What I like best about Teamtailor is how user-friendly and clear the platform is. It makes the recruitment process easier to follow, from publishing job ads to managing candidates and communication. I also appreciate that it gives a professional candidate experience while helping the recruitment team stay organized and efficient.

One thing that could be improved is how duplicate candidate profiles are handled. Sometimes the same candidate can appear more than once, for example if they apply using the same email address but with different names or slightly different details. This can make it harder to keep a clear overview and may require extra manual checks to avoid duplicate communication or administration.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamtailor helps us structure and simplify the recruitment process. It gives us one central place to manage job ads, applications, candidate communication and follow-ups, which makes the process more efficient and transparent. user‑friendly and visually clear it is for both recruiters and hiring managers. The pipeline view makes it very easy to track candidates, and the built‑in careers site tools help us present a professional employer brand without needing developers. I also appreciate the automation features (email templates, triggers, and reminders), which save time and keep communication consistent with candidates.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Some integrations with other HR tools could be smoother, and a few tasks (like bulk updates or more advanced filters) can feel a bit clunky or time‑consuming.

Teamtailor is helping us centralize and structure our entire recruitment process. Instead of tracking candidates in emails and spreadsheets, everything is managed in one place, with clear pipelines and communication history. **What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Some of the massive key components for me and the team would be the true collaboration of AI assistance while still keeping a very human approach and having the flexibility to choose either side of the automation road. The ability to nurture candidates in a campaign that can do the heavy lifting of keeping a pipeline warm. But, most importantly the central location for all candidate information, interview notes, etc.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

One thing that I think is a bit clunky are the bug defects within the system platform. Things break relatively often; and the onboarding for implementation is very heavily DIY, which is incredible for tech savvy pros but for the average joe, setting things up manually at scale, it's not for the faint of heart. This has NOTHING to do with our rep, Camille, she was wonderful and thoughtful, but the system has some hiccups that disrupt the flow of candidates at the beginning.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend a ton of time on manual scheduling, emailing, and constantly toggling between systems, which really took precious time away from interviewing. Now that we have TT, I’m getting more administrative time back, although we’re still ironing out a few scheduling mishaps. That said, the ability to keep candidates warm for a longer period, create candidate profiles so seamlessly, and use ratings and interview guides—with everything housed centrally—is truly a GAME CHANGER.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

There are so many great features, and different pieces stand out to me at different times. But consistently, the clean sleek interface and the intuitive design are what constantly are at the top of my list. It helps naturally guide me through the site, and also colleagues I work with who don't live on the site day in and day out like I do. Additionally, the responsive customer service is a standout - Teamtailor won't stop until they've helped me solve my challenge, and they do it with personalized conversations and customized links and screenshots regularly.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

In a perfect world, Teamtailor would allow our organization to better organize our questions and templates as time goes on. We wish we could post an ongoing job like custodian or bus driver year by year, instead of sort of having an "all time" post, or having to archive and republish each year. I'd like to be able to toggle with each fiscal year to clear the pipeline, but see who came in year by year.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets each of our principals and hiring managers screen candidates effectively and efficiently. Features like AI resume summaries and video questions are leaned on heavily and regularly. Our retention rate is about 93% in our district, and I'm certain it wouldn't be that high without Teamtailor.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

That it is flexible for us to build and adapt the system to our own  processes, and my personal favorite which saves me tons of time: the meeting self scheduling function. 🎉

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Printing function could improve - I always print the CV and TT profile before the interview, but if the candidates has applied to other roles previously, I get all their replies to the application questions from previous jobs, which are not relevant for this interview. We have a lot ot those candidates.
Another limitation with the printing function is if I try to bulk candidates and print their profiles, I sometimes end up with two different candidates on the same paper, when printing on both sides., it would be nice if it always started on a new paper when printing, that would save me a lot of time since I now can't use the bulk function for printing and have tp print each candidates separately.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Teamtailor includes every feature necessary for full cycle recruitment, from career site advantages to onboarding features. We have connected our HR system, video conference tool and others, so far they are working great. The integrated AI transcribing tool is a time saver. It gives accurate summaries and lets us focus more on the conversations rather than taking notes. Teamtailor is very easy to learn and use, as well if anything is unclear they have a speedy support team to help out.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

There are areas of improvement, such as, if some stages have a trigger feature added, you can only send it one time. If the candidate has missed something, you need to fix the issue manually, which may take some time for larger scale recruitment.

