This is the first full-time Sales position I've held at a company where I'm managing a full pipeline of customers; primarily residential. What I really enjoy most about utilizing the Acculynx platform is that it is intuitive to what my job entails. The capability to house photos, emails, invoices, crew instructions and conversations all in one platform makes my job MUCH easier. We have a saying at our company, "if it's not in Acculynx it didn't happen!" This is our way to make sure we are all on the same page with any one element of a job, and allows us to protect ourselves and our customers from miscommunication which can lead to a series of issues.

I have on occasion sent emails to clients or industry/networking colleagues with only the subject line of my email actually going through. This has not happened frequently enough that I believe it is a true Acculynx issue. That is also just more technical in nature and something that hasn't happened in a while. I don't believe there is anything I truly dislike about the software. There will always be new elements of the software being removed or something new introduced so there are always things you have to simply shift with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Acculynx is a platform that reinforces quick communication, and offers timely customer support to anybody who may be facing an obstacle. The recent rollout has been a bit challenging with some of the changes. We also just updated our workflow and it has several bugs that we need to work out.
