What do you like best about Mindbody?

This software is still a great system with really robust reporting but it seems to be falling behind the times a little in overall functionality with regards to smooth of integration of items like storefront and web connections. It has promise though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mindbody?

I guess sometimes Mindbody looks very simple. I mean, just booking an appointment is very simple. Looking at some reports is very simple. And checking out sessions is simple too. So, yeah, the simplicity of the app is really nice. Since these tasks are easy to do in Mindbody, it allows me to save so much time on doing things. On a very busy day, it allows me to be efficient. What do you dislike about Mindbody?

There are some reports that we cannot produce, like specific reports about total clients with assessments. It's also a little bit hard to reschedule appointments. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I like Mindbody for use in fitness and dance studios. I feel that this platform is great for organizing classes, signing clients in, creating workshops and keeping contact logs. What do you dislike about Mindbody?

What I dislike is how the updates at times disrupts how an established flow that studio established and that it takes a little while to figure out where an old feature now lives. There are times when Mindbody is not intuitive, however thus far I've really appreciated the customer support and that I can get on the phone with them pretty easily and they can walk me through how to solve the problem. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I love that I can get to what I want about three different ways. This feature is super helpful because I am not super tech savvy, and it makes it easy for me and my staff to find things quickly. Having a side menu bar, a top menu bar, and settings options really helps with navigating the software. We save so much time with Mindbody because we have everything in one place, including 13 years of comprehensive client history, which helps us stay in touch with our customer service. Mindbody's integration with ClassPass, our marketing suite, AI messenger, and our website enhances its value for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

They are constantly improving. While that is a good thing, the layouts and interfaces are always changing. This tends to cause confusion, frustration of change for change sake and invites a lot of bugs into the day to day flow which eats at time calling to register and get them ironed out. I am not going to lie, it is a lot of work, but as is anything worth while. While user friendly it is grossly comprehensive and although we use a lot - we know we only use the tip of the iceberg. What do you like best about Mindbody?

Well, I like its strength as a vendor because they've been around for a long time. I also like the improvements to the interface a lot. Those are recent and help mostly by making navigation easier. I mean, I can find things more easily. The AI has been really helpful to me because it answers questions that I typically would have to call Mindbody support for. What do you dislike about Mindbody?

I find the method of reporting in Mindbody to be frustrating. The current system only offers canned reports, meaning that the reports are only useful if Mindbody already has a pre-built report that meets my needs. However, sometimes I need to combine data from different tables, like combining two reports, which isn't straightforward. The process requires running multiple reports and tagging clients repeatedly. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I use Mindbody to schedule our clients, handle all of our billing, and as a CRM. It allows for automatic payment processing for clients, which is really helpful given the volume of clients we work with each month. The billing happens automatically, which saves us a lot of time. It also tracks all of our client sessions, whether they attend or not, and this helps us provide detailed information regarding their accounts. What do you like best about Mindbody?

Mindbody keeps all of our scheduling, client management, sales, and reporting in one organized system. It is very easy for our staff to use, even during busy periods, and the interface makes daily operations smooth and efficient. Their customer support is excellent and any time we needed assistance they guided us through screen sharing and resolved issues quickly. We use the software every day and rely on most of the features available in the Business app, except for the marketing tools. Overall, it has streamlined how we run our studio. The implementation process is not difficult, but setting up the main features and becoming comfortable with the system typically takes one to two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

Some features in Mindbody seem outdated and often require too many steps to accomplish basic tasks. Certain settings are not very intuitive, which can make onboarding new staff slower than it should be. I also find it limiting that Mindbody only allows a single liability waiver per client at their first visit; it would be much more helpful if multiple waivers could be assigned for different services, especially for studios offering a variety of options. Additionally, the forms and waivers could be improved to be more dynamic and user-friendly, rather than depending mainly on uploaded documents. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I use Mindbody for scheduling appointments and find it helps me keep my scheduling organized. I like the scheduling and payment collection features, as they allow me to collect and record cash or credit card payments. The AI help often works well for me, helping me find answers about 50% or 60% of the time. When I need to contact support, they are always helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Mindbody?

The AI feature sometimes doesn't have the answers I'm looking for. It would be great if AI would just pick up even keywords. One thing I don't like about Mindbody is that I can't just easily have one button that says generate an invoice for this appointment, as there's not a really easy one-click way to get just the paper that says, invoice or receipt. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I really enjoy the calendar view. I like being able to use it to check people in as they arrive to class. I like the interface and how easy it is to use. I also appreciate that it's very compatible with other software, whether it's financial software or an additional scheduler or website. They're really easy and simple to connect. I think it simplifies my everyday routine and makes it so that I have less work to do, which is important because time is money for me. I think the calendar view is a bit simplistic. I feel like there could be personalized features that could be added. What do you like best about Mindbody?

I like Mindbody's automations because I don't have to think about what to send each client to keep them engaged with my business. The campaigns help me target the right client with the right offer. I also appreciate the exposure to ClassPass, which has given me more reach. Recently, I started using the AI messenger, and I find it useful. What do you dislike about Mindbody?

I don't like that Mindbody isn't clear about Contracts and Autopay/Contracts being two different things. I had issues with my memberships not working properly, and support wasn't very helpful with resolving it. It's frustrating that autopay/contracts are not explained well for different contexts, like using memberships for specific services instead of just gym memberships.
