I really appreciate Sprinto for its real-time visibility, which helps me spot security gaps early instead of discovering them right before an audit. What I like best about Sprinto is how effectively it centralizes and enforces compliance across people, process, and technology without adding operational overhead. It played a key role in helping us achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 smoothly. The Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto) is particularly useful in enforcing baseline device compliance, and the platform scales very well as the organization grows. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and compared to similar tools in the market, Sprinto offers excellent value for the breadth of features provided. There is very little to dislike overall. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto), which could benefit from a few additional compliance checks to provide deeper device-level coverage. Beyond that, most limitations we encountered were addressed over time as the product matured, especially since we have been using Sprinto from its early stages. Honestly, I haven't encountered any major roadblocks. If I had to pick something, I’d say the sheer number of features and policies was slightly overwhelming during the first week of onboarding. I like that Sprinto is intuitive and easy to navigate. It's simple yet comprehensive, offering an out-of-the-box security and compliance program management that breaks complex compliance into manageable tasks. The platform automates compliance processes extensively, integrating with many systems that we use in our system dev lifecycle: AWS, Google Business, GitHub and basically automatically gathers evidence and monitors controls in real time. Naturally, the purpose of the tool is to reduce the effort required for manual GRC compliance programs, and given we have more than 2 frameworks in place, it meant we could create efficiencies from one framework to another.

I like the workflows, the tasks set to the individual to complete and the centralised dashboard, I found that we could customise it to a level that still allowed for compliance.

I have also had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team - every call was perfectly timed and well executed with real outcomes on each call. Working with the Sprinto team has been a great experience, especially thanks to the professionalism and dedication shown by Joe Aksharan. He is consistently punctual for every meeting and goes the extra mile to guide us through all the necessary steps for our certification. One of the biggest highlights is the dedicated Slack channel, being able to get instant answers to my questions instead of waiting for a scheduled call has really sped up our progress. I also appreciate how proactive the communication is getting a quick nudge via Slack or email to stay on top of tasks keeps us moving forward. Joe’s commitment and that extra "push" to get things done have been exactly what we needed to stay on track.

The Sprinto platform itself is incredibly well designed, especially for a smaller company looking to get compliance ready without a massive overhead. I really appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with all the services our product consumes, essentially handling the heavy lifting for us. It’s particularly handy for monitoring, often, I’ll see alerts for things like AWS GuardDuty or GitHub Dependabot in the Sprinto dashboard or via email before I even log into those individual consoles.
