What do you like best about Birdeye?

We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! What do you like best about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is a fantastic platform! It’s very easy to use and makes managing multiple locations feel seamless. The reporting dashboards are straightforward to navigate, highly customizable, and they give me exactly the insights I need. On top of that, being able to set up automated reports saves me time and helps me stay informed without extra effort. The AI tool also makes responding fast and effortless. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The only downside is that there’s currently just one notification setting (daily, weekly summary, etc.). I’d really appreciate more flexibility—like getting immediate notifications for negative reviews so we can address them right away, while still receiving a weekly summary of positive reviews broken down by location. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I really like that Birdeye allows us to schedule socials for many franchisees from one platform and manage hundreds of reputation and review sites all in one place. It's also great to see a national average review score. Having everything in one place means we can do things once and it's multiplied across our entire network of franchisees, wherever they appear online. As a franchise network with over 60 centers, finding a tool like Birdeye that allows us to manage all of our social channels and profiles from one place is miraculous and saves us the hassle of logging in and out of many different tools. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Some of the reporting features could be improved, like the social media analytics could be more intuitive, especially in the 'Top posts' section. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye for social media, listings and reputation management. It has been wonderful to be able to pull all of these different functions into one centralized locations. Our team appreciates a single login to manage these platforms, which can be unwieldy without a platform like this. We use the Birdeye platform daily, and it is a key tool for the work we do.

The integrations and automations that come with Birdeye are also incredibly useful. Generally, we have found the functions to be superior to other options we've used in the past.

The insight tools for reputation management have been particularly exciting for our team. We appreciated the customer support during implementation of review generation setup as well. We have also appreciated support in developing new reports and addressing issues that come up.

We also appreciate that Birdeye allows us to stay compliant with privacy regulations necessary to achieve these goals in our industry.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Birdeye's social media management platform feels like there could be significant refinement, Bulk posting is somewhat unweildy. We have seen some improvements from the development team since adding this service on, so I have hope that there will be further improvement over time. There have been a number of errors we have experienced with the social platform, and while most have these been resolved some of the resolutions took a bit longer than we had hoped.

The reporting features in Birdeye are a bit less customaizable for social media than other platforms our team has tried. The basic reporting is there, but there's a lot to be desired when it comes to detailed engagement metrics and customizability.

There are several other areas of reporting that we have found lacking as core functions of Birdeye, but we have appreciated support in developing these.

Two other functional areas our team wishes were available in the platform are: social ad management and more detailed local search ranking data with extended keyword tracking.

Review update (Jan 2026): As stated, over time we have continued to enjoy many things about Birdeye but have also experienced some issues. There are times when our customer support team feels less than helpful. There are some reports that we require that are not in-platform, so we worked with the customer support team to build these in a more manual way. Unfortunately that process has been fraught with issues including several instances where the reports were not completed on time as discussed, delaying our ability to report out critical information to the team.

There are also times where we've asked for something to be completed by our support team and have been assured the in-platform edits would be handled only to discover later they had not been. When starting with Birdeye we were assured that the support would be a core differentiator against other vendors we had used. In some ways, that has been accurate but we have encountered far too many issues with the team not setting things up correctly, not answering questions accurately on lisitngs topics they should be experts in, and needing to be prompted many times to complete tasks they have agreed to complete. Birdeye has been easy to use and even easier to implement. We use Birdeye daily to manage reviews for all of our locations in one place which saves us several hours each week and ensures no customer review is missed. Their customer support is very helpful with the initial setup. They train your team on how to use the platform, and they follow up regularly with recommendations to improve your account and help you get the most out of your subscription. We also appreciate the number of features, especially automated reporting that keeps our team up to date, and the easy integrations that make multi-location review management much smoother. The only downside is cost, especially when pricing is per location. That said, Birdeye does make it easy to choose only the products you actually need, so you’re not paying for a bunch of extras you won’t use. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Since using BirdEye the reviews have been rolling in . We are a new practice and having over 200 reviews with nearly all being 5 stars is amazing and helps to continue to grow our practice. I log in daily but in the event I forgot their is a reminder sent that a review is waiting for us. All in all it is an easy to use, useful tool to grow our reputation in the area. At this time I don't see any downsides to using this program. It is easy to use and takes the guesswork out of how many reviews we actually have as well as making the reviews easy to answer with AI suggested responses that are editable so you can use theirs or what you would like to add. What do you like best about Birdeye?

We've noticed a HUGE uptick in our number of reviews since partnering with Birdeye! I LOVE how easy it is to see all of the reviews in one place, and the app is super easy to use and I get all the reviews immediately on my phone. It is so easy to respond to every review, and if I am not sure what to say, it does have a suggested response I could easily post if needed.
