One of Zapier’s biggest strengths is its simplicity. You can connect apps and create automated workflows (“Zaps”) with a visual interface—no coding required. Even beginners can set up useful automations in minutes.

I started using zapier 3 years back. It was one of the few solution which supported so many out of the box integration app's which i liked and its till the best. Apart from that, it was very easy to setup and even build custom zaps for apps which are not there was easy using the API, webhook steps. Documentation was helpfull in all of that and if required support for anything i looked into forum. I use it almost daily as it was easily integrated with my workflow.
