**What do you like best about Callbell?**

I especially value the customization capability that Callbell offers, although I recognize it is somewhat limited. It allows us to create custom fields and tags to better classify our leads, which is essential for our operation. Additionally, I consider the startup process to be quite simple, as it is only necessary to connect the digital channels. We were able to link Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages without complications, and the Cobra team is available to provide assistance during the process if needed. Callbell integrates easily and its support team is willing to help with the connections in case they are complex to carry out on our own. In our organization, we use the platform daily, as we handle a volume of over 60,000 messages monthly, which equates to an average of 2,000 messages daily.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

The connection with chat agents is very limited and does not work very well. A bit more development is needed to efficiently integrate the communication scheme for proper lead qualification. Many times people get lost, as they struggle to find those accesses for new users.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Callbell to create templates that facilitate communication with both students and clients, allowing us to send welcome messages and reminders. Although personalization in Callbell is partial, it has allowed us to improve the rating of our leads through the use of custom fields and tags. Additionally, we can contact our clients and prospects in bulk. Currently, more than five people manage sales messages through WhatsApp, while two others handle customer service. The main benefit I find is having a real-time dashboard for tracking prospects.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

I like that Callbell allowed usage by different people without adding extra users, which was convenient for our team at different timeframes. The learning curve was really small, making it easy for our team to start using it effectively.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

Their reporting system is a mess and their support is deficient. The reporting tool doesn't provide any remarkable information that allows you to better organize your team and their support time when you have any issue is really bad.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Callbell unified our WhatsApp and Telegram communications, allowing proactive messaging. It's easy for multiple users with a small learning curve, and we could use it at different times without extra users.

Callbell's service is absolutely the best I've experienced in my life.  I've been dealing with Joaquin who is based in France, and I am located in South Africa, we've tried other companies closer to home, but I have no words to describe how happy I am to have found Callbell.  Joaquin, you are really an asset!

No issues yet, I've been assisted step by step all the way.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

The clear and straightforward interface is designed, built and evolving with a sales or support agent workflow in mind. Easy to set up and manage. Close support in our language with precise knowledge of the Latin market needs.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

Not a dislike but analytics can be easier to understand; the modules sometimes are tricky. Not a downside, just a thing to develop better.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimizing with a professional tool a centralized resource to attend better in quality and time our digital messaging channels, especially WhatsApp. It helps us go to the next level in performance and sales support, passing to them the technical task required to set up the official social channels.

Chat stops working in general from time to time, it is necessary to refresh the page and often the conversation is lost, being necessary to "find" it again to be able to continue.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped to unify the company's communication channels in just one place. Being able to organize the contact funnel and separate the types of calls by sectors and agents within the tool itself. Communication with customers became more fluid and effective

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

Most helpful feature is the availability of all major messaging applications in Callbell 
. It includes WhatsApp , Facebook messenger , Instagram message , telegram etc.

As such there is nothing to dislike , only thing that can improve is plan rates .

Our customer support team and the visitors interactions are being done via Callbell and finding it really easy to get in touch .

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

Your WhatsApp business lives on the cloud. You can use unlimited agents and transfer chats between agents instantly, you can put internal notes into the conversation and also a contact note. You can save contacts directly without having to have a contact list in your phone and those are shared across with all agents. You also have a mobile app so you can continue and attend your chats on the move.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

Notifications are not good. In the desktop, sometimes you receive the notification but you don't see the message until you click on the contact list or refresh the webpage. Images and files are redownloaded each time you scroll, so it is slow, and to scroll up to a conversation, it also redownloads it each time so it is slow and tedious, it doesn't have a local cache database. If you mark as read a message in your mobile app, it doesn't reflect immediately on the web and vice-versa.

On the phone app (only used Android), the problem is worse; notifications of messages you received are always there, they don't get unposted if you read the message on your desktop or even on your phone. You have to slide them out, so you finally end up with lots of notifications that are already attended, but keep them there until you delete them. The issue with the local cache explained in the desktop remains in the phone, but if you are on an unstable connection, it is slower, obviously. The app is not a native app, is a web app, so it is slow, if you have no connection, you cannot see history nor new messages or images. They have a lot to improve on the web app. Ideally, first to make it a native app.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing my business number with WhatsApp while using the same number with more than one people so our customers an vendores can all write to the same number but get attended by the correct person always. This way you avoid that agents use their personal WhastApp number and you lose tracking of everything.

Callbell offers an easy way to handle Whatsapp contact via a website or app. Their interface enables multiple users to manage conversations without access to a physical mobile.

The extra cost for Instagram direct message support

Check the costs for all the social media DM channels as well as Whatsapp - some have add-ons costs.

We needed a solution that allowed us to add Whatsapp to our website and have multiple agents in different locations manage the resulting sales enquiries.  CallBell solved that, opening up a new communication channel that our clients were demanding.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

With Callbell it is really easy to integrate your social media channels (instagram, whatsapp, telegram etc) so that people chat with you when they are on your website. The basic function is free, which I find awesome. When you want more specific functionalities such as chat inbox and a mobile app you'll have to pay a monthly fee for number of users.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

When first introducing callbell on our website we used the free version in order to get an impression of Callbell. We had some troubles and therefore we contacted their support, which took quite some time. But when you are a paying customer they are much faster. They should also pay some attention to the free customers, since they might become paying ones like us.

