
I like that the information provided is more accurate than on other platforms I’ve tried. It’s also very easy to integrate with an existing CRM, such as Hubspot. I use it almost daily, since part of my job involves prospecting potential customers for the company, and having reliable data makes that process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that the filters for finding contacts aren’t as easy or as quick to use as I’d like. The browser extension also runs into issues at times, and I end up needing to restart it or even reinstall it. On top of that, it isn’t very easy to speak with a customer support representative when I’m trying to resolve a problem, since the first option is the AI powered chat.
