What I like best about Maqsam is that it is easy to use and reliable. We use it every day to receive calls from our clients and to make outgoing calls. The call quality is clear, and the system helps us manage our work efficiently. It also provides useful reports that help us monitor our team performance. Overall, Maqsam has improved our productivity and made communication with our clients easier.

**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

Maqsam was the first Arabic-native call routing system I worked with, and that alone made a significant difference in how we operate across GCC markets. What stood out most was how well the platform understood the regional context from Arabic IVR flows to local number management across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Beyond that, the API capabilities were a real advantage being able to pull call data programmatically allowed us to build custom monitoring and reporting systems directly on top of Maqsam's infrastructure. The call analytics and agent performance visibility also gave us the foundation to track inbound volumes by queue and country, which was critical for our daily CS operations. Overall, it's a platform that genuinely fits the GCC contact center environment in a way that generic global tools simply don't

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

The initial integration phase during the first three months was a bit challenging — there were some hurdles in getting everything set up smoothly on our end. We also experienced multiple service disruptions during that period, and what made it difficult was that these were not communicated to us upfront. Being notified in advance about planned maintenance or known issues would have helped us prepare and manage customer impact more effectively.

**What problems is Maqsam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maqsam is solving a critical gap we had in managing multilingual, multi-market call routing across the GCC. Before having a dedicated Arabic-native system, handling routing logic, IVR flows, and agent queues across six countries was complex and inconsistent.
With Maqsam, we were able to centralize our voice operations, route calls intelligently by country and language, and gain real visibility into inbound call volumes and agent performance — all within a single platform that actually understands the regional setup.
The biggest benefit for us has been the ability to build on top of their API. We automated our call data ingestion into our internal reporting systems, which eliminated manual tracking and gave us near real-time visibility into queue performance, missed calls, and daily contact volumes across all GCC markets. This directly supported our goal of automating CS operations and reducing manual reporting effort significantly

**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

I really appreciate the mobile app from Maqsam. It makes it super simple for me to get in touch with my leads on the go, just like making a regular phone call without feeling like I'm using an external app. The auto transcription after calls is fantastic, too. It helps me map exact call details directly to my CRM and also allows me to send the data to AI for further analysis. This functionality provides me with more valuable insights. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to their detailed guidance and the support from their representative. They also offered some free minutes to test the system, which was helpful.

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

So far, I think the web app calling through the web app is a bit laggy at times as compared to the mobile device. Sometimes when I want to call from the desktop, web-based solution, I'm not able to get the same seamless experience that I get from the mobile app.

I use Maqsam to get in touch with new data and stay connected with clients and my team easily, especially through its simple mobile app. The auto transcription feature helps map details to our CRM and get insights using AI.

I would also like to highlight that Ms. Hadeel has been exceptionally cooperative and supportive throughout our experience. She consistently provides outstanding service and ensures that everything runs seamlessly.
Additionally, the support team is highly responsive, professional, and always willing to assist, which makes a big difference in maintaining a positive experience with Maqsam.

The setup process was smooth and straightforward, and their support team was very helpful during onboarding. Maqsam has been central to centralizing our communication operations and improving call management across different locations. It has resolved issues related to missed calls, agent distribution, call tracking, and team monitoring. We use it alongside our CRM system to manage leads and sales follow-ups, and it has helped us handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, monitor team performance, and improve customer response times through its integrations. I also appreciate how sticky agent routing improves customer experience by connecting callers to the same agent whenever possible, while call tracking helps us monitor performance and reduce missed calls, and CRM integrations keep lead follow-ups organized. Additionally, the platform is stable, and the overall experience has been very smooth. Most of the features we need are already available. I also like their responsive and cooperative support team.

Maqsam offers an excellent, stable, and high-quality telephony solution. We have been using it at Novakid for over 5 years now, and the reliability has been outstanding. The support team is incredibly responsive and fast — any issues are resolved quickly. What stands out the most is the continuous improvement over the years, including the adoption of AI tools that have genuinely enhanced our operations. Maqsam is undoubtedly the best telephony provider in the MENA region.

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Maqsam. After over 5 years as a client, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Minor UI improvements could always be made, but nothing that significantly impacts our day-to-day operations. The team is always open to feedback and continuously works on improvements.

I also appreciate their customer success team. The Campaigns Tool stands out for me as a particularly valuable feature. The initial setup of Maqsam was simple, which was a nice start to using the service. I have been using Maqsam for a year now, and it continues to work well for our team of 50+ employees.

I like the layout of Maqsam and how easy it is to use and understand. It's very easy to log in and get started. I also appreciate how it helps me call all of the accounts, making sure I can always reach them, including international calls. I actually just recommended Maqsam to a friend who needs a service like it.

I think they could add more features that would make the platform just way better. In terms of the dialer itself, or maybe the layout of how it actually looks when you understand post sentiments, the caller. I think it can be cleaner and can look nice.

I really like how easy Maqsam is to use. It's a simple and straightforward platform. Their support team is impressive too—whenever we have an issue, they're quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the option for a call and screen-sharing session with an agent when needed. I think the ability to build our own call flow for customer experience is a great feature, and the easy reporting is another aspect I like. The onboarding process was also smooth thanks to their helpfulness.

I think that the integration with others could be better so that whenever you want to integrate Maqsam into a whole CRM system, it would be easier and can have a more structured way of working. I would like to see having more features between Maqsam and Freshdesk.

Maqsam is incredibly user-friendly, which has made the onboarding process seamless for our global team of agents coming from many different countries. The interface is intuitive, and we truly value the fact that we can reach Maqsam support at any time; their 24/7 availability ensures our operations never skip a beat.

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

One challenge we face is that Maqsam does not perform consistently in regions with lower internet speeds, such as Iraq and Egypt. I wish the platform was better optimized for low-bandwidth environments.We also feel there is room for improvement regarding response times for technical issues linked to external providers; these often take a few days to resolve, which can impact our daily operations.

I really like the ease of use and support with Maqsam. It makes it easy to connect my AI agent, set up users, and use a UAE phone number. The initial setup was relatively simple, which was a plus.

The monthly commitment made us cancel our entire contact center and AI voice agent solution. I was fine with running it normally and adding more users and numbers and removing as I please. This commitment made me realize I don't really need these features in my company.

So at this time, the documentation and so on was not very clear.

**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

What I like best about Maqsam is the system’s speed and stability — calls connect quickly with minimal downtime, which is essential for our operations. The platform is also user-friendly and was very easy to implement, which made the transition smooth for our team. We use Maqsam daily as a core part of our customer service workflow, and the ease of use helps keep things efficient. Their customer support is excellent, and I especially want to highlight our account manager, Hadeel. She's incredibly supportive, always proactive, and genuinely cares about our success with the system. Her responsiveness and professionalism have made a big difference in our experience.

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

While Maqsam works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the reporting section feels a bit limited in terms of filtering options and customization. It would also be helpful to have more advanced analytics or visual dashboards to better track trends over time. Lastly, occasional delays in syncing data with integrated platforms can happen, though they’re usually resolved quickly by support.

**What problems is Maqsam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of the most important of which are call recording Maqsam has helped us streamline our outbound call operations by providing a stable and efficient platform for our team. We rely heavily on outbound calls for follow-ups, customer verification, and issue resolution, and Maqsam ensures these calls are made quickly and clearly. The call recording feature is especially useful for quality monitoring and training purposes, and the reporting tools help us track performance and productivity across the team. This has improved our response time, enhanced accountability, and made it easier to maintain high service standards.
