I have a problem with notes when I have various meetings in various languages - it will be much easier when Fireflies.ai recognizes the meeting language. As with many notetakers, the integration with Zoom feels invasive. Once the app joins in real-time it's almost impossible to figure out how to get rid of it if you want to. I know how to manage it not in real-time. It's important to understand that the problem is that it's not intuitive at all when you're put on the spot and ave to get rid of it fast. Our organization has been using FireFlies for about 8 months now and it has become a must have tool in our meetings. Given the volume of meetings we handle and demos we show, it's pretty hard to remember whole discussions and this tool takes notes for you in the best way possible. It's integrated with gmail and hubspot. It's quite accurate with its notes, sharing sentiments of calls, speaker talk time. Overall it's highly vlauable tool for our team. Although the tool is fantastic, I miss having a fully Spanish interface. I believe that, being one of the most spoken languages in the world, it should already be fully available in this language. The summaries are incredibly accurate and insightful, and I love that you can expand any point for more context (a great perk on the Pro plan). The Google Calendar integration is super flexible—I can choose which meetings the notetaker joins, even if I’m not the meeting owner. Plus, the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Asana make it easy to plug tasks directly into our workflows.

I often switch between English and Spanish during my calls, but Fireflies.ai only supports transcribing in a single language at a time. It would be great if it could handle multilingual conversations more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tremendously helpful tool. It's not even that it summarizes or transcribes meetings. It's that the ai assists in suggesting deliverables and follow up actions post meeting. This provides clarity for all attendees.

And that's just on the surface. There are a ton of other facets of the app that are very helpful. I am currently on the free plan and intend to upgrade to one of the plans, just unsure which one I will be jumping on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't call them downsides as much as places where they can be improved.

But obviously, the ai can't identify a speaker unless the speaker identifies themselves, so making that known in the meetings is relatively important. This can easily be fixed post meeting by manually editing the notes but, I guess that would be the only shortcoming. Not that big of a deal.

One downside, I guess, is for some reason I'm having issues scheduling the app to join my Microsoft teams meetings oh on my calendar? I don't have that in other platforms. I am able to manually send fireflies app the team link so that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
