One negative point is that I must use two voice channels to transfer to the Human agent, which makes me redesign when using voice systems licensed by simultaneous sessions.

They have the options to optimize everything required to make an inbound & outbound call as efficient, smooth and realistic as possible.

The only thing I didn't personally like was that their probably are no detailed guides on using some important things like building a full fledge agent with the most realistic voice possible. I know it's a subjective issue and I can fix it myself, but the rest of the things like functionalities and features are PRETTY, pretty good.

It is solving the problem of making a voice agent which **provides an assurance** that the agent won't hallucinate. Specifically, I'm talking about the "Conversational flow" and all the little thing that this agent type has. Amazing.

I love the user interface, the simplicity of it, and the complexity of flows you're allowed to build. I also like a lot the customization features for each agent, like background noise, responsiveness, and stuff like that, because it allows the agent to look a lot more real. I also love the testing feature with chat because it allows you to test your agent without consuming credits.

The unavailability for international numbers and having to port international numbers with techniques with SIP truking and systems like that.

There is no Transcriber for Austrian German, specifically Tyrol.
Which is holding me as an Agency back doing more sales.
If there was a transcriber that could accurately understand Tyrolean, Businesses would buy it up very fast.

The ease of creating end-to-end AI voice agents, and the ease of implementing the API and being able to automate everything.

I would have liked there to be a better guide on how to connect phone numbers with Telnyx, the current one is a bit outdated, especially since when creating the SIP trunking you have to deactivate all the Codecs for it to work, and the guide says you have to activate a few.

Everything else is perfect.

Its so easy to set up, and it works great. The ability to scrape a website automatically for context is sooo goood.

Its a bit confusing at first what kind of agent to make, single prompt seems a bit too flexible, and structured agents seem a little rigid, but I haven't played with structured agents enough to know for sure.
