**What do you like best about Kommo?**

I don’t think any software is perfect, but what really matters is having a team that’s committed to constant improvement and to rolling out new features—and that’s exactly what Kommo delivers. Unlike other CRMs that started with a more traditional structure and only added messaging capabilities later on, Kommo was built from the ground up as a conversational CRM. It was designed that way from day one, and you can feel the difference in how natural and fluid the overall experience is.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

Like most CRMs, Kommo isn’t the easiest tool to set up at first. You do need to invest some time upfront to learn how everything works, but once you get through those first few days, you’re left with a well-organized, powerful system. In my first implementations, I had to lean on a few YouTube videos to make it through the setup, but in the end it was worth it.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the things I love most about Kommo is its open API. It helped us solve several critical problems, especially around lead tracking. Our clients run campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads that send traffic straight to WhatsApp, and before Kommo we were losing all tracking data the moment a lead moved from the ad click into the conversation. Campaign names, UTM parameters—everything would just disappear.

With Kommo’s open API, we were able to connect the tracker on the ad side and automatically attach the click data to the incoming conversation. As a result, we can now measure and monitor performance, and even send conversion data back to the ad platforms—showing them which leads actually progressed in the purchase process. That feedback loop has made a noticeable difference in our clients’ campaign results.

Beyond tracking, Kommo has also brought all our communication touchpoints into one place. WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email—everything is centralized. We can even manage multiple accounts on the same messaging platform from a single view. What used to be a messy, scattered setup where things constantly fell through the cracks is now a clean, organized operation.

What I like most about Kommo is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The interface makes it easy to manage conversations, leads, and sales pipelines in one place. **What do you like best about Kommo?**

I like the way I can organize my CRM and my routine with Kommo. I believe that the visual aspect and the ease of customization make the CRM even more complete. I can place important tags on lead cards and drag them to different pipelines, which allows me to pay more attention to details. I like being able to centralize conversations in one place and implement automations that speed up my service without needing to be present. Additionally, the integration with Instagram and WhatsApp is very useful, unifying everything in one place. For small businesses, it's great!

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

Easier access to support and faster responses, as sometimes the feedback can be tiring and slow. Additionally, some leads are uploaded in duplicates.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kommo helps in organizing leads, I can clearly see what stage I am at with each client, it integrates with Instagram and WhatsApp, centralizes conversations, and allows automations that speed up customer service.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

What I like most about Kommo is that it brings everything together in one place. Before, I was jumping between WhatsApp, Instagram, loose notes, spreadsheets... a mess. In Kommo, I open the person's profile and everything is there: conversation, history, tasks, context. This makes it much easier not to get lost and to continue the conversation from the right point.
Another thing I really like is that it is very focused on conversation, it doesn't feel like that rigid and boring CRM. I can organize the funnel in a way that makes sense to me and track who is closer to buying without complicating things.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

What I like the least is that, at the beginning, it takes a bit of effort to understand everything and get it just right. It's not impossible, but it requires some time to adapt until you get the hang of it. I also think that some things could be simpler to configure, especially for those who are not very familiar with this type of tool. Once it's set up, it flows well, but the start could be more intuitive.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kommo mainly resolves the mess of talking to clients in various different places. Before, I would easily lose context, forget follow-ups, respond late, or have to hunt down old conversations. Today, everything is centralized, so I know exactly who the person is, where they came from, and at what point in the conversation they are.

This helps me save time, respond better, and not let opportunities slip by. On a daily basis, it becomes much simpler to organize the sales flow, track who is really interested, and focus energy on those who are closer to closing. In the end, there's less confusion and more control over the entire process.

- Ease of use
- Easily customizable to meet the company's needs.

- Relatively easy to perform integration
- Easy to attach our presentations and information that we need to frequently send to our leads and clients.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

- I frequently have to resort to the external company I hired to implement Kommo for my company to solve problems with Kommo.
- This is due to the fact that Kommo's own support is not the most efficient.
- The impression I have is that the Kommo support team is used to working with technical staff from Kommo's partners, and when users (like me, non-technical) need to turn to the Kommo support team, communication becomes difficult, and consequently, the quick resolution of the problem, which has led me several times to resort to the partner's team and pay for it.
- Dashboard: We still have many difficulties with the Kommo dashboard, I don't find it user-friendly (intuitive) at all.
- It is not uncommon for there to be instability in Kommo. And according to the Kommo support team, this type of problem is mostly due to issues with the connection to WhatsApp Business.
- Sometimes, there is a lack of mirroring of messages received via WhatsApp and Kommo, as well as Kommo being unable to read the WhatsApp message, and they recommend us to go to the WhatsApp application to read the message. These are events that have low frequency.

