Organizational Chart is a very good tool to use in an organization, as it provides the data and data flow in a well-organized structure form. That is really easy to reach and find with strong data management. It also provides the customization facility with a good reporting system. Organizational Chart is really difficult to manage as we all know the matrix chart is always complicated to form and then manage. I think its training is as important as the management.
