**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwards C. | Managing Director, Aircraft Engineering and Technical Planning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 provides business management solution and is better than other CRMs that I have tried. Their team did their best effort to make it customized according to our system. I like its design best due to the simplicity. I have been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for few years now and I noticed a lot of positive changes in it with time. With every update their team is trying to make the system better. The cost is very low as compared to its competitors it is 190$ per month. It integrates with Microsoft services and it was very helpful for me as i use it. It contains sales, marketing, finance and many more options. It enhanced our sales process for better and allowed us to make decisions in our favor. It also integrates with Office 365 so if your'e using it it will be really helpful for you to manage.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The uploading speed of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is slow and the mobile application doesn't run as smoothly as compared to the web version. The interface is not as smooth as required and the price is although affordable, is increasing with time. The dashboard is difficult to figure out and the UX is complex.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365's tool worked exactly the best for us and I cannot imagine working without it. Using it can be the first step to a successful business so I strongly suggest this to everyone

Easy to Use and Adopt and Given Features

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The performance of the application is very slow.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering and connecting all data with different tools and methods is always a tedious task, MS Dynamics 365 provides a platform to gather and collect all data in the same system which is very much useful. Also the availability on multiple devices like mobile would help us to have the data on tip of our fingers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catarina A. | catarina, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Dynamics has been evolving and incorporating new features regarding sales area. What I like best is social selling with LinkedIn sales navigator, which is very useful to reps. Another plus is offering integrations with contact center providers like Collab OneAgent within the CRM interface. That is useful for outbound efforts and avoids swapping between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I find that performance forecasts are not very accurate, so I guess that part needs some fine-tuning. The UI looks good but the UX is not perfect, because sometimes takes a while to find the information I need. Although Microsoft has a lot of video tutorials and documentation to support the usage, it takes a while to get used to and to make the best of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

It's a robust and fast platform and a powerful CRM solution for companies of all sizes with an interesting roadmap. It has been evolving to incorporate automatic insights that, in my experience, are relevant to improve efficiency in processes and for the lead management as well. I recommend it from the sales and marketing point of view.

**Reviewed by:** Rowley N. | Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is used as a customer data base. The best feature of it and the one i found most efficient is advanced find. The results produced are quick and the software can be customized according to your own needs. You can create your own dashboards and keep track of the customers.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales doesn't offer a free trial so it can be difficult to evaluate if the customers want it or how it works for them. The price is 190$ per month and the cost per user is very expensive. The online version has some problems and their support team sometimes doesn't know about things so it can be annoying. It can slow at times so hinders the work. Some modules were not complete and it is not connected to Microsoft Outlook. The UI is complicated and confusing.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is the best CRM i have tried and it provide solutions for our company problems so it is recommended for everyone who is looking for an efficient CRM.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like the best the apperance, I know it could sound irrelevant, but for me it looks like a last generation platform.

Some features and the fact that we are taking so many important customer's data, language, time for contacting, I was usind SAP CRM and this in my opinion is way better

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Its stability and performance, there are some times per day where I get constant freezing

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using Dynamics for around 60 days, haven't have the experience to notice so many changes, but the E-mail now is working than before, I always enjoy when the software feels fluent, this one is heading to that point.

  ### 22. A great company productivity partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romeo C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Dynamic CRM is basically a reliable tool for people in the company who want to expand their services at a higher level because it helps in the administration of documents, as well as data with all its capacity. make my business concept viable in the case of financing, advertising and sales marketing, area service procedures and also much more to get a viable company.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The unfavorable things about this product are not yet very evident. What I found is that the connectivity of the settings is a little difficult as an inexperienced user, but slowly you get all the information from the application, sometimes it is slow and also that it is a little irritating for anyone, therefore, in your totality, there are not many disadvantages that i found.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

I recommend to my co-workers this useful and exclusive application, due to the fact that it is additionally cheap and with a free trial plan. It is now much easier to get to know him better and he helps me with various methods, as it allows my company to increase leadership qualities.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ideal point of this software, is to start with its price and its pleasant nature, which helped me from the beginning to expand my work organization with a software application with a friendly budget. Customer history and all data can be maintained and accessed quickly, which undoubtedly helps a lot.

