Greatly supported through the wonderful telephone support team improving every week. And the support team is naturally available to help you 24 hours with any issue. **What do you dislike about FLG?** I really don't find any missing part of this product. Everything works properly. So there is nothing to dislike. **Recommendations to others considering FLG:** I highly recommend it. **What problems is FLG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started using FLG in the last 8 months. I found it was a very open platform for managing leads. Since then I am solving all my leads management problems through this platform. It helps me to increase my business performance. ### 4. The integration with other third-party software like excel and Facebook is quite easy and simple. The Multi-channel customer contact is awesome. **What do you dislike about FLG?** The pricing part is a little heavy for their heavy usage otherwise it is very good for small usage. **What problems is FLG solving and how is that benefiting you?** 250,000 emails monthly, SMS short links, Audit reports are some of their best features.
