**What do you like best about Pronto?**

ALWAYS quick turnaround times, friendly support, and always so proactive. I also love how a quick email to support is all it takes to get something taken care of. I love how it integrates with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I honestly can't think of one dislike..seriously!

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that stands out is how proactive they are. For example, I recently asked for an update to our Employee of the Quarter voting page to change the names. Matt handled it right away, but what impressed me was that he also went a step further and organized everything alphabetically without me even asking. It made the page look a lot cleaner and more professional.

Little things like that really add up and show they pay attention to detail, not just the basic request.

Overall, it’s been a smooth experience. They’re reliable, efficient, and just easy to work with.

I love that you can create multiple groups with your team members, and that we can all chat within them to get things done effectively and on time.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I wish there were a feature that let you call the person directly.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, Pronto is helping us set up the right groups so we can communicate with each other and with everyone at the same time. This is useful when we need to reach our techs out in the field.

Because of the number of features ,I was able to assign task to my  customer support team and they were so easy to understand.

we used the application frequency that we had to pay a subscription to use it.

The way list of announcement are organized, the more you have they got lost in and you are unable to read old announcement even though they still important.

The app on the phone is easy to use and allows me to create different chat groups depending on the projects and the instant alerts for every message is geat.

I did not find a feature that wasn't great. I can easily contact employees when needed.

Easy to post important files, updates and mention on channels and very secure for chat communication at the workplace.

Chat threading is very effective, the search capability is very slick and the option to save a message for quick find later is great.

I really don't have any issues regarding Pronto since so far it's really good.

Centralization of file exchanges, exchange of ideas between colleagues and creation of groups and teams, very nice.

Using the app we can interact with the teachers and clear our doubts instantly through chat, video calls and we can stream the lectures from the renowned teachers

app seems to be buggy a few times, needs more updates so that we can run the same hassle-free and minor bug fixes required to make it the best for communication

Pronto makes internal communication more accessible and helps us work as a team better. Additionally, with Pronto we are able to create forms and surveys in which we can then analyze the responses.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

It's difficult to use on a computer, and it is a costly additional expense; other than that, it works great for our business environment.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a similar feature to Slack, allowing users to assign groups to collaborate with. Sometimes the software is a little glitchy on the phone, I don't know why this is.

Easy to use and install, the best for staying connected. I like being able to receive and provide information in an instant. A super effective application to keep you connected.

That sometimes it closes on its own when you want to start, I hope that over time I can fix or modify it, but I like how easy it is to use.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

It helps us create forms and surveys, and it also helps us analyze the responses we get. Wherever we are, they humanize teamwork and bring people together. Through a company that is aware of organizational requirements, the business provides great customer service.

A improved user interface (UI) for survey response analysis is available with Pronto. Bar graphs and pie charts are good examples of enhanced graphics that might be used to make the data easier to understand.

Pronto makes it incredibly simple for us to obtain everyone's viewpoint. Additionally, it aids in the analysis of the many responses to the surveys that we do. It helps us save time and effort.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

Pronto is the only mobile-first communication platform that fosters connection and engagement. It assists us in creating forms and surveys as well as analysing the responses we receive. They bring teams together with a human touch, no matter where we are.

Pronto can provide a better UI for analyzing the response to surveys. It can have better visuals so that the results can be easily interpreted such as bar graphs and pie charts.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

Pronto has helped our small non-profit organization streamline its communication/conferencing needs in one incredible platform that provides simple messaging efficacy and connection within our community. The company offers excellent customer service through a company liaison who is attentive to organizational needs. It has been great utilizing its service.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

The service does not currently allow for the external sharing of media files to social media platforms which might be an added benefit for organizations with social media accounts. However, it is very responsive to clients sharing ideas about how its service can better serve its clients.

Pronto allows our organization to communicate within our community on one platform through messaging and video conferencing. As a non-profit, it enables us to work on projects together with streamlined communication.

Super easy to use, you can figure everything out super quick. It's fun to use for sports teams communications and file sharing. It's better looking than its competitors.