  ### 23. Philanthropy Coordinator using CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather M. | Project Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

This system is a big improvement from systems I have used before mostly because of its more accurate search feature. If I use the * symbol before the general name I am looking for it consistently pulls all the potential options that include the words following the * symbol. It functions much faster than other systems and has less frequent issues crashing and needing to be restarted.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

It is difficult to return to the page you were previously looking at once you get into multiple layers of drop down menus. For example, if you are looking at an account's opportunities, and click on a specific opportunity, it is then not possible to go "back" to the list of opportunities immediately, you must go back to the account page and then search for the opportunities again. Little glitches like that make some processes slower.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track our grants from foundations. It has been a huge benefit to have a faster working system that can search for accounts quickly without crashing. This has enabled us to do more prospect research because we can easily search to see if the foundation is already listed in our CRM, or if it is new. It also then lets us quickly find accounts to add information to and find accounts that might be listed under a slightly different name.

  ### 24. Best Marketing and Sales Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard C. | Operational Team Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like how easy to use the interface, you can establish your own home screen view points that are useful to pull out specialist findings. The CRM becomes extremely intuitive and takes relatively little instruction. I'm just a user, so I'll have to tell an employee to construct for me introduces new reports that are helpful in the sales and prospecting of clients.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Nothing is cumbersome about it. It functions so safely and quickly. It delivers the most efficient customer service. Through its use no misunderstanding ever arises. Per the myself, I have to mention here that it is error free.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

If you have a strong duty to follow implementation it is the best alternative. Because of it's total absence of consultants there is a high turnover of personnel. To support you develop solid processes and procedures you need a professional Architect to prevent issues during implementation.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers me a better insight at brand opportunities and makes me move to poorer selling locations. Superb connectivity. Just always use-friendliness. I have had no difficulty figuring out which one it is. Support has always been helpful just in the FAQ's. There they were very thorough to clarify and thought about almost any imaginable scenario and I didn't feel like I had to wait on anyone. I always found the answers.

  ### 25. Versatile configuration of de-dupe guidelines

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agnaldo B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The process engine is fairly effective, specifically with the brand-new "simultaneous" operations choice. The new company procedure flows connected to entities assists with functionality and guiding the individual with the optimal procedure without requiring difficult limitations. The seamless integration with Microsoft Overview is a significant contributor to recording all interaction with the client. Transforming emails into Leads, Opportunities, or Situations with a couple clicks is amazing. The limited combination with Microsoft Excel is extremely strong. The dynamics spreadsheet functionality allows users benefit from the power of Excel without hesitating of out-of-date data.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The mobile tablet computer variation for CRM is excellent, but the mobile phone version is still lacking a wonderful usable GUI for simple usage. I like the new social pane, but there is little adaptability in the setup to relocate around the type. CRM discolors out the rest of the words rather of wrapping it to the following line if a screen field is as well long. Having the option to wrap text would be a wonderful improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

The mobile tablet version for CRM is great, but the mobile phone variation is still doing not have a good usable GUI for easy usage. If a display screen area is too long, CRM discolors out the rest of the words instead of wrapping it to the next line. The other option to take into consideration is Salesforce which I carried out and utilized for over 2 years, but I do not feel their service offers any better critical functionality than Microsoft Characteristics CRM.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We streamlined our source tracking as a consulting company by having our operations group track the allowance of sources within CRM. Our VP of Sales has the ability to produce his exec projecting records in real-time, saving him time and also providing the entire exec group instant presence into our pipe. By making calculated pipe control panels, we had the ability to better focus our Service Growth Supervisors on the leads and offers that would garner the highest earnings per sales effort.

