Implementation has been going great with lots of support by the sales manager, customer success manager and the chat inside the tool. All Integrations has been done successfully. I find the dashboard really easy to navigate, allowing me to move between jobs, view candidates, and manage stages efficiently. I really like that I can edit the recruitment process stages, add or delete them, and name them differently for each job. It's super easy to create jobs and design the assessment journey. I also appreciate Teamtailor's integration with LinkedIn Recruiter, which lets me see LinkedIn profiles within the ATS screen without needing to switch browsers, saving me a lot of time. I find this seamless integration a great benefit. Sometimes there are some little bugs, especially when changing the sequencing of stages. When you save and go back to the job dashboard, it's not showing clearly. I need to go back and do it again for it to refresh properly. It's not super disturbing, but it requires some additional clicks. Also, there's no single dashboard to see overall candidate activity across all jobs, which would be useful for small organizations like ours. The customer support and implementation assistance has been top-notch in our early adoption of TeamTailor. There is a real sense of pride in their product and getting things right in a timely manner. I’ve had a really positive experience working with Teamtailor. I’ve been using this tool for almost two years now, and we recently transitioned to it from an older, more outdated platform. Honestly, the change has been a great decision.

I’ve found it extremely helpful for organizing interviews and tracking which candidates are at each stage of the recruitment process. Communicating with candidates through the platform makes everything much easier, and the integration with WhatsApp is a huge plus for day-to-day operations.

The ability to record interviews and transcribe them, highlighting key points from each session, has been incredibly useful. The interview scorecards are also a great feature—they can be filled out directly in the system and provide a much more comprehensive view of each candidate.

Additionally, you can store all candidate information, from documents we send to candidates to everything they share with us, Tawhile working within the platform’s data protection framework. The environment is very visual and easy to use, which makes day-to-day work much smoother.

There should be better ways for managers to communicate information about offers separately from what candidates see. This includes creating an offer form similar to the vacancy requisition form, where more details can be included and approved without showing everything to the candidate. Additionally, there needs to be clearer reporting on the sources from which candidates are coming, as this information is sometimes unclear. The External Recruiter functionality could also use improvement, as different organisations have varying relationships with agencies, and improper handling of candidate ownership can lead to issues. Furthermore, although the initial setup of Teamtailor was easy in some areas, more guidance on setting up the structure and understanding how different parts of the system relate to one another would have been beneficial. I believe that the process of searching for profiles within the Teamtailor platform could be improved. Currently, I think it would be beneficial to have more filters available and a more effective integration of artificial intelligence. This could facilitate the search and management of profiles. Additionally, I would like Teamtailor to offer the possibility to record and automatically provide instant feedback, which would speed up and enhance the selection process.
