"Best for Creating Connections"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

My experience on Mighty Networks has been genuinely inspiring. The People Magic Profit course has been a standout for me—its guidance is practical and immediately applicable. It’s helped me think more clearly about the strategy for my Community. I selected Mighty Networks to host our Community because it is intentionally designed to bring members together and my experience has been that its features are clearly built with real community dynamics in mind. The AI is quite helpful in getting to know the various features and writing copy. There is also a Mighty Hosts community that has been equally helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

It takes a bit of time to get used to the structure and how to find what I am looking for. I find myself jumping in and out of the AI feature as I ask questions about how to get things done versus it being adjacent to the area of the platform that I am working in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thank you for sharing this. I’m really glad to hear Mighty Networks has felt genuinely inspiring for you, and that the People Magic course has been so practical and immediately useful in clarifying your community strategy. It also means a lot to hear you chose Mighty Networks because it’s built to bring members together, and that you’re experiencing the product as thoughtfully designed around real community dynamics.

I hear you on the learning curve, especially around getting oriented in the structure and needing to bounce in and out of the AI to find answers while you’re building. It’s great to know Mighty Networks is solving the bigger problem for you by being a true community platform, not just chat, and that the Courses subscription is giving you the space you need for reference materials.

"Great group platform, but recent changes not so great"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

As a user, I still enjoy the simplicity of Mighty Networks, navigating and creating organized groups and events. Staying in touch with a specified group is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The removal of topics and replacement with hashtags still bugs me. I still find it very unorganized. The addition of streaks completely puzzles me. The platform is meant to be a community not a game or something I need to hold myself accountable for showing up. I completely ignore it. Maybe I've missed what the purpose of it is supposed to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Hey Elli! Appreciate the kind words about your user experience and thank you for the feedback regarding topics. We'd be happy to chat more with you on how to make the most of the hashtags feature.

For example. hosts are now able to highlight up to 100 hashtags inside of every Space, with the first 10 immediately visible in the search menu dropdown, and the rest visible when clicking the “See All” option also in that dropdown. You can even rename this group of highlighted hashtags (to 'Topics' even if you'd like!).

To chat more, feel free to drop a note to help@mightynetworks.com!

"Outstanding for classes and lessons!"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

The support is excellent and often, with lives weekly. After a small learning curve the platform is pretty user friendly. The zoom interlink is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Impromptu changes to where things are and how to get to them! There is no notification or warning of changes and one has to waste a lot of time to find them. Hosts should NOT have to spend time checking Mighty's support page daily to find any changes, especially major changes that seem to happen often and on a whim.

The app! So many complaints from members on the app not working properly or at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Mighty has been a big upgrade for you and that you’re loving the support, Zoom integration, and expanded options.

We also hear your feedback around unexpected changes and app reliability. Hosts can follow weekly release notes and improvements on our Latest Product Updates page in the Help Center, we post what changed and any fixes that shipped that week. That said, your feedback is important, and we appreciate you calling it out. Host experience and member usability truly matter, and input like this helps us continue improving.

On the app concerns, the fastest path is to make sure everyone is on the most recent iOS or Android build and then contact us via the in-app Help Center if issues persist, so we can capture device details and resolve them quickly.

"Mighty Networks: The Ultimate Platform for Community Builders"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I've wrestled with SO many platforms - all of which CLAIM to be the "best" for community. They're wrong. Typically they're platforms that were launched for a specific function and then they reverse engineer and glue on other features. From the ground up, Mighty Networks is designed to incorporate all the things one needs to build, maintain and grow a community. The customer service is superb and there are so many tools and so much support to ensure a community builder's success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Hmmmm. Well, I'm just revamping an old community and building a new one out now so don't know that I have proper input for this, at least not yet. I do think that the initial build out isnt' always intuitive ... but there are tools to figure that out. Oh, I'd like integration with Roam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support and Feature-Rich Platform That’s Enhanced Our Community"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

The support from the Mighty team is great for us as hosts and with our customers. There are so many great features they've implemented over our 6 years, that have enhanced our community experience and made our membership a truly special platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Some of the automation message features and tools like downloading user data (for tax purposes and to ensure users don't get marketing emails if they're already signed up) sit behind the most expensive plans. These are standards for business and I feel should be available on all plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thank you so much for the kind words and for being with us for 6 years; that means a lot. We’re thrilled to hear Mighty has helped you build a positive, safe space outside social media and that the evolving features have strengthened your membership experience.

