What I like best about Maqsam is the system’s speed and stability — calls connect quickly with minimal downtime, which is essential for our operations. The platform is also user-friendly and was very easy to implement, which made the transition smooth for our team. We use Maqsam daily as a core part of our customer service workflow, and the ease of use helps keep things efficient. Their customer support is excellent, and I especially want to highlight our account manager, Hadeel. What do you dislike about Maqsam?
