ongoing transformation. For us, we were already hosting conferences, trainings, and coaching, but the challenge was helping couples stay consistent and actually apply what they learned once they went back into real life.

Mighty gives us a structured environment where that learning can continue. It allows us to guide people through ongoing rhythms, reinforce key tools, and create connection between couples who understand the unique demands of law enforcement life.

The benefit has been the ability to move from isolated events to sustained engagement. Instead of information fading, we now have a place where habits can form, conversations can continue, and real change can take root over time.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your meaningful feedback, Wende! We’re so glad to hear live onboarding and Cohost AI have helped you get started quickly and build with confidence. Good news, every plan now includes unlimited Spaces and multi-feature Spaces, you can check this one out now.

We appreciate you being part of the platform!

 ### 16. Live Streaming and Polls That Save Time on Mighty Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray C. | Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I've been using Mighty networks for around 2 years and have to say my favorite part is the live streaming capability and ease of which I can create engaging polls for my community. The way that I am able to instantly attach/upload my calls into a specific channel shortly after going live is a huge time saver for me!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The only thing i would say I "dislike" about Mighty Networks is how from time to time the video quality seems to be a bit laggy. With that said, just last week they pushed out a big update to the video interface and it works and feels way cleaner!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks has helped bring all of my personal training and health coaching clients into one open, warm, and growth focused space. It is not only a benefit to me, but a benefit to my clients who want to feel like they are not alone and are a part of something.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> That’s great to hear! I love that Mighty Networks has helped you bring your clients into one open, warm, and growth focused space and made engagement so seamless for you and them!

 ### 17. Perfect Platform for Engaging Communities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erson R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really love that Mighty Networks acts like a private social network, which is just like LinkedIn for physical therapists but without all the creepy ads. It's a great way to get good engagement without having to pay to win or be limited by an algorithm like on Instagram or Facebook. I also appreciate that when someone signs up, they know exactly what they're getting. I like that I can have an unlimited amount of digital courses, unlike other platforms that limit you to maybe one course, and I can set separate prices for them and give out secret links. The courses on Mighty Networks are easy to set up, and I like that they look similar to an LMS but allow for comments, letting people engage directly on the courses, which is not usual in most LMS platforms like Udemy. I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would say that the standard plan that I'm on, it doesn't really have that great of a landing page. If I were able to get unlimited landing pages to sign up people for my free network or my paid network, or potentially paid courses, that would be great.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solves the problem of fighting for engagement limited by algorithms on social platforms, offering good engagement without creepy ads. I can create unlimited digital courses, which are easy to set up and allow interactive comments, unlike typical LMS platforms.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Love this description, Erson! We're excited to build community with you.

 ### 18. Flexible Platform with Room for Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Starlight M. | Founder & Transformation Architect | Independent Consulting / Fractional Leadership, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I often recommend Mighty Networks to my clients because it's my favorite platform for building communities, memberships and course programs across different industries. The flexible user experience is great because it doesn't feel like every other platform or a nineties version forum. As a community growth consultant and strategist, I love that I can create experiences that match the creator's vision for their community while serving its members well, retaining individuality and creativity through a flexible and well-developed interface. It's really easy for me to set up Mighty Networks as I've been using it for a long time. Also, it integrates really well with other tools like Kit, formerly known as ConvertKit, and many other integrations that I absolutely love. Many of my clients have switched from other products to Mighty Networks for something more elegant that fits their needs.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think they have some opportunities in their onboarding and AI setup. They're not leveraging what they know as strongly as they could. The emergence of AI in tools across the Internet means that it's flattening the setup experience and leaving a lot of opportunities for novel innovations. I think they might be overlooking that.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks makes it easy for me to sell digital products, memberships, coaching containers, course and communities, in a space that's flexible to my (clients) needs.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Starlight,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It means a lot to hear how you’re using Mighty Networks to support your clients and bring their visions to life. The way you described the flexibility and ability to create unique, high-quality experiences is exactly what we aim to empower Hosts to do, so it’s great to see that reflected in your work.

We also truly value your feedback on onboarding and AI. That’s an area we’re actively continuing to evolve, and insights like yours help us understand where we can improve and innovate further.

Thanks again for your support and for being such an important part of the Mighty Networks ecosystem.

 ### 19. Seamless Experience with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha E. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks is always improving stuff and staying up to date with what's going on in community platforms, especially with their AI features and user experience. The seamlessness of it all is something I really appreciate. Also, they always accept feedback or ideas and you can submit an idea if you're having trouble aligning something with your specific program, their team will definitely take a look at it. The initial setup was super easy since the team took care of it all and they have someone to help you set up your platform. It was just handing over items to their team so they could implement and create.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes it seems like their customer service is not aligned, especially the support chat feature. Some experiences with their chat support have been lacking in terms of understanding what's going on or how to resolve issues, which wasn't the greatest experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to consolidate our training, coaching calls, and more into one platform, providing a white-labeled experience and streamlining our transition from Kajabi.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for choosing Mighty, Samantha! We appreciate the feedback. Also, note that you can navigate to Network Settings > Integrations> and turn on Zapier.

