**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

Maqsam offers an excellent, stable, and high-quality telephony solution. We have been using it at Novakid for over 5 years now, and the reliability has been outstanding. The support team is incredibly responsive and fast — any issues are resolved quickly. What stands out the most is the continuous improvement over the years, including the adoption of AI tools that have genuinely enhanced our operations. Maqsam is undoubtedly the best telephony provider in the MENA region.

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Maqsam. After over 5 years as a client, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Minor UI improvements could always be made, but nothing that significantly impacts our day-to-day operations. The team is always open to feedback and continuously works on improvements.

**What problems is Maqsam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maqsam provides us with a reliable cloud telephony infrastructure that enables our team at Novakid to handle high volumes of customer calls seamlessly across the MENA region. It solves critical communication needs including call routing, recording, analytics, and now AI-powered tools. The platform has helped us improve customer support efficiency, reduce downtime, and scale our operations without worrying about telephony infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

I like that Maqsam provides UAE-based numbers, which have helped us increase our call pickup rate and improve customer relationships. The call whispering feature is helpful, especially for training interns, as it enhances call quality by allowing us to guide them during calls. Sometimes the call quality drops despite having high-speed internet, and the audio can become a problem. After connecting to a customer, sometimes the audio suddenly drops or lowers to a level below audibility. This affects client engagement, creates distractions, and makes it difficult to understand the conversation.

I really like how easy Maqsam is to use. It's a simple and straightforward platform. Their support team is impressive too—whenever we have an issue, they're quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the option for a call and screen-sharing session with an agent when needed. I think the ability to build our own call flow for customer experience is a great feature, and the easy reporting is another aspect I like. The onboarding process was also smooth thanks to their helpfulness.

I think that the integration with others could be better so that whenever you want to integrate Maqsam into a whole CRM system, it would be easier and can have a more structured way of working. I would like to see having more features between Maqsam and Freshdesk.

I really like the ease of use and support with Maqsam. It makes it easy to connect my AI agent, set up users, and use a UAE phone number. The initial setup was relatively simple, which was a plus.

The monthly commitment made us cancel our entire contact center and AI voice agent solution. I was fine with running it normally and adding more users and numbers and removing as I please. This commitment made me realize I don't really need these features in my company.

**What do you like best about Maqsam?**

I like that Maqsam offers inbound and outbound calls, which we use for our support team. It's convenient to use from both a mobile phone and a web application. I’ve seen Maqsam improving for the last two years, especially with the sound and connection quality. The reporting is becoming clearer, providing full visibility on all the metrics needed for my team, which helps keep calls smooth. The calling process is very intuitive, including transferring and putting calls on hold. I also appreciate the accessibility from both the web app and the mobile app. The initial setup was easy and flexible, making changes in terms of IVR and assigning people to queues straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Maqsam?**

I would say the quality and stability. Sometimes we have the feeling that Maqsam is not very stable. We have been facing a lot of cuts, a lot of not clear voice, and so on. We tried to integrate Maqsam with Intercom or our basic platform that we are using to handle customers, our CRM. But, it didn't work as expected. So at this time, the documentation and so on was not very clear.

I appreciate that Maqsam works very well for managing calls and reporting. Transitioning to Maqsam allowed us more flexibility and was easier to manage. Since it's a cloud-based platform, we didn't need to install any hardware, and most configuration could be done directly and smoothly.

I would like to see more plug and play CRM integrations and a slightly more intuitive dashboard for new users.

I like Maqsam because of their high-quality support team and highly skilled support agents who ensure my problem is 100% solved before closing the support ticket. Setting up Maqsam was super easy since they set up everything for us directly and were always available to provide additional support when we needed it.

Having a dedicated account manager. Even though we already have an account manager, he doesn't answer our messages quickly and I end up having to wait more than 5 days to get a response on my messages.
