The biggest benefit for me is being able to search for specific, targeted people rather than just companies. When I already know who I want to contact, I can often find their professional contact details directly, without having to jump between several different websites. The data isn’t always completely accurate. Some email addresses seem outdated, so I still prefer to verify important contacts before using them for outreach. I’d also like to see more AI features added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RocketReach is really easy to use and has been a great tool for our team. The information is accurate and up to date, and it’s very easy to find the right contacts quickly. The only downside is that some contact details can occasionally be outdated or missing, and the credits can run out quite quickly when doing a lot of prospecting. The billing practice. Our annual plan renewed on October 2, 2026 for $329 with no renewal reminder in the account's mailbox, spam included; the first message about it was the receipt. RocketReach's own usage report shows the last lookup on the account was on December 9, 2025, almost ten months before the renewal, and none since. We asked for a refund seven days after the charge. Support refused twice and cancelled the account while keeping the full year's fee. When we asked them to escalate to a manager and to show any renewal reminder they had sent, they only repeated that the charge was correct. Their refund policy says plans auto-renew so access is never interrupted, and says nothing about warning customers first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about RocketReach is its LinkedIn extension, which makes it quick and easy to access contact information while viewing a profile. I also find the email features very useful: you can send emails directly from RocketReach and track engagement, such as whether the email was opened or the links were clicked. One limitation I have found is that when I search for a specific contact, I cannot directly open the email that was sent to them. Instead, RocketReach redirects me to the general emails section, which makes it harder and more time-consuming to review that contact’s communication history. Heartless ROCKETREACH. Be VERY wary.

I am 73. Last year I had a temporary job and thought a company like ROCKETREACH could help with contacts. I looked for a particular type of contact and before signing up, looked at the first ROCKETREACH page and there were 4. There were many more pages that I could not see until I paid. I subscribed to find that the original 4 were the only ones. 3 months ago I lost my job. Yesterday I received a text from Michelle at ROCKETREACH thanking me for paying for another year. No forewarning like "In 7 days, we will take your next years subscription".

I wrote explaining I had lost my job, was now retired, living on a pension with no use whatsoever for ROCKETREACH and could they return the fee. The basic answer was that rules are rules. No exceptions. No sympathy. Just 'we've got your money. You have no way of getting it back. We have cancelled the following years fee and you can use ROCKETREACH for the following 12 months.' I am so appalled that I chose this despicable heartless company in the first place.

Yes, if I had read their T & C page 143 paragraph 7, it would have said this, but should the law not change so that all companies must give a minimum of a week before getting next years payment.

Amazon just wrote saying that they will soon be collecting next years Prime fee, but that I could cancel at any time prior. ROCKETREACH should be made to stop deceiving by pretending they have more useful data than they have as well as giving people time to decide if they want to continue or not.

I wonder why they don't give people the time to back out ?????????

I use RocketReach for getting leads and contact info which is super helpful for selecting the right candidate for our team. I find the accuracy of their data, especially emails and phone numbers, to be over 98%, which is fantastic. The budget system is also great and ideal for most users. Transitioning from ContactOut to RocketReach was beneficial as RocketReach provides more data with accuracy. I use RocketReach for extracting contact emails and sending mail using sequences. I like the contact social connect feature, like Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal information, as it allows me to connect rather than just sending mail or calling. The sequence email sent count should increase. Currently, we can send 500 emails per day. Since we are running multiple sequences, the mail count is limited, and we have to wait for one sequence to complete before starting another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could use more depth on organization structure, it's a bit weak for building large, segmented lists compared to other tools, and I wish it had built-in outreach tools. It would be helpful to see how "fresh" a contact is, as I don't really put much weight into their current A+/A- ratings.