 ### 20. Great platform for my community; just dislike all the AI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigale M. | Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The user interface is easy for me to figure out. I'm able to organize my files & topics in a way that makes sense for my community. In places where the platform didn't exactly suit my needs, there was help available to figure out a work-around for me.
I use my platform every day, and it's quite easy to stay logged in and see what's new.
It was also fairly easy to use Zaps to integrate my Mighty Networks platform with other systems like Mailchimp.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There is a lot of upselling pressure. I dislike this because I'm quite satisfied with the platform setup that I have. It looks like the higher-level versions use a lot of gamification and AI, which I'm not interested in. Mighty Networks sends me messages via email, via DMs in my own platform, and via pop-up banners in my own platform. I've disabled as much as I can but they still find ways to try to get me to purchase the next level.
The other thing I dislike is the AI customer support bot. I've asked it questions, and it gives me incorrect and contradictory answers. It takes a really long time to be able to get connected with a real customer support human.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has everything in one place. Before using Mighty Networks, I was using many different apps & websites. I had chats going on Slack, and a calendar app for events, and a website for storing reference materials, plus Zoom for calls. Now my members can log in to one place for everything.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Abigale! Thank you for the kind words and feedback. Note that you can always turn off features that you do not want to use within your Mighty Network (including gamification as an example).

 ### 21. Configurable and Versatile but Payment System Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco V. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks is very configurable, allowing me to tailor it exactly how I want. I can offer my courses in any way I choose, which is incredibly useful. Plus, it's improved a lot since I started using it in August 2022. Right now, it's my main source of income, and Mighty Networks makes that possible.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The whole payment system can still be improved. Even though offering installment payments was a great step up, there's no sure way to ensure that people who sign up for an installment actually follow through. There have been situations where people signed up for the first installment, took the course, and then left without paying in full. Also, it would be really nice if a company that you pay so much could help with some promotion.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps structure my course offerings, plan online and in-person events, and enables direct chat with my community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Marco! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 22. User-Friendly Platform with Exceptional Support and Professional Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan K. | Systems Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Platform is easy to use for both front and back end.
Support via chat and email are very responsive and helpful to fix any issues
Professional look and feel of the platform
There seems to be a genuine interest in them wanting you to do well by offering partnership between them and the client to work through opportunities to grow your network

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Everything is very manual to create and takes a lot of clicks and actions to replicate multiple times, and theres no ability to set your default preferences
Limited reporting functionality (e.g. it would be ideal to be able to download all my Plans in a report but I need to copy and paste from the browser into excel, or download Pending Payments for plans)
Text editor is a nightmare when copy/pasting over from Word
Apart from images, there is limited customisability in look and feel
Sometimes, the weekly updates feel like they have been picked out at random instead of really focusing on, or asking the community, what is a priority for them to work on (e.g. voice notes?)

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing together our community into the one place
Hosting online learning content
Ability to use as payment platform

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

We'll share your feedback with the team. You can continue to stay up to date on how we're updating the platform on our public roadmap here: https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development

 ### 23. Easy to Navigate, But Embedding and Support Still Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle S. | Director of ESS, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Easy platform to navigate for content, community, and simple integrations

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Embedding code that isn't an iFrame, YouTube, or native to MightyNetwork is extremely difficult. The Customer Support team at MightyNetworks (chat@mightynetworks) can be difficult to work with as we've had to reiterate our vision 3 to 4+ times to get the right answer and even had to pull in our reps to get the correct result. Functionalities of Livestream are a work in progress along with the MightyData that has some elements like filtering by promo code not available. Overall good platform that is making strides forward in a positive direction

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyNetwork solving our problem of having an App that our members can interact with along with getting access to tools and resources that the DEO has. Benefit is that we get an App specific to DEO that is easier to consume than a WhatsApp for our members

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for sharing this, we really appreciate the balanced feedback!

It’s great to hear the platform is easy to navigate and giving you a dedicated app experience for your members that shift from scattered tools to one place can make a big difference.

We also hear you on embeds, livestreaming, and support experience. That kind of detail is incredibly helpful as we continue improving the platform.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

 ### 24. Mighty Networks: A Growing Hub That Brings Our Global Congregation Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

We love being able to safely connect with people around the world, to create specific groups for people, to host Zoom events, and more. Mighty Networks has been the hub of our international network for our congregation for a few years now and it's only getting better. It's really made people feel like they are a part of the congregation, rather than someone simply watching a service online.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Some things are not intuitive and some things don't work or don't work as expected. Here are a few of the things that are frustrating that I can think of immediately:

1) Editing repeating events. I haven't figured out a way to edit a single event within a series of events without having to delete or modify the repeating event itself.
2) Zoom accounts. We use a few different Zoom accounts because we host overlapping events. It's frustrating not knowing which Zoom account is attached to the event before starting the event. It usually ends up with us having to log out of one Zoom account and into another.
3) Only being able to upload one photo at a time in a post is frustrating as well.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us solve the problem of connecting with people from around the world who tune in to our online services but want to feel like they are actually a part of the congregation, rather than a bystander watching videos. They are able to connect with other community members, join study groups, etc. It also helps us communicate important information to our online congregants.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. It is truly wonderful to hear how Mighty Networks has helped bring your global congregation together and made your online members feel genuinely connected rather than just passive viewers. That is exactly what we hope to achieve for every community on the platform.

