I can easily go back and fix a mistake, or split time if I switched projects and forgot to switch time. It does the job, I can sort my projects, create tags for them, continue work the next day, have handy reports. I find the interface nice and neat. However, I don't use nor need the Premium Insights reports. **What do you dislike about Toggl Track?** Adding manually worked hours, or editing an input is a bit difficult. Perhaps the most difficult to figure is what is AM and PM, when adding worktime that has been done in both AM and PM hours. I live in a country with 24-hour clocks and it's a bit confusing. **What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a clearer view on what I have done, and the steps I have taken in a given project. i can track the time I have spent on certain tasks and decide if they need optimizing, or if I need to ask clients for more time. I think it's useful for creative work, where often the artist doesn't have a clearer picture of the work needed. Graphic designers for example are often prone to minimize the time they need for certain tasks, when in reality a lot of creative work requires way more time to complete. ### 16. Enter a related project if I want (with autocomplete), or nothing at all. It gives me a weekly summary of hours constantly updated, and I can set the day of the week where a "week" starts. As a graduate student I'm expected to spend about 20 hours per week on my teaching assistantship work, which can easily get eaten up with time consuming tasks such as grading. I divide up the time tracking for various tasks such as holding office hours and grading so I can see how this time is divided and how much time I spend on my work which takes realistically more than 20 hours per week. **What do you dislike about Toggl Track?** I don't like that I have to stop and start every time and that there isn't a pause option at least for the free version. If I get distracted by an email or take a little break to check twitter I have to stop it and re-start which breaks up my time in a weird way. It would be helpful if I could pause and get those few minutes out to see how much time grading one chunk can take. **What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using it to assess efficiency and how mu time is divided up. Sometimes the people I report my work to aren't aware of how long a task can take and thus how many people should be doing it to get it done by a certain due date. By tracking time spent on these I can then compare with others who do similar tasks and also report on what tasks are eating into my time the most. It also helps me to decide what work to do when I have a break during my day. If I have about 45 minutes between two meetings I have a good estimate of what work I can get done in that time. ### 35.