Time efficiency and accuracy is crucial in large scale hiring. This system allows to automate most of the features, which also helps us provide a professional and consistent communication with candidates.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Able to customize the different phases with triggers and the possibility to create a career site

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

That it has it's limitations when it comes to how you can design and create a layout on the career page that changes the size of pictures, or the space between text block etc. Would be better if we could build the career site how we wanted, to have a bit more freedom in the design. 

Also to be able to customize nurture campaigns more so that it fits different candidate answers better. As of now, I can't add a candidate that opted out from one campaign to the same campaign, so if someone presses the wrong button och doesn't understand that answering a question makes you automatically opt out (if you have that feature on) I can't add them back again. We get a lot of candidates who emails us back saying thank you or similiar, but wants to stay in touch, but since they answered they cannot recieve further emails.

keeping all candidate data in one place, taking care of gdpr-stuff and helps us publish our job ads. Also tracking statistics.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

I love their support, it's quite good, with quick responses from real people. Additionally, they have super easy resources for getting personalized assistance and I can have sessions whenever I want, in case I need help or suggestions about profiles I want to publish. Their platform has super fast and easy-to-use assistance. Entering and seeing the dashboard with figures like the OKRs is simple. The chat for resolving doubts is effective, with responses in less than 5 minutes in my language, in addition to providing useful links and resources.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

It's difficult for me to find a specific one, maybe there are improvements that can be made to your ATS to make candidate filtering even easier, like searching for keywords in resumes, and based on this, having a list of those people who have those keywords appear. Although it has this feature, it's more difficult to activate. So, maybe it would just be some very small solutions.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamtailor to attract talent from various job boards without spending my budget. Additionally, it helps me filter candidates easily and post vacancies without additional costs thanks to its internal integration.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

I like that Teamtailor is easy to use and onboard internal users. Its use of AI is genuinely helpful without being overboard. The tools are well integrated, making it easy to manage candidates. The UX is so good that the whole company can onboard with minimal training. I also appreciate Teamtailor's hosted career site and how it automatically pipes jobs into other platforms, which assists with acquiring candidates. It manages the pipeline and lifecycle well and allows collaboration as people can check the status of candidates and view communication all in one place. Additionally, its effectiveness in interviews, AI summarization of transcripts, the scoring matrix and candidate anonymising make hiring fairer and save a ton of time managing candidates.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

The mobile app doesn't have the full features of the website and is a little slow sometimes. Although the last few updates have been good, like being able to view PDF CVs in app.

That it allows us to built a structure and processes around recruitment that fits our needs. TT is not a set/rigid system that we have to adapt to which some of the previous suppliers I have worked with tend to have. It also encourages us to think candidate experience, which we really like :)

I have noticed recently when dealing with the support, that they use AI answers. Makes a very impersonal impression (and being personable is something TT in general has been really good at previously).

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

The standout for me is how it supports employer branding without needing a web developer. The career site builder uses a drag-and-drop system that’s genuinely intuitive, which is rare in HR software. You can quickly launch a branded page, keep it fresh with media and blog posts, and connect it to your jobs pipeline without much friction.

From a recruiter’s perspective, the “triggers” are the real workhorse. When the workflows are set up properly, they automate the tedious administrative back-and-forth: scheduling, confirmation emails, and status updates. That keeps candidates engaged and helps prevent drop-off. It also functions like a CRM for candidates, making it far easier to nurture a talent pool instead of starting from zero every time a role opens.

Overall, it’s built for teams that want to move fast and still look professional. If you’re coming from clunky, legacy systems where it feels like you’re constantly fighting the UI, switching to Teamtailor feels like moving from a spreadsheet to a modern workspace.

Maybe the fact that you are stuck with the pre-set roles they provide, which can make it tricky if you need to restrict or grant very specific access rights for different team members. It is not a dealbreaker, but it does create some extra administrative legwork when you are trying to structure your hiring team exactly how you want it.

