I like using Teamtailor for recruitment because the different stages and triggers are really well-designed. The convenience of having triggers in different stages is particularly useful, as it automates things. For instance, you can just move the candidate, and either have automatic triggers or emails sent out, which helps to automate the whole process. I think the AI recommendations for candidates are usually not that spot on. It would be a big relief to have a limit on how long an application is considered relevant, so applications from five years ago aren't shown for current jobs. Some of the massive key components for me and the team would be the true collaboration of AI assistance while still keeping a very human approach and having the flexibility to choose either side of the automation road. The ability to nurture candidates in a campaign that can do the heavy lifting of keeping a pipeline warm. One thing that I think is a bit clunky are the bug defects within the system platform. Things break relatively often; and the onboarding for implementation is very heavily DIY, which is incredible for tech savvy pros but for the average joe, setting things up manually at scale, it's not for the faint of heart. This has NOTHING to do with our rep, Camille, she was wonderful and thoughtful, but the system has some hiccups that disrupt the flow of candidates at the beginning. I used to spend a ton of time on manual scheduling, emailing, and constantly toggling between systems, which really took precious time away from interviewing. Now that we have TT, I’m getting more administrative time back, although we’re still ironing out a few scheduling mishaps. That said, the ability to keep candidates warm for a longer period, create candidate profiles so seamlessly, and use ratings and interview guides—with everything housed centrally—is truly a GAME CHANGER. There are so many great features, and different pieces stand out to me at different times. But consistently, the clean sleek interface and the intuitive design are what constantly are at the top of my list. For example, I do waste a lot of time sometimes because of kits interviews that are not properly register. An automatic saving of the data we put in could help a lot and avoid stress around bugs in interview kits. Regarding AI, I don't know if you guys have trainings but I don't use it that much on teamtailor - I do not think that it is that much user-friendly and most of the time when I do see the IA it is only for resumes analysis and honestly it is not that good. A thing that could be great with IA is to have automatic kit interviews that are generated for us to review following a job opening and an analysis of the job description.
