What I like most about tl;dv is how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it integrates into my workflow. There isn't anything that I dislike about TLDV but it would be awesome if I could find out if there was a way to group multiple meetings together in a folder, then run automations and summaries at an account level rather than just at a meeting level. 1. The quality of transcripts was not good. Many times it would not generate a transcript.

2. Customer support is poor. I wrote to the team for clarification, and i never received a response.

What I dislike about tl'dv is that sometimes I have to prompt the AI several times to get the all the action items in order, it sometimes cannont decipher the words so I have to go in there to change it to the actual word that was said.