We also appreciate the candid feedback about automations and data tools being tied to higher-tier plans. That’s helpful insight as we continue evaluating plan structure and business needs.

"The Best All-in-One Ecosystem for Creators Building 'Owned' Communities & Learning Platform"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

The “Spaces” feature is the biggest win for me. Unlike other platforms that force you into a rigid structure, Mighty Networks treats a chat room, a course, and a feed as the same flexible object. That consistency makes it easy to create custom layouts for clients without needing to code. On top of that, the native mobile app experience is significantly better than having clients log into a mobile-responsive WordPress site, which makes the overall experience feel smoother on phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The video hosting limitations on the lower tiers are a real drawback. As a video-first creator, it’s frustrating that I still often need to rely on a third-party host (like Vimeo or unlisted YouTube) just to embed videos inside my courses, unless I upgrade to a much higher plan. On top of that, the interface can feel a bit “busy” at first for non-tech-savvy users, so I’ve had to create onboarding tutorials to help them understand the navigation and find their way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad Spaces is delivering the flexibility you need to build custom experiences without code, and that the native mobile apps are helping your members feel more at home on their phones.

We hear you on video hosting and plan-tier limitations, especially for video-first creators. We also understand the “busy” feeling for first-time users, and we’re continuing to improve clarity and navigation while keeping the power and flexibility that advanced builders rely on.

It means a lot to hear Mighty Networks is helping you replace a “Frankenstein” stack with a single home for community, courses, and events, and that it’s improving retention by keeping members engaged in one place.

Thanks,

Val

"The best way to organize and energize your community"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love how Mighty Networks has transformed our social-sports league and made growing community actually manageable. The platform's ability to organize events and manage RSVPs easily is crucial, allowing our community members to check back and plan ahead seamlessly. I appreciate its mission of connecting people, which aligns with our mission to promote recreation and kinship. The communication and constant feature updates showcase their commitment to community Hosts and a people-first approach. The customization options and the ease of setting up payments have been immensely helpful in organizing both members and our extensive events list. Mighty Networks has simplified member and event management, helped us build a vibrant and positive culture, and provided a place for our league assets to be organized! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The setup was easy, the hesitation was only on our internal team and alignment on growing pains - transitioning to a paid model for what initially started as a casual get-together among friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

"Mighty is an ever-evolving platform of possibilities! We are very happy customers."
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I really appreciate Mighty's personal approach and the easy access to their entire team through the Mighty Community. They are always working to improve the platform, regularly updating it to address user needs and respond to feedback. In just the year that I’ve been using Mighty, I’ve noticed a significant increase in features in a short period of time. As someone who manages our Community full-time, I’ve been able to automate many of my daily tasks, which has freed up my time and energy to focus on more exciting, larger projects and initiatives for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Mighty remains, in my opinion, the best community platform out there, so any minor shortcomings aren't deal-breakers for me, given how far ahead they are compared to others. Still, I occasionally come across features I wish were available, such as the ability to pin a post at the top of the feed or lock a post to prevent new or additional comments. However, just because these features aren't present now doesn't mean they won't be added in the future. I appreciate that Mighty makes it simple to request new features, and I feel confident that they are always listening to their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Community Connections with Ease"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love how MN facilitates conversations between my community members. I also like that it is so easy to set up and use. It makes moderation easy and it allows for a fluid conversation. We use this product daily for our Cowgirls with Cameras community and it has integrated beautifully with our website, programs, and podcast. Customer support, when needed, has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I am challenged at times with creating membership levels that match our vision -- that said, we've been able to make a beautiful community happen and this may have more to do with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable Hub That Keeps Our Community Connected"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

We’ve been using Mighty Networks as our central hub for community engagement at Kingmakers of Oakland, and it’s been a solid way to keep our ecosystem connected. I especially appreciate the flexibility in organizing groups and content—whether it’s for our curriculum, events, or fellowships. The ability to customize spaces for different initiatives gives us room to grow and experiment. It’s also easy for our team to post updates and keep the community looped in across multiple programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The interface can feel a bit rigid when you’re trying to do more dynamic storytelling or brand-heavy design. We’d love more control over visual customization and landing page layouts without needing to code. Also, there have been some issues with email deliverability and user login friction—especially for community members who aren’t super tech-savvy. Better analytics and integrations with donation platforms would help us track impact more clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
