The ideas that they are comgin with to add AI to help creation of emails or content is amazing. You can now even train your own AI chatbot. I needed multiple apps to cover all of this before. Now vbout achieves it all and when I do need to connect to other apps, like Zoom the API works easily via Zapier or Pabbly. **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** It took a while to change mindset from seprate lists to one big database with list tags. But it does make more sense. **What problems is VBOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?** it makes creating landing pages, subscription and registration to webinars or event easy. All the followup and reminder emails can be automated and you can also setup triggers to tag and act on sers visiting your website or other actions. This allows me to run events on zoom and provide a much more feature rich and smooth experience than the basic Zoom. It even works better and gives me more options than using Zoom Events. ### 7. The ability to build our own systems and then share them with our clients is also one of th emost time saving and valuable features outside the already fine tuned engined they have built. **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** My only issue with VBOUT and it could be my own, is the lack of 2-way sms messaging. I am currently using a 3rd party mobile app though to handle that part directly from Twilio which isn't a bad workaround. I get the platform doesn't really have an inbox feature and maybe that's not what it's for. **What problems is VBOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?** VBOUT is letting me have full control, visually and physically over my automations and work flow. It covered the bases on all the key points we need on email marketing, visual automation, social media marketing and landing page creation. With so many more features bundled together all at an affordable cost. On the agency plan, it allowed us to easily toggle between our client's accounts to help them when needed or work on the accounts when we have to. So it is a great all-in-one solution for the price. **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** There have been some hick-ups with the solution, but all minor. But I wish they would improve the landing page and email page interface. It works better than most. Previously I needed to duct tape quite a few solutions together to achieve what I can do with VBOUT. So for this reason alone, I think this tool is probably one of the best in my arsenal! **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** As great as VBOUT is, it's not perfect. Because it is an all-in-one solution, it is natural to expect that it does not excel in every area it covers. The weakest link here is the landing pages. The page builder is pretty bad and the UI itself overall is not the slickest. However, from what I understand, both are on the roadmap to be improved! **What problems is VBOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a better way of targeting my audience to deliver emails or pop-ups that could be triggered once certain conditions were met.
