What do you like best about Maqsam?

I really like how easy Maqsam is to use. It's a simple and straightforward platform. Their support team is impressive too—whenever we have an issue, they're quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the option for a call and screen-sharing session with an agent when needed. I think the ability to build our own call flow for customer experience is a great feature, and the easy reporting is another aspect I like. What do you dislike about Maqsam?

I think that the integration with others could be better so that whenever you want to integrate Maqsam into a whole CRM system, it would be easier and can have a more structured way of working. What do you like best about Maqsam?

I like that Maqsam offers inbound and outbound calls, which we use for our support team. It's convenient to use from both a mobile phone and a web application. I’ve seen Maqsam improving for the last two years, especially with the sound and connection quality. The reporting is becoming clearer, providing full visibility on all the metrics needed for my team, which helps keep calls smooth. The calling process is very intuitive, including transferring and putting calls on hold. I also appreciate the accessibility from both the web app and the mobile app. The initial setup was easy and flexible, making changes in terms of IVR and assigning people to queues straightforward. What do you dislike about Maqsam?

I would say the quality and stability. Sometimes we have the feeling that Maqsam is not very stable. We have been facing a lot of cuts, a lot of not clear voice, and so on. We tried to integrate Maqsam with Intercom or our basic platform that we are using to handle customers, our CRM. But, it didn't work as expected. What do you like best about Maqsam?

I like how easy it is to manage calls on the Maqsam platform because it is easy to use and saves time. It allows the team to handle CST calls efficiently from one platform. I appreciate that Maqsam works very well for managing calls and reporting. Transitioning to Maqsam allowed us more flexibility and was easier to manage. Since it's a cloud-based platform, we didn't need to install any hardware, and most configuration could be done directly and smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

I like Maqsam because of their high-quality support team and highly skilled support agents who ensure my problem is 100% solved before closing the support ticket. What do you dislike about Maqsam?

Having a dedicated account manager. Even though we already have an account manager, he doesn't answer our messages quickly and I end up having to wait more than 5 days to get a response on my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maqsam?