- It helps a lot in the management of the leads we receive daily, and thus greatly facilitates our productivity and ability to nurture, follow up, and close deals.

I like that Kommo is very easy to use. It has many features that we like to organize my leads and follow up with them, quote to clients, and really see where the lead comes from, as well as track it.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

I never integrated it with my ERP, that is, with my administrative system, which made me work twice as much. Well, but I would have liked more support from them and, above all, when it came to resolving some technical issues we had.

I use Kommo to organize my leads and clients from multiple channels. It connects me with Nimbata, allowing me to track sales processes and verify that everything is correct. It facilitates lead tracking, quoting, and tracking the source of leads.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

I really like the API of Kommo and the customer service team. They solve my problems incredibly fast, sometimes in just three or four hours. For me, that's the greatest thing about using Kommo. It's also quite easier to configure and use compared to more complex systems I've worked with, and the happier experience makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

Sometimes the customer experience team doesn't have the technical knowledge to solve some problems. They often act like a bridge to other teams to solve my problems. I think they need to improve communication channels. When I have a technical problem, I want to talk directly with technical people instead of customer service.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kommo to integrate APIs into my systems, solving a lot of ERP integration issues and providing solutions I can't achieve on my own system. The API helps me handle developer tasks efficiently.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

Kommo is very intuitive and offers incredible customization of sales funnels. Automations help save time and make service much more agile, especially with integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels. The reporting system is also very useful for tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

The reports section could have even more customization options, and sometimes integrations with external channels require technical adjustments to work 100%. Additionally, it would be great if there were more training materials in Portuguese directly on the platform.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kommo solved the disorganization in lead tracking and the difficulty in centralizing conversations that were previously scattered among WhatsApp, email, and social media. Additionally, it helped to better structure the sales funnel and automate repetitive tasks, such as sending messages and distributing contacts among the team.

Today, I can have much more clarity about each opportunity without losing leads along the way. The team has gained productivity since the automations take care of what was previously manual, and clients receive faster and more professional service. This has generated more conversions and a much more efficient sales process.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

I like the interface of Kommo and the ease of understanding the platform. I use Kommo to manage my leads, follow-ups, and to have a clear view of my SDR team's performance. Definitely the support team. When there’s an issue with the platform, responses take too long, and there isn’t a centralized information history. It is a bit difficult to set up things at first, especially the bots. And as I mentioned, the support team isn't very helpful with integrations.

Sometimes Kommo is very slow on updates and it takes some time to open a page or a filter. The Google Sheets integration cannot be relied on 100% of the time because it gets laggy sometimes. The website lights feature being hidden inside Kommo makes me nervous.

One main thing I liked about AMOcrm was the automated email binding feature. All users had to do was put their email into AMO and then put the merchant's email into the lead record, and all correspondence would be automatically put into the lead notes, along with a level of security so you couldn't just look into anyone's emails. This feature was nice as it is always hard to get sales agents to do things for reporting/organization purposes so the simpler it is to set up and get going the more it gets utilized.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

One of the main issues is the set up of contact to company to lead. While it isn't the most confusing thing, it confuses agents on where to put what, and then data ends up being spread out all over different places. What is worse is there would be a glitch that told agents there were duplicate leads/contacts/companies to merge, so the agents did merge them and they turned out to be different and linked together for no reason. This created a huge hassle for us as we tried to switch CRM's because data was all over the place and hard to easily import into another system using excel.

amoCRM was useful when we first got it because it allowed better management of clients as well as gave a view for the company into what agents have going on in terms of leads, deals, sales, etc. It gave a place for all ISO related information to be stored which is helpful.

We use this service daily at work and from the first day it was very easy to understand whats going on. Super user-friendly.
But sometimes we face an interesting process of automatization part where Robot assigning tasks by itself and it brings some bugs to the table.

The hardest part is to figure how to get your analytics in a proper way with all the integrations we have done.
We understood that if you will start to work in your own way without any instructions or anybody who helps you to set all the filters and pipelines then it will be difficult to analyze your data in a proper way.

I like that you can input all customer information in, and sort the pipeline by different categories that are customizable.  The calendar section for reminders is extremely valuable when timing out your follow up sales lead calls.  Also, simplified enough for anyone to be able to use.

If you hire a saleperson who does not utilize all functions and input data correctly, you will be missing essential information when they leave the company.  So the software does require some monitoring and managing, however it is nice because it is open to customization.

Call and talk with the company and look into videos on this CRM.  Company was very helpful when we signed up and set this up.

I like this system because it is so easy to use, even after the configuration this system practically works only in an incredible way. It is incredible to feel that you have a personal assistant in your business that carries everything for you safely and reliably, it is priceless.

