What do you like best about DocHub?

I love that DocHub completely cuts out paperwork, especially since candidates aren't working at our office and we have multiple locations. It's super easy to get the signatures I need without worrying about paper copies. DocHub is easy to use, and the end user doesn't need to download any special type of application or software, which makes it easy for both me and the end user. The pricing is extremely affordable, which is great because I don't have a huge need for collecting electronic signatures and many other packages are much more costly. The initial setup was easy, and within five minutes, I was up and running. Because DocHub is so easy for them, candidates and employees have a good experience when interacting with me. What do you dislike about DocHub?

I wish I had the ability to modify a document while I'm in DocHub. So right now, there's no opportunity if I realize I need to change some text. I have to get out of the system, make the adjustments, and then upload the file again. The other thing I would say is that sometimes documents don't import correctly. I pretty much always have to import them as an Adobe file even though it gives the option to merge Word documents. Sometimes they don't merge properly and don't format properly. What do you like best about DocHub?

I like that DocHub is easy to use and allows me to add different fields like signature, date, etc. It's helpful that it is added as an extension on my Gmail, which lets me click on a PDF I receive via email and open it in DocHub right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

It's a little confusing sometimes when I am trying to duplicate (copy) a form like new hire paperwork so I can reuse the existing form for a new person. If there was an option to 'duplicate and clear fields for new signer' and a spot that clearly shows where to input the new signer's name and email that would be helpful. Right now I can clear all the fields, but it unassigns the role of signer from it so I have to reassign the new signer to the fields they need to fill out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocHub?

What I appreciate most is the versatility of the platform. Our agency uses a few e-signing platforms, and I’m frequently asked to send documents through DocHub instead of the Lobbie platform because it’s simply easier. What do you dislike about DocHub?

The templates can be a bit confusing, and they make it hard to prefill anything as you are only instructed to insert the email address for the preassigned fields. Something about the overall template workflow is unclear, and that confusion makes the templates feel ineffective to use. There needs to be a way to allow the sender to fill it out prior to just adding the email address for who needs to fill it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocHub?

I love that DocHub is extremely easy to use, very economical, and user-friendly. It automatically converts a Word document to a PDF, which is a huge convenience. I only have to click a couple of buttons to show where I want the signer to sign, which makes it simple, especially compared to other programs that can make it too difficult. The initial setup was also extremely easy, and I've been using it for years, so I'm very pleased with it. We started using DocHub from the beginning and never looked back. What do you dislike about DocHub?

Sometimes I have to click add signer twice. For example, if I have one signee already assigned and I try to add a second email, it makes me click it twice or three times. Almost like a glitch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocHub?

We use DocHub every day to gather signatures from our accounts.

We mainly work with templates. Setting up templates to prefill data and add multiple signers is easy to do.

DocHub can require different levels of signature from typed to hand drawn and uploaded signature file. I love how I can require location of the signer and that signers can use their phone to sign with their finger or stylus. Hand drawn/written signatures makes it apparent that the user actually signed the document.

Managing your account is easy with the view of drafts, in-process and completed items easily searchable.

Most of my signers receive the signature request within minutes of the request being sent. This allows me to send requests while on a call so I can complete tasks quickly.

I can integrate my Google Workspace account for login and to manage an address book. This makes it even faster to send signature requests to contacts.

I particularly like the ability to add highlighting to uploaded forms and documents. This is effective at showing signers exactly what they are completing or agreeing to in a contract.

We've been using DocHub since 2018. When I look at the time and energy saved, the annual plan price tag is a great return on my investment.

Setting up DocHub and managing my account was straight forward. I've contacted support for help on several occasions and I've always received a prompt response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

I'd love to see a feature that would allow us to include place holders to sync with a Google Sheet to be able to send bulk signature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocHub?

What I like best about DocHub is how simple and straightforward it is. You open a PDF, start editing, and everything feels clear without extra steps or confusion. Filling out forms is very easy. Adding text, checkboxes, or signature takes only a few clicks This is really helpful when working with contracts or approval documents. I also like how well it works inside the browser. There is no heavy software to install, and it runs smoothly even on average systems. Another thing I appreciate is the Google Drive integration; I can open, edit, and save documents directly without downloading and re-uploading files. What do you dislike about DocHub?

One downside is that advanced editing features are limited. For complex PDF changes, it may not be enough. Sometimes the interface feels too basic, especially when managing many documents at the same time. The free version has restrictions, which can become frustrating if you work with documents frequently. Offline usage is limited if the internet connection is weak. Work can be interrupted. What do you like best about DocHub?

I really like DocHub for its efficiency and automatic follow-ups, as it communicates directly with the person who needs to sign the document, which saves me the hassle of sending multiple emails myself. It also has clear instructions for the signer, making the whole process smooth. Everything being electronic is a big plus so I can access it everywhere. What do you like best about DocHub?

The ability to make templates for often used documents is key. And I can make templates from anything: pre-existing third party pdfs or documents I create on my own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocHub?

There are only a couple of little niggles that interrupt my workflow. Like, if I copy a document I already sent out, clear the signatures and send it to somebody else as a sign request, I'm unable to clear the prior recipient from the email field. I have to remove and then re-add a signer. Very minor. Also, there are occasionally platform issues. I always use it on my desktop but some document recipient users report issues on their platform (primarily their phone). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocHub?

The best part about this platform is the clean dashboard and its user friendly interface of this platform. With a wide screen while editing PDF files, this platform makes a feeling of working with MS word. It really makes editing very easy and efficient. The security provided by this platform boost the confidence of Data security with is authentications. The template feature is really clever and boost efficiency while working with similar cases. Frankly saying this platform fills the critical need of an organization enabling individuals and teams to be more efficient for file handling and distribution.
