The Web SDK integration required some trial and error to get working correctly in our Next.js site, and the error messages weren't always clear about what needed to be fixed. Would love better documentation for web call implementation.

I constantly refer my friends to this software it couldnt be asier to use! everything is super straight forward and simple, a simple youtube tutorial on some of the higher qualty features is all you ned to become a retell pro, this sotware is great and i use it all the time. Highly recommend!

The visual node_based flow builder makes it easy to design complez voice agents. Multilingual support and seamless webhook amd Twilio are extremely powerfull for building real business automation.

It would be great if the TTS choices were categorized by the intended use. I needed a strong human-like personality with vocal inflections that can carry on natural conversations. Master prompts do not always give you what you need, but certain TTS models are inherently designed to be a certain way, so you do not need to create that specific master prompt.

**What do you like best about Retell AI?**

It's very easy to get started and intuitive. It integrates very easily to Bubble.io and Make.com. You can import numbers from Twilio easily. Their documentation is comprehensive, and the tutorial videos they curate are very useful. The voices and call options are extensive - I love being able to create custom functions for use in a call, and that you can refer to these in the call (this is why I moved away from Synthflow - I wasn't able to detect when a function was running). I appreciate the 'Next invoice' amount being shown, and their general transparency with how much things cost. My clients have been very impressed with the voices. Their 'Single Prompt' agent is powerful enough for pretty tricky conversations, and the 'Flow' canvas allows for very deep conversations.

**What do you dislike about Retell AI?**

Having a 'Test custom function' in the backend could be useful, so you wouldn't have to make an actual call or test the bot. Otherwise not much.

It allowed me to run a voice-based survey for a Business Chambers client - moving their (boring) survey from web to voice saw deeper engagement and answers.
Several clients are interested in using it to qualify leads. But the UK's GDPR and other regulations mean you need already active consent to receive 'automated calls' from every prospect to use AI voice calls

It would be great if RETELL can have a client end dashboard(can be white-labelled) like other provide, all-in-one. now i have to use 3rd party dashboard wrapper as client end dashboard. i suggest RETELL should have a function where we can generate quick demo call, for example, if i am with a client, i can simply put client's website into knowledge based, based on the info, i can do a quick demo call to secure my sale. now its long to do prompt and show client a demo, especially i white-label RETELL and 3rd party wrapper dashboard to show client the call data on 3rd party wrapper dashboard.

The phone number system is clunky getting set up. I didn't want to port my google voice number as I still make outbound calls on that number and text clients.  I made it work though and all is good!

I love the low latency that I get with retell; I like the clarity of the dashboard. I like that it already has some of the tools set up, that I need - better than other similar services in both respects, which I was using before (not naming names).

It does kind of have its own weird logic that you have to get used to using at first; once you've got that sorted out tho it's all good.

I've been using it to do a restaurant courtesy call for people who have made reservations; we call them 24 hours before the reservation and confirm that they're coming while also getting info such as dietary requirements and allergies; all of this info is piped thru to the restaurant kitchen so they're prepared for the guest's needs. Also involves upsells to having a bottle of champagne waiting at the table, etc.

I started using Retell early on and have used it for customer support, sales and a few other roles. I've been so impressed with how they interact with us users, see what needs we have and then build the features or integrations to make it flow even better. The office hours alone have been invaluable. Seriously one of the scrappiest teams out there. Keep it up!

It can be technical at times but for what we're doing and innovating as early adopters we have to push through things like that.

They accurately take calls 24/7 so I'm no longer timezone dependent and it's making it possible for our customers to feel understood and then triage the lead so that humans get only the impactful needed conversations where needed. It removes the negativity that can come with some callers while helping the caller feel helped and moved along. With integrating into our CRM it's helped us associate accurate data and get a faster speed to lead.
