I’ve had a really positive experience working with Teamtailor. I’ve been using this tool for almost two years now, and we recently transitioned to it from an older, more outdated platform. Honestly, the change has been a great decision.

I’ve found it extremely helpful for organizing interviews and tracking which candidates are at each stage of the recruitment process. Communicating with candidates through the platform makes everything much easier, and the integration with WhatsApp is a huge plus for day-to-day operations.

The ability to record interviews and transcribe them, highlighting key points from each session, has been incredibly useful. The interview scorecards are also a great feature—they can be filled out directly in the system and provide a much more comprehensive view of each candidate.

Additionally, you can store all candidate information, from documents we send to candidates to everything they share with us, Tawhile working within the platform’s data protection framework. The environment is very visual and easy to use, which makes day-to-day work much smoother.

Overall, my experience with TeamTail has significantly improved my workflow, efficiency, and visibility into each recruitment process. I find Teamtailor to be incredibly valuable for our recruitment process and onboarding of new hires. It simplifies advertising roles and streamlines the application process for candidates, making it as easy or difficult as we need it to be. I appreciate how the system enables us to track candidates effortlessly and communicate with them, centralising everything to save time and improve the candidate experience. The platform is also user-friendly for our managers. I really like its modern and intuitive design, which is easy to navigate, and the fact that it is continually improving. There should be better ways for managers to communicate information about offers separately from what candidates see. This includes creating an offer form similar to the vacancy requisition form, where more details can be included and approved without showing everything to the candidate. Additionally, there needs to be clearer reporting on the sources from which candidates are coming, as this information is sometimes unclear. The External Recruiter functionality could also use improvement, as different organisations have varying relationships with agencies, and improper handling of candidate ownership can lead to issues. Furthermore, although the initial setup of Teamtailor was easy in some areas, more guidance on setting up the structure and understanding how different parts of the system relate to one another would have been beneficial. I love how Teamtailor has transformed our company's image through employer branding, making our website much more attractive and improving our ability to track metrics at the level of process automation. The tool greatly facilitates recruitment, allowing hiring managers to target the right candidates using score cards. I believe that the process of searching for profiles within the Teamtailor platform could be improved. Currently, I think it would be beneficial to have more filters available and a more effective integration of artificial intelligence. This could facilitate the search and management of profiles. Additionally, I would like Teamtailor to offer the possibility to record and automatically provide instant feedback, which would speed up and enhance the selection process. I appreciate how Teamtailor takes away a lot of manual work, allowing us to manage recruitment efficiently without relying on cumbersome Excel sheets. I found it challenging to set up certain features initially, like the interview kits and automatic interview slots settings, as they required a bit of trial and error. I greatly enjoy the user experience of Teamtailor. It is an intuitive and simple tool, which greatly facilitates our recruitment process. Teamtailor works - simple! The onboarding was exceptional. The support around implementation was immediate. Product feedback is acknowledged and new features added. Perhaps it's too much to ask, but expanding the platform to become an HRIS or greater use of AI when receiving CVs in the first stage would be very desirable.
