What I like best about Force24 is how intuitive and reliable the platform is for managing email campaigns and member communications. It makes building and scheduling campaigns straightforward, while the reporting and automation tools help ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time. The support and guidance from the team also make a real difference, giving confidence that campaigns will run smoothly and deliver strong engagement.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The reporting and analytics are useful, but they could be more intuitive and easier to interpret at a glance, especially when trying to quickly assess performance or compare campaigns. A more streamlined dashboard and clearer visual summaries would make it easier to extract key insights without needing to dig through multiple sections.

Force24 helps solve the challenge of managing regular, consistent and targeted communications with members in an efficient and organised way. **What do you like best about Force24?**

What I like best about Force24 is the ability to create journeys and automation that help manage campaigns more efficiently. It allows us to build structured nurture flows, trigger communications based on audience behaviour, and keep follow-up activity consistent without everything needing to be managed manually.

I also like that it gives us more control over how contacts move through a campaign, helping us send more relevant messages at the right time and better understand engagement across different audiences.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The main thing I dislike about Force24 is that the platform can sometimes feel less intuitive than it should, particularly from a UI/UX perspective. While the journey and automation functionality is useful, building and managing campaigns can feel a little clunky at times, especially when making quick edits or navigating between different areas of the platform.

Integrations and reporting could also be smoother. It would be helpful to have clearer performance insights, more joined-up data, and easier ways to understand ROI across campaigns. From a pricing perspective, the value is there when the platform is being used regularly, but it can feel harder to justify if certain features are not being fully adopted.

Support and onboarding have been helpful when needed, but there is still an opportunity for more proactive guidance, especially around best practice, campaign optimisation and newer areas such as AI/intelligence. Overall, Force24 is strong for automation, but I think the experience could be improved by making the platform feel more intuitive, connected and insight-led.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Force24 is helping us manage email campaigns, journeys and automation in a much more structured way. It solves the problem of having to manually manage every stage of a campaign by allowing us to build automated nurture flows, schedule communications in advance and respond to engagement more consistently.

This benefits us by saving time, improving follow-up, and helping us deliver more relevant messaging to different audience segments. It also supports better campaign organisation, particularly when we are running multiple event, newsletter, subscription and lead generation campaigns at the same time.

The platform also helps us track engagement and understand how contacts are interacting with our campaigns, which gives us a clearer view of what is working and where we may need to optimise.

I really like how easy Force24 is to use. The live chat is really helpful for quick questions or small issues, and the support team always seems genuinely determined to get everything sorted out.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The only thing I still sometimes struggle with is uploading templates on my MacBook, since Mac files can be a bit different. That said, the support team has always been really helpful and quick to sort it out from their end whenever I’ve needed assistance.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team was already using Force24 when I joined, and it has really helped streamline our marketing processes. It was easy to pick up from the start, and we use it to manage all of our email campaigns, which are a major part of our B2B marketing strategy. Having everything in one place also makes it much simpler to manage and track campaigns, and it’s noticeably more efficient for our day-to-day work.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I really appreciate Force24's flexible segmentation and drip campaign builder because it fits perfectly with my workflow of rolling out Zigpoll surveys for sporting goods product research at PeakSport Goods Co. I can split our customer database into highly specific groups based on past purchases, which allows me to send tailored surveys that match their interests. This targeted approach greatly improves poll completion rates and brings in more relevant feedback. The scheduled reminder automation is another great feature; I can set up an initial poll invitation followed by an automated reminder, which runs on autopilot. I also like how simply Force24 tracks email engagement alongside survey traffic, making it easy to prioritize customer responses when compiling reports. The tagging rules work seamlessly, allowing highly engaged participants to be marked automatically for future customer interviews. The interface remains focused on email workflows without unnecessary features, preventing me from being overwhelmed by tools I don't need. Overall, Force24 delivers reliable automation that reduces repetitive administrative work and lets me spend more time analyzing customer insights for new sporting goods.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

First, there is no direct native integration with Zigpoll. After customers finish filling out product questionnaires about athletic gear, hiking equipment and sportswear, their poll responses cannot automatically sync back into Force24 contact profiles. I have to manually export poll data from Zigpoll and then match each customer’s feedback with their email records one by one. When we run dozens of surveys every month for new product prototypes, this data matching process becomes very time-consuming. Second, the built-in analytics are quite basic. The platform can only track email opens and link clicks, but it cannot pull deeper behavioral data after users land on the Zigpoll page. I cannot view drop-off points in the survey or compare completion rates across different customer segments inside the dashboard. I need to export raw data and build separate spreadsheets to analyze which sporting goods audiences abandon the questionnaire midway.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Force24 to automate email outreach for Zigpoll surveys, reducing manual work and increasing response rates. It links engagement data with survey feedback and auto-tags respondents for interviews, streamlining feedback analysis and cutting administrative tasks.