There is not much to dislike, they've designed the app strategically so it leaves little uncovered. I don't know what would make it better but I'm sure they will continue to add great features.

Definitely check it out- I find it's more user friendly than other similar apps.

When the Pandemic hit Pronto became our life saver. The ease of use for our students was hands down the best and easiest technology we implemented. Pronto continues to be the best purchase we have made in two years!

Nothing- It is so intuitive that our students and faculty could use it even before we offered training.

**Recommendations to others considering Pronto:**

Pronto is so easy to use and our faculty and students love it. Our non-tech faculty are able to use it with ease.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant communication. Students reach out any time, all the time, and faculty are answering. It is saving faculty so much time answering emails over and over. They can send a quick message to their entire class and answer a question that previously had to were being answered multiple times.
I love being able to post system-wide announcements.

It is intuitive: Students can learn how to use it easily. 
It humanizes the remote & online environments, which invites & motivates students to participate.

On-boarding faculty and students is an easy process, due, in part, to the user-friendly interface and the excellent service from the Pronto support team.

Updating courses from term to term requires additional steps from faculty.

Pronto is FAST, EASY, and FUN. I am able to quickly and effectively connect with my community without excessive logins or invitations. Everyone has access!

Sometimes Pronto can be glitchy on my phone. It is easier (for me) to access on my computer. But I have an old phone, so this might just be me.

Pronto allows me to CREATE COMMUNITY in my online classes. Students have FAST, EASY, and CONSISTENT access to me. And it is super fast and easy for me to respond.

Very easy to use in the work environment with very minimal training. The app needs less storage to run in the system. The layout is clean and neat. You can access it across multiple platforms.

Updates in a systematic manner. Sometimes there is no proper sync between the history of the messages from one platform to another. Frequent updates can solve it.

What I like the best about using the Pronto app is that you can communicate very effectively with others. Also it's very easy to navigate and the use of the app is great!

When students private message the teacher sometimes the teacher doesn't get the message. I think it's because sometimes the teacher doesn't notice it because they don't get notified.

The problem that Pronto helps me solve is messaging my students and they can join my video chat room very easily. When ever I want to hold a online meeting all my students can log on.

1. User-friendly app with a good interface.
2. Communication is very effective using the Pronto app.

Nothing as such dislike in this app.  Only one thing, sometimes, sign out happens automatically.
This app is user-friendly and helps with effective communication. Hence recommend using the same.

The communication gap is not a problem due to Pronto. Effective communication is ensured.
One can easily use the app without initial training for using this app. Hence time and cost are saved.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

The overall ease of use and the integration with the Canvas LMS are fantastic. The translation feature is also especially valuable at an institution like El Camino which is an HSI with many students for whom English is a second language. My faculty who love Pronto don't know what they would do without it.  From my perspective, having a platform that provides for social and peer-to-peer learning online hasn't just been essential for navigating COVID, but is a core aspect of providing a modern technology facilitated learning experience.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

Not all faculty are ready for social learning to support their classes. Since the integration is campus-wide, that can definitely be a challenge. However, it's a worthwhile trade-off, and this is fundamentally true for any new technology that you bring into an organization like a community college where not all users are tech savvy.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pronto allows our campus community to connect virtually. It's especially important for facilitating opportunities for students to connect with one another around their courses. Some faculty also use it to communicate with their students, and we're working to bring Pronto into the flow for Student Services needs as well.

I like that Pronto supports the classroom community. Students learn each other's names and work together more efficiently. It really supports collaboration.

For programs that are hybrid or online, this is building classroom community that otherwise would be much hard to establish without Pronto.

It slows down access to the whole Canvas instance because it has to load.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

I love the usability. The interface is clean, and the messaging features are easy to use. Moreover, having students grouped by class is super helpful. There is a logical flow to Pronto, and I haven't had anyone say they don't know how to use it. Plus, the app makes it very convenient when on the go; no longer do students and colleagues have to call me. They can Pronto-me!

