Frequent ads and upgrade prompts may interrupt the experience and make the app feel less polished. **What problems is TeraBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** TeraBox helps solve the problem of limited storage space for business files. Instead of constantly deleting old documents or buying extra physical storage, it gives me a more convenient way to keep important files without having to clear space all the time. ### 2. I love the AI Feature of Tera Box. With many added features like Document Scan, It makes this platform more useful. I love the way in which it allows easy file transfer with just a link. **What do you dislike about TeraBox?** I love most part of this platform but i wish that it have features to setup folders automatically. I can understand its a free version but it has lots of advertisement. The download speeds are sometimes slower than usual. I also wish that the desktop version is out there and working well as the Android version. **What problems is TeraBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides security of my Data from loosing due to hardware defects or manual mistakes. The connection is stable and fast for uploading and downloading. The application on both PC and mobile is simple to use and pleasing to the eye. The ability to download videos in different qualities from the original is something appreciated when you share the link with someone with a slower internet connection. **What do you dislike about TeraBox?** The advertising, I understand that the free plan has to have advertising to justify the server costs, but if I use the application and start downloading a file and the screen locks, every time I unlock it, advertising appears, and then when navigating through the application it appears again, it's annoying but understandable. **What problems is TeraBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, I used various free cloud storage services to store my files, but the capacity was very limited. Even if I acquired a paid account, I had to renew it every month for not so high a capacity. TeraBox offers me 1 TB for free.