We really appreciate your honest feedback on the areas that still need improvement. The points you raised around editing individual events within a recurring series, managing multiple Zoom accounts, and single photo uploads are all valuable insights that help us prioritize what to work on next. We will make sure your feedback reaches our product team.

Thank you for being part of the Mighty Networks community and for trusting us to be the hub of your international congregation. We look forward to continuing to grow alongside you.

 ### 25. Easy to Set Up, Highly Customizable Communities with Mighty Network

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne B. | Embodied Self-Leadership Guide, Facilitator & Speaker, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I’ve used Mighty Network for two different communities since joining. I really appreciate how easy it is to set up a network on the platform, and to shape the look and feel using the many features it offers.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

As with any platform, if you’ve never set up a community before, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how much you can do. That said, the training provided is thorough, and the support is excellent.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a place where I could bring women together while offering access in multiple ways. With Mighty Networks, you can build a community that blends free entry with one-off payments as well as subscriptions. That flexibility means you can meet potential members wherever they are on their journey, while still keeping a clear target audience in mind.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Yvonne,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We’re so glad to hear that you’ve found Mighty Networks easy to set up and flexible enough to shape each community the way you envision. We also appreciate your honest note about the initial learning curve. There’s a lot you can do, and it’s great to hear that the training and support have helped along the way.

It’s wonderful to see how you’re using that flexibility to meet women at different stages of their journey while keeping your community focused and intentional. Keep it up!

 ### 26. Classy, Easy-to-Use Platform with Polished Branding and Fast, Thoughtful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn C. | Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The design is classy and easy to use, and it covers all the bases for running a community. I really like how images and branding are used throughout—it looks polished and consistent. I run both a community feed and courses on it, and I love using both. And whenever I get stuck, I can send a quick message and the team responds ASAP with thoughtful advice.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

They need to fine-tune their landing pages to improve the overall look and feel. They also need to separate the pages so we can link different membership tiers to each one more easily. Right now, they’re all connected, which makes using their carousel not work the way I initially thought it would.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me deliver my product to my students in a more meaningful way.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Lynn,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the polished design, branding, and ease of use, as well as running both your community and courses in one place.

We really appreciate your feedback on landing pages and the organization of membership tiers. Those are valuable insights as we continue improving the experience.

It’s wonderful to hear that Mighty Networks is helping you deliver your product to your students in a more meaningful way. Keep it up!

 ### 27. The Best All-in-One Ecosystem for Creators Building 'Owned' Communities & Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bishnu M. | Digital Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The “Spaces” feature is the biggest win for me. Unlike other platforms that force you into a rigid structure, Mighty Networks treats a chat room, a course, and a feed as the same flexible object. That consistency makes it easy to create custom layouts for clients without needing to code. On top of that, the native mobile app experience is significantly better than having clients log into a mobile-responsive WordPress site, which makes the overall experience feel smoother on phones.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The video hosting limitations on the lower tiers are a real drawback. As a video-first creator, it’s frustrating that I still often need to rely on a third-party host (like Vimeo or unlisted YouTube) just to embed videos inside my courses, unless I upgrade to a much higher plan. On top of that, the interface can feel a bit “busy” at first for non-tech-savvy users, so I’ve had to create onboarding tutorials to help them understand the navigation and find their way around.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Mighty Networks solves for me is the “Frankenstein” tech stack. Before using it, I was constantly trying to stitch together different tools—like a Facebook Group for community, Teachable for courses, and Zoom for events. It was messy, expensive, and, honestly, it gave me serious subscription fatigue.

Mighty Networks pulls all of that into a single “Space.” It lets me build a truly “owned” ecosystem where the community lives right alongside the content, instead of being scattered across platforms. I also don’t have to worry about fighting social media algorithms just to reach my own members.

For me, the biggest wins are simplicity and retention. Because the community and the course live in the same app, members stay engaged longer. It saves me the headache of managing technical integrations and frees me up to focus on what matters most: building relationships and trust with my audience.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad Spaces is delivering the flexibility you need to build custom experiences without code, and that the native mobile apps are helping your members feel more at home on their phones.

We hear you on video hosting and plan-tier limitations, especially for video-first creators. We also understand the “busy” feeling for first-time users, and we’re continuing to improve clarity and navigation while keeping the power and flexibility that advanced builders rely on.

It means a lot to hear Mighty Networks is helping you replace a “Frankenstein” stack with a single home for community, courses, and events, and that it’s improving retention by keeping members engaged in one place.

