**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

I like that it is easy to understand, use, and is very pleasing to the eye.  The document center format makes sense and makes it easy to find what you are looking for.  I like that I can also file documents directly into TaxDome Client folders.  I also like that I can use credit card for clients to pay.  And many more features.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

Would like that there is better integration with email system.  Would like to be able to check off substacks as they are completed.  Would like to have videos and instructions for pipelines and templates for staff training purposes and for those items sent to clients.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping on top of activity for each client and for my self so that nothing is forgotten or falls through the cracks.  And, a great way to track communications with clients.

Audit trail for documents, organizers, signatures, tasks, etc.

It is not possible to integrate 2 different taxes on the invoice (anything calculate with a %)
Not connecting with Sage for accountants
There is no way to have the client adress on invoices

All in one place for the office and for the clients (Before, we had different platforms to manage the practice. Now, it is all-in-one solution).

**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

If the software is planned in advance, it saves time and troubles in the long run. The ability to automate processes that do not generate any kind of value, such as requesting invoices, documentation, sending reminders of pending tasks, is a benefit for any entity that values itself. Moreover, managing the Income Tax Return or quarterly or annual taxes will be a less dramatic task if careful planning and configuration are in place. We switched from "sudespacho" to TaxDome, and honestly, there's no comparison. From the clients' point of view, it is an intuitive and simple platform.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

The initial setup to unlock the full potential will take time, do not expect to have the platform at 100% in the first week. Be patient. One of the things I would implement is the possibility of uploading the invoices issued by the advisor's accounting program in the billing section.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interconnectivity with clients in an intuitive, non-intrusive, and easy-to-handle way, eliminating repetitive and administrative tasks that do not generate any kind of value.

I love that TaxDome not only provides the experience of a robust CRM, but also the convenience and functionality to provide top service to accounting and bookkeeping clients. It allows you to simultaneously keep things confidential and efficient.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

What I dislike most about TaxDome is that they delete your account after the free trial is over. My business debit card was lost in the mail so I had to use my personal card to pay on the last day of the trial because I didn't want to lose all of my work.

TaxDome is solving the problem of efficiency for me. The ability to set up automations such as onboarding and client management so that I can place my clients into a workflow and not need to worry about admin as much so I can focus more on my business.

**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

The support you get at a moment's notice is amazing. Very easy to edit workflows or templates to suit your needs. The time spent collecting data to complete a tax return has dramatically decreased. We switched to TaxDome from Liscio as it was more visually appealing and had many more working features built in that helped us and our clients work more efficiently than ever before.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

As TaxDome is a pretty robust offering, it does take time to learn the ins and outs of using it effectively, set it up, and implement it within your practice in the best way possible. There isn't much to dislike so far, and we see constant feature/workflow improvements based on feedback from the accountant users. You can start using this without much setup, but diving into it before implementing it with other staff and clients is 1000% recommended. Do this well ahead of tax season so you have plenty of time to work out the kinks as you go.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many more clients are beginning not to want to come to our offices physically. As our firm's online presence grows, TaxDome provides us with an instant ability to work with clients from all over the country or the world in a simple, secure environment. TaxDome is a low-cost, competitive solution that reaps significant rewards for our firm. We have also been looking to implement a more accessible, integrated, low-cost KBA signature option, and this software has just that.

I love that TaxDome is user-friendly for my clients. Even my older clients have said that using the portal was a great experience. We use the portal for all our communications and document storage. Absolutely love the automation of workflows.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

I wish that there were more options to use with Pabbly and Zapier. To have the ability to use webhooks to connect to more systems to update workflow/pipeline stages automatically. Currently, the current process is limited to adding and updating contacts only.

It has made my tax practice more organized and allowed my team to operate more efficiently. Streamlined our process and documentation, and allowed me to see where we can make improvements.

My favorite part about TaxDome is that I've been able to reduce my firm's tech stack down to TaxDome. TaxDome is also capable of doing some functions better than my past softwares. Very intiuitive and useful for a small firm such as mine.

TaxDome has a lot of features and it can feel overwhelming at first. It takes some effort to set up a good workflow automated system.

The product shows that it will help me stay organized and increase my productivity.  This has become more important as my practice grows. I just finished the 990 filing season  and went back to my other assignments, and I can see that once TaxDome is implemented fully I will be able help my current clients in more ways and take on new clients.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

The learning curve to implement the product, which was expected due to the many functions TaxDome provides.  I fully expected the time to utilize the majority of the features would take some time.

I remain in the implementation phase and still exploring all the benefits that TaxDome can provide.

