The mobile app is the weak spot. I can't import an existing audio or video file into it and have it transcribed and summarized the way the desktop flow works, so anything recorded outside a scheduled calendar meeting stays outside the system. The mobile experience is also thinner on features overall compared to the web app. If they added file import with transcription and summarization on mobile, plus feature parity with the desktop version, it would be close to perfect for how I work. I don't have many negatives to call out with TL;DV. If I had to pick something, I'd say the analytics could probably be a little stronger. Having said that, I think it's only fair to put that into context. We haven't rolled it out across our global team yet, and we don't have a large volume of meeting data on the platform, so I don't think I've seen everything it's capable of.

Beyond that, I really haven't come across any major issues or concerns. If I was looking for another point to mention, it would be that their team is based in Europe while I'm in Australia, so the time zone difference can make things a little challenging at times. That said, it's never really been a problem in practice. Their support has been excellent via email and chat, and even their co-founder has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running. When we don't use Teams, Google Meet, or other well-known platforms, tl;dv can have difficulties, which sometimes results in issues integrating it into a conversation or even losing it. Additionally, when conducting meetings in multiple languages, such as English, Spanish, and Catalan, the system sometimes gets confused when translating and creating the script. I have a great experience using tl;dv. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and as an HR professional, I am able to quickly understand how it works and start using it effectively almost immediately.
