It has been very useful, especially because it is simple to use, intuitive, and helps make processes faster and more organised. E-goi has been helpful for managing communications more efficiently, saving time, and keeping campaigns structured and professional.

**What do you like best about E-goi?**

As a Humanitarian Association, our experience with E-goi has been extremely positive.

The fact that we were able to join the platform for free was, from the start, a great advantage. For an association like ours, where every resource counts, having access to a professional tool at no cost allowed us to significantly improve the way we communicate with our members and the community.

We especially highlight:

Ease of use - The platform is intuitive and simple to use, even for those without training in digital marketing.

Effective communication with members - We can send newsletters, notices, statements, and campaigns in an organized and professional manner.

Contact segmentation - We can organize our database (members, volunteers, partners, etc.) and tailor the message to each group.

At times, the platform may seem a bit complex or with too many features. The initial learning curve may require some time to explore the full potential of the tool.

As a Humanitarian Association that recently started using E-goi, the platform is helping us solve various challenges, especially in terms of organization and communication. Previously, the information was more scattered and contact management was less structured; now we can centralize the database, segment members, volunteers, and partners, and send clear and timely communications about activities, calls, and campaigns. Furthermore, it allows us to reach the community more quickly when necessary and reinforce a more professional, transparent image aligned with our humanitarian mission.

**What do you like best about E-goi?**

We’ve been using E-goi extensively for our email marketing campaigns, sending a high volume of emails regularly. Overall, our experience has been very positive.

At one point, our account was temporarily blocked without a clear reason, which was challenging for us. However, after working with their team, we were reinstated and able to resume our operations. We’re happy to have continued the partnership.

The platform itself is very user-friendly, with simple and intuitive features that make campaign creation and management easy—even when handling large volumes.

**What do you like best about E-goi?**

I really like how E-goi helps me communicate easily and quickly with my patients and clients. I find it interesting to be able to start small and gradually grow. The platform is collaborative and experienced, and I find the reports on clicks, image openings, and offers useful. This is very interesting, especially for someone like me who works alone, as it is a great help in communication.

**What do you dislike about E-goi?**

For those who are starting, E-goi can be a bit more complicated, although I don't think it's a very difficult platform to work with. Perhaps the expansion and reading of contacts could be improved. It would be interesting to have direct support from someone to help in this initial phase. Furthermore, the initial setup process is being a bit complicated, and I am considering asking for technical support to set up the first customer list.

**What do you like best about E-goi?**

I use E-goi to contact followers and update them about our institution's projects effectively. The tool allows sending large quantities of personalized messages in a secure environment without compromising the server. I think E-goi works very well. I appreciate the amount of support information available and the variety of channels we can use to reach followers, such as email (which, although old, is still important), SMS, and WhatsApp. These channels are essential for communicating with audiences that do not value email as much. Additionally, the experience of setting up the tool was quick, and for these reasons, I would recommend E-goi to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about E-goi?**

Although it is a very relevant tool, it could improve a lot in the design/UX of the platform. It is not as attractive as some existing alternatives. The entire work interface could be changed. E-goi seems to be designed by a software engineer, where the focus is mainly on functionality and not on appearance.

I use E-goi to send large quantities of personalized messages securely. It offers many support features and various channel options, such as SMS and WhatsApp, in addition to email, to maintain effective contact with different audiences.

I like the fact that the platform gives the user the possibility to have the initial experience at no cost and learn more about the product. The ways to increase benefits through instructions is also something interesting. One of the biggest advantages is that the free plan allows up to 5,001 contacts and about 15,000 sends per month, which is more generous than many competing tools.

User friendly. In Portuguese. European company. It's easy to talk to someone when I am in need of help, by the chat but also by phone if necessary. I've tried it, when I asked for a document with the RGPD of the company and they send me the document.

The limitation with the price, but it doesn't mean it's not worth it, rather the limitation of some NGOs, makes it difficult for us to use it.

I like that E-goi is free. I also value the creation of newsletters and the use of tags for segmentation because it facilitates organization and mass communication. These features are part of our tasks, and E-goi provides these tools.

The platform is very confusing, the support links do not explain well, the advertising is dubious and misleading. The initial installation was easy, but not intuitive at all, and I lost some time with it.

**What do you like best about E-goi?**

I use E-goi for lead collection in a furniture brand and I like the notification feature whenever someone fills out one of the forms. It was quite simple to integrate, as I only needed the website's IT person to handle the integration.

**What do you dislike about E-goi?**

The site is not very intuitive and confusing for those who are not in the marketing field. It should be better structured and have a clear path on how to complete the various steps. Additionally, it should allow for the permanent deletion of contacts, something I have not yet found.

Some parts of the interface may not be intuitive at a first glance, such as scheduling a campaign (we though we did it, but then we realized there were a few steps missing). But once you get used to it, it's straightforward.

Best cost/benefit and the fact of having multiple channels to communicate with my clients.

I like the newsletters on E-goi because they allow for standardizing the sending process. The API integration with my site was a positive experience, and I found the initial setup easy to perform.

I love how easy it is to actually build up the automations;
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE their customer support. It's efficient and fast;
Their "onboarding" process when new people from our company start using it is very fast and reliable. They have video tutorials that clearly shows how to use their automations properly.

**What do you dislike about E-goi?**

Compared to other major tools (such as MailChimp and Hubspot), some functionalities are limited when it comes to integrations to other inbound area (however, their customer support are always willing to create adapted solutions for our company when we need them to!)

We can create automations which leads up on us saving time in manual tasks;
