I bought the first version of the Plaud AI note a while ago. Been very happy with the capabilities of this device and the user interface in the app and online. There are some coy cats on the market, but not as good as this one. You can choose from multiple languages. Which for me is very beneficial. Often in meetings where only French is spoken. Made some phone calls which were beneficial for me as well to have a summery of the call, but also some very important conversations I had with my dad. It is worth the investment. Build quality is excellent.
I pre-ordered the Plaud AI pro version and cannot wait to receive it.
Today I had contact with Sheila from the customer service via email. She was very responsive and clear in her answer, sorted things out for me because I was impatient and forgot that I pre-ordered.
