I use InvestNext for investor distributions, raising money, and communicating with investors. It is extremely user-friendly and has a really nice UI. I think it serves the purpose in the best possible way. The customer service is also the best, and the initial setup was really easy. I think if they can add more functionality in terms of financial analysis like being able to see all distribution up to date in flow charts or graphs form and also provide insights on which projects are high performing and which are low performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using InvestNext for approximately five months to help track all the information related to our investment club. I appreciate how InvestNext allows us to pass information to our investors by tracking each individual project and showcasing their capital amount for each project. This streamlines communication with our investors, making it efficient and reliable. The feature to do tax forms, such as W-9s, and pass other important information through the portal without having to email every single person individually is extremely helpful and has simplified our processes greatly. I find the dashboard incredibly useful as it allows people to see their current balance, their investment balance, and the projects we’re working on with just a few clicks, significantly reducing the number of email communications we need to send. Also, the access to expertise when needed has been excellent. Even when our main contact went on maternity leave, we were quickly handed off to another individual who was just as helpful. This level of customer support and the overall value offered by InvestNext, considering both capabilities and cost, have been instrumental in making it a preferred choice. All project related information in one spot easy to understand and visualize for someone who doesnot have a finance background is a great win for any REIT. Plus the ability to share the same set of data between joint owners and their accountants. Now I dont have to answer multiple emails they can easily all the data from the portal themselves. Had great customer support during the initial installation phase which was great. Our team has been using InvestNext since the beginning of our investment portfolio. Our investors love the interface and the fact that they can see all of their distributions, communications, financials, and more in just one place. We probably have not used all the bells and whistles of the program, but what we have used has made our team look very professional and on top of things. The best part of the platform is that it handles the distributions perfectly. Customer support is pretty great. InvestNext can be clunky at times. The email platform, for instance, is a bit frutsrating to use because formatting emails does not happen easily. It's like an old HTML platform. I wished that the email and update platform would be more like MailChimp. I also wish that I could have a personal point person at the organization to help me grow in my use of the platform specifically for my company. There’s very little I dislike about InvestNext. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that some advanced features could benefit from more detailed guidance or tutorials for new users. However, the platform remains highly efficient and reliable overall."

We have two different companies and two different portals. I thought the onboarding process was very straight forward and easy. Customer Support was very responsive and I liked the weekly implementation meetings on the progress. We did a distribution right after our initial launch and it went very smoothly.
