Super easy proposal, invoice and contract creation through customizable or uploaded templates. Also easy payment collection for all of my invoices and services.

A few more customization options for events would be great, but a very minor issue.

The best thing I like about HoneyBook is that it helps me keep everything in one place.

Such as my contracts, payments, and communication between me and my clients in one place.

There are not a lot of things I dislike just some things that need improvement,

**What do you like best about HoneyBook?**

Sends automatic payment reminders to customers. You can reuse your most recent proposals as templates for new proposals and you can keep all of your communication with your clients in one place in Honey Book instead of using a regular email platform where there might be multiple threads which makes it harder to keep track of things and find important emails when you need them.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

You can only have one type of scheduling link. For me, I meet with clients for different reasons so it would be nice to have separate sessions or some way to customize the calendar notes for different occasions.

I have been using honeybook for a few years and I must say that I am very pleased. To see the updates that have occurred has been perk as well. I used to have to send individual invoices, separate payment options. Separate emails. The list goes on and on. My business has run more seamless because of honeybook. I would have to say they have contributed to me having more business of the easy process for my clients.

It's not a dislike just I have to take out a lot of time to learn the updates and the entire system.

I love that honeybook automates my reoccurring clients invoice. And that myself and my client can sign contracts within the system

I am absolutely LOVING beta Finance! That is going to be a game changer. And have loved everything else too. HB is great! I am a photographer. I was with Iris for 3 years before I was with 17 hats for 4 years and then I switched to Honeybook 3 years ago now and love it. 10/10!

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

Absolutely nothing :) I love HB! Finance beta is great so far. I love the new templates! Great job. Nothing to note :)

All of my problems :) I use the finance beta, scheduling, invoicing, CRM, email templates, etc... and it saves me so much time and so much money in subscriptions to other platforms because I can do everything right in HB.

Honeybook makes running a business the slickest, easiest thing to do! From templates galore to a simple few clicks to getting paid, it's a godsend for sure! Hands down the easiest app to use for running a professional and efficient business.

Nothing, honestly. If there were pre-made email templates, that'd make it even better but the resources given are so useful and easy to use, there truly is nothing to dislike!

Being able to run my business on the go through an app. I don't have to hassle with my laptop..just a few clicks and my clients are taken care of and my bank account is chachinging!!

**What do you like best about HoneyBook?**

Honeybook has made it easier for me to manage my wedding photography business from the first inquiry. My favorite features are the ability to send contracts, have clients make payments online, and create templates for everything in my business.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

Right now, the limitations on workflow automations. It is very basic and I would prefer they implement a system with if-then logic to provide more opportunities. As it currently functions in my business, I can hardly use automations beyond an inquiry autoresponder.

Sending contracts and getting signatures, sending and getting paid on invoices, managing my E2E workflows with clients. These are all things saving time and mental energy in my business.

When set up properly, HoneyBook keeps my business running smooth! One place for all the costumer connections! The best thing is they continue to improve and make more opportunities to customize your clients experience!

HoneyBook is a little behind when it comes to CRMs. There are still some systems of customizations that are not available yet. Also, getting help requires that you hire a HoneyBook pro... I wish this service was included in a membership.

HoneyBook is solving the problem of see less booking experience for me. The automations to help ensure inquires and clients don't fall through the crack, give my business the best opportunity to give excellent service.

I love the simplicity and ease of Honeybook. It's filled with a number of high level features but doesn't feel overwhelming to use. Truly a lifesaver for my business!

Sometimes I can feel pigeonholed because of the simplicity of the platform. I wish it could do higher level automations but know too that they are always actively working to improve the platform.

Definitely the ease of sending documents to my clients and onboarding them into my business services. I love too that I can easily schedule calls, communicate back and forth, and that they have a portal they can access too.

HoneyBook keeps me on track! Being able to take a client from a proposal/idea to a contract and recurring invoice helps speed up my onboarding and allows me to focus on executing my best work.