Thanks,
Val

 ### 28. Community Management in One Place, But Pay Attention to Language Barriers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Bosco B. | Miembro, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like most about Mighty Networks is its ability to be an all-in-one platform, where I can not only manage my network but also have access to training topics, community topics, and personal interests. This platform facilitates the development of interesting conversations among members and allows the community to remain active and lively, which is a very important element for me. Additionally, the ease it offers to admin users to provide all these resources to their network is something I value greatly.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One problem we have is that the platform has now made the effort to have a beta version in several languages, including Spanish, and there are some errors or inconsistencies. In the administration section, some things appear in Spanish while others remain in English, creating a mix of languages for both members and administrators. This will probably be resolved eventually to have a fully multilingual platform and avoid these language problems and inconsistencies. Additionally, the entire support and training section is provided in English, which can be a disadvantage for communities that prefer another language. The initial setup can be a bit complex due to the number of product features, and understanding the benefits of the different plans offered by Mighty Networks has also been complicated, as it is not very clear what each plan includes. This can be frustrating, especially when you need a feature that is not included in your plan and it was not clear that it wasn't included.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me manage registrations and profiles in my community, integrating functionalities to facilitate interaction and content consumption in one place.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Juan!

 ### 29. Effective Community Building, Needs Better UI

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satyarth S. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have used Mighty Networks for actively managing our dance community, Furor Hyderabad. It provides a way to form a closed community and offer updates, giving a feeling of 'closedness' since it isn't open to the public. I like that you can create a profile page for your brand which can be shared publicly, aiding our branding efforts. The paid subscription ensures no distractions from ads, keeping the whole experience focused.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think the interface inside, especially how to set up community etc., were a bit cumbersome. The whole interface wasn't really navigable so easily. There was some digging and googling around that I had to do. The initial setup was not the easiest for sure. We had to have two or three people understand the whole system first.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helped form a closed community, provided a focused experience with no ads, and aided our branding with a shareable profile page.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Satyarth,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

It’s great to hear that Mighty Networks is supporting your dance community by creating a focused, distraction-free space, and that the shareable profile page is helping with your branding efforts. That sense of a dedicated, closed experience is exactly what we aim to provide.

We also appreciate your feedback on the interface and setup process. Getting familiar with the platform should feel more intuitive, and insights like yours are valuable as we continue improving navigation and onboarding for new Hosts.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 30. Revitalized Our Community Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karolina . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks offers a gated community, which helps ensure that community members are genuinely involved. I appreciate that I can create different spaces for different topics, like daily updates and a recipe corner. Even though people often stay in one space, it doesn't matter to me; I'm just happy they are engaged and happy to be there. Additionally, I value the support from the Mighty Networks team, which helped me correct a mistake when I initially left the platform open.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes I don't get notifications on certain posts or, for example, when I go to the daily feed, it doesn't reflect the newest post. Sometimes it shows older posts. And with that, sometimes I miss posts that people share, and then I have to go back and do everything manually, like scroll, make sure I react or reply to somebody's comment or post. The initial setup was challenging for me, but that's probably because I've never done anything like this before. I made a mistake by letting the platform be open, and some people joined for free. That was my major issue, but I solved it with the help of support from Mighty Networks.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to focus on creating a committed community, solving my previous problem of low engagement on Instagram. Now, engagement is amazing, with people sharing pictures and connecting. The platform's monthly charge encourages commitment.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback! It's great to see how much value you're getting from the community experience. We really appreciate your insights, and they help make the platform even better.

 ### 31. Passionate Team, Powerful Community Building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Founder - In stealth mode, Think Tanks, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I am building a community of friends who want to connect, contribute, create, and celebrate together using Mighty Networks. It's the most advanced community platform for doing that. I can set up my own courses, groups, and events, which is really helpful. I like the people who work at Mighty Networks; they are passionate and heartfelt. I also appreciate the people magic feature to introduce people.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I really need an open source and free community version with unlimited custom fields. Also, the learning curve takes time, and it would be ideal if there were gamification unlocks to ease the setup process. Once I have members, I would gladly upgrade.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can set up my own courses, groups, and events.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey David! We're grateful for the kind words and excited to keep sharing new feature updates.

 ### 32. Supportive Team and Effortless Daily Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerissa T. | Customer Service Manager, Human Resources, App Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love how supportive the Might team is. They are quick to answer questions and troubleshoot any questions. This app is so easy the app is to use. I love that we can suggest features we would like and they will listen! I use it everyday! This app has been almost seamless to integrate our 3,000+ members of our already existing program. We often say Mighty was made specifically for us! Mighty has been really easy to use and teach our customers. they offer so much support and training on how to best use their system that you cannot fail.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