I like that Force24 integrates all our CRM data for use in email campaigns, allowing us to be specific and data-driven. The real-time data filtering based on customer interaction is very beneficial, and the onboarding support connecting all our data sources was relatively easy and helpful. It's integrated with WhatsApp and SMS, making it versatile for our needs.

It all works pretty well, there's just quite a steep learning curve as it can be complex at times. It's not like any other email platform, the way emails, journeys and sequences are built, take time, but once you know it works it's very valuable.

I use Force24 for email marketing campaigns and sequencing. It helps with segmentation and automation. I like that our CRM data is integrated, allowing intelligent use in campaigns. We can filter based on real-time data when customers interact with our website.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I like Force24 for its segmentation options that help reduce the workload by not having to create multiple emails for different segments. The email deliverability report gives me confidence that our emails reach the best inbox spots. I find their human support invaluable because it allows us to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues. The platform itself feels user-friendly, especially for email marketing, and we've gained better insights into our audience compared to our previous tool.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The forms and microsites should use the same module editor system as the email templates because they're very clunky and difficult to change. Changing an email once the template has been published is also difficult, as you have to delete the email and republish if you have any changes. We are always looking for improvements with analytics; it would be great to receive constructive insights based on the data or industry comparisons to know what is good and what is not. Additionally, I was unimpressed with the module templates created for us during the setup.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I find the journeys and automation features in Force24 very useful; they're really intuitive and easy to set up. The report section is great for seeing which contacts are at what stage of the journey. The live chat and support feature is something I also like a lot. Any query or issue regarding the platform can be easily answered either by someone on the live chat or with a guide through the support hub. Additionally, the email builder is very user-friendly, and I find building emails an enjoyable process. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, with helpful people from Force24 walking us through the features and being open to any questions. Moreover, with Force24, our emails now always deliver successfully to our brokers' inboxes. This was a significant improvement over our previous service.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

While it is mostly very useful in terms of segmenting data, I sometimes feel that the query contacts feature can be quite confusing, and sometimes doesn't filter the contacts down as it should.

I like Force24's intuitive system, which makes it easy to build journeys and test them. The ease of sending from multiple domains and pipelines within one system is a big plus, as it lets me tailor our messaging to provide client solutions efficiently. I also appreciate the email formatting tool, which allows for previews in different modes like iPhone and desktop. This helps me to send multiple campaigns out simultaneously and gives me more time to create assets. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, with accessible help for the technical aspects like domain setup.

The biggest improvement piece for me would be the marketing list tool. Although it has an AI built with it, it's quite clunky when building a tailored list. It would be great to put multiple searches in one option, for example, if I wanted a list of different job titles, I don't want to have to duplicate everyone of those; I would like to put them all on one line.

I appreciate Force24 for allowing us to create emails in a variety of formats and from different email addresses. It's also helpful in mapping out marketing journeys, which I find useful. I like being able to see insights about users who viewed or took action on the emails. In general, I find it easier to create emails compared to other platforms. The pre-existing templates are a big plus, making it quick and easy to create responsive emails across all devices. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Sometimes formatting on emails doesn't work. Text, for example, will wrap in an odd way, or not update with changes I've made in the preview, such as line breaks. I have to refresh the email a few times until it works.

Integrating Force24 into your Websites, is a simple but effective process, with online support on hand to help and guide you through the process. One of the many perks of Force24 who offer unlimited training......

The cost to implement Force24 across a group of 10 businesses, integrating multiple websites and managing over100,000 contacts was simple. The platform provides a 360% view of customers engaging with businesses who operate in silos. 

Force24 also built an API between the platform and an ERP used by a few of the businesses making sure we only have one version of the truth when it comes to customer data

The process of developing Emails whether from form captures, or to drive engagement or leads is simple. It does require human intervention to design the emails, although there are some useful tools within the platform.

The platform integrates directly with your Google Ads Accounts, seamlessly with Aps such as Teams, LinkedIn etc, it has an AI chatbot which can be annoying when you are use to the high quality human base service - but they are there in a few minutes.

The integrating reporting functionality to monitor email performance is good, the AI Plug in to review your emails drives value and giving your sales teams access to a Sales View of the platform can encourage curious sales professionals to be empowered through data and lead scores

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The platform is sometimes a little clunky and the integrations with Google Advertising often require reconnecting

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform summaries the digital engagement of our current and prospective customers, from managing contact data to viewing the web browser history and email engagement through Lead Scoring which can be personalised by your business.

