Organizational Chart is a very good tol to use in an organization, as it provide the data and data flow in well organized structure form. that is really easy to reach and find with strong data management. Organizational Chart is really diffcult to manage as we all the matrix chart is always complicated to form and then manages.I think its training is as important as the management.Firast important rule is to follow is the top down functions,It would not create the confusion.