That it doesn't do everything I want, yet.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spread between a website, Wordpress, and Facebook. Mighty has really brought everything together in one easy to use space. Our customers love having a space away from social media and it has allowed us to streamline our processes and discontinue needing so many platforms, which will save us a significant amount of money.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 33. Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform That Brings People Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It is intuitive to navigate, and makes it simple to bring people together in one place.
One of the things I appreciate most is how user-friendly the platform is, both on the host side and for members. Setting up spaces, sharing resources, posting updates, and hosting discussions feels straightforward and organized. It creates a clean, professional environment that supports meaningful engagement without the distractions that often come with social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Right now it feels like you can either see everyone or no one. Unless you’re in a particular space, I’d really like hosts to be able to view everyone in the network while limiting what other users can see. I also wish there were a “super host” option so only one designated person receives account information and similar updates. I also wish that everyone could get updates of postings within a cohort without having to follow each other

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solves the challenge of keeping communication, resources, and engagement organized in one place. It gives me a dedicated space for my cohort to connect with each other and keep all cohort materials in one spot, instead of having conversations and resources scattered across emails, shared drives, and other platforms.

It also helps strengthen connection within the cohort overall. Members can easily join discussions, access materials, and stay up to date on announcements without feeling overwhelmed or missing important information. With everything centralized, it saves time, keeps the experience organized, and makes it easier to support ongoing engagement throughout the program.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We’re so glad to hear that Mighty Networks has been intuitive and easy to use, and that it’s helping you bring your cohort together in a clean, organized space.

We also really appreciate your feedback around visibility, host roles, and cohort notifications. Those are valuable insights as we continue improving the experience for Hosts and members alike.

 ### 34. Great Features That Maintain a Strong Community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santi T. | Marketing Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It’s a powerful platform with plenty of features that help create and grow a strong community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The main thing I don’t like is that you can’t share content like a a company, so other members only see your name. This is especially frustrating since, in my experience, other colleagues don’t share content very often in the platform.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a tool to handle our community. Mighty Networks has all the tools we need and even others that we might use in the future like courses. We struggled with keeping all our members active and under the same platform. With Mighty Networks member registration is simple and our members are growing everyday.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Santi! Grateful to have you with us and building your community here.

 ### 35. Comprehensive, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Community Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Owner, Recovery Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I think the usability of the software is great. I've been using Mighty Networks for years now, and it's just very easy to use. I also appreciate that they are always making it better with upgrades and improvements that help me run my program more effectively. It makes it easy for our members to access premium support in one place that's private and anonymous if they choose, giving them community access in a space of like-minded individuals. This really helps our service feel more premium since everything is branded and offered in one place instead of being divided across different platforms.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Customer service is responsive and helpful, but sometimes the troubleshooting techniques feel quite generic and don't always address the root of the issue. My least favorite thing about the platform is the troubleshooting when tech issues come up.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks makes it easy for our members to access premium support in one place. It's private, anonymous, and connects them with a community of like-minded individuals. It offers all services in one branded app, making it feel more premium and comprehensive.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear that the platform has been easy to use over the years and continues to improve in ways that support your program. We also appreciate your honest input about troubleshooting. We love to see your network grow with us!

 ### 36. Sophisticated UI, Flexible Features, and a Helpful AI Cohost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Before signing up with Mighty Networks I reviewed Skool and Circle offers and found that Mighty had to most sophisticated UI as well as fullest set of features that are needed for community set up. Also their price seemed fair for what features they offer. After using it now for about 3 weeks, I can confirm that flexibility is amazing. I love their AI Cohost that is trained on their product and I don’t have to dig through help docs to find something. They also offer a lot of helpful info for community hosts inside their own free community and constantly send me very helpful emails (tips) on how to succeed as a host. So far I am super happy with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So far I did not have any issues that would make me dislike them.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Mighty Networks for building my community and being able to monetize on my social following that I built.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your kind words! We’re really glad you chose Mighty Networks and that you’re enjoying the flexibility, Cohost AI, and the resources that help you succeed as a host. We’re grateful to have you with us!

 ### 37. Customizable Platform with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savanna P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I find the display and customization in Mighty Networks really helpful for making the platform look like our brand and having spaces that can be separated by membership level. I also like being able to add multiple different types of pages and features in each space, which allows me to really customize them. Additionally, I enjoy the view of the spaces and the ability to have multiple features within a space instead of having to create completely different spaces.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find having to manually upload replays a huge limitation. We've managed to work around it with some robust API bootlegging, but it's a disadvantage compared to other platforms that automatically put the replay in after an event. More templates for spaces and setup would be helpful to make it quicker. Also, there doesn't seem to be great cross-communication with the Mighty Networks team about what plan/features/steps we've done, and I've had meetings that were unnecessary. The initial setup was pretty time-intensive, and the 3-4 week setup timeline didn't work for me.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to host our community, providing a place for members to chat, join sessions, watch replays, and access resources in one place. The customization helps us tailor spaces by membership level and add diverse features.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for sharing this feedback! We’re glad to hear you find the customization, branding, and flexible space structure valuable for tailoring your community and membership levels. We also appreciate your notes on replay uploads, setup time, and communication gaps- this is helpful input as we continue improving the experience.

We love to see your community grow with Mighty Networks!

