The tech support is on-point and does respond. Integration with most of our supported vendors. Job set up is easy, job properties can be easily modified to meet needs, Performance is good. Large line item jobs may see some slow loads but that's not often the case. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** charges for every add on service they offer. The Crew app should be a no cost item. Credit card process fee's is a significant hit on the profit line. The system needs a select-able credit card payment button that adds the total to the invoiced amount. Integration with Xactimate is non-existent No way to move one to the other ,, having to line item copy and paste is terrible **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a CRM it works well. The calendar integration is ok but has a cost for the company calendar to integrate to my company shared calendar. Invoicing and job costing are good. ### 2. Whenever we have a question or run into an issue, they are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. The training and learning resources are excellent as well, making it easy for our team to learn the system and continue getting the most out of it. Overall, AccuLynx has been a valuable tool for keeping our business organized, efficient, and on track. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** One area we feel could be improved is the cost associated with additional features and add-ons. While AccuLynx offers a great range of tools, the additional costs can add up quickly when trying to take advantage of more of the platform’s features. Our process flow was made to fit into acculynx instead of the other way around. There should be more customization on the process flow for jobs, especially insurance jobs that are technically approved, but they have to sit on prospect status until we have a signed contract. It shouldn't be like this. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's keeping us organized, which in turn helps cut down on workload. This includes subcontractor logins, integrations, and other features that are really critical to running your business smoothly. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we were using a standalone system that didn't have an app capability for our team. The system works nicely and support is always easy to get ahold of with any issues that may arise. Pricing for the system is competitive with our systems out there. We are integrated with a few different companies through the system and we never have any issues with those working through accuylnx. Overall I would say the performance of the system is great. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** There is not much that I dislike about acculynx, one of the things I wish they would add or fix is having the calendar be able to sync with all of the locations within the system. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves a lot of the communication problems as we make sure notes are saved in each job on the system so anyone can look at a job and know what is going on. ### 6. Photos have a great feature where you can create a PDF file of photos requested and generate a report for client as well. Easy to use and train new hires on as well. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** I dislike when Acculynx wants to change certain features that work amazingly (example - Messages Tab is trying to be transitioned to Communications tab which is not as easy to go thru and organize information). Also can be a bit pricey depending on how many users you have and integrations needed. Wish it had more integrations for our restoration part of the business such as with Xactimate/Xactanalysis to help streamline that process a bit more though I know this is designed for roofing primarily. Also we set ours up differently than most with multiple "locations" for our repairs, replacements, & restoration jobs so they are easier to run reports & keep separate types of jobs apart. It would be amazing if we could connect all the "locations" and jobs on those so we can easily see all of them for a client no matter the location chosen. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acculynx gives us a great place to manage our clients and their jobs. Without the CRM, and its integration, UI, and performance abilities, we would not be able to operate and function as a sustaining business. The milestone guidelines provide a clear and robust structure system to your business, even if there isn't one in place internally. The price behind the product stands well, and the immediate support and help definitely make this CRM stand out from its competitors. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** There aren't too many things to dislike about the service itself. I would like to see more AI integration in the near future as these capabilities are less than none on the basic package. I would say the most distasteful thing about AccuLynx is the amount of integrations with price tags that are offered. Reports Plus seems to be a great addition to building and generating reports, but I find it hard to equate the price with the product or service added. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** AccuLynx helps us solve "where are we" in the process of various projects. It's great to be able to go back and find information quickly. The initial setup was very easy; all I had to do was create a username and password, and I was right in. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** Sometimes the pictures don't load very easily, which can be tough when I want to show a customer something and the picture won't load. I don’t have to rely on separate software for those tasks, which makes things much simpler. I also like the photo editing software, since it’s handy to have that included in the same place. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** I don’t like that you can only view one location at a time. Even when I’m using two screens, I can’t view files in two separate locations simultaneously. Also, if I create a new location, the settings from the previous location don’t carry over to the new one. I’m also not happy that the “Messages” function was removed. On top of that, Acculynx doesn’t use the same keystrokes as other programs. For example, when I hit backspace, the cursor jumps to the first letter in the sentence instead of just moving back one space. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acculynx won't solve any of my problems. It’s easy to use, the interface is straightforward, and it integrates well with the other tools we use. It’s saved us a lot of time on admin work and makes it way easier to keep track of jobs as we grow. A lot of features I feel should already be included require expensive add-ons, and the overall cost is pretty high compared to other software options. The layout feels streamlined and well organized, so I’m not wasting time on the platform when I’m trying to accomplish a specific goal. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** Truthfully, the only thing I do not like outright is the "communications" tab. This may be due to the fact that I am used to the "messages" platform and simply have a preference to stick with what I am accustomed to. It integrates with supplier pricing which saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** - Expensive. Especially when you want more than just the base package. QuickBooks should be included at minimum along with the production calendar which isn't even very great. It's functional at best. Sales calendar is hard to access. So for someone that's running a company themselves for the most part, it's a little difficult to do everything. I have to have 2 users to accommodate the idiosyncrasies which now is causing a problem as we grow and need to add users but it's going to cost more once we get above 3. We use Acculynx to keep track of our clients and the day to day interactions - the use of the product is very simple. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** Acculynx is competitive in pricing but we have found that it is more expensive than others. However, you have to take into account what all you get for that price. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acculynx is an all in one system. Where we were having to use multiple companies to receive payments, we can now accept payments through Acculynx and cut down on our time and expenses. ### 19. It helps track material orders and labor orders efficiently. Assigning POs or job numbers for purchasing orders is really convenient. This way, when I order materials or assign crews to certain jobs, they can easily reference the job number, making it seamless for accounting and everyone else to know which job is what. The ability to track is great because before AccuLynx, it was tough to know where money was going with turned-in bills not clearly linked to jobs. AccuLynx simplifies this with its tracking features. I also find the photo album feature useful since it keeps all job-related photos easily accessible, preventing them from being lost and allowing us to track job progress effectively. Lastly, I appreciate the live pricing feature with supplier links, which allows us to build estimates confidently without constantly bugging sales reps for prices. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** The mobile app is terrible. It's frustrating because you have to have almost full 5G service for the photos to upload and save. When you're in a spotty service area, you can't get anything to load or save, and you end up having to find better service later. Also, the app could benefit from having the production calendar available. Not being able to access the scheduler calendar on the app when I'm in the field slows me down significantly. The automation features are pretty helpful, especially for sending update emails and managing warranty information, because they remove a human step from the process. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** I find that AccuLynx could improve when it comes to bathroom estimates.