If I send a smart file to my contact, they can't forward it to another contact in their office (e.g., an accountant or resource manager) for approval or payment.

I despise tracking hours. HoneyBook makes it simple to do and turn into an invoice. I'm more productive, can handle onboarding faster, and have a better sense of how much money I'm generating.

Could be a little more user friendly. I know they have plans where you can pay more for assistance setting up but definitely have to learn the system to make sure  you're getting the best out of it!

The templates, automations and general workflow in Honeybook is easy to use and saves me time. The phone app is also well designed. I enjoy the customization options Honebook offers compared to other software.

The main issue I've heard is that my clients don't love the user experience with Honeybook. Additionally, I'd like to see more reports and analytics to help me improve my business.

I like how it makes things pretty streamlined and professional.  I like that they've made so many changes and try their best to listen to the professionals who use it.

I wish it wasn't so expensive. I like the service, but I feel that the annual cost is pretty steep. There are several improvements the company could consider to lower costs.

For me, HoneyBook helps me solve the question of where to send my clients to find their paperwork, payment info, etc. I like that there's one place for everything for them.

I enjoy the convenience of me being able to streamline my processes as well as utilize the digital signature.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

I dislike not being able to receive a payment at the end once someone schedules a consultation with me through the scheduling calendar. This would have a great deal as it would account for clients who do not show up and I have already a lot at that time.

It is helping with capturing the client signature and other acknowledgments. Also, it helps with the reminders of payments due.

This is a great general CRM. It has almost everything you need to start creating a professional appearance for your business. I also love that they have an appointment scheduling feature built in and the price is very affordable.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

I don't like that it gives a lot of new/small business owners the idea that the sample contracts they include are solid. It's nice that they are included; however, using this as a selling feature isn't fair to newer business owners that don't know what they need regarding legal.

I used HoneyBook as a CRM. It kept each of my bookings organized.

**What do you like best about HoneyBook?**

Custom automations, COMPLETE customization ability (custom fonts, branding, page layout, etc.), creative freedom to format everything just the way I want it, all docs are mobile-optimized, client portal for all clients, ability to see if client opened email, automatic reminders, 2-factor verification option for sending files to clients, ability to track time, ability to create contracts, quotes, invoices, and quizzes all in one place. Oh and i love the multi-page invoices and the ability for my clients to pay straight through the invoice. Their processing fees are also very reasonable and it's very intuitive to set up

there are sooooo many more features that I love about honeybook - it's impossible to list them all.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

The only thing I could suggest is adding the option to sort files in "my library"  by tags and folders. That's it!

Sending quotes/proposals/invoices/service menu to clients, tracking business income, integrating with Quickbooks to keep my finances in check, truly customized files to express my creativity through branding, keeping track of all clients/projects, looking very professional

It is almost perfect! Especially the ability to do beautiful proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment flows. It provides a very professional first impression with your customers

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

I wish you would embrace standards in the workplace: No team that I know will use your portal for communication, mostly it happens in Slack. Integration, please?

Better design variables on forms (so to match the websites it is embedded on). Better ability to make a random partial amount payment to any invoice (it happens). Customization of Invoice numbers. Better integration to QuickBooks (Main item description disappears, only items flow). A better architecture of Packages of other Packages, etc. It is almost there.

A modular presentation of proposals, offerings, and an "a la carte" menu of options. Proposals especially look super professional and become interactive, actionable devices for client engagement.

I can easily see what point I am in my process with my clients. It is so easy to forget if you've sent a client something, which helps me keep track of that. I also really like that I can take payments easily.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

I've had emails get lost to a client before, but it was a while back and seems to have been fixed. When I reached out about the issue, they immediately resolved it.

I can see what I've sent my clients, including questionnaires, invoices & contracts. It's helpful to have all of this in one place. The templates alone have saved me a lot of time.

I can't tell you how much I adore Honeybook. I've used it since day one of my business and it has allowed me to save time and create a flawless client experience!

The two-factor for clients can be confusing. Also, If you pay an invoice and are already a part of honeybook sometimes it won't let you in.