 ### 38. Ideal for Community Building with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo V. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like how Mighty Networks is a very easy way to build and organize the community. It allows me to run live sessions directly inside the platform and connect members. The addition of courses is great because it lets us turn our valuable members into reference voices within the community. The feed space is a good area for people to share ideas and experiences. I also appreciate the effort Gina Bianchini puts into the content, which resonated a lot with us.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think it could have more options to connect with payment providers. Mighty seems also very focused for the US market, so some integrations with other solutions could be added. I have a global community and they have integration with Stripe, but my Brazilian customers can't pay me through that integration because of something technical related to Mighty or Stripe. If they had other payment providers connected, probably that could be mitigated. Also, my plan does not give me access to use the Mighty API.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to run my community. It keeps conversations organized, allows members to engage meaningfully, and facilitates direct connections. The feed helps share ideas, and courses enhance member visibility.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> We really appreciate the thoughtful feedback

It’s great to hear how easy it’s been for you to organize your community, run live sessions, and use courses to elevate your members’ voices. That kind of engagement is exactly what we aim to support.

Your feedback on payment providers and global support is super helpful too, especially with the challenges around Stripe and international members. We hear you on the need for more flexibility there.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this!

 ### 39. Exceptional Community-Building Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the community connection features in Mighty Networks, which are better than anything else out there. You can truly build relationships, and your community can build relationships with each other. It's amazing to see people forming best friendships through the platform. The options for both private and public spaces, along with DMs, are incredibly valuable because everything can happen on one platform. I'm thrilled that I can make some courses part of my full network and others as additional paid spaces, and I love the options for expansion. The initial setup was a great experience with very helpful how-tos included.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would love an option for a year commitment for members where they still pay monthly. Would also love an option where people can pay a one-off price for a space but then also have to continue paying the monthly for the main space.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to bring my community together, house all my content, and foster connections. I love the community features for building relationships and that everything happens on one platform. Options for courses and spaces allow network expansion.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> It’s great to hear how strong the community connection features are for you and how meaningful it is to see real friendships forming.

Your feedback on membership options is helpful too. You can already do this in Mighty Networks by setting up multiple Plans, one for a one time payment that gives access to a specific Space and another for your main Space where members pay monthly.

Overall, we're gad onboarding and the setup experience felt smooth and helpful. Thanks for sharing this! Have a great day ahead.

 ### 40. Robust connection, engagement, and educational platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Powerful, flexible & easy to use platform that allows for great communication and engagement. Customer and member support very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Can't mark posts, comments or chat messages for follow-up; can't organize saved posts. Not easy to navigate backward to visit posts recently viewed. Can't edit member profiles to assist members with technical challenges loading photos etc. Can't "unfollow" or leave certain spaces (included in a plan) like we used to be able to. Can't view info in private chat conversations after a member leaves community. Private group chats disappear when one group member leaves community. Switching or upgrading members to different payment plans very clunky and cumbersome--makes for bad customer experience; would like to be able to declutter and organize plans without plan members automatically receiving a notification email from MN every time administrative updates are made.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to create safe (secure), ad-free virtual engagement space for audience that detests traditional social media experience.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for sharing this! We really appreciate your feedback and we’ll keep working to make the platform even better.

 ### 41. Empowering Community and Courses, Needs More Depth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks offers a combination of course-friendly platform plus the community aspect, providing a single space for learning and interaction. I appreciate their passion for creating communities and their attentiveness to hosts. I like their customized features like localized language options, badging, and automations, and they finally streamlined the membership plans to one link. They focus on content quality as well as its presentation. Having a global community, I find the localized language feature great for lowering engagement barriers. The badging system is fantastic for incentivizing engagement, especially for our neurodiverse community members who enjoy gamification. Automation helps me as a host, so I don't have to handle everything manually.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Although it has an emphasis on courses, there are some things that are super basic level -- for example the quizzes only being multiple choice is really limiting. Only offering captions in English when there are so many other languages we could support -- this keeps us on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo instead of natively Mighty. For automated DM's I wish there was a way to utilize this without putting my actual account into conversation with 1000 people -- maybe a "Host's Inbox" that has some features that can be automated for some responses to those batch DM's. Also why is there not a way to track play counts on videos that are uploaded? We want ways to track that replays are valuable and to what extent.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks provides a single space for our community and courses, enabling a holistic support system. It combines course features with community interaction, offering tools for community activities using automation. The platform reduces engagement barriers with language localization and gamifies with badging, which suits our neurodiverse community.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We’re really glad you value the all-in-one community and course experience, along with features like localization, badges, and automation that help you support and engage your members. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions around quizzes, captions, messaging, and video analytics. We're grateful to have you building your community on Mighty Networks!