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I could use some more reporting features, but I know more robust reporting will eventually come. The Pronto team has always been very responsive to needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Pronto:**

Use the Report a Bug feature when something isn't working correctly. That is the best way to get an issue handled.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the communication gap. Even though we tell students to check their emails, they don't always do that. With Pronto, the notification goes to their phones, and they always have their phones. Plus, students are used to using mobile apps, and they will quickly reach out to an instructor to get a question answered. The ability to get help quickly enables students to complete work on time and with better quality.

I like the layout, and the ability to see who has seen a message and who has responded to it.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I think they're working on a search function, but it's not completed yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Pronto:**

Just do it. Our employees used to use a different app for in-house communication. We were worried about losing functionality, and procrastinated a little bit. We shouldn't have. The roll-out was super easy, zero issues that weren't resolved quickly.

People were missing messages from leadership, and because of how tasks can be set in pronto, that's not happening as much!

The functionality of Pronto is what got us to switch over to them from our previous platform. The ability to have different levels of visibility is essential in a large organization.

There needs to be a search bar in the platform to search for any previous conversations.

Stop using multiple different platforms for communication and make the switch to Pronto.

The problems we are solving are: lack of internal communication, ease of internal communication, and multiple platform fatigue. 
We have realized that simple is better.

Highly intuitive software, basically a turn-key operation, easy to navigate, easy to use, and very versatile with video, chat, and voice features! Powerful tool for connecting employees and clients, as well!

It's very hard to dislike anything about PRONTO, but certainly, the cost per user can be cause for hesitation, but in the long term, it's a good investment.

This is an all-in-one platform that works well across many operating systems, including mobile operating systems such as Apple and Android.  Also, works well across multiple browsers, including Safari.

We had so many people using free apps. I'm so glad we can be inside our LMS for communication.

I love the easy access and being able to send messages in a quick way. It makes my work easier, and I like to have it all in one app.

I dislike that there aren't group options for messaging. Otherwise, no complaints.

I am able to have conversations in one place when it comes to sales. Also, discussing things with my partners and other employees is easy to do.

Excellent announcement feature, easy new user setup, clean UI, in-line replies, dms, and tasks. All very helpful for my business!

Its an awesome and very helpful app to keep in touch with our team members with their respected tasks.  Its very simple to use has many features such as communication + task assigning and managing separate groups with teams.

Could not find anything on disliking the app but sometimes login fails due to network issues, not because of the app I think.

Mainly team communication and to monitor and assign tasks and to see their progress . To connect with a member of the team if they don't follow the deadlines and to find that reason. Also it has ability to share documents and files that also benefited us.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

Pronto is an amazing tool that allows you to leverage instant, real-time communication with students without having to worry about sacrificing your personal information. The platform provides a wealth of tools from live video streaming to chat groups. I can't think of another communication platform that I would rather use to communicate with students. Also, we have it integrated into our LMS and it is seamless.

I wish that there was something that I honestly disliked so I could list it here.

If you are looking for a simple and robust communication tool for you and your students, this is definitely the one that you want!

I have solved a massive communication problem, especially with the events that happened in March of 2020. I didn't realize how much instant communication was beneficial for students.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

Pronto offers the most professional business communication services with intriguing features and high end services. It is one of the most user-friendly tool with easy accessibility. We can easily keep a track of all the live orders and customized requirements. It has maintained for itself quite a reputation  among the top ranked communication tools. 
As for me, it has already made my professional life more smoother and easier to handle. I am at ease to communicate with the live chats instantly and with more feasibility.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

Although I haven't used this tool for quite a long time but with enough experience of 6-8 months, I have acquired much knowledge about it. It's quite adaptive but not too much advance to handle multiple processes at a time. So they need to make some classic upgrades in it. 
It's quite a sophisticated tool with lots of improvements yet to be done. It is surely a well established tool which can be improved a lot after inputting some more efforts into it.

We implemented this tool in order to improve our communication in our organization. We always have to share updates and important messages to stay organized and functional and pronto plays a major role in it. We customized it the way we want it to be and have made it an important part of our professional sets of tools.
