We have rules for shipping, desgin, etc. and order desk helps us accomodate our unique flows. **What do you dislike about Order Desk?** Reporting isn't very intuitive and there are not a lot of native report options. However, there is the option to build custom reports. **What problems is Order Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows are buisness to set product level workflows. We also have two embellishment processes that order desk helps to split those off into two different platforms. ### 2. The interface is easy to use and the onboarding process is short and simple. **What do you dislike about Order Desk?** There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Order Desk. **What problems is Order Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize multiple 3PLs so Order Desk allows us to bridge all of these orders together in an easy and simple way. ### 4. We have multiple vendors for production, and OD allows us to quickly (or automatically) decide which the order goes to. We also use the search feature and import data feature on a daily basis.