 ### 42. Best for Creating Connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

My experience on Mighty Networks has been genuinely inspiring. The People Magic Profit course has been a standout for me—its guidance is practical and immediately applicable. It’s helped me think more clearly about the strategy for my Community. I selected Mighty Networks to host our Community because it is intentionally designed to bring members together and my experience has been that its features are clearly built with real community dynamics in mind. The AI is quite helpful in getting to know the various features and writing copy. There is also a Mighty Hosts community that has been equally helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It takes a bit of time to get used to the structure and how to find what I am looking for. I find myself jumping in and out of the AI feature as I ask questions about how to get things done versus it being adjacent to the area of the platform that I am working in.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN is a true community platform versus just a chat app. I also needed a significant space for reference material and through the Courses subscription, I have what I need and more.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing this. I’m really glad to hear Mighty Networks has felt genuinely inspiring for you, and that the People Magic course has been so practical and immediately useful in clarifying your community strategy. It also means a lot to hear you chose Mighty Networks because it’s built to bring members together, and that you’re experiencing the product as thoughtfully designed around real community dynamics.

I hear you on the learning curve, especially around getting oriented in the structure and needing to bounce in and out of the AI to find answers while you’re building. It’s great to know Mighty Networks is solving the bigger problem for you by being a true community platform, not just chat, and that the Courses subscription is giving you the space you need for reference materials.

 ### 43. High Hopes Dashed, Poor Support Experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that it looked cool for memberships, much different and smaller than ours. It was wrong for what we do and is probably great for someone.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find Mighty Networks very limiting, and I felt pretty misled about what it can actually do and the limitations it imposes. There are app limitations, website limitations, and integration limitations. It's also problematic that users are given limited access to certain features without completing specific steps first. Their communication was great before the sale, but it dropped off significantly once we paid, and they don't seem to care about providing solutions. They over-promised and underdelivered. The initial setup was confusing and convoluted, requiring hours of video watching just to get a basic understanding. The IoT was frustrating, with large meetings needed to access features, and there was very little human support despite paying for premium support. They were terrible; their job was to make it easy, and they failed tremendously.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks gave us a platform for hosting our app and community, but it's full of limitations. The setup was confusing, and support was lacking after purchase.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Stephen,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand your frustrations and I really appreciate you outlining your experience and where Mighty Networks didn’t align with what you were hoping to build.

I understand that the setup process, platform limitations, and support experience were frustrating, especially after you had already invested time in getting started. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver for our hosts, and your comments are really helpful for us to hear.

We’re continuously working on improving the platform, including updates to navigation and usability, to make getting started and building a community more intuitive. Your feedback around integrations, feature limitations, and post-purchase support is especially valuable, and I’ll be sure to pass it along to our team.

If you’d like to discuss further, feel free to reach out anytime at help@mightynetworks.com. I'd love to explore how we can help deliver more value in a way that feels aligned with what you're building.

 ### 44. Innovative, Community-Driven Platform with Stellar Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcela K. | Founder | Fractional Chief of Strategy & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like how easy it is to navigate Mighty Networks. The spaces, the platform, and the mobile app make it easy for people to engage. I appreciate the thought and detail that the team puts into the strategy, making it feel like I don't need to become a community expert to launch a membership platform. I can count on them to know what needs to be done and help us set it up. The Mighty Pro Complete package provided amazing access to strategists and made the transition super smooth. The team walked us through each workshop, designed our graphics, and community assets, making the experience feel like an expansion of our existing team and very easy.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are a few small things that don't fully work for us yet. First, the process for offering member/non-member pricing without having to duplicate an event. We want access to be free for our members, but non-members to be able to pay for it. Currently the process would still be manual, so we found a work-around. The second piece is having an automation to automatically turn a live event into a recording and post it to the community, that's still a bit manual and it would be great to be able to set up rules for each event (i.e. once recording is done, upload to Webinars on Demand and make a post on Connect and Discus). The third piece would be to be able to impersonate a member and take action on their behalf. We still have many members that prefer to talk to us on the phone and have us do the process for them. It would be great to have some actions like updating a member profile or changing the card on file on their behalf.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks centralizes our education platforms, provides a private community space for member interaction, and supports better engagement. It allows emotional discussions away from public forums and connects members. Implementation is easy, and it helps us launch a great membership experience.

 ### 45. Great group platform, but recent changes not so great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elli C. | Book Coach and Developmental Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

As a user, I still enjoy the simplicity of Mighty Networks, navigating and creating organized groups and events. Staying in touch with a specified group is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The removal of topics and replacement with hashtags still bugs me. I still find it very unorganized. The addition of streaks completely puzzles me. The platform is meant to be a community not a game or something I need to hold myself accountable for showing up. I completely ignore it. Maybe I've missed what the purpose of it is supposed to be.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks allows me to stay in touch with a community I'm highly involved in. It helps me connect to find resources for my business and other professionals in my business for many different reasons. It's a closed community, so not just anyone will come in and spam unnecessary posts that would clutter the platform. Mighty Networks helps to keep the community on track of its core idea.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Elli! Appreciate the kind words about your user experience and thank you for the feedback regarding topics. We'd be happy to chat more with you on how to make the most of the hashtags feature.

