At the beginning, it was hard to navigate between the features, and as an early user I had to click around a lot to find everything available (for example, how to add a referral). It would also be great to have a coding-task functionality built in, rather than relying on other applications such as Codility, so everything could be in one place. We love that Teamtailor is so easy to use, making the learning process feel very organic. Getting onboarded and ready to use the system was super easy. I greatly appreciate the speed with which I can manage the entire hiring process with Teamtailor. I like that it avoids wasting time and optimizes internal communication, which also makes it very fun to use. Additionally, I find it extremely useful to have the ability to access all documents, reviews, and candidate evaluations in a single file. We chose to switch to Teamtailor for the additional services it offers, such as self-booking, integration with the entire selection team, increased visibility of job postings, and faster interaction with candidates. Implementation has been going great with lots of support by the sales manager, customer success manager and the chat inside the tool. All Integrations has been done successfully. We use it everyday, all day. Hiring managers and recruiters find it easy to use, because of its similarity with project manager tools and its inherent intuitive nature. I love the fact that Teamtailor is very flexible, quite easy to handle, and offers a lot of automation. In automation, there are sometimes certain things that are not customizable enough. For example, when organizing interviews, I would like to have more freedom in the way I organize, such as adding a room in the appointment scheduling. I find the dashboard really easy to navigate, allowing me to move between jobs, view candidates, and manage stages efficiently. I really like that I can edit the recruitment process stages, add or delete them, and name them differently for each job. It's super easy to create jobs and design the assessment journey. I also appreciate Teamtailor's integration with LinkedIn Recruiter, which lets me see LinkedIn profiles within the ATS screen without needing to switch browsers, saving me a lot of time. I find this seamless integration a great benefit. Sometimes there are some little bugs, especially when changing the sequencing of stages. When you save and go back to the job dashboard, it's not showing clearly. I need to go back and do it again for it to refresh properly. It's not super disturbing, but it requires some additional clicks. Also, there's no single dashboard to see overall candidate activity across all jobs, which would be useful for small organizations like ours. I like how Teamtailor keeps all the processes organized and how easy it is to manage the processes, the stages, and candidates. Teamtailor provides much better analytics and a superior UI/UX compared to what we used before. It offers way better experiences in cross-team collaboration and collaboration with external recruiters.
