**What do you like best about Order Desk?**

I love how easy it is to set a custom workflow for orders. We have rules for shipping, desgin, etc. and order desk helps us accomodate our unique flows.

**What do you dislike about Order Desk?**

Reporting isn't very intuitive and there are not a lot of native report options. However, there is the option to build custom reports.

**What problems is Order Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows are buisness to set product level workflows. We also have two embellishment processes that order desk helps to split those off into two different platforms.

The ease of updating information and options to file orders in different folders

It runs slow a lot, especially when it is a high-traffic day during holidays.

It is allowing us to put all of our orders from different platforms in one place to be stored and/or updated as needed

**What do you like best about Order Desk?**

Order Desk is an insanely inexpensive option for bridging together all of your orders. The interface is easy to use and the onboarding process is short and simple.

**What do you dislike about Order Desk?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Order Desk.

**What problems is Order Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize multiple 3PLs so Order Desk allows us to bridge all of these orders together in an easy and simple way.

**What do you like best about Order Desk?**

I love how OrderDesk smoothly receives our orders from Shopify and allows us to decide where to send them for production. We have multiple vendors for production, and OD allows us to quickly (or automatically) decide which the order goes to. We also use the search feature and import data feature on a daily basis. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Order Desk?**

OrderDesk can be a bit laggy if you do a big important and run an event for a decent number of orders.

**What problems is Order Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve the problems of automating our order information from Shopify and sending it to the appropriate production facility.