**What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrate a chat button, so that website visitors can easily contact us if they have any questions regarding our service. This enables us to be much faster and interactive with our customers instead of classic emails.

Callbell is a great application for my taste, it has served me quite a bit, because it has served us to do things better, because communication is a fundamental part of business growth, the application allows you to go testing the functions it has, it integrates almost perfectly with Whattsapp bussines and facebook, is a new work experience, which had never been implemented, I love how it is implementing more and more things because every time it becomes more unique.

Really Callbell to this day has not given us inconvenience or displeasure, on the contrary every time we learn new functions we get hooked more with it is incredibly fantastic and adapts to our work needs.

I recommend you to try all the platforms with which callbell has because it has many social networks that has been adding little by little, with this application you will maintain direct contact with your customers in an easier way, help companies to grow organizationally, is a privilege to have this great software.

The use we give to this software is to communicate with our customers about certain uncertainties or doubts that cause our products, Callbell is the means that connects us with social networks and our customers to maintain a perfect communication in real time and thus keep the customer satisfied, really facilitates a lot of work, I think it is one of the best.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

I love to call, it seems that when he uses it he is the closest to our customers. We use or call just for testing and even today he uses it a lot because he is very safe and easy to use.Other than that, your connection to WhatsApp doesn't allow any more clients yet, so I use this software a lot.

We love to use or call, with it is faster to do our jobs, someone can answer all the questions they ask about the whatsapp business, because we always have smartphones to use, so I have nothing critical about the program.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

I really like Callbell, because I feel that we are in total synchrony with each client that is part of us. We implemented Callbell as a trial period and since then it has remained with us, since it has comfortable and easy to use functions. In addition, its integration with WhatsApp Business guarantees us constant communication with customers and makes all the work with them develop in a way that we had not experienced. We feel we love Callbell.

We like the way to work with Callbell, because we accelerate the work process, answer any questions with customers because we integrate it perfectly with WhatsApp Business, and we communicate where we are because we always have our phone to communicate without problems.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

Being able to understand customers with Callbell is something that is priceless, the live chat through Callbel is fantastic. Having a product capable of integrating the most popular social platforms today is incredible, it allows us to be in total connection with people is a single page. We can communicate with customers through different social channels and more used, this is priceless.

It is necessary to have more functions, there are no functions such as screen sharing, which is not very good and creates a disadvantage when communicating with different channels.

At present there are many communication platforms, for this reason a product such as Callbell is necessary that allows the integration of the different platforms in one place. It is easier to communicate with customers through Callbell than through Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp individually.

This software is phenomenal, because it allows us to communicate directly and associate our main social network accounts to be able to communicate from our mobile devices, and that has helped us a lot, because we do not need to be in front of a computer. It is very intuitive and has simple options that we all learned immediately. We really like Callbell despite using the free version.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

I like that its main strength is the integration with the most current social networks at this moment, because the communication with our clients is more focused and comfortable. The technical support agents are always attentive to any concern and the best thing of all is that it is based on the cloud, so everything is lighter and more reliable. We use Callbell because it allows us a quick communication and we never leave the web to keep us informed at all times, because our mobile devices allow it.

A really useful platform, because it makes our communication very effective, since we use it to communicate directly with clients who are far away and thanks to the fact that we unify it with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business, we do it in real time. Managing it is very easy and it's free.

We adapt quickly and learn to use immediately, as it has a very intuitive interface adapted to the needs of our organization. So far we have nothing negative to say about Callbell, because we love it.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

Callbell plans are very good and economical, providing us with high-quality free plans, improved quality paid plans, and the ability to evaluate the requirements of companies to find a plan according to our specifications. In addition, Callbell is already a necessity for us because we have managed to establish a new and improved interaction with everyone since Callbell; it is a solid, effective, and simple interaction, all from a single page.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

It can be very fragile, I don't see an option that allows me to divide the main page into several parts to be able to view the WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram conversations at the same time. I think that being able to divide the screen would be a good function, and I want them to be able to incorporate it quickly.

You will have a lot of confidence and speed at the moment is to establish strategies with various social networks, with Callbell you can use many social media platforms at the same time and without spending a lot of time using them, you can manage them all from Callbell. Support with other platforms is the strong point of callbell, it is very useful and is a very intuitive product. In addition, I like how easy it is to configure with other platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook. Having a product like Callbell makes my life much easier, it helps me to have everything in one place and its configuration complications.

The customization is very basic and there is no variety of features, it does not allow me to execute functions to improve the poor visual appearance of Callbell.

Callbell allows you to be free, it helps you to have everything in one place (in Callbell), it is ideal to improve communication, it is easy to configure, it is easy to use, it has what I want most ... I recommend it and I still recommend it without hesitation.

**What do you like best about Callbell?**

Integration is Callbell's strong point. It can be integrated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, which helps us to have a better connection with customers. Although I have little time using it, I feel very satistecho with this product.

**What do you dislike about Callbell?**

The design of Callbell is not the best, I do not like the colors of the design. Also, I do not find customization features.