Maximising that ROI through integrating with with your websites, Google Ads Spend, LinkedIn channel etc provides its weight in gold.

As a Marketing function it gives me viability of leads generated, how we nurture and qualify those leads before passing qualified leads over to sales. We have then used the platform to implement the Customer Satisfaction through the NPS Measurement

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I find some of the usability in Force24 to be good. The campaign builder is straightforward and vital for our marketing communications, letting me easily message segments of the audience with one-off messages. It's very easy to work through when sending these types of emails. Even though the email builder has a few quirks, it's manageable to use. I appreciate the ability to segment our audience and rely on automations, helping us deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. The account manager is also helpful, working through integration issues with me.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The campaign builder could do with optimization, especially the ability to select a segment and exclude from a send, which would be really helpful. The email builder can be unresponsive and sometimes needs several reloads to work properly. The contacts section is annoying; it's tough to make changes or duplicate once a segment is created, despite it being great for identifying a subset of people. The contacts search is difficult, particularly when using time frames on custom objects, as the wording can lead to misinterpretation, like with 'on or after x time.' The journey builder has limitations that can be annoying, and the settings can feel restrictive when setting up specific automations.

The process of setting up microsites is hard to understand unless someone shows you first or you have to Google it.

I like that Force24 makes email marketing more seamless by removing its complexity. The email builder is relatively simple to use, and I appreciate the click and drop aspect. I also find that building out a journey is simple, with flows that are easy to understand and use. This simplicity and ease of use make my job quicker, so I don't have to spend as much time setting up an email campaign. Additionally, the initial platform training was great, which made the setup easy.

The microsite and form builder currently feel a bit clunky to me. They're not as easy to use as the email builder, and get a bit too complicated to move sections and sort spacing between them.

There is so much information on the Portal, and we receive regular articles and emails that speak to how email marketers are struggling at the moment.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Only being able to upload new contact lists one at a time is a bit lengthy. The new AI Emails score asks you to correct something, and once you've done that, it finds something else to correct that wasn't there before. It also mentions 'the preheader text is not visible' but this is an automated section controlled by Force24 I believe.

Email deliverability - regular emails, articles and webinars to help marketers achieve maximum send, open and click numbers.

I like the support team an account manager. I think they are super helpful and very accessible. The automation of email sending with Force24 saves time for my team.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Some of the key processes are overly complex, too many steps and a little ambiguous. Journeys and pop ups being good examples. As someone is marketing we are not overly technical and it feels too much like you need to be super technical to implement certain features. Not being able to embed video into email really annoys me too.

I use Force24 to plan and run our marketing campaigns from one platform, and it helps automate emails and customer journeys based on user behavior. I like how Force24 solves the issue of managing campaigns across different channels separately and removes a lot of manual follow-up by automating customer journeys. What I like most about Force24 is how easy it is to build automated customer journeys without much technical effort, and the interface feels clean and simple compared to many other marketing tools. I also appreciate that the initial setup was mostly smooth, and basic tasks like importing contacts and setting up email campaigns were straightforward. Force24 has made our marketing work much more organized and efficient, and the automation saves a lot of time for the team.

Sometimes Force24 feels a little heavy when working with large contact lists, and the navigation can be confusing until you get used to it. A simpler way to build advanced workflows would be nice.

Creating journeys is easy to understand. the chat bots are always helpful when i have had issues. We have also recently integrated forms onto our website for data capture.

Having to republish templates if i need to tweak something after uploading it into the journey.

the status active and lead score is not null features have been helpful in reducing our amount of unsubscribes and improving our open rates. It is really easy to remove lists between journeys to ensure we aren't spamming our clients.

I use Force24 for email marketing and I like its ease of use. I trust the platform and appreciate that help from the team is always on hand. I value the email design and segmentation features, which allow me to get bulk branded emails and our content out easily and quickly. The initial setup was super helpful and Force24 clearly had much better features and extra support compared to Campaign Monitor, which we used before.

I like the ease of use of Force24 combined with its strong automation features. The dashboard is intuitive, making it easy to monitor campaign performance and audience behavior. We were recommended Force24 through our business partner, and given the pain points of the system we were using, we jumped at the opportunity. We were immediately impressed with the UI; it was far more intuitive and accessible. Furthermore, the aspect of automated journeys and the journey manager was way ahead of anything we had seen or used before. This is probably the defining feature; now we have an integration live with our CRM, and we are running several fully autonomous campaigns, which churn out lists of warm leads for our business. With a careful set-up, guided by the plethora of available training material, we found our feet quickly and are already seeing ROI, which we expect to increase as we continue to learn.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

We found the editor to be an improvement on our previous system, but still, it can be a little painful. We found the workaround to this, and a very welcome feature is the ability to edit the RAW HTML of the email. While this offers full control over the design, it does require a beginner level of HTML knowledge. Some training on this would be beneficial, mainly as your usual graphic designer or marketer is not likely to be well-versed in HTML and/or CSS.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Force 24 is helping us to work through massive lists of 'passive' contacts on our CRM and work them in the background, encouraging the move to the 'active' market and reducing the number of wasted calls made by our consultants. By providing users with warm leads, ROI is taking a boost as we can get to the right people, quicker.