This system is quite simple, has an interface that is not overloaded, and is really versatile and intuitive. I like the large number of functions that this software has, since it allows me to integrate it with my emails, it also gives me the possibility to use widgets, and integrate them by means of the API, which allows me to simplify all the processes of my business.

This system allows me to send messages to all potential clients through an application within the system instead of logging in and out of other programs.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

Something I can say I do not like is that in some screens, it is difficult to distinguish and see the scroll bars in some cases seems to be non-existent, making some of the controls disappear from my sight and at times it seems that they were hidden. I hope the technical support team can resolve this quickly.

This system allows you to use it during a short test period in which you can enjoy and know all the benefits that this software has for you. Acquiring it now will be a real investment for your company.

Thanks to this system I can have a direct contact with each client in order to have a more efficient lead management. Be able to track all activities including those that are automated. It is amazing how this system unifies all my sales work teams in one person, this with another system is not possible to have it.

The schedule segment for updates is amazingly important when timing out your subsequent prospective customer calls. Additionally, sufficiently disentangled for anybody to have the option to utilize.

In the event that you employ a deal individual who does not use all capacities and information effectively, you will miss basic data when they leave the organization. So the product requires some observing and overseeing, anyway it is decent on the grounds that it is available to customization.

I liked the demo and the sales person was helpful and experienced to answer all of my questions. 
Easiness of database import.
The number of integrations like Mailchimp, Stripe, Fb, etc looked promising.

- a poor set of macros for email templates.
- lack of tracking events (like you can't see or move users who had read your email to a separated stage).
- recurring issues with Gmail server simply blocked my emails to customers and support couldn't fix it for months.
- reports section misses read email report information.
- finally, the logic of my pipeline was broken, and customers simply got stuck and don't move further with my sales funnel.

instead of working on mobile apps, you better fix the problems with a web version

I manage many accounts for different clients. Since we cannot choose our accounts and they are assigned to designated clients, we need to know how to deal with people. Each client is different and unique, which means you have to adapt to their style and needs. I really rely on amoCRM to obtain client information, using social media management features and progress tracking. This software allows me to launch a campaign and gain leads. This software allows me to communicate effectively with my clients and keeps me on track with the steps to follow.

Frankly, I think the program offers too many features that can be quite confusing. I haven't tried all the features because I only use the ones that will help me in my work.

It's easy to use, and has amazing automations. It's so easy to sue that it's nearly completely automatic, this is hands down spectacular!

The availability to download your data is only available to the top plan, I think it should be available to all.

It's really easy to set up and test, give it a try

This CRM has provided a simple and easy to use solution for day-to-day sales and customer management. The other CRM that we had been using took too much time and so was not used properly.

I like that you can track the performance and leads of the sales department and that the crm is iOS friendly.

The customer support is lacking for users in the US which is important when so many features are available.

With Amo we have gained more organization and follow through with potential customers which has allowed us not miss leads. We can communicate with each other internally and with our customers current and potential all in one system. Saves time and money.

The setup is pretty easy, support is helpful
The integrations with other products extend the power and usefulness the product.  The Twilio integration is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

On some screens, it's hard to see the scrollbars or they are non-existent so some of the controls disappear below your view and are hard to get too.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact and lead management.  Activity and follow-up tracking, some automation.  The key business driver is it allows me as a one-man sales team track a much larger pipeline than I could without the tool.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

I have a great experience in working with CRM systems. But i have to choose. amoCRM.
amoCRM - convenient and low-price system, that allow you to increase you incomes.
amoCRM provides you wide amount of functions, which can make your work with customers
easier and better. Just try it!
We could see activities of every sales manager in dept., could have information about our entire sales dept.
Flexible settings, API - integration, built-in widgets - that all make your work process in amoCRM very convenient.
 I recommend to try amoCRM to everyone, who is interested in profit and business development.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

If you meet some troubles while using amoCRM, just call their customer service. Your problem will be solved in few hours.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am glad to work with multiple sales funnel , which gives us an analysis on the different areas of sales.
Also one of the main advantages is appearance of mobile app. I can control all processec in my sales dept from all over
the world.

**What do you like best about Kommo?**

In amoCRM i found something, that was not in the other - it is a combination of simplicity and convenience of interface and functionality. amoCRM system perfectly integrated with my IP telephone , email , website and landing page.

**What do you dislike about Kommo?**

From the outset there were some technical issues for the integration, but they were quickly solved with the help of the support.

Try it and you will feel the difference. What used to be difficult, it is now easier than ever.

**What problems is Kommo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can equally convenient control the sales teams in my branches and the central office. 
Information about each customer is in instant access. I see online how closer am i to the goal and I can always make adjustments.
I see the performance of each sales manager , and the entire department as a whole. amoCRM became for me the information center and the engine for sales department. The performance of sales managers has increased from 15 to 40 %
