## Cisco Meraki Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Network Management with Cisco Meraki

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel L. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Cisco Meraki?**

I really like how Cisco Meraki is a single platform where we can manage all of our network and equipment. It's easy to manage wireless configurations and allows us to introduce new VLANs and manage SSIDs easily. The system includes portals for accepting terms and conditions, which simplifies management. I appreciate being able to see all of the LLDP information from the switches, knowing what's plugged in where, and what's currently being utilized from client health and other perspectives. The initial setup was really easy, it's pretty much plug and play. You just enter serial numbers, click through a couple of options for SSIDs, and you're good to go.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Meraki?**

The way the SSO works with your 365 on the Meraki portal is quite a pain to move to. Having to remove yourself from every single individual company that you've been invited to before you can enable SSO, and then having to enable SSO on all of those other companies, that needs to be reviewed, really.

**What problems is Cisco Meraki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cisco Meraki to manage our network and equipment from one platform, simplifying wireless configurations. It's easy to add new VLANs, manage SSIDs, and see all LLDP info. This centralized system makes network management really smooth.

  ### 2. Easy, Single-Pane Management for Site-to-Site VPNs to Azure and WAN Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel T. | Director of IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Cisco Meraki?**

Extremely easy to manage! So nice to see everything all in one single pane of glass.
We primarily use these for setting up Site to Site VPNs to Azure and the process is significantly easier than setting up any other firewall we've used in the past!

**What do you dislike about Cisco Meraki?**

The pricing on the licensing is the biggest pain point for sure, but it's an enterprise-grade firewall, so it's to be expected.

**What problems is Cisco Meraki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given that we use these to set up secure Site to Site VPNs to Azure, it helps us set up secure VPN printing and scanning for our customers.
