Great Free Storage, but Too Many Ads and Upgrade Prompts **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Yathin Rohit G. | Junior technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. Frequent ads and upgrade prompts may interrupt the experience and make the app feel less polished. **What problems is TeraBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** TeraBox helps solve the problem of limited storage space for business files. Instead of constantly deleting old documents or buying extra physical storage, it gives me a more convenient way to keep important files without having to clear space all the time. ### 2. 1 TB of free storage, but a lot of advertising. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Juan M. | Gerente de unidad de negocios en Banesco Banco Universal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic Review from User Profile:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **AI Translated:** This review has been translated from English using AI. **Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025 **What do you like best about TeraBox?** TeraBox offers 1 TB of free storage, compared to other cloud storage services, it is a big difference. The connection is stable and fast for uploading and downloading. The application on both PC and mobile is simple to use and pleasing to the eye. The ability to download videos in different qualities from the original is something appreciated when you share the link with someone with a slower internet connection. **What do you dislike about TeraBox?** The advertising, I understand that the free plan has to have advertising to justify the server costs, but if I use the application and start downloading a file and the screen locks, every time I unlock it, advertising appears, and then when navigating through the application it appears again, it's annoying but understandable. **What problems is TeraBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, I used various free cloud storage services to store my files, but the capacity was very limited. Even if I acquired a paid account, I had to renew it every month for not so high a capacity. TeraBox offers me 1 TB for free. I switched all the other services for just one. - [View TeraBox pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/terabox/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-05+10%3A01%3A06+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=2999297b-dc9c-4076-956b-8cae96253200&secure%5Btoken%5D=15e9c357d1c22194b0f27bcc3c431be38b27f270f6bb3468fd150a4f9f6861f2&format=llm_user) ## TeraBox Features **Functionality** - Storage Scaling - Backup Support - File Security - File Organization - Automatic Backup - Secure Data Storage - Document Storage **Cloud Support** - Service Support - Cloud Transparency - Cloud Migration Support - Multi-Device Support **Automation** - Intelligent Data Management - Workflow Automation - Data Storage Management - Document Management - File Management - Compliance Management - Audit Management - User Management - Email Management - Password Management - Real-Time Data - Application Management - Meeting Management - Workflow Management **Additional Functionality** - Two-Factor Authentication - Role-Based Permissions - Generative AI - Data Import/Export - Data Synchronization - Monitoring - Activity Tracking - File Transfer - Authentication - Third-Party Integrations - Reporting/Analytics - Offline Access - Access Controls/Permissions - Commenting/Notes - Real Time Synchronization - Historical Reporting - Cloud Computing - Encryption - Backup and Recovery - Activity Dashboard - Version Control - Remote Access/Control - Data Recovery - Approval Process Control - Secure Login - Alerts/Notifications - AI Copilot - API - File Sharing - Data Replication - Drag & Drop - HIPAA Compliant - Audit Trail - Archiving & Retention - Mobile Access - Customizable Branding - Remote Synchronization - Single Sign On - Reporting & Statistics - Synchronization Scheduling - Real-Time Monitoring - Conflict Tracking - Chat/Messaging - Two-Way Synchronization ## Top TeraBox Alternatives - [SuiteDash](https://www.g2.com/products/suitedash/reviews) - 4.8/5.0 (608 reviews) - [Veeam Data Platform](https://www.g2.com/products/veeam-data-platform/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (710 reviews) - [LucidLink](https://www.g2.com/products/lucidlink/reviews) - 4.5/5.0 (775 reviews)
