Contractor+ offers a wide variety of features, which is awesome for a service based business. I feel like some other software's "have" what I'm looking for but lacks in one key area. With Contractor+, I'm able to create Quotes, create Jobs if those quotes have been accepted, create invoices and accept payments right from Contractor+, keep my documentation in one place from pictures to contracts. It may be a tough for beginners to learn the system and actually understand it. Again, Contractor+ has so many features to learn about that for beginners, it may be overwhelming. Personally, after a few nights of browsing through the system, creating test quotes, jobs, invoices, etc. I learned core features and understood the basics. So it does require a little learning curve at first. Another thing to point out, we really don't want to overwhelm the client if we give them access to their Client Portal. Currently, the client portal doesn't have the ability to hide what we don't want the client to see or just doesn't apply to them such as work orders, since we manly stick to job. I find it frustrating that the pro version of Contractor+ does not include Zapier integration by default, which is important for integrating other software that I use. This lack of integration is a significant drawback because I'm unwilling to spend an additional $350 just to have this feature. I like how everything is integrated inside the software. Instead of having to visit multiple sites, I can just use one site to handle everything I need. It's also pretty easy to set up with a step-by-step process that guides me along. I use Contractor+ for my estimate jobs and I'm very satisfied with its friendly approach. It's very practical and easy to work with. I find the description of each item very helpful, especially in defining all the items in the BOQ. The detailed descriptions, for example, in a fire alarm system, include various fire alarms, brand names, and qualities, which helps in future projects and saves time. V2 Desktop app is faster than V1, screen layouts are reasonably good. However some screens never load on the mobile app, for example the schedule screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

New screen layouts are generally better, however color choices could be better when it comes to contrast. Some of the same glitches in terms of error checking that existed in V1 are still in V2. Additionally, the V2 mobile app seems significantly slower than V1 (when switching screens it takes way too long to load them).