Teamtailor is very easy to use and even faster to learn. It's great that you can create templates but also modify each recruitment process to your needs. Managing candidates is fast and effortless, and the platform offers a wide range of useful features, from automated personality assessments to candidate communication. It's also great that Teamtailor integrates with other systems and recruitment platforms, making it easy to streamline the hiring process.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

It’s easy to track candidates, especially when they’ve applied for multiple positions. It’s also simple to communicate with them throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

It tends to go offline for me at times, and sometimes it won’t let me log in, so I have to give it time before I can log in again. Other than that, there isn’t much I dislike about Teamtailor. So far it’s been a great tool, it’s helped me keep track of positions really well, and the integrations and triggers have all been great.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to keep track of multiple emails and candidates without a proper system, and people would get lost in my inbox. At times, I’d even forget who had applied for which positions. Teamtailor has helped make my recruitment process more defined and much easier to track. I’m still building on how I can use Teamtailor more efficiently, but it has already helped me reach a bigger pool of candidates with more and better experience. It’s also easier for me to track CVs, schedule interviews, and send emails to all applicants when giving feedback. Onboarding feels easier and quicker as well, and the AI helps me write better job descriptions so we can attract the kind of market we’re aiming for.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

I love everything about Teamtailor; it’s absolutely amazing, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The sales representative, Ramia, was fantastic—very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Our CSM, Ivet, is still one of the best: supportive, insightful, and always bringing a great attitude.

Co-Pilot in the platform is an absolute lifesaver. The platform itself, once you get used to it and understand how it works, is really easy to use. Triggers and Automations are a huge part of Teamtailor, and they’re easy to link and integrate with our other platforms. It doesn’t lag and it’s consistently reliable, which is amazing. The price is also very reasonable compared to the service they provide.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

As a staffing and recruitment agency, most of our roles are filled by freelancers and have defined end dates. I’d really appreciate it if we could add a feature to capture and manage those end dates.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh, a lot of things—mainly that we didn’t have a centralized hub for our database, and mass messaging was also an issue. Team Tailro has fixed that.

The platform is extremely intuitive, both for recruiters and for managers involved in the recruitment process. Its configuration is simple and quick. Navigation is intuitive, its overview is clear, and its design is modern and pleasant to use.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

For multi-entity use, there is a certain limitation in terms of customization. I don't use it much yet, but the data/analytics aspect seems limited compared to other ATS.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

The ease of use and user experience. Getting set up was really easy and our team was able to do most of the work (with a little help from our Tech and Marketing teams). That said, integrations were still easy to manage ourselves and with the onboarding videos / help articles we got them set up really quickly. Teamtailor was also far and beyond the most cost effective but we didn't feel like we had to compromise on any key features or quality of the product. We love the layout, design and the AI integration is awesome.

We did have some issues integrating a couple of job boards, but this was more related to the boards themselves, in terms of not having the appropriate account or access to link them. Thankfully the trackable share link is a quick workaround.

The fact that all managers can have access, that we have only one place where everything is centralized for our recruitments, the time saved compared to our previous ATS. The simplicity in terms of application for our candidates.

When you are an SME like ours with fewer than 150 employees, and HR is almost 100% focused on recruitment (and it's not exclusively TeamTailor's fault), we don't necessarily need to use everything, yet the platform still gives us an average score on our usage.

The product managers assigned to the companies are relatively available, and the people available on the customer chat as well. I have very rarely had problems on the platform, and the resolution each time took less than two minutes. E.g.: connection, career site adjustment, or need help with triggers.

Anyone who's not used to a recruitment system can navigate it and execute any kind of recruitment. The initial setup was also very easy.

- It's very easy to navigate, and most features are intuitive. Whenever I needed help, the account manages, knowledge base articles, and customer support team were extremely helpful and responsive.
- It genuinely makes a recruiter's life easier. Having used other ATS platforms that can be quite complex, I really appreciate how straightforward and user-friendly this one is.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

- The sourcing extension is helpful, but it doesn't parse LinkedIn data as effectively as expected. I checked with the customer support team, and they explained that this is due to LinkedIn data restrictions. While this may be outside Teamtailor's control, I've used other ATS platforms that were able to parse LinkedIn profiles more seamlessly. Since our team relies heavily on LinkedIn sourcing and reaches out to a large volume of candidates daily, the current process feels somewhat manual and time-consuming.

- Some features have limited customization options. For example, the interview kit description formatting, rating scale system, and certain career page settings cannot be easily modified without custom CSS.

There may be other examples, but these are the limitations I've encountered most recently.

I love Teamtailor for its super easy-to-use interface, especially for non-recruiters like my retail hiring managers who aren't familiar with bigger ATS products. The drag-and-drop interface, friendly colors, and easy-to-understand steps make training new hiring managers a breeze. I really appreciate the collaboration pieces for working with hiring managers. Posting jobs to job boards works seamlessly, and I really like how easy it is to generate a QR code for applicants. It's also easy for candidates to apply with Teamtailor, which helps our brand shine. The integration with Google Calendar is awesome and makes scheduling efficient. What stands out most about Teamtailor is how easy it is to use without compromising on functionality. The platform is modern, visually appealing, and intuitive for everyone involved in the hiring process. I also appreciate their continuous innovation and commitment to improving the user experience.

