What do you like best about Salesmsg?

It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. It works smoothly which is not the case for all apps that integrate with HubSpot. I've been super impressed by this integration and the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. I do wish they were a little more upfront about how long it takes to get started/how long before you can actually SEND a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Salesforce Flows with Seamless SMS Webhooks"
What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The Salesforce integration and the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows have been really helpful. It lets us keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the process much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields are on the primary Contact object. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg works well for text messaging and phone calls from the phone. It integrates well with HubSpot and make.com, and there are constant, continuous improvements and development from the development team. The software is a single tool with more robust features, better pricing, and impressive development improvements. It makes things very easy for us, and the initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I would definitely add a dark mode. Some of the looks of it can be very daunting on the eyes a little with the excessive light background. I just think that the dark mode would not only spice things up a bit and also kinda change things up, but it would just be a lot more easier on the eyes since we are already dealing with a lot of blue light in our lives as it is. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg has a really clean outline and is very user-friendly. Everything is pretty much right where you expect to find it. Having the phone option has been the most valuable to me. Also, being able to leave voicemails without disturbing a client is a nice feature. The initial setup was pretty easy, taking only a few minutes from my side. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Figuring out the notifications could be easier. I've missed a couple calls because the notifications didn't go off even though my volume was at full on my computer and I'm not sure why the notifications take off. So I have to resolve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the HubSpot integration and being able to text from the CRM with Salesmsg. It helps us communicate directly and efficiently with our potential clients while keeping all of the tracking history in our HubSpot CRM.
