Quick and easy to research contacts and the data provided is usually reliable and accurate. Having cell numbers to connect with prospects is fast and affords the opportunity to learn more about each company and their leaders prior to using a credit to get the contact information. Several of the email addresses we've found using RocketReach have led to CEOs, Pro athletes and high level contacts that all our best internet sleuthing was unable to uncover. Without RocketReach, we're almost certainly to have missed opportunities that it provided. It's also nice to be able to share with other sellers who've never heard of RocketReach because everyone that we've told has been floored that this existed and they'd never known about it. Some of the contacts in RocketReach appear as relevant, so you burn a credit to get their contact information only to THEN find out that this person hasn't worked at the company you were researching for years. I'd say about 20% of the phone numbers listed are for businesses/cell phones which your ideal contact is no longer affiliated with. Sometimes it seems as if the contact information in RocketReach is accurate for who the person was 5-10 years ago, but is wholly outdated for use today. One time I was searching for contacts employed by Velocity Sports Performance. When I found a contact whose contact information was fully present, I called him. I mentioned I was hoping to discuss Velocity Sports Performance with him and he laughed and said "I sold that business over 10 years ago!" That I burned a credit to connect with someone who is not relevant is a frustration. I think if there were some system that allowed for users to request credit refunds based on inaccurate information, that might be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RocketReach provides a very valuable service. i like the Chrome extension that makes it easy to look up contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) They provide personal email addresses which are not acceptable for business outreach and you are charged for them with no way to avoid them once you select "Get Contact".

2) they are completely unwilling to refund credits for bad information offering only the excuse of "That's just the way it works"

3) There are no default filter settings which is really frustrating. By default, you should be able to look only at specific geo regions, job titles, industries etc.

4) The job titles drop down is too limited and needs to be expanded and also should allow for default settings.

5) Very often completely unrelated contacts appear in results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rocketreach allows sales people to access multiple contact points for a prospect. B2B sales does not work today unless you are hitting targets on multiple channels. This tools give you email, phone numbers and other profile information right at oyur finger tips. We use this product on a daily basis because its informations is so accurate and does not require a large commitment to get started. Within one week it is possible to see results and your lead lists grow. Other things we like:

- interface is very intuitive and straightforward to learn

- the export to list is helpful to organize team fucntions

- the solution that scores the accuracy of the data is very helpful to know if you need to research further or can move forward with adding a prospect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the most part there is little that to dislike:

- While using the product some of the data is not correct and still requires scrubbing and triangulating with other data points

- The site does run slow at times

- We tried to set up list integration to our CRM and we unsuccessful. The usability on it is a challenge and better support for these types of efficienies would be valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed to verify a contact's correct information and I just googled his name. RocketReach popped up with a verifiable address and I sent my message with no problem at all. The sign up process was easy and I most likely will use this for my future attempts. My job involves searching out people and companies with correct information and this company really came through with the best data. It was super easy to find exactly what I need and I was very happy with the fact that they could help me do my job with very little effort. It's simple, you just copy and paste a URL then the results easily come up. For the most part, they're correct, and if not it's easy to find another person's email at the company and figure out the address of who you're trying to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rocket Reach is helpful in trying to find a direct email or phone number for cold outreach!

I'd say 8 out of 10 times (thus the score) it has helped me get a more direct contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As per our experience, there is two most liked feature of RocketReach email extractor application, and they are:

a.) Its search button is a powerful tool to find professional email addresses through full name, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Angielist, Google, and so on.

b.) It offers an easy to install chrome browser extension through which I can directly extract professional email addresses upon visiting above listed platforms or sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The big dislike is that this application cannot extract phone numbers efficiently as compared to the email addresses. Aftethatn, the credits will be deducted even we obtain outdated or not-existing email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a company name it searches for it. If you have the city there are better searches. This gives a sales person a fighting chance in the field. Rather then getting no where or a phone in the lobby , it gives you a start. This is like going into the site with a lead or a company name . The site gives almost every player that is involved in a sale or consultation. I think this could be used for every business that need contacts. It is almost like having a lead book of some sort. Companies that aren't related pop up sometime or the contact doesn't have the position or title of job always. The email addresses are hit or miss on some companies. The one's that are personal email addresses are likely not going to be read. The only thing that is frustrating is the different companies that pop up in a search. There isn't much to like. It's just a tool to get the email addresses of Linkedin contacts. Sometimes it's not even getting the correct email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They automatically enable the auto-renew, but when asked to refund after cancelling the account, the refuse to do so.

They just charged the credit card for 1 year in advance, but they refuse to refund after we cancelled the account, few days in the subscription. I do not recommend this solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use. The search feature is simple, and you can enter a lot of query fields to narrow things down. I also like that the "company" pages display the email format and give percentages of how many emails found follow that format (i.e. firstname.lastname@companywebsite.com) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The plans do limit the number of contacts you can pull, so if you're looking to pull a lot of emails, you'll have to go with one of the more premium membership options, which can be a bit pricey. Obviously, the return on this marketing data could easily pay for itself depending on your industry and budget, but it could be cost preventative for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sent them a screenshot of the cancellation page, however, I guess I did not complete it because I had to click on a reason for the cancellation. I'm sure that they could easily tell if I used the product or even logged in to the platform since the cancellation date (which was the same date I started the triel btw) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the actual product to be average performance (3 of 5 stars) based although my assistant was able to find a couple of free options so I only needed the medium package. I still found it a bit overpriced (2 of 5 stars) for the number of lookups received. The main reason I am writing a review is due to the COVID-19 epidemic my business is super slow where I can not afford add ons. So when I saw the auto-renew charge notification I called right away to get it canceled and refunded as obviously I had not used any of my "lookups". I explained my situation and they simply stated "Nothing we can do" deal with it essentially. I don't deny its there policy that you can not get a refund, but I just find that in this climate especially, why would you want to be charging people for something they don't want to use and you know can't afford in some cases. Since I help small businesses for a living, it just seemed like a grimy policy as we all have forgotten about an auto-renew and most companies have no problem refunding it if you catch it early. Multiple emails and all with a "deal with it mentality", left a bad taste in my mouth. My life theory is when people are openly shady you have to be extra careful about what else they are shady about you don't see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RocketReach is one (1) of the few websites left whereby You can retrieve contact information on business which includes their name, job title, company name, address, phone number and email address.

I am very thankful that they exist because the one (1) that I used to use closed down their website and is no longer operating.

However, with RocketReach You Can't Go Wrong!

This is Honestly the Best Place To Visit in order to get Accurate, Useful Contact Information like I just got back on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020.

RocketReach enabled me to find a low-cost tool that was easy to navigate and had an excellent population of data. The additional filters make it easy for me to find a company or type of person I am looking for. I can also assign contacts as 'my contacts' so I can view who I pulled out of the system earlier. There can be multiple email addresses for a single client which makes me have to try multiple versions to get the right data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves me time, the worst use of time is writing a very good outreach email showing that you've done your homework only to get a bounce back several times bc your address is wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Rocket Reach is its vast database of real professionals. I work with larger companies, and finding marketing contacts through traditional methods was virtually impossible. Rocket Reach has helped me reach into organizations that, despite my best efforts, I could not contact. I dislike the fact that sometimes there are not valid emails for the professionals I'm looking for. On rare occasion, the email will be there, but the contact is no longer with the company.
