**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

It makes time tracking simple and easy without feeling intrusive. It’s quick to use and very straightforward. The interface is the part I like most compared to other tools: it’s clean, and you can start tracking in seconds. The reports are strong as well, giving you a clear, visual view of where your time is going. Overall, it’s a fast tool and easy to get started with, so there’s no need for long onboarding. The free plan is very complete, but they have paid plans, which are not expensive at all.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

It lacks some more advanced features you’ll likely need as your business grows, such as built-in invoicing and more in-depth reporting. Once your workflow becomes more complex, this tool can start to feel a bit too simple.

**What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me make better decisions with my time. I’m able to work more intentionally, avoid wasting hours, and I have data to support how I manage my workload.

**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

What I like best about Toggl Track is how easy it is to capture and organize time across multiple clients and projects without adding extra administrative work. As an account manager, the simple interface, detailed reporting, and ability to monitor billable hours help me stay on top of priorities and provide greater transparency when managing workloads and client engagements. The platform makes it easy to understand where time is being spent and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

What I dislike about Toggl Track is that it can feel a bit limited when managing more complex reporting or advanced project financial tracking. While the core time tracking is very strong, deeper customization for dashboards and more robust forecasting or budgeting features can require workarounds or integrations with other tools. It can also take some discipline from the team to ensure time entries are consistently logged in real time, otherwise the data can become less accurate.

**What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toggl Track solves the challenge of accurately capturing how time is spent across multiple clients, projects, and internal workstreams. It reduces guesswork around billable hours and makes it easier to see where effort is actually going, which is especially important in an account management role with competing priorities.

For me, the biggest benefit is improved visibility and accountability. I can quickly identify time allocation trends, ensure client work is properly tracked and billed, and use the data to have more informed conversations about resourcing and priorities. It also helps streamline reporting, saving time that would otherwise be spent manually reconstructing timelines or justifying work.

**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

I love Toggl Track because it is quite simple and easy to use. The user experience is pretty flawless. I absolutely love the data it gives in the reporting feature. The setup is very easy, which I really appreciate. Toggl Track gives me an overview of all the hours I've worked in different areas. It has been very helpful in seeing how much time I am spending, especially in meetings. I am able to see and share this information with my manager to reevaluate how I am working. It helps me to be more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

Sometimes when I'm inputting time that I have forgot to add, it is a little tricky to add it because it will automatically add it for today or sometimes jump to a different day. You have to be very careful to select the right time and date and also make sure that AM and PM are properly inputted as well.

**What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Toggl Track to monitor time in various work areas, providing an overview of hours spent, especially in meetings. It helps free up time and facilitates evaluation discussions with my manager.

**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

Toggl Track helped me get a clear picture of how my time is actually spent during the day. Instead of guessing, I can log small tasks and later check where my focus went, which makes daily work feel more planned and less scattered.

I work as a dietician and nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create educational health content. My work includes follow-ups, short writing tasks, and basic admin work, so switching between tasks is common. Being able to start and stop the timer in one click makes it easy to track these small work blocks without breaking my flow. The initial setup was simple, and I didn’t need any technical steps to begin.

I use Toggl Track regularly when moving between tasks, even if it’s for short sessions. This helps me stay aware of how much time goes into patient follow-ups, content writing, and email support. Creating projects for different types of work keeps things organized and makes it easier to review where time is going at the end of the day.
The reports and weekly view are useful to quickly check how time is split across projects. This helps with basic planning for the next day and understanding which tasks take more time than expected. The number of features feels balanced for daily time tracking, so the tool stays simple and focused instead of overwhelming.

Toggl Track also fits well with how I already work. I can use it alongside my usual tools without changing my routine, and adding entries or editing time logs feels smooth. The in-app tips and help sections are enough to get started and understand where things are in the dashboard.
At the end, I will say  Toggl Track feels reliable for everyday service-based work. It’s easy to implement, easy to use often, and the core features around timer, projects, and reports help keep time tracking clear and practical for clinic coordination and content work.