One thing I like about HoneyBook is its user-friendly interface which makes it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the fact that it has helped me triple my bookings and save multiple hours a day, which has led to increased productivity and growth for my business.

one problem I encountered was with the payment processing. Sometimes, the payment processing would take longer than expected, which led to delayed payments. This was quite frustrating, especially when I had deadlines to meet.

I have been using HoneyBook for a while now and I must say it has really helped me manage my business efficiently. I love the fact that it automates all my busy work and helps me stay on top of all my to-dos, thus saving me time and money. It's like having my own personal assistant!

I really like how simple it is to send invoices to my clients and it really helps me keep track of the process that each client is in so I know exactly what stage we are what we are working on for that client and if I need to send out any updates or anything like that? It also is extremely helpful for leads if I get a new lead edit remind me to follow up with them and be more likely to land the client so overall it's a very great experience

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

My only dislike is the high fees for using the invoicing system for payments, and how long it takes to receive the payment and then they also charge you if you want to get your money instantly which the whole point I switch from PayPal invoicing was for a little cheaper fees, which was a little bit left in a 0.8% cheaper I believe but then if you want your money instantly like how PayPal gives it to you instantly they charge an extra one percent or 1.5% or something like that which end up costing more than PayPal to give the exact same service and speed. Of course HoneyBook invoicing looks way more professional and better and has a more pleasant experience for the clients, but when it comes to cost effectiveness, it's not really that much cheaper than using PayPal for smaller companies so it is something I do dislike and I wish that they would change this for smaller companies At least , because it feels like you're being strong-arms into paying really high fees if you need the money fast.

Oh they're helping you keep track of your clients a lot more land more clients by converting your leads into actual clients, but these are things that are able to be solved by multiple different platforms maybe even cheaper I'm not sure but it is very helpful overall it's been a pleasant experience. I really do like using them. I do wish it was just a little cheaper for smaller companies, but is the benefits outweighs all of the drawbacks, so I do like all of the things that they are helping me with

I love how easy it is to manage a client throughout their entire project. I love that contracts are included and much of the process can be automated. I can do pretty much anything with HB, even look for someone to hire for a job in the Opportunities area.

A lot of my client emails go to their spam folder. I also wish customization was better. I don't like the way my emails look and I've gone back to using my old system for client communication, which is unfortunate to have it in a different place.

If I do have to pick something I dislike about HoneyBook, it would be the additional fees for processing payments. I understand most services add this on, but a smaller percentage would be so nice! I would also like to customize my branding a little more in certain areas.

I've not found anything that I like about HoneyBook.

**What do you dislike about HoneyBook?**

Where to begin. From the get-go, they promise the sun, moon, and stars but fail to deliver. It is evident they outsource their work to non-native English speakers who don't understand syntax and grammar. Something as simple as the FAA, and the person who created my forms put, Faa. My contracts contain superscript, and the person who transcribed my information hadn't a clue what was going on when they created my forms. This is simply unacceptable. 

Forget trying to speak to a live customer service rep--that is not going to happen.

Also, some of their forms contain uneditable information.

Last but not least, I dislike that there is not a lot of helpful videos on Youtube; and if you want in-depth help, you can do so but will be required to pay $1000+ for that opportunity with HoneyBook ambassadors. That's really shady IMHO.

I have received ZERO benefit from HoneyBook; and it has caused me more problems now that I have to research (yet again) for a CRM that is easy to set up and use.

Great layouts, easy to understand workflows and accessible chat with team members who are helpful are some of the best parts of Honeybook CRM! Easy to use to get e-sign contracts and invoices paid, too!

The reporting features lack a lot of the vital info we need as a business who is growing, so we have to calculate our metrics by hand using Excel as a tracking tool for close rates, inquiry reports, etc.

We were looking for an easy to use CRM that included e-sign and invoicing along with scheduling and HoneyBook fit the bill perfectly! They are constantly growing and trying to be the best they can be for their customers.
