It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields are on the primary Contact object. I would definitely add a dark mode. Some of the looks of it can be very daunting on the eyes a little with the excessive light background. I just think that the dark mode would not only spice things up a bit and also kinda change things up, but it would just be a lot more easier on the eyes since we are already dealing with a lot of blue light in our lives as it is. I like that Salesmsg has a really clean outline and is very user-friendly. Everything is pretty much right where you expect to find it. Having the phone option has been the most valuable to me.
