The structured approach to the audit process was fantastic. Sprinto replaces chaos with a clear roadmap. The ability to create a separate view for the auditor so they could access evidence directly without us acting as the middleman was a huge time saver. Ritik was also incredibly responsive whenever we hit a roadblock.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

Honestly, I haven't encountered any major roadblocks. If I had to pick something, I’d say the sheer number of features and policies was slightly overwhelming during the first week of onboarding. However, the customer success team helped us navigate it quickly, and now it runs on autopilot.

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of 'continuous compliance.' Rather than scrambling once a year for an audit, Sprinto keeps us in a state of constant readiness. It alerts us immediately if a laptop is out of compliance or a server setting is changed, allowing us to fix security gaps in real-time rather than finding out about them during the audit window.

As of now, we don’t have anything to dislike about Sprinto. The platform has been working smoothly for our needs, and we’re satisfied with its performance and support. We’ll be happy to share feedback if we come across any areas for improvement in the future.

The overall experience was impressively fast and cost-effective compared to other solutions on the market. The platform itself is highly intuitive and user-friendly, which significantly reduced the typical "compliance headache." What really stands out is the quality of support; the team is deeply knowledgeable and always ready to help. Our account managers were proactive and professional, ensuring that we hit our milestones without unnecessary delays. It truly felt like they were an extension of our own team. **What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

There were a few logistical friction points. The most notable issue was the frequent rotation of account managers—we had 3 or 4 different people assigned to our audit over a relatively short period. Each time a change occurred, we had to spend time getting the new person up to speed on our specific setup, which felt redundant. Additionally, the lack of a monthly subscription option might be a hurdle for smaller startups, and the absence of cryptocurrency as a payment method is a bit of a missed opportunity for a tech-forward company.

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinto completely took over the burden of monitoring all our integrations and identifying errors that needed fixing. It’s a huge relief not to have to track these manually. They also provided invaluable support by working with our team leads to draft and finalize our internal policies. This guidance saved us a significant amount of time and ensured our documentation was audit-ready from day one.

Sprinto makes compliance extremely easy by automating most of the heavy work involved in managing audits, security controls, and evidence collection. The platform provides clear visibility into our compliance posture, and the dashboards make it simple to track progress. Their workflows eliminate manual tasks and reduce human error, which saves a huge amount of time. The UI is clean, intuitive, and easy for both technical and non-technical team members to use.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

Some integrations require initial fine-tuning, and certain reports could offer deeper customization. There are moments when evidence collection takes a little longer than expected, especially during peak activity. It would also be helpful to have more advanced automation templates for highly customized environments. However, these are minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.

Honestly, so far we haven’t found anything to dislike about Sprinto.

As a growing company, we don’t have a dedicated compliance department. Sprinto provided a highly structured, step-by-step roadmap along with pre-built policy templates, which helped us achieve our SOC 2 Type 1 certification in record time. Thanks to that speed, we were able to unblock enterprise deals and turn our compliance posture into a major commercial asset.

**What do you like best about Sprinto?**

Sprinto essentially acts as our virtual compliance manager. The dashboard breaks down a massive standard like SOC 2 into bite-sized tasks (e.g., 'Enable MFA on this repo' or 'Fix this firewall rule').
A huge shoutout to Manya Sharma, our Implementation Specialist. She guided us through every step of the journey, making sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. She made the whole implementation feel effortless

Favorite Feature: The integrations. We connected GitHub and Azure, and now Sprinto monitors them 24/7. If a dev accidentally opens a port or disables a branch protection rule, I get alerted immediately. It gives me peace of mind without needing to be an expert in every standard.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

My only constructive feedback is on the integration error messages. When a check fails, the error message is sometimes a bit generic. Clearer, plain-English instructions on why a specific asset failed would help us fix things faster

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a startup, so we don't have a dedicated Compliance Manager. SOC 2 felt like a black box of legal jargon that was going to distract us from building our product.

The platform automated much of the manual effort and kept all our documentation well organized, which enabled us to achieve both SOC 2 and ISO27001:2022 compliance without difficulty. The user interface is straightforward, the workflows are intuitive, and the support team was consistently available whenever we needed assistance. Overall, Sprinto transformed what could have been a complex compliance process into something clear and manageable.

There isn’t much to complain about. While a few workflows may take some time to grasp at first, once you become familiar with the platform, everything operates smoothly.

Espesially Sprinto’s UI is extremely user-friendly, offering smooth and intuitive navigation. It makes it easy to understand real-time analytics and provides a clear view of our current compliance posture, which has been very helpful for us in maintaining the overall compliance of our organization.