For example. hosts are now able to highlight up to 100 hashtags inside of every Space, with the first 10 immediately visible in the search menu dropdown, and the rest visible when clicking the “See All” option also in that dropdown. You can even rename this group of highlighted hashtags (to 'Topics' even if you'd like!).

 ### 46. Flexible Community Hub with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I appreciate the flexibility of the structure in Mighty Networks, allowing us to adapt each page to the needs of that sub-community. We are excited about the live events, which create an easy way to stream live conversations and interviews. Before Mighty, we would use Zoom or Google Meet for this purpose, which are much harder to organize and keep track of within our greater community. Mighty Networks offers a hub that is already connected to the audience. The initial setup was extremely easy, and shifting our branding like logos and colors was simple.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would love a 'feed' feature so that people in multiple groups could get an amalgamated collection of new discussions without having to click through each of their groups separately.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks provides a space for us to connect and share within the community. It simplifies live event hosting, integrates with our audience, and serves as a central hub, replacing our use of platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for sharing this. It's really great to hear how Mighty Networks is supporting your community.

We love that you’re taking advantage of the flexibility to shape each Space around your sub-communities, and that live events are making things easier and more integrated for you. Bringing everything into one central hub is exactly what we aim to do, so it’s wonderful to see that impact in your experience.

We also really appreciate your feedback about having a more unified feed across multiple Spaces. That’s a thoughtful insight, and it’s the kind of input that helps us continue improving the experience for Hosts and members alike.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like having so many interactive tools for my members to connect with each other and to have everything I need to run my community in one place. I appreciate that Mighty Networks is constantly improving the platform for hosts and members. The level of support for hosts is amazing, whether it's through Mighty Hosts where I can chat with other hosts or getting individual support, which makes all the difference for me in running my community. The engagement ideas that Mighty provides for me to share with my members have really helped people feel part of my community. The initial setup was fairly simple, and when I did have questions, the team at Mighty was always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Ease of use for new members, sometimes it can be confusing

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate having interactive tools for members to connect in one place. Mighty Networks offers great host support and engagement ideas that enhance community participation.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks so much for your thoughtful review, we really appreciate it!

I’m so glad to hear that the interactive tools, host support, and engagement ideas have been helpful in building your community.

I also hear your feedback about ease of use for new members, thanks for sharing that! It’s great to know the platform is supporting both you and your members.

 ### 48. Empowers Community-Building with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks has been around for a long time, and it's pretty easy to use and set up. This is important because I don't want to spend a lot of time learning new skills to set up a community or a course.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

If I have to learn a lot yeah. That's the big one. I'd like it to be easier to record videos for the site. Rather than transfer them in or the way it is now. I think uploading videos in a more efficient manner would help. I wouldn't say it was easy, but it was simple enough that I could model through it and do trial and error to figure out what I was doing right and wrong. So from that perspective, it wasn't too hard, but I wouldn't say it was easy.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to build a community for my athletes. It solves the issue of them being spread out globally, allowing communication and learning at their speed, enhancing connection and persistence with the program.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your experience, we really appreciate it. I’m glad to hear that Mighty Networks has been easy to use for building your athlete community and that it’s helped you connect with members globally while supporting learning at each person’s pace.

I also hear your feedback about wanting an easier way to record videos directly on the platform instead of having to transfer them. That’s incredibly helpful insight, and I’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue to improve the experience.

 ### 49. Empowers Community Engagement with Live Webinars, But Needs Better Content Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like how you can input blogs, classes, host live webinars, communicate easily within the community, and insert polls and surveys with Mighty Networks. For our live webinars open to our community, members can be coached on different topics by world-renowned speakers. Having blogs and infographics and a toolkit accessible to the community is so cool, like they can download info. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Yes. Scheduling content ahead of time is a lot. It’s not organized. There are so many collections you can have within Mighty Networks but when scheduling content, instead of it being broken up into collections, all the content is under one section. Makes it very difficult to plan ahead and keep up with planning because it’s all mushed together.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks creates a one-stop shop for leadership coaching through various touchpoints like blogs, classes, and webinars from renowned speakers, enhancing learning with downloadable resources.

 ### 50. Been using Mighty Networks since 2018

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trish H. | Creator of online courses and clinician at Working Equitation Simplified, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I can have different spaces for each of my courses that needs a community, all in one platform. Members can view a feed (like facebook) which is useful if they're in more than one group.
The community has evolved so much during the years I've used it that it's hard to pick just one thing.
I guess what I like best is that they are continuously adding to and improving it making it even more useful.
When I have needed customer support they have been very clear and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It can be harder to get your people to come there regularly as they're so used to Facebook. But once they figure out how to use it they do like it better because there are no distractions.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have twice tried to use Facebook for courses/workshops and both times there were hiccups that prevented some people, including myself, from posting.
I have not had a problem with posting on Mighty Networks and their support is available to solve the very occasional problem I have had.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Trish! We'll continue to add more customizations to Courses. We also encourage you to join our Mighty Community at community.mightynetworks.com to chat with our team during Weekly Workshops re: member engagement on the platform.