  ### 26. Intuitive, easy to use, lacks on detail

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsey H. | Sales Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like how the interface is very easy to use, you can create your own dashboard views which are helpful for pulling specialized reports. The CRM is very intuitive and requires minimal training. I am just a user so I have to ask an admin to create new specialized reports for me which are helpful in doing client sales and prospecting work.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I dislike how there is a lot of room for error. When users input opportunities they aren't required to enter a lot of detail so the entries vary from person to person. I feel limited in the amount of information I can enter in the the CRM, it is easy for the accounts to get outdated which can be frustrating when on the sales team.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

It makes sense to use a product that can link into your other Office 365 products. The email tracking feature is easy to use and a great sales tool. Everyone on my team likes using the CRM and it requires minimal training.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM makes it super easy to pull opportunities won or lost, and track conversations with prospective clients by linking to outlook. We also distribute our quarterly news report and track the list serve in CRM so we can make sure each contact is getting the report delivered. It helps us hold the sales team accountable for reaching out to their prospects. We are planning on expanding our use of the CRM with marketing campaigns. **What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

To setup the relationship to CRM for the first time is bit complicated. Since it is dynamic, sometimes risky the data is up-to-date on real time

Dynamically connect and map to CRM / EPR.

  ### 28. Why Dynamics365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivnath M. | Associate Director - Sales & Alliances , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Ease of use, an excel like experience; how well it connects/integrates with other surrounding Microsoft Applications like Outlook, SharePoint; finally what MS has done in the last 2-3 years by embedding all the AI and ML capabilities seamlessly - has become really a Power House of CRM software.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The performance at times; well you can't totally blame the software for that and it depends on the internal set up you have.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Making the software/tool very simple and like-able so that sales people actually use it to enter the data which any given day is the biggest problem enterprises are facing.
2. Making the tool talk to other communication systems/applications where customer conversation is happening. Using Dynamics365 one can seamlessly connect CRM with communication and collaboration apps like Teams/Skype, document management solution like SharePoint, email solution like Outlook, and so on.

  ### 29. Powerful App with so many tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen B. | Regional Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

You can customize Dymanics to fit any business. Using Power Apps, reports and dashboards are easy to build. Best part is storing all customer data, including proposals, sales, contact(s), social media links, call reports, and company information like # of employees, revenue, locations, etc. Admins for the site can assign tasks and marketing can populate lead information directly into a user's inbox. These actions can be pushed to the user through Outlook and the user has the opportunity to confirm receipt and act upon the item.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

If you don't have the right individual with the knowledge to customize to fit your business, Dynamics can be a little cumbersome for the end user. Sometimes the options available are a bit overwhelming. Out of the box needs some work since it is designed for developers to make it fit the business. There are many free tutorials on how to use Dynamics but they all seem a little different. using Dynamics and modifying Dynamics should be a team effort. Sales, marketing and, accounting, management should delegate an individual from each department to form a best practices team to get the first version launched. Weekly or bi-weekly meetings should be held to address the comments from end users. It's a constant evolution.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

Dynamics is the most robust CRM platform I have ever used. I compare it to my experience with SalesForce.com, ACT, and MagazineManager

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to store customer details, sales pipeline, reminders and campaign tracking. Great for reporting on all activity and as a manager Dynamics helps with territory management for exclusions and inclusions.

  ### 30. Dynamic tool for CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like the Dynamics integrates nicely into the Microsoft Suite allowing meetings scheduled in Dynamics to populate on Outlook. It's helped our different business arms access the same data as accounts interface.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Definitely requires a strong commitment to data accuracy and can be finicky at times. More training for staff on maximizing its use is recommended.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously if multiples teams were seeking business with a single customer organization, it was nearly impossible to connect the dots internally. Dynamics has helped make that happen more often.

