It warns me if I'm about to send out an email without an attachment in a message I reference having one. And also it delays the send so I can really look again if there are any errors or wrong recipients. So great! **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** I've had login issues from time to time but they always correct themselves within a few minutes. It was very clean and looked like it had some nice features for tracking opens on a large scale. The integration with Apple Mail was very slick too. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** Mailbutler was extremely glitchy. I couldn't properly enable email open tracking, nor scheduling. I wasted hours trying to get it to work properly and with very little success. The support staff were very unresponsive and unhelpful. **Recommendations to others considering Mailbutler:** You can try Mailbutler for free. You have 30 credits/month to try the professional features, so see if tracking and scheduling work properly for you on the free plan first. I think it may be less glitchy without installing it on Apple Mail (which was a big reason I decided to go with them to begin with). **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was hoping that it would help me solve a lot of time and scheduling issues for my outreach and sales. Instead, it sent one of my warm prospects an incomplete, deleted draft version, instead of the final email I wanted to send him. This product has made me appear very unprofessional. ### 5. I'm using Apples Mail.app and Mailbutler works like a plugin. So all the features I use like snooze and send later is well integrated with the app and their is buttons for each feature in Apples Mail.app after this is installed. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** It would be better if It worked on the iPhone as well, but I think it's a lot harder for the company to fix that becouse Apple has more limits their. **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get a lot of emails each day and some of them I have to do as fast as possible but some can wait a few days. I use it for the FAQ people send me. The only thing I need to do is personalize them. Another great addition is the notification an email opened. The last great feature is I never forget to add an attachment again; usually, you will refer to it with a word. The undo send has also been a lifesaver more than a handful of times. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** I don't necessarily dislike anything about this product because it serves its purpose with the undo send and ability to track a few important emails with the free version of this software. **Recommendations to others considering Mailbutler:** If you are looking for a software that has an undo send option, this is the add-on for you. The ability to see when someone opens your emails is another great perk of this software. **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest business problem I solved with MailButler is the ability to send follow-up emails. The scheduling aspect of this feature has been a huge help with following up with clients about projects or just following up on potential clients in the future. The high cost of the Business plan will probably turn off a bunch of users. **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using it to send emails directly to my CRM and to track all the email opens and clicks. It's frustrating to continuously have to sign back in. It would be great if they offered a one time payment as opposed to a monthly subscription. **Recommendations to others considering Mailbutler:** The free trial is good. Limited, but good. You will want more free to really be able to assess the program, its is easy to set up and looks really professional . **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing when to follow up after a business email has been sent.