None. All the suggestions or requirements we had were addressed promptly by Sprinto.

Sprinto has been extremely helpful for our organization in meeting compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA. It provided a centralized platform to coordinate all compliance activities, which significantly saved us time. We were able to properly track implemented controls, monitor certification renewals, and maintain clear visibility into our overall compliance status. In our case, Sprinto has done an exceptional job in helping the organization achieve and maintain compliance. Also i  had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team especially with our account managerMr: Shivang. His support was exceptionally good .

Sprinto is helping us solve compliance and audit-management complexity, particularly around ISO 27001 processes. Before using it, documentation, evidence collection, control tracking, and audit preparation were spread across multiple systems and required significant manual effort.

Sprinto was able to get us SOC2 Type 1 audit-ready in less than four weeks. With every other vendor out there, we got a timeline of months.

The only notable downside is the pricing — it can feel a bit on the higher end, especially for smaller teams. That said, the value becomes more apparent as you scale, but the upfront cost is worth keeping in mind when budgeting.

**What do you like best about Sprinto?**

We are a small company with relatively little exposure to SOC 2 and compliance topics before the onboarding with Sprinto. The platform simplified keeping track of issues to resolve and to monitor overall progress. It is also invaluable for maintaining compliance once everything is up and running. The team at Sprinto are always responsive and helpful.

While resolving the initial flagged issues took considerable time, due to our own internal pace, once we were ready for audit, this proceeded with minimal friction and was completed in the span of a little over a month. The thanks for that goes to Ritik from Sprinto and our auditor, Sensiba.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

There were a few minor issues on the portal such as status updates taking longer than expected and some false positives/negatives in issue reporting. These are infrequent and usually resolved quickly.

Sprinto empowers our small team to solve the logistical headache of evidence collection and tracking for SOC 2 compliance. It enables us to remain audit-ready at all times.

So it mostly helped us in reducing manual follow-ups and streamlining documentation and if we talk from a compliance perspective, it helped in keeping continuous audit readiness.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

The platform feels a bit rigid beyond standard workflows , although it works well for standard SOC 2 / ISO workflows, but becomes less flexible when we want , custom workflows and are looking for unique approval chains. 
It also feels heavily tailored reporting.

It primarily helped us in solving the problem of manual, fragmented, and time-consuming compliance management and also preparing separately for every framework/audit

We use Sprinto primarily for continuous compliance monitoring. It helps reduce the overall audit workload by automating evidence collection and cutting down on the need for manual proof maintenance. Once integrations are set up, the platform gathers documentation in the background and provides alerts if something falls out of compliance. Our primary point of contact, Ritik from the Sprinto team, was easy to work with and showed real care for our success. He was always reachable and willing to support. I like how Sprinto adapts to me instead of the other way around, which makes being a customer feel great. Their fast and helpful support is really impressive, and I appreciate the flexibility of scheduling time with them according to my schedule. They guide me through the process and help me get the value I need. Sprinto's ability to connect with almost everything is also a big plus, and the initial setup was pretty easy.

Sometimes they’re busy due to their high customer volume, which happens rarely, yet you might wait a bit. This is normal in most cases, but when you get almost ad hoc support, waiting 2 days can feel funny.

Sprinto guided me on certification processes, helped with document creation and prioritization. Their flexibility in scheduling support is great as they adapt to my needs, making customer success apparent.

**What do you like best about Sprinto?**

I like that Sprinto is intuitive and easy to navigate. It's simple yet comprehensive, offering an out-of-the-box security and compliance program management that breaks complex compliance into manageable tasks. The platform automates compliance processes extensively, integrating with many systems that we use in our system dev lifecycle: AWS, Google Business, GitHub and basically automatically gathers evidence and monitors controls in real time. Naturally, the purpose of the tool is to reduce the effort required for manual GRC compliance programs, and given we have more than 2 frameworks in place, it meant we could create efficiencies from one framework to another. 

I like the workflows, the tasks set to the individual to complete and the centralised dashboard, I found that we could customise it to a level that still allowed for compliance. 

I have also had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team - every call was perfectly timed and well executed with real outcomes on each call. This made it very easy to put the pieces of our compliance journey together without any delays. In addition, they made themselves available in my timezone and over Slack.