  ### 31. Collaborative workspace to analyze upcoming timelines

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Notes, tasks updates and general sales use day to day
I was a full user of this system, meaning day to day i.e. making calls and emails chasing orders etc. and then moved into management. What i can say is when i was using it for basic sales it was very easy and finctional for what i needed to use it for.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Reporting, sales management, senior analytics is not the best.
By this i means we were unable to report on activity levels or conversion rates. Things that management need to know in order to improve business sales was not easy to function.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

My advice on using microsoft 365 sales would be to integrate it within the internal sales team and functionality, however if you are looking for a more in depth analysisi of sales performance an business improvement i would advise using a more detailed package from an alternative provider.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team have become a lot more effective and efficient through this as they are able to leave detailed notes and follow ups, therefore providing clear direction for the next person to use it. This also provide business continuity as if an individual was to leave the business there would be adequate information for the next person to follow up on each account etc.

  ### 40. microsoft dynamic 365

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** samson irungu n. | Business Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

It is usable for non-technical users.
Microsoft Dynamics is a straight-forward CRM. If you know how to send an email, use social media, and use Excel, then you’re going to be able to figure out how to use this system. The controls and user interface are simple and intuitive, allowing users to figure out how to log information on their own. This keeps training costs down because the average person familiar with Microsoft products is going to know how to use this platform

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Microsoft doesn't provide Dynamics Online coverage for many countries.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

best for data storage and report generation

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating Contacts and Letters Within CRM Software.
Users can import contacts stored in an email program, in a spreadsheet, or on smartphones into Dynamics 365 software and centralize contact information. After importing Microsoft Word templates, one click allows users to generate letters automatically populated with Dynamics 365 content.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

it is a great tool used as a customer data base

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

could be because our company has not utilized this yet, but it is not connected to Microsoft outlook and therefore meetings, calls, emails etc are not automatically uploaded to the CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

Learn more from your internal team, look for new ways to extract data from the CRM and to input all data..
as mentioned before, Microsoft Dynamics has made it easier to find customer info and update info all in one place, it is also great for opportunity finding and editing.
mainly, ensure your company has provided you with the right training and all the tools that you need to use this CRM in the best way you can, otherwise, this software will be useless to everyone.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Dynamics has made it easier to find customer info and update info all in one place, it is also great for opportunity finding and editing.

  ### 42. Very complicated to understand.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I did not care for it at all. I had no choice and had to use it in a corporate setting.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Its very confusing. I never knew which place to go for what. We had many issues with synching and logging in. I t was a constant battle. I spent hours upon hours on the phone with tech support to no avail.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synching office files and protecting specific privacy while doing so.

  ### 43. The advantages of adding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to your team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Not much that I really dislike, I would say that it could be improved by helping our team come up with the best strategies to make meaningful relationships that will help us make sales.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is giving our team the insights that we need to reach out to the write people. A big benefit is how it allows to organize and utilize our tools to stay focused and on track.

  ### 44. Amazing product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly K. | Justice of the Peace, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I enjoy the ease of use. Anyone can navigate the program. Also the ease of syncing once back online.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Slow moving. Other than that, we are thoroughly satisfied

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

Cost of product could stand to be reduced. Quite pricey. Also if it could be more user friendly for the novice user.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting and sales

  ### 45. Good program if you know what info to put in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacquelyn A. | Executive Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like being able to toggle easily and quickly between Account, Contact, and Opportunity. I also like being able to filter by the Phase (Qualify, Develop, Proposed Awaiting Award, etc.) Also being able to run a report to quickly see what we have out there on the table for financial & directors' meetings is a useful tool.
Being able to quickly click on the letter of the alphabet to pick an account or project is super helpful for quick access. I can see immediately which project I need to click on without having to guess and click in and out of projects.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I'm not a fan of fields being set for me, i.e. "Pipe Distance (miles)" in our case. It would be nice to have it broken into lineal feet too, at least to give an option if less than 1 mile.
Some of my team members occasionally miss clicking the "next stage" to make the flag move and then the dashboard of projects isn't truly accurate as the actual opportunity may be further along than indicated by the flag that wasn't moved ahead.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

If you put thorough information in, you will get accurate reports and great information to review for business development meetings.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see at a very quick glance what is in the works for our pipeline company, what we are currently striving to get, jobs out for bid, and awaiting award, etc. This makes it easy for the CFOs and upper management to project our month-end and year-end numbers for budget, bonus, and workload.
There is no guessing as to what projects are currently being bid, who the contacts and parents accounts are, dates, values, etc.