Force24 has allowed us to take our email campaigns to the next level by integrating with HubSpot, meaning we can not only sync up our CRM but allow our website, CRM and F24 so work seamlessly and remove the manual intervention which has dragged us down in the past.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

It's too early to say at the moment as we are fairly new to the platform. The only dislike has come from one or two of our content marketers when first using the platform to build emails but this was purely due to the usual teething problems of learning the platform and how it's laid out, the terminology etc which is slightly different to what they are used to. However, this isn't even a problem now since they are becoming more accustomed to it as we ramp up our usage.

Our current platform has no integration to our CRM (HubSpot), therefore we have a large chasm between sales and marketing and need a lot of manual intervention to link anything up. The other solution the platform provides is that it gives us the level of automation for multi-step email campaigns we were looking for, as well as providing more flexibility through it's website tracking capabilities.

The automatic filtering and creation of lists from our CRM is particularly useful. We deal with a diverse range of customers, and by being able to segment them as to how we've done so on our CRM, we're able to tailor content accordingly to their potential purchasing considerations.

The integration process with Netsuite has been quite time-consuming; we began the process back in June, however, have only just got properly integrated in October. This was partly my fault for causing some delays between stages due to other commitments, but it is a particularly long process. It also felt that the integration of the API of Netsuite was a little bit of guesswork, with a lot of trial and error taking place.

As a one-man marketing team, my biggest limiting factor is time. A never-ending to-do list and not enough hours in the day. So being able to automate processes and e-shots means I can set up "Set and Forget" automatic campaigns that will work in the background alongside the other work I am doing on other channels. This means that as more and more automatic campaigns are set-up, the more passively generated leads will come in.

The template snippets for the email campaigns were worth the investment. If you plan out your typical email structures and aspirational items, you can get great value from this extra add-on, particularly in time saved and achieving consistency. The layout of the journey manager dashboard makes it easy to understand active and completed count with a health status, equally the layout our the journey is straight forward. It definitely offers more to a 'standard' automation platform, which is why it is an attractive option, we hope to be able to take advantage of these features soon.

The list grouping is more complex than it needs to be, which makes it slightly undesirable. Integrating onto our chosen CRM platform with unique requirements proved a challenge and resulted in a delay in onboarding. The admin/finance side of things could do with being improved too.

We also ask the team to create custom templates for us, which they always do to a high standard but are never editable. This means if we want to make changes to the templates, we have to ask the dev team, which can cause delays.

I joined my company as an email marketer a couple of months ago and started using Force24 for the first time. The support from Force24 has been nothing but first class. 

Firstly, my Account Director Melinda has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond, supporting me with everything from data cleaning, nurture sequencing and having branded content templates created for me. 

The LiveChat feature on the platform is always quick and helpful - my questions are always answered and the support team even provide you with custom videos to illustrate what they are saying.

There are also lots of pre-filmed video training sessions to support new users, as well as weekly live webinars that show different parts of the platform in depth. As well as this, the CEO/Founder Adam is currently running a weekly creative Masterclass focusing on different topics such as email deliverability, SLs and brand strategy.

On top of the strong customer service and support, the platform itself is very easy to use whilst maintaining sophisticated capabilities - there are so many features including SMS, I don't know if I'll ever be able to use them all myself - but I hope to grow my team in the future to fully utilise the Force24 platform to the max.

Great control of data inside, filtering, automated segmentation and custom fields make this incredibly powerful. Creating email journeys/sequences is intuitive. Support is one of the best amongst SAAS products.

Creating email templates is clunky and can be frustrating as the line spacing changes everytime you click on edit and CSS just keeps getting added rather than changed. May have to start creating HTML templates elsewhere and copying it in rather than using the editor. Also the deliverability reports are good, but sending campaigns doesn't always seem to actually send to the audience.

We are able to automate campaigns based on dates which means targeting people at the right time. Segmenting lists for different uses is also efficient and easy.

The account managers and customer service team consistently go the extra mile for us. Features are always being added/improved with the user in mind.

I would like to see more mobile-first snippets and some more innovative CSS.