**What do you like best about Sprinto?**

it is simple and straightforward to use with rarely any glitches or lags. Best practice trainings are done periodically to ensure we remain aligned to keep our systems and confidential information safe from phishing and other attacks. It also helps report our devices and makes the process easy and smooth. Implementing it from the get go was never a challenge. In case, even if we do face a challenge our account manager Shivang has been consistently up for helping resolve those.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

Not much to dislike. It's a very mature platform.

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieving and maintaining our compliance, keeping our employees up to date with the best practices and helping us ensure our digital infra is aligned with industry norms.

The UI is easy to use, and the integrations with AWS, GitHub, and similar tools make it much easier to view and track all issues in one place.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

It can take a while for integration updates to trickle through. Usually they do a good job, but sometimes the Dashboard doesn’t refresh quickly enough. That said, I’m honestly nitpicking. I haven’t had any major issues so far in the last 3 years I’ve used Sprinto.

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISO Certifications is our primary use case. Sprinto makes it easy by tracking everything in one place.

What I like best about Sprinto is its strong focus on automation and compliance efficiency. The platform simplifies complex security workflows, making it easier to stay audit-ready without constant manual effort. I also appreciate the responsive support: Ajay Tambe, for instance, has been professional and helpful whenever questions arose

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that some workflows could be streamlined further. Occasionally, certain setup steps or configurations feel a bit manual, and improving automation there would enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprinto helps streamline and automate the entire compliance process for frameworks like ISO 27001 and GDPR. It eliminates the manual effort of tracking controls, documentation, and evidence collection. This has made it much easier for us to stay compliant, pass audits efficiently, and maintain continuous security readiness.

Sprinto makes compliance management very structured and easy to track. Policy acknowledgements, InfoSec training, and evidence collection are all centralized, which saves a lot of manual follow-ups. The dashboard clearly shows pending tasks and compliance status, making audits much smoother.

Some workflows can feel slightly rigid, and there’s a learning curve for new users initially. More customization in reminders and notifications would be helpful.

Sprinto makes compliance much more manageable by breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps. The platform is easy to use, well structured, and saves a lot of time during implementation and audits. The integrations and ongoing monitoring are especially helpful.
Additionally, the support has been excellent. Joe Aksharan, our Technical Account Manager, has been great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us move forward.

Some advanced frameworks and edge cases could benefit from a bit more flexibility and clearer guidance out of the box, but the team is always responsive when questions come up.

Sprinto made our compliance journey extremely easy, especially during our ISO certification process. The platform clearly outlines every requirement and keeps everything organized in one place. It helped us track all important compliance tasks without missing any details. The automated reminders and real-time status updates were very helpful. Sprinto reduced a lot of manual effort and confusion around documentation. The dashboard made it easy to see exactly where we stood at any point. Their workflows simplified coordination across teams. The overall experience felt structured and stress-free. Sprinto saved us significant time during the audit preparation. I would highly recommend Sprinto to any team pursuing ISO compliance. All the POCs Pavithra, Shivang, Vaishali have been really helpful throughout our journey with Sprinto.

We were really hoping Sprinto would have a dedicated dashboard or module to store and manage client contracts. Currently, contract storage isn’t available within the platform, so we had to rely on external tools for that. Adding this feature would make Sprinto an even more comprehensive compliance solution.

I like the clear workflows in Sprinto because they tell us exactly what needs to be done and by whom, which avoids confusion and unnecessary follow-ups. The automated evidence collection is great, as it reduces manual work and errors. I also appreciate that all pending compliance items show up as tasks, keeping everyone accountable. We even get automated email reminders for pending items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The support team is very responsive, and a special shoutout to Shivang for helping us out. The initial setup process was very easy too.

Sprinto’s customer support has truly impressed us. With regular check-ins from our implementation specialists and access to 24/7 messaging support, our questions were answered promptly, allowing us to maintain momentum toward ISO27001 readiness. The platform itself is user-friendly: tasks are clearly organized, progress is simple to monitor, and the implementation process feels manageable, step by step. We also appreciated Sprinto’s robust integrations with our cloud providers, which made monitoring effortless. In the end, Sprinto became the central hub for our entire compliance process, and we depend on it whenever we work on compliance.

**What do you dislike about Sprinto?**

The only minor issue we faced was that some of the example fixes intended to enhance our compliance readiness with our managed cloud services did not function immediately as provided; they needed customization to fit our environment. Nevertheless, after making small adjustments, everything operated smoothly.

Sprinto enabled us to achieve ISO27001 compliance efficiently, all while staying within our budget and making the most of our limited team resources. The platform simplified every step of the process, from organizing the compliance roadmap and delegating tasks to monitoring progress and working with our external auditor.