  ### 46. great solution for tracking sales or other workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The amount of control you have over flows and forms is great. Have been able to streamline things to be very efficient use of space.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Running into errors can be a little hard to troubleshoot occasionally. There is a good bit of information available online to work through things though

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier tracking of workflow progress and gathering all of the information that we need.

  ### 47. Part of the Microsoft Stack, but there are other CRMs out there

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I liked that it was a part of the rest of the Microsoft enterprise offering.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The overall usability and implementation of the CRM was difficult to get other onboarded and organize contact information.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Sales:**

Try a few different options with a small internal team that can easily be trained and understand the various parts of each CRM. Microsoft Dynamics is great for utilizing the existing stack that is Microsoft, but if your company is open to other service providers, there are other options that can be easier to train and maintain on.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligning a salesforce, we no longer use the platform.

  ### 48. Most versatile CRM I have worked with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky M. | Sales Effectiveness Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

There are so many features that I love about this CRM. The functionality, the ease of use, the reporting capabilities, the insights! The list goes on. From a Sales perspective, now that LinkedIn is a MS product, the integration into the CRM is valuable. You can import LinkedIn contacts, link with key influences within CRM, and even see additional key people within an organization that you should link with. You can also create specific email campaigns, create events, and the all the analytics that you see is valuable to create better messaging to your prospects and customers.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I do hope that with all the MS products available ie sharepoint, linkedin, that there is the ability to pull that content right into CRM to make the sales experience much more smooth - bring the content right to them based on the opportunity instead of the sales going to the different sites to fins the material.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are doing all our quotes and ordering within CRM which has created much more visibility to the individual orders, freight etc. This was a manual process in the past.

  ### 49. Dynamics the perfect integration CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel Aneuris D. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The possibility of being able to integrate the software with all the other Microsoft Office 365 solutions, specially with Outlook. The capability of give a proper follow up to the opportunities is to me one of the stronger parts of the Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics use a social network format, where the user has the capability to add comments and notes to any of the software modules just like if he were using facebook. Also, the hug amount of information that can be added to the customers, contacts, opportunities and competitors.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Some of the modules of the program were not as complete as I expected. And at least for the administrator the user and profile menus were not as intuitive as they could have been.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems we had was with the monitoring of the salesforce through the process of checking on their accounts and the work they are doing on the street. With Dynamics 365 now we can make sure the sales manager will be able to give support to the sales people on the street by keeping him or her updated with all the infomation and having the chance to give the customer a quick response on their needs.
Also, the dashboard tool works flawlessly with our integration of the ERP, allow us not just to see the information added through Dynamics but also the information that comes from the ERP.

  ### 50. an extremely intricate CRM which allows you to build and customise..somewhat easily!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle F. | Client Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I love the fact you can teak things in the workflows, layout, adapt and change the whole look of the CRM in the matter of minutes / clever workflows and auto processes. neat organised view..

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

it s a little bit clunky at times and reminds me of a slightly outdated system by the physical appearance,, however much i love the workflows they do take a lot to learn and to understand.. you need to be studying the back end for a good few years in order to be at even a beginner level i feel but normally there is someone who looks after this side.. from simply a user perspective its great, i only use a certain few tabs but everything is logical.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of our customer life cycle, easily to follow up and grab details / check on past bookings/old business etc.. can track the ROI from our marketing outputs, this filters through into the leads, this means we can manage our spend effectively and not put too much into the wrong channel.. we can see the type of businesses which is attracting the most attention, we can also great real details reports which are incredibly helpful.. these can literally be made using a drop down and putting in virtually ANY data that is stored, from revenue generated to how many steve's have sent an enquiry..(the latter may not be relevant but love the variety)
