  ### 1. I like the platform but have alot of bugs.

**What do you like best about Mobile Text Alerts?**

Mobile text alert allows different groups and set the time for a future message.  It is easy to use and has a mobile and desktop.  I have never used a different program but this one works very well.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

It goes down all the time.  We use this as our alert for hospital staff to come into work.  It often goes down on the weekends and we have to call another manager to put it the message.

**What problems is Mobile Text Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get info out to the entire team at any moment.  We can choose groups to pick exactly we need to reach so we do not get other staff bothered by to many texts.

User-friendly platform. Allows me to send regular text or picture text with links

A 5 digit number is extra and almost every other little element is an extra charge

**What problems is Mobile Text Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to connect with our church community with reminders, encouragements, events, ect

In regards to the 5 digit number, a free shared short code is available that you can use for people to opt in to your texts, if that helps! (Dedicated short codes do cost quite a bit for the carriers to lease to us, so we do unfortunately have to pass on those fees.)

We'd love to hear more about your concerns regarding extra charges - plans come with everything listed at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing for free, and you can always purchase more messages or additional phone numbers. Are you referring to needing more messages/phone numbers?

Does not seem to solve or help with any specific business need. It is a text-based chat only.

As a text-based chat system, it was helpful.

The ease of use. This app is easy to use and to navigate within. It helps me complete a task I'm attempting to complete.

The user interface could be more modern and dynamic than it currently is. If it was I believe it could compete with similar apps on the market today.

I would recommend giving this application a good try before writing it off. It is helpful.
