What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that stands out is how proactive they are. For example, I recently asked for an update to our Employee of the Quarter voting page to change the names. Matt handled it right away, but what impressed me was that he also went a step further and organized everything alphabetically without me even asking. It made the page look a lot cleaner and more professional.
Little things like that really add up and show they pay attention to detail, not just the basic request.