Setting up pipelines, and integrating automations to improve the workflow of tax preparation. Having email linked to the portal within TaxDome is so great! The ability to accept payment within TaxDome is another plus!

**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

TaxDome is user-friendly and ready to go right away.  We had been looking for a client portal for a while and used a different service before finding TaxDome.  The other portal provider had the capability and flexibility to handle many of the processes we wished for. However, none of those processes were established.  TaxDome had many features we hoped to set up ready to go from the moment we started the trail.  There was no back-end coding needed.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

So far TaxDome has been a dream.  We are excited that we have found this program. It has addressed all the needs we were looking for and more.  It has so much more capability that what we were previously working with that we do not have an dislikes as of yet.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaxDome is helping us organize workflow management. It is helping us to automate and track client contacts. This reduces some of the mundane and repetitive processes handled by our staff and frees them up to take on more technical tasks.

The dashboard is very intuitive, the jobs and pipelines are easy to work with and I really appreciate and like the automation in the software.

Nothing really although I would like to see the Firm side mobile app have more functionality such as being able to see the tasks that are actually assigned to me.

I love the workflow and automation TaxDome offers and the free support. The fact that we can just schedule a meeting with support and have a live person walk us through creating workflows etc. and make suggestions to simplify a process is wonderful! I can't wait to finish the setup, TaxDome will eliminate so many repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

It is a bit intimidating to setup, I haven't had a lot of extra time to go through the complete setup because it takes quite a bit of involvement expecially if you are very technically inclined.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaxDome is providing automation that would otherwise require attention I could be using to focus on other tasks. It also helps to be able to have a secure way to transfer documents and payment all in one.

It's tough to point out the best thing about TaxDome - the interface is VERY user friendly for both the firm and the client sides, the automations are such a time saver, and it's great that everything is so customizable.  Each firm operates differently and they can activate the features that work for them, that's great!  Plus the TaxDome team listens to its users.

I do wish there were more things I could do on the TaxDome firm app, more of what I'm able to do on the web version would be helpful.

With all of the personal options on how to use the software, the learning curve on each of those elements can be time consuming.  I will say it is worth it to use the product fully!

There are so many features available within TaxDome.  Our favorite so far is the button for clicks to tell us they are done submitting documents.  We also are in love with the diversity of the organizers.

I would love to quickly check mark the items I have entered into my tax program from client documents.  The current options are not as user-friendly as the previous portal we had been using.

TaxDome has the capability to allow better communication through the portal with clients rather than just email or telephone.  This has the potential to save us time and creates a way to ensure clients are not dropped through the cracks.  Many of our clients would forget to email us to let us know all their documents were uploaded causing a lot of headaches and rushing on our end.

**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

TaxDome is a practice-management tool, but it's also much more! When I subscribed to TaxDome I eliminated paying for apps to share files and keep them secure, to get lectronic signatures, to email and chat with clients, to automate processes. Once it's up and running, it's user-friendly and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

There is a bit of a learning curve, but TaxDome has invested in education -they want you to succeed. This has also created a third-party marketplace  where one can purchase instruction and community events.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my practive organized and providing consistently excellent client service.

**What do you like best about TaxDome?**

Onboarding with TaxDome has been the easiest I've experienced. There is a wealth of training and 1:1 sessions to get you started that other softwares just don't have.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

The pop-ups offering training are nice at first, but can be a little annoying as you are working through items. This may taper off as we get further into our subscription

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very small firm that will primary use the automations to take workload off of us directly.

Not sure yet, just getting started.  I don't care for the constant pop ups.

There are tons of relevant and useful features that accounting firms need everyday and I love that they're centralized in one software.

Learning how to use the automation and certain features can be intimidating and the software can also feel a bit slow.

Centralized tool for all my day to day needs as a firm owner.

Have not found anything up to this point.  Still pretty new, but so far so good.

I think it has the potentail to save me a lot of time and money

It said the client import process was a few hours, it took several days to format the csv files from drake, and multiple attempts to get it correct.  I used up my whole trial period doing this.  The instructions are not easy to follow, it seems like they are intended for people who are already familiar with the program.

haven't gotten that far yet, ive been onboarding the whole time

It's easy for me to access everything that I need to communicate with my clients.  The dashboard is great to see everything in one place, know the status of my client's work, the automations of the tasks and a website as well.

**What do you dislike about TaxDome?**

When my client's upload the documents into the wrong account that is associated with their accounts, it's not easy to move the documents.

**What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my work has become automated and is saving me time and money in all areas of my work.  I love the engagement letter features, signature requests, and locking the documents for payments,
