google workspace is amazing, i am using it as my primary workspace platform in my company, and all the tools are amazing, like Google sheets is extremely useful for quick analysis, data validation and exploratory work before moving data into larger analytics tools, features like filters, pivot tables and collaboration in real time help teams review numbers together and make faster decisions. I am using Google workspace from last 3 to 4 years, and its really powerful and best for my ML workflows, Google docs is extremely helpful for documenting model assumption, features selection logic, evaluation results, and design trade offs, real time collaboration allows data scientist, engineers. Also the google sheets is very useful for tracking experiments, comparing model metrics, and monitoring drift indicators. it works well for quick analysis and sharing performance summaries. and we use Goole meet for design reviews, incident discussions and post deployment evaluation. Gmail and calendar helps us to manage communication across ML and data engineers and also business teams. and Google drive keeps notebooks, architecture diagrams and documentation well in organized way. it has limitation when working with very large or complex datasets, for deeper analysis or heavy data processing, we still need to rely on data warehouses and BI tools, this are minor issues overall, and they dont take away from the strong collaboration and ease of use that Google workspace provides. its been more than 4 years for using Google tools and workspace, and still using, the biggest advantage is how well all the tool work together, Gmail and calendar help manage client communication, follow ups and meeting schedules efficiently , Google meet is reliable for sales calls, product demos, and internal strategy discussions.