Sometimes I forget to start the timer when I switch tasks, so I have to add time entries manually later. The desktop app and web version also feel slightly different in a few places, so it takes a little time to get used to. A couple of settings are inside menus, so finding them on the first day takes a few clicks. After some use, navigation becomes smoother.One small improvement that could help is a simple reminder or prompt when switching tasks, so it’s harder to forget to start tracking time.

Before using Toggl Track, it was hard to know where my time was actually going during the day. Small tasks like follow-ups, short writing work, and admin activities get mixed together, and by the end of the day it feels busy without a clear picture. Toggl Track solves this by letting me log time for each type of work, so I can see how much time goes into different tasks.
For clinic coordination and health content work, the timer makes it easy to track short work sessions without stopping my flow. I can start and stop the timer when I switch tasks, and later review how the day was spent. This helps bring more structure to daily work and reduces the feeling of rushing between tasks.

The project and report views help organize work by category. When I check the summary, it becomes easier to notice which tasks are taking more time than expected and where small adjustments can save time. **What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

I like how easy Toggl Track is to use and how it's integrated between both web use and my phone. It's great that if I lose WiFi access, I can still pause or start my work timer on my phone. It's easy to download reports and send them to clients, which is something I really appreciate. The user-friendliness is something I love about it. The initial setup was super easy with the Gmail login integration, and it was absolutely simple to just get started.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

I think more integrations with similar apps could be really helpful. Using it with a platform like Gusto would be great because then my employers could directly see and pay me through that integration according to the data that Toggl Track provides.

**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

The best thing about Toggl Track is how quick it is to start tracking time. You just hit the timer and get back to work, no complicated setup. I also like how it automatically groups your entries and shows everything clearly in the reports. It actually makes you aware of where your time is going without feeling heavy or confusing. The interface is clean, and it works the same on web and mobile, which makes it easy to keep track of things.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

One thing I don’t like is that sometimes the timer doesn’t start or stop when I expect it to, especially if I switch between devices. The syncing can feel a bit slow. Also, organizing multiple projects or editing past entries takes a few extra clicks, which gets irritating when you’re in a rush. The reports are helpful, but some of the filters feel a little limited unless you upgrade.

**What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

I use Toggl Track to keep track of the total time I work, study, and give to different activities, ensuring consistency across months. Its feature of starting the previously added subject, as well as its ability to add or modify time and date, is really great. I love how I can start timing when I sit to work and stop when I get up, which helps me track the exact amount of time I dedicate to studying. This is very helpful in maintaining consistency and ensuring real study hours. The initial setup was super easy—just login and you are good to go.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

I think its UI is quite darkish and a bit confusing to understand in its desktop version. I would prefer a light theme too so that people can understand it better.

I love how clean and simple Toggl is, I can literally just hit start, get to work, and stop easily, no confusing UI or extra clicks. The reports are super handy too, especially when I sometimes want to see where my time actually goes. It just makes tracking time feel easier.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

Honestly, not much to complain about, but I wish the mobile app was a bit good because I sometimes I feel like it takes a second to sync or find the project I am looking for. Also, a built-in calendar view would be nice instead of jumping between tools.

**What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toggl basically helps me stop guessing where my time goes. Before Toggle, I used to think I was “working all day,” but once I started tracking, I realized how much time I lost to random stuff and how much could be saved instead. Now I can clearly see how long each task or project actually takes, which helps a ton with planning and billing clients accurately. It’s also great for keeping myself accountable when I hit that timer, I automatically focus more. **What do you like best about Toggl Track?**

It provides insights into how I'm spending my otherwise non-tracked time. For example, meetings are on my calendar so I can see how much meeting time is spent each week. But, most other tasks (administrative, answering slacks, etc.) are not tracked, so this gives insights into how much time is being spent on those other categories and can help me better plan and forecast for future weeks. I also like that the clock ticker shows on the browser tab, even if i've navigated away from that task from within the tool.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Track?**

Interface is kind of bulky and not really intuitive to use. Took a lot of getting used to in order to properly track time, etc. Wish there was an easier way to start/stop/time track. it would also be nice to have an on-screen widget or something that shows the time tracking when I have my browser minimized.

**What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me track how much time I'm spending on certain tasks that would otherwise go untracked, such as administrative work in Jira.