While Teamtailor is generally very reliable, there are occasional minor bugs or temporary glitches. That said, issues are usually resolved quickly, and the support team is responsive and helpful.

The entire platform is easy to use and offers really useful features that fit well into our everyday life.

Teamtailor is overall really good. The one thing I want to mention is that the “Työmarkkinatori” marketing tool we use doesn’t work. We’d also like to be able to customize the platform a bit more, so it can be as efficient as possible for our needs.

Teamtailor helps us manage the challenge of having many users in Teamtailor. The way it works is really efficient, and it supports our needs well. It’s also a very good tool for handling a high volume of applicants and open jobs, like we have.

It’s a smooth tool to use, and it’s easy to get colleagues integrated into the system. You have all the statistics you need, and advertising has never been this easy—especially with the co-pilot function, which helps you rewrite your adverts so they really pop.

The jobs are posted to multiple external websites and feed into our account per job posting, which makes it easy to review.

There are certain features that are not integrated for U.S. postings.

ease of recruitment from when I started with the company in 2022.  We did not have an ATS to use at that time, so recruiting was very cumbersome.

I love the fluidity of Teamtailor, the presence of modules with AI, and the ability to manage everything with the simple press of buttons.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

I think there are certain modules that could be optimized, particularly regarding recruitment requests and statistics. There is a slight rigidity at times that makes it more complicated. On the implementation side, we are somewhat left to our own devices, and apart from blog articles, we still have to find solutions ourselves. We don't have a team to support us, especially in building the career site; it's up to us to do it on our own.

I use Teamtailor to manage applications, centralize job postings, and communicate with managers through connected tools that offer clear candidate profiles.

It's adaptability. totally customizable. The AI integration is great. The ability to integrate other software is fantastic. The trigger system is easy to understand as well.

There's a lot of pink haha. Other than that, maybe the one shortcoming is that since it's still new to the American market, there isn't the depth of integrations some people might want.

It's intuitive and easy to work with. The support team is also really helpful with quick response. The AI screening criteria is also a nice function when you have multiple candidates. And i also like that it's possible to have integrations to other systems, so ease the workflow.

At the moment, i have nothing i dislike.

Before we had Teamtailor, we had multiple recruitment systems across the globe. As a global company, it’s been really helpful to have one recruitment platform that we can use across the entire organisation. It makes the process feel more unified and consistent.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Implementation has been going great with lots of support by the sales manager, customer success manager and the chat inside the tool. All Integrations has been done successfully. We use it everyday, all day. Hiring managers and recruiters find it easy to use, because of its similarity with project manager tools and its inherent intuitive nature.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Nothing so far, everything has gone smoothly. Of course there are points to further improve the Recruiter´s experience, like a holistic calendar where all interviews on all stages (by anyone) is shown to keep track.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy interview scheduling and a great personal touch on the career site. I haven’t used the analytics yet, but I’m looking forward to it. It’s also quicker and easier to view candidates, and communication with candidates is much smoother.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

I love the fact that Teamtailor is very flexible, quite easy to handle, and offers a lot of automation. The modularity allows me to save time by adapting exactly to the needs I may have for each team. The automation is really useful for me, being the only recruiter in a growing company. It saves me time on organizing interviews and sending messages, making the recruitment process in general more pleasant for candidates and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

In automation, there are sometimes certain things that are not customizable enough. For example, when organizing interviews, I would like to have more freedom in the way I organize, such as adding a room in the appointment scheduling. There are quite a few small details where I would like to have a little more leeway in the way I organize.

I use Teamtailor to manage recruitment my way, involve my colleagues, and adapt the process to the varied needs of each team. Its modularity and automation save me time in organizing interviews and sending messages, making the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

The drawbacks are at the level of the advertisement distribution. Having to republish an ad for it to rise again on the platforms.

I like the CV summarization feature in Teamtailor because it summarizes the CV well, giving a good overview. I also appreciate that I can create different steps in the recruitment process. The initial setup of Teamtailor was very easy.

I wish candidates we have removed or rejected couldn't apply to the same job postings again.

I use Teamtailor to find good candidates for my clients' job postings. The CV summarization feature provides a great overview, and I like the ability to create different steps in the recruitment process.
